So we booked RockStar for a 12 person sprinter limo. They sent me someone else's confirmation twice before finally sending me our confirmation with several misspellings. While we booked for 12 people - the limo could not accommodate 10 - we had to have one of our wedding party sit up front with the driver because it was so packed. The limo was filthy - the mirror on the ceiling was cracked and the interior was not clean - parts were dusty - parts were dirty - it felt like we were in a very low budget/very old cheap vehicle. Also - the air did not work properly and it was BROILING hot inside. The wedding party arrived to all of our destinations (church - pictures - back to the hotel) completely sweaty, hot, and miserable. Unfortunately, the limo rides were really and truly the worst part of our day. The driver was nice but when our wedding party was headed towards the limo he seemed surprised that he would be accommodating so many people - even though we had asked for 12 and had no more than 10 at a time. I sent an email after the day expressing my frustrations and never heard back. They did put me on their mailing list so I receive a bunch of random emails though. Customer service was never spot on and the limo experience was truly horrible. On a day where we had so many amazing vendors and so many wonderful moments - it was unfortunate to have such a terrible transportation experience - our entire wedding party was miserable any time we had to be in the limo. The rates are great but the experience was truly not worth it. Thoroughly disappointed all around.

We rented a party bus with rock star, and it was great! The driver was professional, and cared about service.

We were looking for a cool way to transport our guest and when we found rockstar trolley we were eager to get more information. They were really nice and helpful, they allowed us to split our 2 hours for the beginning of the reception and end of reception. The pics in the trolley were awesome too!

I rented out a trolley for the end of the night to get my guests home. On the way to the venue the trolley got a flat. They took care of it, I unfortunately did not have a trolley but I also did not have to worry about not having anything. They sent out two shuttles immediately for the same price and if anything it worked out better. The drivers where kind and patient and made several trips without making a big deal about the amount of intoxicated guests on board!

We used both Limos and trolleys for our guests from them. The Limos and drivers were just as agreed upon...I am not sure the trolleys followed the schedule and delayed things a bit.
