The sliced sirloin with red wine sauce was a HUGE hit! Aside from the high quality food, the staff exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and boxed up our leftover food for us at the end of the night. We went with the Simple and Savory buffet option and would highly recommend it!

The waitstaff walked around checking on glasses to see if anyone needed a refill on water, asking on plates if they can remove from tables, refilled the buffet as needed. Throughout my dinner the servers constantly checked on me and served me so I never had to get up and could stay and visit. The whole process was so seamless. We also chose them for deserts and me and the in laws fought over who was getting to bring them home because they were just SO DANG GOOD. We could not have picked a better catering company. We love them!!!

ho actually recommended Rothchild for our rehearsal dinner because he said their food was incredible. My fiancé and I were about 9 hours away from our wedding venue so doing food tastings wasn’t really an option, so we kind of had to just go with our gut. After being recommended Rothchild I couldn’t help but love what their menu had to offer. Their appetizers sounded incredible, their Tennessee bbq options sounded delicious and were exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day, and the desserts were something I honestly couldn’t pass up. We ended up decided to hire them for our wedding day instead of the other vendor we almost hired. Wow, am I glad we did. Our wedding guests were raving about the food, and my husband was truly the happiest groom when we got to sit down to our huge plate of bbq. It was the best bbq we’ve ever eaten. The team that came for our wedding was so kind and they actually made plates for my husband and I so that we didn’t have to get up and get them ourselves. We were so shocked by that gesture and knew we had hired the right crew! You can’t go wrong with having Rothchild at your wedding, and make sure to get the Tennessee bbq!! It was to die for!

I am a wedding vendor myself and I was so obsessed with how good the food was. The services great as well. We used Rothchild as our linen vendor and upgraded to gold ware and blue water goblets. The one thing I was upset about was that the water goblets were never filled with water. So our guests never had water at the tables and the glasses remained empty during the entire dinner service. Other than that small detail, I loved working with Rothchild. I would hire them again and wish I could attend another wedding with them as a vendor - too bad I'm from out of state, otherwise I would put them on my recommended vendors list in a heartbeat!

We were really disappointed by that because our whole wedding party were staying in one cabin and we were going to eat that throughout the wedding, and have any left overs for midnight snacks and such. Oh well. Good was great though! Just make sure to talk with the servers about it to remind them before they go, I guess.
