Rothchild catering was great for our wedding! We had a full service cocktail and the apps we picked were amazing! During dinner, the servers were quick and professional. So many guests told us how great the food was the whole day! The servers even packed up 2 huge take home boxes for us to eat the next day. We’d recommend them for anyone's wedding!

I can't recommend Rothchild enough! Our wedding was August 30th, 2024 and Rothchild made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Having delicious food at a wedding is one of the most important things to my family and I, so we are so happy that we found this catering team. Rothchild exceeded all expectations and the food was absolutely incredible! All of our wedding guests are still raving about how delicious cocktail hour and our reception meals were! The ice cream bar during dessert was a huge hit too!

It’s been over a month from our wedding day and people are STILL complimenting the food! Rothchild was also so easy to work with. Thank you Demi and team for all your help!

We were beyond happy that we chose Rothchild Catering for our Wedding in the Smoky Mountains. The communication from the start was great, and they made picking a Gluten Free Menu a breeze. We had so many people come up to us and say it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!! The staff was great, the food was phenomenal, and we can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect! Rothchild Catering is absolutely incredible! They exceeded all expectations on our wedding day at the Gatlinburg Mansion. The staff were very attentive. The desserts were phenomenal & the food was outstanding! Demi communicated everything perfectly. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. The strawberry wedding cake was to die for. We had a great experience working with Rothchild for our wedding. They were great communicators, very professional and the food was delicious! We did a few passed apps as well as a buffet dinner and we were happy with all of the food. Everything was warm too which can be a struggle at weddings sometimes! The staff was very friendly and helpful and boxed up our leftover food for us at the end of the night. We went with the Simple and Savory buffet option and would highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend Rothchild Catering! We had passed appetizers and buffet service for our wedding and the food was amazing. We got a ton of compliments from guests on the quality of food. Not only was it delicious, it was hot which is often hard to get with catering. The waitstaff walked around checking on glasses to see if anyone needed a refill on water, asking on plates if they can remove from tables, refilled the buffet as needed. They did an amazing job making sure all of our needs were taken care of the whole night. I would highly recommend Rothchild!

We had Rothchild cater both our rehearsal dinner and wedding dinner. Both meals were a huge success. I received so many compliments on the tasty food. We ate the left overs for a week afterwards. I would highly suggest Rothchilds for all your catering needs.

Rothchild catering did our appetizers, main course, desserts, cake AND a late night snack. They also have a rental company we rented linens from. Really the all-in-one shop which makes it sooo much easier to coordinate. Our buffet dinner was a hit and the strawberry cake was the best I’ve ever had. They were also kind enough to make us to go boxes of all of the food and desserts which was very much appreciated. Everything about food service went smoothly. My favorite part was that every person on their team of wait staff and coordinators always had a smile on their faces.

My wedding was Sept 23 2023 and Rothchild made it absolutely amazing!!!! The staff was great! They helped me through my panic lol. The food was DELICIOUS!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! We were truly blessed to have shared our special day at a special place!

Rothchild Catering was the perfect caterer for our wedding. The meals for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were delicious; we got so many compliments from guests about the food. Rothchild was very easy to work with and made the menu selection process as smooth as can be!

Demi, the sales coordinator, is wonderful to work with and is responsive and professional. The food was a big hit at the wedding and our guests are still taking about it, especially the berry salad! We were a little disappointed in the snickerdoodle cookies as they were completely different than what we sampled. However, the service was unbeatable. The serving staff was very attentive, checked on me and my husband throughout the evening to ensure we were taken care of, and ensured everything was organized and kept clean throughout the evening. We would absolutely recommend their services!

We worked with Rothchild Catering for our wedding event and had a great experience from beginning to end. Brindy was excellent to coordinate with throughout the planning process and worked with us to create a menu both we and our guests loved. Rothchild was able to accommodate a custom salad option for us that really helped fit our reception style and personal tastes, which was one of the ways they really went above and beyond for our event. We opted for plated meals (sliced sirloin and baked cod) for our reception, and every dish was properly cooked and delicious. The sauces on each dish were so flavorful and all our guests had nothing but positive reviews for their food. Would highly recommend Rothchild for your catering needs!

Rothchild catering is top notch. Demi was professional and replied to all of our emails in a timely fashion ( there were many emails ) The food was delicious and we received many compliments. Our guests were from all over the country with varied taste in foods and everyone was impressed. Demi worked with us to stay within our budget and she was spot on. Highly recommend Rothchild they set the catering bar high.

Rothchild catering was the most complimented vendor of the night for us! The servers were extremely kind, everyone got the right food the first time, and everyone said it came out fresh, hot, and delicious. Not only that but I had a tricky setup for my table and they accommodated me with grace every step of the way. Even allowing us to pick things up early to help the process. Throughout my dinner the servers constantly checked on me and served me so I never had to get up and could stay and visit. The whole process was so seamless. We also chose them for deserts and me and the in laws fought over who was getting to bring them home because they were just SO DANG GOOD. We could not have picked a better catering company. We love them!!!

From planning to day-of service, Rothchild did an amazing job catering our wedding! We heard only positive feedback from guests about the food and cake. My fiancé and I almost hired a different catering company for our wedding day, and we were actually about to sign the contract. We ended up having a phone call with our officiant who actually recommended Rothchild for our rehearsal dinner because he said their food was incredible. My fiancé and I were about 9 hours away from our wedding venue so doing food tastings wasn’t really an option, so we kind of had to just go with our gut. After being recommended Rothchild I couldn’t help but love what their menu had to offer. Their appetizers sounded incredible, their Tennessee bbq options sounded delicious and were exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day, and the desserts were something I honestly couldn’t pass up. We ended up decided to hire them for our wedding day instead of the other vendor we almost hired. Wow, am I glad we did. Our wedding guests were raving about the food, and my husband was truly the happiest groom when we got to sit down to our huge plate of bbq. It was the best bbq we’ve ever eaten. The team that came for our wedding was so kind and they actually made plates for my husband and I so that we didn’t have to get up and get them ourselves. We were so shocked by that gesture and knew we had hired the right crew! You can’t go wrong with having Rothchild at your wedding, and make sure to get the Tennessee bbq!! It was to die for!

We used Rothchild Catering for our wedding in September at the Trillium Venue in Sevierville, TN. We chose to do their Backyard BBQ buffet with Mac n cheese, green beans, and a dinner salad and it was a HIT! Our guests all told us how good the food was and how many of them regretted not going to get seconds. I am a wedding vendor myself and I was so obsessed with how good the food was. The services great as well. We used Rothchild as our linen vendor and upgraded to gold ware and blue water goblets. The one thing I was upset about was that the water goblets were never filled with water. So our guests never had water at the tables and the glasses remained empty during the entire dinner service. Other than that small detail, I loved working with Rothchild. I would hire them again and wish I could attend another wedding with them as a vendor - too bad I'm from out of state, otherwise I would put them on my recommended vendors list in a heartbeat!

Honestly the food and service was delicious. However, I was assured the food would be left behind when they left (they were scheduled to leave the venue well before the wedding ended) but when we went to get the food later in the evening, we were told the caterer packed it up and took it. We were really disappointed by that because our whole wedding party were staying in one cabin and we were going to eat that throughout the wedding, and have any left overs for midnight snacks and such. Oh well. Good was great though! Just make sure to talk with the servers about it to remind them before they go, I guess.

Amazing experience and service! Not only was the food a hit at our wedding and our guests still talk about It, but the service was unbeatable. As the bride and groom, we were concerned we would not have the time to eat during our reception but the staff made sure to remain attentive to us throughout the night. Highly recommend and very impressed!

Rothchild was fantastic for our wedding. We chose the fajita buffet with the salsa bar + queso for our cocktail our. The food was such a hit and all of our friends and family raves about it. Angela was truly amazing during the whole process and very responsive to our needs and any changes we decided to make. Highly recommend booking them for you event!

Rothchild Catering was absolutely amazing! There were a lot of options to choose from and everything we chose was delicious. As an out of town bride, they were so helpful in helping me choose a menu for my wedding and easy to contact with any questions. We chose the 2 vegetarian and 1 meat option for appetizers during cocktail hour and so many of our guests came to us saying how good it was. Our main course included chicken parmesan which was such a hit and sirloin in red wine sauce. I really can't say enough great things about the food and the employees. We also decided to get our wedding cake through Rothchild's and it was great! We couldn't decide between classic wedding cake or chocolate so they accommodated by alternating layers. I 100% would recommend to anyone!

The food was amazing our guests loved everything we served. Working with Rothchild was also a breeze. They were great at communicating and getting exactly what we wanted. We also rented linens and tableware from them and everything was perfect.

I do not have enough great things to say about Rothchild! We used them to cater our wedding for appetizers, dinner, and dessert. Everything was amazing! They were always very accommodating to all our questions and requests. They were able to custom our apps when we said we wanted sorbet and make all the pie flavors we requested for dessert. All the workers day-of were very friendly and professional. We got SO many comments on how good the food was. Comments were said like it was the best pulled pork they ever had, the creamiest mac-n-cheese, or how good the pies were. The manager who was working our wedding, I forget her name, was amazing! She made our plates for us, made sure to check on us during, and made to-go plates with dinner and pies for us to take home that night. Truly we couldn’t have been happier with the food that evening and are so glad we hired them as our cater!

It was so easy to work with Rothchild Catering. We used them for our wedding day, and everyone absolutely loved the food. Rothchild catered my daughters wedding and did a fabulous job. We had several guests tell us they loved the food! They were so helpful during the planning process and always quick to answer any questions we had.

We had a great experience working with Rothchild. Communication was easy. They were always very quick to answer my questions. There were a few issues with miscommunication, but these errors were quickly corrected, and they were very flexible to help me make my plans a reality. The food was great and the room was well put together. The biggest issue was that the room got extremely hot during the reception and the A/C couldn't keep up with our large party. All in all, however, it was a great experience.

Rothchild Catering provided the dinner at our wedding in July, and they were wonderful to work with! Their staff was very responsive to emails and very helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions among our guests. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were very professional! We would happily work with them again.

Rothchild Catering was wonderful to work with - very responsive and adaptable to changing needs/guest count/dietary restrictions. They were on time, everything was presented beautiful and their servers were so kind and did a great job taking care of everyone! The only things we noticed weren't exactly what was expected was that the chargers we had rented were to be natural wood and the ones brought were grey, and to us (not sure about our guests) the prime rib was overcooked and looked a bit grey. The other food was great - especially the chicken piccata and mac & cheese. Our guests especially loved the shooter appetizers and thought they were a great idea and tasty as well!

At the advice of my wedding coordinator, I worked with Rothchild to rent items for my event. I worked with Chandler who was very knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. They had a fantastic selection and the pricing was unbeatable! So happy to have worked with them for my event!

Rothchild was the perfect catering choice for our low-key wedding! We wanted some fun and easy food choices, so we decided to go with a taco and nacho bar. It was incredibly affordable and turned out so delicious and cute! They went above and beyond, even creating a little taco bar at our sweetheart table for us to grab a bite to eat between songs and mingling. I’m so glad I chose Rothchild Catering!

Their food is AMAZING! One of the top compliments I got on my wedding day was how great the food was. I was even told by numerous people that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! And I have to agree! They knocked it out of the park! We had a brunch themed wedding and Rothchilds made so many yummy foods from Chicken & Waffles to crepes to eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and so much more. It was a brunch lovers dream! So happy with all that they did!

Good experience working with Kasey from Rothchilds. They fixed everything that we wanted for our wedding day and at a good price. The severs working the wedding did a good job and everyone was happy and full.

Susan Rothchild is an absolute angel. Both my Rehearsal and Wedding meals were some of the best food I have ever put into my mouth. I had my wedding at the Knoxville Zoo and wasn't exactly thrilled with their preferred caterers so we decided to do taste tests elsewhere. My fiance and I are from Nashville so we planned to meet with Susan and sample the menu; we scheduled it and made our trip, THEN SHOWED UP AN HOUR LATE BECAUSE OF THE TIME CHANGE. How embarrassing!! Susan (and her staff) handled it like champs, and served us some of the best food I've ever tried! We were blown away, and knew we wanted to work with her after the first course! We emailed menus back and forth and she made the whole process extremely easy. We were able to work closely with Tom and Jack who we adore as well, and I cannot tell you how excited our guests were to just read the menu when they sat down! We even ran into a couple of hiccups on the venue end on our 1 month walk through (that Susan and Jack attended with us) as we were not able to have specific foods in specific areas due to the animals (no meat near the tigers)- Susan and Jack were able to provide alternatives and work with the venue to create flawless solutions. Again, I cannot stress how amazing this team was. I had mismatched china, and they provided gold rimmed plates for anyone who needed seconds. We found out our rental company did not have enough of the same color napkins for all of our guests maybe 2 weeks out and RC provided them for us! The buffet was discreetly broken down after dinner, and they even assisted with the cake cutting. Everything was SO perfect, and SO easy to plan from afar. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better, and we are still receiving complements on not only the food, but the service! My guests literally have selfies with Tom (the chef) either from the pasta station during the RD, or carving the beef at the wedding. How fun!? I would book them again in a heartbeat!!

We used Rothchild for our rehearsal dinner, as well as our caterer for our wedding. Everyone was highly impressed with the quality of the food, and the staff was very accomodating to our needs. Very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make you happy.

I was so pleased with the food at our wedding! Rothchild's Catering had so many options and even gave my Husband and I an opportunity to come in and try all the different food options/menus before selecting the menu for our big day. We chose a heavy hors d'oeuvres menu and the food was remarkable -our guest continuously raved about how delicious our food was! I would recommend Rothchild's to any bride.

They have the best staff ever, very easy to work with and upfront about all the cost that go into the wedding. I would use them over and over again for any other event.
