We can't thank Jen and her team enough! We had a limo for our big day, and it was absolutely clean and beautiful. The interior was decorated to our wedding theme color. Champagne and a red carpet was included with our package. Our bridal party had so much fun, and we were able to play our own music. Our driver, Mike was very sweet and easy to work with! Thank you Royalty Limousines Inc. for helping us celebrate our big day!

We have had the pleasure of using Royalty and Mike twice now for different family weddings. Their patience and professionalism cannot be matched!

We got a limo for our wedding, and the limo had no music capabilities. The Bluetooth pairing was not working. The AM/FM radio was all staticky. The only music we could listen to was a Mexican station, when we only speak English. It literally ruined all wedding vibes. The driver pulled over numerous times to try and help us with the radio with no success. I called to complain after my wedding and they told me it was a new stereo system that was just installed, and they didn't know they had to reset it after 10 or so customers paired to it. They didn't offer any money back or credit or anything. Terrible company whos service added a negative part to my wedding day.

Our driver was personable, efficient and accommodating beyond belief!!! We cannot thank Royalty Limousines enough for allowing us to have a smooth and unforgettable day!!!

Very happy with the amazing service from royalty limousines! I called very last minute (about a week before our wedding) hoping I’d get lucky enough to get a decent limo which we decided to get last minute. We had our wedding in August 2020. From the beginning, the communication was wonderful. Jen is very easy to work with. Our driver was also awesome. He arrived early, was nice to everyone, knew where to go. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Royalty Limousines! We hired them for our wedding in August 2020. Jen was so easy to work with over the phone and helped me figure out what limo would make the most sense for our day. Mike was our driver and he exceeded any of our expectations! He was early/on time and got us to the church with ease. He was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He helped me get in and out of the limo in my dress (no small feat!) and even helped my bridesmaids learn how to hold up my train more easily! Right after the ceremony, when my husband and I walked down the aisle to the back of the church, Mike was right there by the back door ready to hand us water bottles. This meant SO much and was so unexpected from a limo driver - we were very thirsty after an hour-long Catholic Mass with all those nerves, not to mention facemasks! Mike had decorated our limo with just married signs and had a red carpet and champagne ready to go when we came out after church photos, and he just really made it a very special experience. They had napkins inside that matched our colors and the limo itself was extremely clean and new looking. It also really helped that their prices were very reasonable, especially when our budgets were stretched with having to postpone our larger reception to next year while still getting married this year and having a smaller gathering. I will definitely be booking Royalty Limousines again and recommending them to my family and friends!

Our wedding was on Saturday, September 12, 2020 and we hired Royalty Limousine for our transportation. We 100% would recommend this company for your next wedding, or any event. Jen & Mike were absolutely wonderful to work with and so accommodating. Even with battling trying to plan around Covid-19, and having to switch venues, they assured us that everything would go as planned. We booked a larger limo- the white expedition, which was extra roomy. Mike was on time and had champagne ready to toast after our ceremony. He drove us around a bit too before the reception. My experience with this limo service was great! From the beginning we had very good communication, and the driver was on time, accommodating, and very friendly. My only minor concern was that the day of our wedding the bluetooth was not working and we had to rely on the radio.

We had a beyond wonderful experience with Royalty limousines. Our driver (Matt) was extremely nice and helpful. He arrived on time, even earlier. He was professional, and assisted us in and getting out of the vehicle. Matt also tolerates our loud group of women. I would recommend them for any special occasion.

Royalty Limo provided exceptional service for our wedding day. Jen, our main point of contact, was both accommodating and professional. Mike, our driver, was punctual and very attentive to me. He had a red carpet ready for me getting into and out of the limo, he opened the door for me every time, he held the train of my dress so it wouldn’t get dirty from the side of the limo, and he even poured champagne for my fiancé and I after we made our exit from the church! The limo was also very nicely decorated with our wedding colors and a just-married sign! However, I do have one small complaint. Mike unfortunately got frustrated with my matron of honor and best man when they told him about a few changes to the drop-off locations (one was due to construction and the other was due to my videographer requesting to take pictures 2 blocks down from our original location). This was surprising to hear because of the outstanding service he provided all day but because it was upsetting to two very important people in my life, I wanted to make note of it so next time it could be avoided. Definitely still giving them 5 stars though because I am confident that the adjustment will be made. Thank you Royalty Limo!!! I will pass on your information to friends and family.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I got married this past weekend in a very small ceremony. We had a limo take the ladies to the ceremony and both families back to the reception. The service, right from the initial contact was superb. Jen was very prompt with her responses and thoroughly answered all our questions. We coordinated with Jen do that the day came off without a hitch. The driver took us to three different picture locations in the Arboretum, and had the schedule ahead of time. Mike was courteous and professional, and helped to make the day great!

Royalty Limo was outstanding! If it wasn't for Jennifer I wouldn't have chosen this company. After calling a couple other places for quotes who did not seem excited for my business I called and Jen had the best customer service! From start to finish they were on top of everything. The limo driver was early and very nice to work with. Our night ended early so a quick call to them for an earlier pick was no issue what so ever ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I would definitely use Royalty again for the next wedding we have. From the foray time I talked to someone at Royalty I had. Good feeling about the company—so friendly and answered my many questions. For my daughter’s wedding we ended up going with the -14 passenger white SUV. Royalty decorated it with periwinkle flowers on the outside and periwinkle napkins on the inside to match the bridesmaids. The inside of the limo was just gorgeous and everyone raved about the limo and their driver Mike. Mike showed up early at our house and had such a great personality that he added to my daughter’s perfect day.

I would highly recommend Royalty Limousines for any event. From my initial phone call with Jen and her excellent customer service and attention to detail to the professionalism of our driver on the day of the event gives me every reason to say they are exceptional in what they do and the service they provide!

Royalty Limousine was awesome! The driver helped me get in and out of the limo and was very kind. He also brought us water bottles in the church after the ceremony during the receiving line which was very helpful!

Royalty Limo's was fantastic! They were so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect for the day of the wedding. When the snow switched to rain as we were leaving the church our driver met us at the door with a clear umbrella that looked amazing in all of our pictures! Our driver was fantastic about navigating the city as well!

Fantastic service, highly recommend for a wedding.

They were the greatest vendor to work with. Jen sent a email confirming the details the week before,all looked great but on Monday we had to add time and they did it with no problem. Our driver Joe was very nice and friendly, plenty of water and the champagne and beer was plenty for all. He was a early for the pick up and made all our stops- church, photos and the reception with no problem. Wonderful service and we highly recommend them.

I have used them for my wedding, from taking all the girls for the morning to get ready at the salon thru transporting us thru each stop for our wedding. We have since used them for other occasions including to the airport for special anniversary trips. They have great attention to detail down to being their with bottles of water when we dying if thirst during the photos! I would definitely recommend this company!

Simply outstanding service! Jen and Michael were very accommodating of our requests from the get-go and, what's more, they were very flexible on our wedding day as our plans changed due to the weather. I cannot emphasise how courteous and professional Michael was as he waited for us and drove us to our destination. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Our limo was on time and had almost everything waiting for us. We were mostly happy but i did want to give just a few notes of feedback to help improve the business. Although the car was amazing there were issues with the air conditioning and no available solution given to us. It was really hot so we understood it taking awhile to cool down but it never did. It wasn't cool when we initially got in either. There was also an event going on that no one knew about at the park at the time of the wedding photo session so parking wasn't what it normally would be. In a rush we parked and were asked if we just wanted to walk. (90 degrees and a full wedding party walking that far wasn't the best solution to offer) We asked to find a closer place to just be dropped off or if we could look around for more than just a few minutes. We did find a place to park immediately after but we felt Royalty didn't provide the full service or car quality we expected at the price we paid. No harm done here and we completely enjoyed 4 stars of it. 5th star feedback is just for air conditioning and parking problems. Not looking for a response here, just giving feedback to get to that 5th star.

Royalty Limo was very easy to work with and schedule. Their pricing was reasonable and we were able to choose a good sized vehicle for our wedding party. Mike, our driver was not obtrusive: he was very polite, helpful, and patient. He even showed me that I had a "loop" on my dress to hold my train... the ladies at the dress store didn't even tell me about this feature!! We were able to have champagne and beer in the limo and Mike made everything easy. Jen from the office was easy to contact and made our scheduling seamless. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I figured we could wait on a limo reservation for our wedding and we were completely wrong. Limo options for weddings fill up fast! Fortunately, Royalty Limousines was able to accommodate us and everything went great. Jen was wonderful to work with and she was prompt and very accommodating to our wedding. It was absolutely amazing to work with Jen and the Royalty Limousines team! Jen is extremely prompt in answering questions and helping plan out what services you would need. Royalty limousines was absolutely outstanding! Everything was as promised in the contract and more, and our driver was incredibly personable and helpful. We would highly recommend this service to anyone!

My wife and I booked the Princess Rolls Royce from Royalty Limousines for our transport to/from the church on our wedding day, and we could not have been happier. While arranging things in advance, Jen was responsive to my questions and quick to send a simple but clear contract. She also offered helpful advice about additional limo options when I asked, without following any aggressive “sales tactics”. On the day, Mike was at least 15 minutes early to pick up the bride and her father in the Rolls Royce. It's a beautifully maintained vehicle, and Mike was a careful driver who evidently knows how to handle a large, historic car. He was also receptive to taking suggestions on how best to avoid traffic during the journey. There were some nice additional touches: Mike was waiting at the back of the church with a mini bottle of water straight after the service (for quick refreshment before we launched into church photos), and Royalty Limousines included more water and complimentary champagne in the vehicle (which Mike poured with white gloves before we set off to our reception, in a friendly but professional way). Of all our vendors, this is probably the easiest 5* review we've written. Being early, helpful and professional are all we'd really ask from a transportation company, but Royalty Limousines went above and beyond that for us. We're very happy to recommend their service.

We used Royalty Limousines on 9/2/16 for our daughters wedding and could not have been more pleased. We had a beautiful white Rolls Royce. The driver was early, very pleasant and accommodating. My daughter was very happy with their services.

They were amazing, Jen in the office handle everything from the contract to confirming the week before. Our driver Matt was great he showed us how to use the radio and ac made us feel great. Plenty of beverages, driver knew our picture locations. You will not be disappointed using them. a GREAT service.
