Running Wild Catering is a full-service wedding catering company in Oklahoma City, OK. This company is run by a versatile team of chefs, who can accommodate an array of event themes for soon-to-be-wed couples. You will have an array of cuisines to choose from, ranging from classic plated entrees to interactive buffet stations. As you customize your menu, the onsite team will work alongside you, to ensure that your special day features all your favorite flavors and ingredients. First established in 1997, the team at Running Wild Catering love working with new clients, and strive to exceed expectations at every event they serve. Co-owners Teresa and Debbie have over 30 years of combined experience, and happily worked with couples with all types of visions. With dishes ranging from slow-smoked brisket to manicotti, to citrus salmon, they will go above and beyond to match your culinary dreams. Running Wild Catering can assist you with many nuptial events, from your rehearsal dinner to your day-after brunch. The in-house team uses the freshest, high-quality ingredients, to achieve the strongest possible flavors for your menu. They can also accommodate you and your guests’ allergy and dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free. From your hors d’oeuvres to your dessert display, they will handle set-up and clean-up, to make sure your items look and taste their best.

Booked them quick for their fantastic food. Then we started having communication issues…. Couldn’t get ahold of them till a week before to pay the rest of my bill. Luckily they showed up without any further issues and their food was awesome!

Professional and friendly. They were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Their food selection is great. Our guests absolutely loved the food, especially the goat cheese pesto phyllo cups!

We used running wild as our caterer for our wedding in April 2018. We did BBQ and it was delicious. I went to several different vendors and they were the fairest in price.

Even though the beef was a bit dry, I'm giving them 5 stars. The service was excellent! Everything went very smoothly and they were as helpful as could be. May be just add more broth with the beef? :-) I would definitely hire again.

Running Wild Catering provided great food for our reception, but they were difficult to work with. There was easily a one week waiting period before they would respond to emails, if not more when I had to ask multiple times for a response.

I wouldn't discount them altogether, because they did a good job with the food and it was quite affordable, but they just need to work on their customer service. They were probably our biggest source of stress during the wedding planning period, though I wouldn't say it was disastrous or anything.

hat the food was cold when it was served. Apparently there was a misunderstanding on when dinner was to be served. I had asked the appetizers to be served at 7 and dinner at 8. They prepared for both the appetizers and dinner to be served at 7 so our dinner got cold. But other than that they are a great company to cater weddings and other special events.

nts on our food - everything tasted great and was presented beautifully. The servers were all very nice and helpful, as well. My only suggestion is to aim high when giving them your final head counts. I told them exactly how many people we would have both nights, and both nights the food ran out a little too fast. At the rehearsal dinner the servers had to run to Wal-Mart for more hamburger buns in the middle of dinner! Even at the wedding some of the popular items were gone before everyone had a chance to go through the line. I do think we had an especially large number of young guys that probably ate way more than their share, but I still wish we had ordered a little more food. It all ended up fine, though, and I would not hesitate to use Running Wild again.
