Erica is a wife and a momma to three beautiful kids. Aislinn brings a creative passion for hairstyling and years of experience specializing in brunettes, lived-in blondes, balayage, and event makeup. She also offers waxing services, blending her technical expertise with artistry to deliver stunning, personalized results that leave her clients feeling radiant and confident. Growing up in Frontenac, a tiny town in Southeast Kansas, Aislinn discovered her love for hairstyling at an early age, sweeping hair and chatting with clients at the salon her mom and grandma visited. She pursued her passion at Z Hair Academy in Overland Park, graduating in 2017 and building the foundation for her career. Now dually licensed in Kansas and Missouri, Aislinn is thrilled to bring her expertise to Salon and Spa De Crist. Outside of the salon, Aislinn’s life is full of blessings and beauty where she spends her days enjoying life as a new mama to her baby girl. For Aislinn, this industry is about more than great hair—it’s about the relationships she builds along the way.
