My venue first recommended Sara to me and I was happy to have a photographer who was well known and who also was familiar with the venue. Sara was a pro at making sure we hit every mark, getting all the photos done with family, friends, and our wedding party. She made sure she left enough time for my husband and I’s couple photos and made us feel very organized, giving clear directions on how to pose, where to go, and making sure we looked great in every shot. I was very happy with the organization of everything! Another highlight was the ceremony, she would whisper helpful reminders like when we forgot to kiss walking back up the aisle, she sent me a signal so I would remember and so we could get that photo. Thank you Sara!!

Sara completely blew our minds with our wedding photos. She had also done our engagement photos so we knew she was amazing, but I am still in shock about how great our photos came out. It was a foggy humid day and you would never be able to tell by looking at the photos. She truly captured our happiness on our special day and was great to work with. Working with Sara for our wedding was so pleasant from start to finish! She made the process so easy for my husband and I which was really important to us. The last thing you want is extra unnecessary stress! Sara promptly responded to any questions/concerns we had and she really tried to make it as personal as possible. I also really appreciated how patient she was with me when I took wayyyy too long to approve my album proof afterwards LOL. I loved that she took the time to ask questions about our expectations and preferences to plan out our day, which made our wedding day so easy! We had a really talkative group so we needed someone who could kindly direct us to keep us on track (lol). We got our photos in a timely manner which was such an awesome bonus!!! I really cannot thank her enough for the excellent service she and her team provided. I can’t think of any complaints whatsoever. Sara offers several packages at different price points, and let me tell you our Novella package was worth every cent!!! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, look no further!! Just book her, you won’t regret it! Side note- We also booked Rock Your Booth photobooth through Sara and that was AWESOME! We had such a blast!! The pictures were hysterical and definitely one of our favorite “extras” we did on our wedding day! They had props and an attendant, which not all wedding photo booths have! You also get a discount which was great for us because we knew from the start that a photo booth was a must for our day!

Amazing! Amazing! We had her do our engagement photos also, I could not be any happier! The professionalism, attentiveness to your needs and concerns, a friend had her wedding and engagement sessions done by this photographer and that is how I knew they were for me! Seeing first hand how the work was done! We also did Rock Your Booth Photo Booth, and the guests absolutely loved it, we have our own copies that went into an album for our keepsakes and it was so worth it!

If you are looking for a wedding photographer, look no further! We were referred to Sara Zarrella photography by MANY close friends. From start to end, the entire experience was a 10/10! We got to know Sara and Dan through several phone calls, their questions were through and their guidance was very helpful. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and easy-going! Dan, Amanda, Sarah and Sara are incredible! When I was first looking for a wedding photographer I came across SZP and was immediately blown away by their pictures! Throughout the process Sara answered all of our questions and gave suggestions on how to make our wedding day timeline flow to ensure we had the opportunity to capture all of the special moments. On the day of our Wedding we worked with Dan and Amanda who are both incredible. Dan is fun, laid back, and diligent in the work he does. He was so great with our entire bridal party and made the day fun and enjoyable for everyone. Amanda was also amazing throughout the entire day. While we were doing final preparations at the venue before our first look Amanda made sure I was doing okay, constantly asked if she could help me with anything, and made me feel at ease. I had 3 days worth of photos (Indian wedding), and they so easily worked with my timeline. The turn around on my photos was so fast given the volume of pictures. I used Rock Your Photobooth for my 9/17/2022 wedding. This was an excellent addition to the night and it was so much fun to see all the photos of our guests having fun. We opted to have the photostrip guest book which is such a lovely keepsake to have from out wedding.

Dan was wonderful to work with and his photos were beautiful. It’s hard to pick our favorites! He was flexible and friendly and nothing about the photos felt too forced or unnatural. He captured a variety of settings and angles. I wish that we received more than one “sneak peek” photo, but the whole set was ready in only four weeks! We also received positive comments about him from family and guests, especially that he never felt intrusive.

From the first phone call Sara was super attentive, and so easy to talk to and work with. Sara shot our engagement photos as well as a family session and Dan the man shot our wedding. The both of them are so very talented and gave so much insight while we were planning out the wedding day timeline. True professionals. Sara and Dan were truly amazing. They were very organized from start to finish…especially having to postpone our wedding. BEST decision having SZP photograph our wedding!! Sara was so easy to work with us and listened to what our vision was for the day. We had a small wedding but knew we still needed and wanted professional pictures. Sara & her team photographed our engagement, our first covid mini-wedding, then our second bigger wedding/reception. To set the stage, I have zero imagination and had no "vision" for what I wanted... and I am also really uncomfortable having my picture taken. Long story short - I was pretty awful and had no idea what to do. Choosing Sara was the best decision we could've possibly made. She was beyond cool when I asked her to step into an alpaca farm for our engagement pics. Alpacas are unpredictable, and my husband & I are certainly no models even in an ordinary setting, but Sara knew exactly how to position it so that we all came out looking amazing. She gave us the right prompts to make sure we looked our best, but didn't pose us, so it looked like we knew what we were doing naturally (which we did NOT, she's just that good). Then covid hit. Sara was incredibly understanding and flexible to accommodate us, and also led the statewide initiative to ensure that we could safely proceed with our weddings as she helped draft the protocols! Having her with her thumb on the pulse of all the crazy changes was so reassuring. For our first mini-wedding, we worked with Dan. Dan is as talented as he is hilarious, which put me at ease & made it easy to smile naturally in pictures. He was able to corral both sides of our families to make our formal portraits quick and easy, even managing to get a smile from all 3 of my nephews.. at the same time... and they're all under six-years-old. Dan somehow managed to top his amazing work from our first ceremony at our 2nd. He feels like an old friend, which is what makes all his pictures come out so perfectly. Back to Sara - I am confident that she set a world record for fastest wedding picture turnaround ever. I won't say how quickly the first wedding pics came back because I don't want other people to have certain expectations, but let me say my mind was BLOWN. All 940 of the pics came back from our 2nd wedding so fast, and she was editing our photos while she was GIVING BIRTH. That's right, Sara's son was born less than a week after our wedding, and she still managed to produce amazing edits that captured what we wanted perfectly. One other quick nod to Rock Your Booth - it is absolutely worth it. Everyone loves a photo booth, the lighting makes everyone look glowy & flawless, and you get the pictures as files right after! (I used them to create postcards for personalized thank you notes.) Becky, our booth attendant, was the ultimate hype girl. She was so fun and sweet! To sum it all up: look no further. Sara Zarrella Photography is worth every penny. You are going to look at these photos for the rest of your life, so go with the best!

Sara was meant to be a photographer, that is for sure! I am so thankful that we chose her to take photos of our newborn son and our wedding day! I felt so comfortable with Sara from the moment I met her. As a new mom, I was very nervous for my newborn's photoshoot. However, Sara handled my tiny baby boy with such love and compassion as if he was her own. She was so calm and patient when he got hungry and when he would not stay asleep. I fell in love with her photos and her attention to detail so much so that we hired her for our wedding photos, as well, without even considering anyone else. I am honestly so obsessed with our wedding photos, that I find myself looking through them in my spare time constantly. I tend to be a very self conscious person and sometimes shy in front of the camera, so as she quickly took her shots of my husband and I and our wedding party, I worried how I looked very much. I worried that my eyes were closed or that my hair looked terrible and I wasn't "photo ready" as she clicked away taking so many photos with little to no time in between. Once I received the wedding photos, I was reassured that I had no need to worry and I was SO thankful for all the pictures she was able to get because she worked so efficiently. With all the time spent planning (& re-planning due to COVID), we wanted to be sure each memory was captured. Before securing our date & venue, we reached out to Sara to confirm her availability. I can’t thank Sara enough for the amazing photos she captured on my wedding day. COVID changed everything we had planned for our wedding including size, state, and the date, but in the end it was perfect and it resulted in us getting to work with Sara for our big day. We were only able to meet Sara on the day of the wedding, which small as it was, still felt chaotic in the final moments leading up to the ceremony. I would highly recommend Sara Zarrella photography for your wedding photos. If I could go back in time, I would have worked with Sara for my engagement photos as well. Sara is the real deal ... from initial conversations all the way through to final details she took all the pressure off us ... she knows what you want before you even do!! The ceremony was perfection, and she controlled the shoot the entire time ... she has a ton of energy so just let her lead the way!! My husband and I got engaged in June and decided to take advantage of a last-minute cancellation at Castle Hill Inn that became available in September for our wedding. With just about three months to plan our wedding and pick our vendors, the stress started to set in. Luckily, a close friend recommended Sara Zarrella for our photography. Having attended my friend’s wedding in Mexico and seen what beautiful pictures she had captured, I was sold! From the moment we began working with Sara it was stress free. She spent the time to understand what was most important about the memories we would capture in our photos. Covid messed up a lot of things this year but one good thing it gave us was Sara Zarrella. She was our first choice photographer since we first got engaged but unfortunately is so popular she was booked solid. After quarantine when we revisited planning our wedding, we realized she was available and it was a no brainer. Her talent is inspiring, her pictures leave me in awe but most importantly, her personality and energy are what meant the most. As most brides do, I looked forward to my wedding day for many important reasons, but honestly top 3 for Brad and I was to spend the day with Sara. We knew we would have a blast and most importantly we trusted her, her team and her work. We knew that having Sara on our special day would ease any worries and we were not wrong. We can't properly express how incredible it is to have complete faith and trust in your photographer on your wedding day - it was everything to us. We are so grateful to Sara for making our big day better, for capturing our love so beautifully, for bustling my dress, strapping my shoes on, putting my veil back on countless times and for becoming such a big part of this milestone. This is not even to mention how incredible her photos were from our wedding, we truly cannot stop looking at them. We love and appreciate Sara and all of the work she does. Sara and Dan did an amazing job capturing our September 13 wedding day! Sara was so helpful with planning and detailing things leading up to the day so there was zero stress when it came to photos the day of the wedding. I only met her in person on my wedding day and she brought so much positive energy and made us feel so comfortable! We received our photos back quickly and can't stop looking at them! We can't wait to print them and put them up in our home.

Sara and her team are just amazing. Even during this crazy pandemic, Sara was constantly in contact with us, always positive and encouraging no matter how many times the plans for our daughter's wedding changed (and believe me, it was a lot). On the day of the wedding she was full of energy, extremely helpful with every aspect of the day (including getting the veil on the bride's head), she kept us all on schedule and ensured all the special pictures we wanted were captured. The wedding was at Blithewold Mansion and Sara ensured all the beautiful areas of those grounds were covered in order to capture stunning shots. Sara's assistant, Dan, was also amazing, everyone loved him. Thank you Sara and Dan, we will cherish the photo's forever.

Sara is very professional and detailed oriented. She worked with us closely as we changed our wedding plans due to Covid-19. I was worried our photographs would be sacrificed as we changed our wedding ceremony from an ocean front resort to an intimate backyard wedding. However, the photographs came out beautiful. I was impressed with the lighting and how natural the photographs came out. I look forward to working with Sara again!

We hired Sara last minute due to our other photographer canceling because of Covid. We didn’t have much time for her to get to know us. We spoke just a week or so, on the phone, before our day and gave her some details and highlights we were looking for. We knew she was perfect for our day. When we finally got to meet Sara on our day, it was like she had been with us all along. Very innovative and personable with everyone at the wedding. She had great concepts and used the sun light perfectly.

I wish I could give Sara more then 5 stars cause she really deserves it. From the start of our first interaction at the beginning of the year to receiving our photos she has made herself extremely accommodating. We were originally suppose to get married in April and due to COVID things took a turn however Sara was willing to do anything she could to accommodate us and still give us what we wanted beautiful wedding photos. On our wedding day she made us both feel completely comfortable. She made it easy to be in front of the camera. You could tell that she was incredible at what she does. She made it all feel so easy. When it was time and our photos were Ready and all I can say is WOW. My husband and I are still having trouble deciding what is our favorite. But I am so happy that there are So many great photos to choose from!! If your looking for someone upbeat, positive, reliable Sara is the photographer you should go to for your wedding day!
