Just married 10/04/2024 and Satin Chair did such an amazing job with the decor for our wedding. They were super professional and communicative, and it was so easy to schedule appointments at their showroom anytime we wanted to see the decor selections in person. We used Satin Chair for our linens/napkins, stage draping & lighting, and the dance floor, and everything turned out beautiful! Would absolutely recommend!
We used Satin Chair for decor during our wedding last week - Draping, uplighting, and the GORGEOUS golden candelabras we used as centerpieces. These transformed our wedding venue space into something so special. We mainly worked with Hanna, but also spoke with several others. They were all very friendly, accommodating, and professional. They let us come to their business to make sure we liked what we were booking. Our well-reputed wedding venue also books chairs through them, which speaks a lot! Overall, we would 100% recommend for any large events or to turn a simple space into something magical.
We contracted Satin Chair for numerous rental items for our wedding, including chairs, linens, floral arch and mandap, and many other items. We also had a custom vinyl dancefloor made. Everything looked fantastic, and we got so many compliments. We were impressed by their selection, and their design suggestions were helpful. They were very pleasant to work with.
Satin Chair did such an amazing job supplying the decor and style for our wedding. They were super professional and communicative. They had amazing ideas to help elevate my vision and people cannot stop raving about the work they did. They were timely and super easy to work with on last minute changes. I would definitely recommend Satin Chair. They did some of my centerpieces, decor elements stage draping and dance floor!

We rented chiavari chairs, draping, and lighting throughout satin chair. All were very pretty and added just the extra touch we needed for our wedding look. From our consultation to set up everything was seamless.
I placed an order for a surprise welcome home baby sign for my brothers house and they installed the sign at the wrong house and did not communicate or send a picture of when it was set up so we could verify. I even paid extra for it to be set up early. 4 hours later I still dont have a sign and the team does not want to offer me a full refund. Will only offer $30 refund. Great customer service would be to fix their mistake and give a full refund. Instead I have to go without a sign in order to get a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would never recommend.
Satin chairs was so easy to work with! They communicated more with our venue! We wrapped the dance floor in white and I was THRILLED with how that turned out! We also ordered a backdrop with twinkle lights for the reception- beautiful! And we also had a back up backdrop. We ended up having our wedding inside due to weather(high winds), so the backdrop was used for our wedding. If the wedding was outside-then the backdrop would have been used as a door decoration!
Rented chairs from here and got exactly what we wanted! Very easy to work with and a reasonable price.
I had no issues with our linen and charger rentals from Satin Chair. Everything arrived as we discussed and looked really good. The price was pretty reasonable as well. I only didn't give five stars because I don't feel the selection of linens was extremely vast or exciting but I found what I wanted and was happy with it.
With all the craziness on the day of our wedding, I honestly forgot that Satinchair was one of our vendors, but that is because they had everything done seamlessly. We had our ceremony at Meson Sabika; however, they did not have enough white garden chairs for our 200 person outdoor ceremony. They recommended I reach out to Satinchair and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they have the exact same chairs, but it was at a reasonable price as well. They took care of set up and pickup so I didn’t have to do anything the day of. I cannot recommend Satinchair enough!
We rented gold chargers from Satin Chair for our 7/24/21 wedding. The chargers themselves were awesome and a great price. However, we still haven't received our $100 deposit back, and it's been over a month since our wedding. We have tried calling and emailing countless time with no progress. Communication throughout the entire process with Satin Chair has been super frustrating and is honestly not worth the products/services they provide.
Their professionalism is top notch. This is a one stop shop. They will deliver the day of, set up and pick up. Very affordable. Everyone raved about the decor
I was employed at satin chair for about 3 years. It was my starting job and throughout that job I was able to work at other jobs and they still took me back no problem. They have 2 great bosses that are willing to work well not only with their employees but also with any customer that walked in or made an appointment. They work to meet the needs of customers the best they can. Some things satin chair didn't even offer as a company but if you talked to Natalia and had a specific vision in mind she would get it done for you and go above and beyond. They do not overcharge and you get the best they have to offer. I know this because even while working there I was able to be a customer, meaning I got to rent out certain things for my shower and wedding. They have so many great options to choose from and will make any event, party, or small gathering something to remember.
We rented the greenery wall from Satin Chair, and it was well worth the price. We had it set up behind our sweetheart table, and it was an amazing backdrop for our photos. The staff were friendly and responsive via email. Highly recommend!

This is truly a one stop shop when looking for wedding decor. Samantha was a pleasure to work with! She took the time to understand the vision my husband and I were going for and was great at giving us ideas and options on what Satin Chair can do. The room on our big day was gorgeous! Since we had a winter wedding, we chose to go with all silk flower arrangements, our guests were stunned by how real everything looked. Samantha and Satin Chair made our perfect day so memorable, we cannot thank them enough!
I loved all of the items that I got from Satin Chair, they were all beautiful, but they were quite stressful to work with. Their communication internally and externally needs a lot of work - impossible to get a hold of them, added a lot of stress week of wedding. Beautiful stuff, but give yourself plenty of time to plan with them.
I am very disappointed in the service provided for my summer wedding. The backdrop behind the band was not what we paid for or envisioned. We measured correctly and the contract included the correct dimensions for the height, but when we walked into the reception the backdrop was half the height it should’ve been and looked horrible. No only that, but I was told by my venue that the Satin Chair staff was not prepared and did not bring the correct materials in order to do their jobs. We reached out to the company after the wedding and they were unapologetic and did not admit to wrong doing. I would recommend not using this company.
yes their work is AMAZING! Beautiful chairs and different floral and tabletop arrangements however, you have to deal with the office and front desk in order to have these beautiful things at your wedding. Alex was the only person at the front desk who knew what they were doing. I came very close to canceling my order due to not hearing back from anyone. They said they were waiting to hear from my venue before they responded but they couldve told me that instead of leaving me hanging for 4 weeks with no response after multiple attempts to reach them. The owner Travis is also very nice and very fair.
Satin chair has beautiful arrangements for your wedding... just make sure you're proactive and very on top of the front desk otherwise they'll miss important details and deadlines.
We had a fairly negative experience with Satin Chair. This was the only rental company recommended by our venue so we thought it would be easy and pleasant to work with them. We had a simple order; ceremony chairs only. They were unkind during phone calls throughout the whole process. They also charged us a late fee for a payment they never billed us for. They later admitted that they never sent us a bill and eventually removed the charge. They would not give us any estimation of when they would drop the chairs off at the venue. We were told it would be either the night before or the morning of the wedding. Our ceremony was at 5:30 pm and the chairs were delivered less than three hours before the ceremony which gave us very little time to complete our decorating before guests arrived. The coordinator at out vendor was surprised by how difficult it was to work with them so our experience may have been out of the ordinary.
Absolutely elegant! Satin chair has amazing decor and goes above and beyond to make your wedding vision come to life! Our wedding was on June 8th at the Abbington. Travis & Alex were wonderful to work with! They both were helpful and so patient. Alex was there for me every time I called or emailed. She always made a sketched out drawing so I can visualize decor. Highly recommend! Our wedding ceremony and reception looked classy all around! Vinny & Vanessa
We cancelled our secondary consultation with Satin Chair after we had no response from anyone at the office, as we were awaiting our decor plan and balance. It took over a month to get a response back from our consultant and when we called the office for the last time to tell them we are going with another company and will not be moving forward with our decor plan from Satin Chair, they made the excuse that a bridal expo caused over a month delay for us and that we can still pay our deposit if we want. Communication here is not adequate and staff seem to work on a whim. Even during our first consultation, we had to have someone else step in because a mechanic was coming to the shop to fix our consultants car and she was exhausted from the day to finish our meeting, Umm WHAT?! We had someone from the front desk step in that looked like she was about 16 years old and had no idea what was going on. We are happy we went with another company.
Satin Chair was the sole linen and chair vendor at our wedding venue and we had an amazing experience working with them. Their showroom has everything and really helped visualize what we wanted. They were easily to communicate with and had very good prices. A few days before our wedding they contacted me with an amazing offer to keep up a flower wall in our venue since it was already up for another wedding. They gave us a great discount for the wall and it completely made our reception area! People raved about it and it was a major hit for pictures/selfies.
The team at Satin Chair took my vision and glammed it up a hundred notches. The lighting design was even better than I had imagined. It was just enough twinkle to set the mood for our gorgeous wedding reception. I walked in and was stunned to see the string lights hanging from the ceiling just how I had described and the wall of lights better than I had explained. We also rented a luxurious couch that was a perfect addition to our dance floor and photos. Reasonable price and gorgeous execution.
We hired Satin Chair to design a backdrop for our wedding in August. At first I was a little skeptical about the company, which was referred by my coordinator, because the owner didn’t seem too excited to have us as customers but I knew they were familiar with our venue. My second meeting was much better when I met with another employee. I think her name was Beatrice. She helped me pick a few more options to spice up our reception room. I was absolutely stunned when we opened the doors. Everything was beautiful. I was never charged anything extra or not given what I ordered. I had a very easy experience with Satin Chair and would highly recommend them.

Everything from satin chair was beautiful. I am rating them 1 star because they charge $100 deposit (which is fine) but, upon our wedding day they delivered $80 worth of extra chairs, sashes, etc. that were sitting in a corner, and then they CHARGED US FOR IT! They took it out of our security deposit, and upon contacting them would not refund us for them. We tried disputing it, but since the deposit was paid 3 months ago we could not. Smart plan on satin chairs part to make you pay a deposit so far out you can’t dispute it when they end up keeping it. Use another place!!!!!!
Our decorations from Satin Chair were beautiful!!!! They decorated the room to perfection and it came out exactly how I envisioned it. We recieved complements all night on how beautiful the room looked! Couldnt have been happier.
We hired Satin Chair for rentals at my daughter’s wedding reception in July 2018. We ordered chiavari chairs along with chiffon sashes. We were told they would lace the chiffon sash thru the rungs on the back of the chairs and then tie a bow. All they did was tie the sashes around the chairs, bad decision on their part, the sashes kept falling off. We updated our order 3 days before the wedding with the exact number of chairs needed. The day of the wedding reception, I have been told White Eagle Golf Club suggested they bring in 12 additional chairs. They should not have - these additional chairs were not needed, nor approved by me.
Satin Chairs requires $100.00 “refundable deposit”, which they apparently feel free to use at their discretion. They have refused to refund my deposit, claiming they used my deposit $$ for these unnecessary chairs - I am being forced to contact my credit card company to intervene.
Communicating with this company has been a nightmare, they do not always respond. They are liars and cheaters, Do not even consider doing business with Satin Chair, you will regret it as I do!
Satin Chairs did my wedding chair covers, which looked beautiful. I also rented multiple center pieces and linens. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!
I worked a lot with Alex from Satin Chair in Naperville, but Samantha also helped me out. They were both great. The got back to me quickly, they made the changes that we needed quickly. Their times to come in to look at their rentals are very flexible because they stay open late and they open on weekends. On the day of the wedding the chiavari chairs, linens and other rentals were in perfect condition and looked fabulous! They set up everything on time and started picking up everything one time. They were professional and I would most definitely recommend them to future brides or anyone looking for beautiful chairs and linens, etc. to rent!
The chair covers and table cloths were gorgeous! Satin Chair is a great no-hassle option and were very accommodating!
Northern Greenhouses was a notch above the rest. We shopped florist and finally settled on Maria and Northern Greenhouses. She took the time to get to know us and understand exactly what it was we wanted for our wedding look. Their flowers were gorgeous and their rental pieces were absolutely stunning. We got so many compliments on the decor and centerpieces. Every last detailed was attended to. My bridal bouquet was stunning and looked even better than I pictured. Additionally, they had us come out a few months before the wedding and set a room up to look just like it would the day of the wedding, with all versions of the centerpieces (we had 4 different styles, one more beautifully done than the next!) and the lighting, tables set up exactly like it would be that day. It really helped us get a vision for what the room would look like, which can be very hard! I would definitely recommend them for your wedding!

I rented chiavari chairs, table runners, napkins and a backdrop from Satin Chair. Natalia was very helpful with recommendations to enhance the backdrop and chairs. Satin Chair helped make our reception not only beautiful, but unique with an add of spandex and ruffles around the chiavari. It was absolutely stunning and something my guests had never seen. Natalia and Travis are very easy going and responsive. I highly recommend Satin Chair.
When first looking for chair covers and table linen, I was trying to stick to a very tight budget and couldn't figure our how to get the look I wanted without breaking the bank. Natalia was very good about helping us find alternative options to make my dream a reality. She really worked with me to make adjustments and changes up to a few days before my event. We were blown away with how beautiful the backdrop at the church and the tables at our reception venue looked when we walked in the day of our wedding. Even the cheapskate within me is willing to admit that the rental was worth every penny! Delivery and pick up arrangements at both locations were a breeze and we received a refund on the overages we paid within 3-4 weeks after the wedding. Oksana was a doll! Wonderful customer service, and easy to work with. She really put my mind at ease. We rented gold Chivari chairs with white cushions. What a huge difference it made! It immediately transformed the room. If you can fit it into the budget, do it! My husband was a little irritated that I spent the money, but immediately had to eat his words when he walked in the door. He said, "Now I get it". LOL The delivery was on time and professional. Each chair was covered during transportation to venue. That kept the chairs from getting scratched. Wow does that work. They looked brand new. Great experience with this company.
The linens we used from Satin Chair Co were nice and looked fancy in our country club wedding reception. The service left something to be desired. After meeting with them twice and confirming things, I was emailed that they would not have enough garden chairs for our ceremony, despite that I was assured we had them reserved. Not a nice thing to tell a bride 1 month before her wedding. It was worked out luckily. We had another problem when we sent the check before our wedding. I was contacted that it was not received and that they needed it ASAP. I had emailed them earlier when the check was sent. I received a rushed call that I might not get my linens if there was no check. Turns out, one of the workers had taken it and put it somewhere else and the girl who called didn't know where it was. Very disorganized. They also took about 1.5 months after to get our deposit sent back...after a few phone calls were made about getting it sent.
We rented chair covers which included sashes. We also rented swags for the head table, card table, cake table, and gift table. We also had accent lights. Our color was a dark purple. When we walked into the reception, everthing was so beautiful!!! Super happy!!
We had them set up and take everthing down, so worth the price! They really work with you, giving you suggestions without being overbearing. We met with Travis, super nice! All of my communication with them was answered promptly and professionally. They even sent me a little swatch of the sash color we chose, it really helped me when I was coordinating the colors, putting my mind at ease, making sure things would match. Definitely worth it for that special touch for your special day!
My daughter was married last Saturday and Satin Chair provided lighting and chairs as well as some special things. My daughter had a Beatles themed wedding and we had a yellow submarine light on the dance floor as well as an All you need is love colorfully displayed behind them. Everything they did was perfect. They even recommended the florist that we went with and she was amazing! So much attention to detail. Travis and his team did a really great job.
We booked with Satin Chair for our wedding in July 2014. When they showed us the products, everything looked great but it was hard to picture how everything would look with the uplighting, covers, backdrop, and runners together. When we stepped into our reception area, we were amazed! It looked so perfect. The colors were exact, and everything came together so nicely. They did a great job setting up and making details and our last minute changes easy for us. All of our guests complimented us on how it looked like a Hollywood wedding space and how much they loved it. Pictures taken by guests looked great too.
If you want your reception area to look perfect for a decent price, book with Satin Chair. They do not let you down.
Satin Chair Covers Rental did the chair covers and cake table swag for my October wedding. Everything looked really great as I entered the room! I was very impressed with the overall look. One thing I didn't like is ten minutes before the evening was over the crew was pulling off the chair covers and guests were still sitting and enjoying the wedding. It just left a bad feeling. Also communicating with them was a bit challenging at times and I had to make sure I followed up with them.
Our hall worked with Satin Chair Covers for all of their rentals. They gave us an amazing price for chaivari chairs and our table cloths. The staff was extremely nice. Right before the wedding though, they billed us $1 more per chair than they originally told us. We were able to get our original price, but the thought of an extra expense right before the wedding was very stressful. Also, the table cloths that were put on the tables were not the ones we picked out. They were light grey as opposed to dark grey. Even so, the color ended up working and made our venue look great!
Their linens made my reception beautiful. I used their crystal trees with lights as my centerpieces and it was 100x more classy than flowers.
I had the easiest time using this company. They offered the best price for chair covers, table runners, and hightable rosettes were super easy to work with and asked all of the right questions to find out what you want and also what you need without being pushy.
The day of, everything in the reception site looked beautiful. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Just as great was their set-up/take-down crew. They were definitely a no fuss, no muss type of group, and it all looked wonderful.

One of my bridesmaids recommended Satin Chair Covers to me saying that they were her best wedding vendor. I reached out to Natalia and Travis and they were very helpful. I was impressed with their fast customer service and also with their wonderful pricing. I was able to secure a much more eloquent fabric back-drop for my wedding ceremony than with any other vendor for almost half the cost. In additional to that uplighting was included in the cost.

Travis and Natalia really put the finishing touches on our decor; the table runners, chair covers and head table decorations looked fantastic! The colors were vibrant, and they offer multiple options for how to tie the sashes. They're a small shop that offers personal service and they're very helpful. We highly recommend them!
Travis and Natalia are great at what they do! They had done two of my sisters weddings and just did mine. It was fantastic and far above expectations. They had everything I wanted and had every detail planned. I could not have asked for better service!! I highly recommend them!
We ended up renting table runners, napkins, draping for some tables, centerpieces and chair covers. We were never asked how we wanted our centerpieces. He told us to "put on hold" more than we needed just in case, telling us we would be refunded for what we didnt use. They ended up taking it upon themselves to design our centerpieces however they wanted without consulting me. They also ended up using the extra draping, charging me for it and not even asked as well. When I complained, the owner TEXTED me literally fighting with me about not putting up a bad review. WE THE BRIDES are paying the money, they should be respectful to us and want to do everything they can to make our day less stressful. HORRIBLE service, do not work with them!
