Let me say at first that photo booths are fun! They are always a hit at any party which of course it was at my wedding. However dealing with company was a nightmare. I booked them a few months before my wedding after I found them using groupon.... I did not buy the groupon and went straight through them to help them out! I decided to book them because they seemed competitively priced plus they said they could do video messaging which my husband really wanted! I emailed them about a month before my wedding to ask about what they needed to set up. They responded asking what back drop and layout I wanted. I had never been given any options so I emailed them back asking for options. It took multiple emails and calls before I heard back from them. According to their website everything is customizable this is not really true. They give you a few options and you have to chose from those. I told them what I wanted and never got a confirmation. I emailed them multiple times and called them multiple times. It was not until I called and left a very upset threatening message 2 days before my wedding that they finally called me back. At the time I also asked if I could have a refund for a hour because I actually did not need them as long as I thought. They said since I went through groupon I couldn't. When in reality I never went through groupon. Then at the wedding there was no video messaging. Their props selection left much to be desired. They didn't make sure everyone put a photo in the scrapbook. Plus the guy running the photo booth was giving away my flowers, vases and decorations at the end of the night! There are so many other photo booth companies that you should not waste your time on these guys.
