Serendipity Garden Weddings

I had my wedding with Serendipity Gardens this past June. When planning my wedding last summer, I must have went through HUNDREDS of venues online and visited dozens of places ALL over southern California. The moment I visited Serendipity, I knew I wanted to get married here. It is more than just a beautiful venue, it was the staff and their package that sold me on booking with them. Here’s why… The venue: It is truly a breathtaking venue that provided so much with their all-inclusive package. No other venue provided a day of coordinator, catering, wedding cake, and funding towards florist and DJ. Our wedding was in June so it was hot and they provided parasol fans, waters and umbrellas. The amount of detail they provided was exceptional and more than anything we could’ve dreamed of. Their preferred vendor list was exceptional and quality vendors. The provide an Open House for all booked guests to meet the vendors and owners of the property, no other venue provides this. You can tell it is so important to the staff to provide quality service, and it really shows the day of the wedding. Staci, since day one was spectacular and was so warm and kind when it came to planning on the details. When it came to planning my wedding, I didn’t go with a wedding planner, and truly did not need to with Serendipity. They made planning a wedding as stress free as possible. I must have spoken with them on a weekly basis and each time I felt my requests were accommodated and met with sincere kindness. Our guests were truly amazed with the venue and how exceptional the staff was. Laura: Laura was my day of coordinator, and her down to earth personality made our planning meeting fun and exciting. She was SO easy to work with and so accessible. She loves her job, and it truly shows. She was SO kind and went above and beyond! She paid attention to every detail and made sure literally EVERY moment went smoothly. There were moments when we were so busy taking photos and greeting guests, her and Lizzie made sure we had a few moments to ourselves to eat and drink. It is the amount of detail and care they provide that goes beyond words. When I look back on my wedding day, I will always be grateful for Laura and remember how excited she was just before I walked down the aisle. I truly felt she was invested in my wedding as if she was family. She was truly an wedding fairy and forever grateful to have had her play such an important role in our wedding day. Lizzie: Lizzie was my bridal assistant, the moment I met her at our rehearsal her carefree, spirited personality just made everything feel so much better. You can imagine a bride before her wedding day is so nervous worrying about all the details. Lizzie’s “go with the flow” vibe made the rehearsal so much fun. It was a hot day and both Lizzie and Laura were running around making sure everything went spectacular. She was amazing and I am so glad she was part of our wedding. If you are looking at wedding venues I know first hand how “exciting” yet nerve wracking/stressful it can be to pick your wedding venue, especially during Covid times. I can say with true confidence you will be SO happy and satisfied with booking with Serendipity! They will take care of you from day one and make sure your wedding day is special and stress free as possible. Hands down recommend booking with them!!!

Words cannot express how wonderful it was to have our wedding at Serendipity. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. The venue is so organized and efficient, and the staff are so kind, supportive, and communicative. Everyone we worked with (Marisa, Staci, Courtney, Ashlee, Chef Amber and the owners) were so accommodating and many of our guests told me after the wedding that they felt so cared for by the staff that were helping out that day. And then there is the venue itself which is just breath taking. It is the most beautiful blend of nature and class. We loved the food and all of the recommended vendors were incredible. We are so grateful to have chosen Serendipity Gardens as the venue for our special day and will cherish our memories forever!

We had the most incredible experience at serendipity! They were constantly asking us if we needed anything and were very attentive to both the bride and groom and our families as well! I can’t believe how amazing the staff and owners are! They truly make you feel special on the most special day of your life! I 100% recommend this venue! I love serendipity!

Our wedding was 4/19/2019. I had my eye on this venue almost two years prior to actually being engaged. I saw it somewhere on the internet and started saving up to have my wedding there some day. Within a month into the engagement, we booked with Serendipity. They were the first venue we toured but we still shopped several venues and options. Serendipity was unmatched package wise and location was beyond beautiful. During the wedding planning process, I must have emailed them like once a day and I admit I later read through the documents they send and realize those questions were answered but they always answered it with pleasure encouraging to ask more as they came. Staci was AMAZING, extremely responsive, and so helpful - she was like a friend. The owners are genuine and pure. The day of EXCEEDED my highest expectations. The day was absolutely perfect, like more perfect then I could ever imagine honestly. I ran into the owners the morning of our wedding while they were personally checking on everything ensuring everything is where and how they should be. I got ready in the cottage Amore which was alleviated so much stress and time constraints. Brittney, Ashlee, and Courtney were my main team and they were a freaking DREAM. They constantly made sure my husband and I were hydrated and fed throughout the day. My main concern was that I didn’t know how anything worked but they all explained to us ahead of time what to do for each formality which I appreciate. Everything ran smoothly. My parents and bridal party were In love with the staff for being so helpful. They catered to whatever we needed! At the reception, the majority of my guests said that this was hands down the best wedding they had ever been to and how much they loved the food and the DJ. Everyone wanted contact info! Our guests loved the photo booth, and the lounge set was SO cute!! I am still over the moon with how perfect the day was. You don’t know how good it feels to have NO stress the day of after the stress of planning. Lots of people unattended are asking about where this dream venue is, and the attended guests still say it’s the wedding to beat. This review is long but doesn’t come close to a satisfactory explanation on how grateful we are. THANK YOU SERENDIPITY for a perfect start into our marriage 💕

Beautiful venue. No need for any extra decor, the outdoor setting is beyond perfect. Especially at sunset, the view was so incredible! Perfect for a fall wedding. The staff was beyond amazing as well. Not only did they tend to the bridal parties and bride/groom families but ALL of our guests as well! Pricier but definitely worth it for this venue.

This was the first and only venue we visited and we instantly fell in love! Everyone was incredibly kind and so very helpful from the very beginning. They were very organized throughout our wedding planning process which was so helpful. All of the staff was amazing. Brittany was outstanding. She was so helpful for our rehearsal and made sure she kept all of our groomsmen (13 of them to be exact) in line! She arrived to check-in on us at 9am and followed up every hour until our ceremony time. She was by our side for photos and throughout the reception keeping us on schedule and making sure we had everything we needed! She even re-bustled my dress with extra safety pins she had on hand! Mallory was fantastic, just as helpful and she had the daunting task of making sure the groomsmen stayed in line the entire day! That is no easy feat! Staci was so courteous and always so helpful in our correspondence. Courtney was so helpful throughout the entire process and always answered any questions in a timely manner! She kept everything in line on our wedding day and managed to keep a drink in my hand the entire time! This venue was an absolute dream and the staff made it even better!

Serendipity made all my wedding dreams come true. Everything from the staff to the simple details were perfection. The staff were there to assist us every step of the way. I never felt like I was planning this wedding alone. If ever I had a question, they were there to answer immediately. They went above and beyond to ensure that our day was beyond magical. My guests continue to tell me and my husband that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Serendipity connected me with all our vendors as well, from our amazing photographer, Camarie McBride, to our incredibly talented decorated, Brittany Hughes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day a day we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.

Serendipity Garden Weddings was an absolutely remarkable venue and the staff was as professional as they come! From the moment the girls and I entered the cottage amore to begin the day until my husband and I entered our get away car at the end of the night - everything was flawless and fairytale-like! The staff hand-wrote sweet thank you notes and really made my husband and I feel like the day was just as important to them as it was to us. I have received so many compliments about how seamless everything went and how beautiful the venue was. We really were so blessed to have Courtney and Ashley at our side the whole day - they made sure we weren't even the slightest bit stressed and made all of the behind the scenes activities completely unnoticeable. They not only made my husband and I feel important, our entire bridal party commented about how the staff made them feel so well taken care of. I would highly recommend Serendipity Garden Weddings to anyone who is venue searching! They provided us with the wedding of our dreams!

We cant say enough about this phenomenal venue. Not only is it absolutely STUNNING, but the staff is so personable, flexible, organized, and professional. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and no strange or stressful situations happened all day, due to the highly organized and streamlined way this venue manages events. They were on top of everything day of, and were so wonderful with us all the way through the planning process as well. They really made us feel like our wedding was special to them, not just another event they were managing. We love thinking about to how magical everything was as now, after being married 4 months, are STILL hearing from our guests what a beautiful wedding and gorgeous venue we had. We are so grateful this is the spot we decided to start our life together.

My husband and I got married on October 1, 2017, from the beginning of our journey we felt supported through the whole planning. They provide and AMAZING planning guide, which helped us so many times. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are always there if you have any questions or need anything. Our wedding was spectacular! We could not imagine our day any better than it was. The venue is located in the mountains of Oak Glen, and we had the most beautiful weather! Courtney was my day of contact at the venue and she was amazing making sure everything was going smoothly and that me and my girls had everything we needed. I highly recommend getting the cottage to get ready with your bridal party and family, it made the day so relaxing and stress free. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone that asked!

Serendipity is the absolute best place to get married at! For the price and the service you receive there is no way of beating it!!! All questions were answered within 24 hours during office hours. The day of service makes you confident in not having to worry about anything! I LOVED the all inclusive side of it and going with all of their recommended vendors. Not having to stress over doing research of different vendors or having to be the center of communication to make sure everyone arrived on time really made the whole process so easy. ALL of my guest said it was the most beautiful and most fun wedding they had ever been too!! There is never a bad photo because every angle of the venue is gorgeous! My wedding day was perfect and there is not one thing I would have changed about it! :)

Had the most fabulous, elegant, fun wedding here. Perfect if you want to have your ceremony and reception both outdoors and in one place. Guests could not stop raving about how beautiful it was. The coordinators helped us through every step of the planning process, and made sure every little detail was perfect on our wedding day. This place is a well oiled machine with a human touch. I can barely put into words how much I love Serendipity. Our wedding was magical, enchanting, a dream, I could go on and on forever about it! The staff was AMAZING. I received so many compliments from my guests about the professionalism and beauty of the venue. They were saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food is BOMB. I did not stress one single bit on the day of my wedding and I was treated like a celebrity by the staff. They took care of me and made sure everything was perfect, and it was! I HIGHLY recommend Serendipity to anyone who is looking for a venue.

Amazing doesn't even begin to describe my wedding at Serendipity last weekend! This was the first venue we looked at and nothing else could even compare. The venue itself is insanely beautiful! The weather was amazing and all the flowers were in full bloom! The staff were all so nice! Ashley was the best bridal assistant! When my little flower girl's brother ditched her and walked the aisle by himself, she got my little flower girl (age 3) to walk the aisle and throw the flowers all by herself! When taking pictures, one of the servers made sure all the guys were well taken care of with drinks and snacks. Courtney runs the show like a pro! So calming! The staff is the best! DJ Rich played the most amazing music and really listened to what we wanted. Days after and we are still getting comments from guests about Serendipity being the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to and I agree. A true fairy tale wedding! The horse drawn carriage was the cherry on the top! Thank you!

I have worked at this venue several times as a photographer. I love this venue! It is absolutely stunning! There were so many options for photos, and the staff was there to help support me and keep with the flow of the timeline. The owners are so kind and generous. It's very obvious that they love what they do, and they instill that passion into their staff. I recommend Serendipity Gardens for your dream wedding!

Serendipity is absolutely spectacular! I was married there several years ago & have been to several weddings there since. I recommend it to anyone I know in search of a venue. The staff is attentive & flexible. The views are breathtaking. You will not be able to find a venue that is as beautiful or as affordable as Serendipity.

We were so lucky so find Serendipity Garden Weddings! We had an amazing and beautiful day, it could not have gone any better. One of the truly unique features of this place is when the bride makes her grand entrance in a horse drawn carriage. You could actually hear the crowd's collective, "oooooh" as that moment took their breath away. We also used the caterer and DJ that was suggested and it all turned out so well. The views that are all around from the dance floor are breathtaking. We had an evening wedding, and the sun was going down just before the dancing started. It all made for some great pictures and some memories that will last a lifetime. I can't think of anywhere else where we could have had all the amenities that we did for what we paid. It was a supreme value for us!

Serendipity is absolutely enchanting. It exceeded my expectations, which being in the hospitality industry, are very high. The views are stunning and I loved that it is secluded. You feel as though you are the only people in the world at that moment in time. The sunset was spectacular and dancing under the stars was amazing. Romantic beyond words. There is a brides cottage that is adorable and really made it nice to be able to get ready. There is even a hair and make up mini cottage right off of that. Too cute!! The food was amazing not just wedding or convention type food, they have a chef there preparing the day of the event. The staff was truly amazing. The stand outs for me though are the owners Tamara and Phil, and their manger Courtney who is just a jewel. No detail was too small or overlooked. What left a huge impression was that they truly cared about us and our wedding. They made us feel like family. I have RA and they went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of and that any special need I had was fulfilled. We trusted our once in a lifetime occasion to Serendipity and was truly given a once in a lifetime event. Thank you so much!!!

I fell in LOVE with Serendipity when I first saw it! The property is so beautiful and the price is really good for how nice it is. If I had to pick a theme for my wedding I would say it was a "Romantic/ Vintage Wedding" and this place was perfect for it. They also have a barn on the property now so you can go a little bit of a more "rustic look". But really whatever your theme is this place will suit it and you will have beautiful pictures. Everyone that went to my wedding said that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to. -Kasondra Kniss

Everyone that my fiance and I worked with at Serendipity was kind and helpful, Melyssa, Courtney and Lisa. I felt like they were willing to go above and beyond to help me achieve my goals for our wedding day. All of my emails were responded to quickly which is a huge help in wedding planning. I loved that Serendipity is very flexible about letting the couple bring in outside extras. For instance, I decided not to use the florist that is included in the Serendipity package. They credited that amount to other services and allowed me to bring in a different florist. Lisa coordinated for us to come do a food tasting at a time that worked for my fiance and me. A huge selling point for me was that I could get a cake from Michelle's Bakery in Redlands for a great deal and it was delicious. I was very impressed by our DJ who we got through Serendipity. He was easy to work with and made sure to deliver exactly what I had in mind for my day. Having the day-of coordinators (Melyssa and Courtney) was invaluable. Because of these ladies, I was stress-free on my wedding day. All of our guests had a great time and I will cherish my wedding day memories forever!

Such a wonderful location and venue! I was very satisfied with the price and quality of service. My bridal questions were answered right away and I felt at ease during my wedding day. The only thing I would change would be to add more lighting to the reception area.

My wedding was absolutely perfect! I felt beautiful, the venue was amazing and my guests were blown away. Serendipity is a gorgeous location with such unique and special touches. I loved the inclusive package with the vendors as I did not have time to do multiple cake and caterer tastings. The staff was very helpful and worked hard to ensure the best day possible. They continue to go up in pricing, so that was a bit concerning, as well as I wish that you coul ddrop items off the day before. We have a bit of stress with the groom having to get the kegs and drop them off the morning of the wedding. But everything else was just as I envisioned. Thanks to Serendipity for making my day perfect!

My husband and I had a destination wedding here. The location was a bit remote (our guests were based mostly in the East Coast), but we absolutely loved the venue and its friendly staff when we visited prior to signing the contract. We had our guests stay in Palm Springs and provided shuttle services to Serendipity. Our guests could not stop talking about how BEAUTIFUL this venue was and how amazing our DJ Kevin Gaylor (who subbed for DJ Kerry Smith) was. The owner Tamara and our coordinator Emily were SUPERB. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. We're so so so happy we got married here.

My husband and I were married at serendipity Oct 14, 2012, the venue was absolutely amazing. The weather was perfect since, just a few days before it was raining, and were afraid that we might have to tent it. The view from the pergola and the reception area are beautiful at sunset. I did the brown set up with the harvest tables, it was the outdoor shabby chic that I was looking for. The food was amazing, their Dj was so much and kept our party going till the end. Very easy staff to work with,. Emily was out coordinator and was so easy to work with, really enjoyed working with her. The vendor they use for the flowers was the best. He has so much creativity and you can tell he loves his job. Overall we couldn't' have been happier with our wedding being at Serendipity :)))

I found Serendipity online and it was the first and ONLY venue my husband and I went to see. The location is gorgeous and the all inclusive package is a serious value. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding and most beautiful venue they'd ever been to. The food was amazing! The vendors they use are beyond excellent. From the cake to the dj, to the horse drawn carriage....my day felt like it was straight out of a fairy tale! Charissa and all of the Serendipity staff were always available to answer any questions we had and made our day even that much more enjoyable. I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue!

Finding this venue was actually serendipitous. I had browsed and looked at so many venues for a year and a half to no avail. One night, out of frustration, I slid my laptop over to my then-fiance and told him he needs to just find a place because I had had it. Within 2 minutes, he tells me he found somewhere perfect and shows me the website for Serendipity. We thought it was too good to be true, but when we drove down (from Sac) to see it the next day, we fell in love. It is SO BEAUTIFUL there!! We barely had to decorate! The ambiance is so intimate and romantic and the staff is absolutely amazing!! Their all-inclusive package is the best deal we found anywhere! The DJ, the food, the wedding coordinator (Tara), the owners (Phil and Tamara), EVERYTHING was just so wonderful!! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. All of our guests drove from Northern California and said it was totally worth it and that our venue was one of the most beautiful and unique they had ever seen. I can't say enough good things about Serendipity. If you have any doubts, just call for an appointment and visit and I doubt you will be disappointed :)

Picking Serendipity as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we could have made. It had everything we were looking for, an all outdoors venue, beautiful surroundings and an all inclusive venue. Tamara has made Serendipity the place to get married. All her employees were very helpful from the planning to the day of our wedding. Charissa was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. She helped make the planning so simple. If I ever felt stressed about something I would talk to Charissa and she always had the right answer to solve my dilemma. She helped make our wedding day vision come to life. Because of Charissa I was very calm the day of our wedding. Everything looked better than I could imagine! From the start everything went very smooth, the ceremony with the amazing view and weather, to the cocktail hour with great appetizers and drinks. Then to the start of our reception and a night we will never forget. Serendipity has vendors to pick from, which I loved cause I knew if Serendipity used them I knew they were going to be great….which they were. From the delicious food provided by Serendipity to our Dj, Mike Perez at Classic DJ Service and our beautiful flowers from Beaumont Flowers Etc. We also used Balboa Photography and [Desi}gn Cakes and Cupcakes for our wedding cake. All the vendors helped make our day so special. Our family and friends said it was one of the prettiest weddings with good food, drinks and music! I truly felt like a beautiful bride on my wedding day. Serendipity really made all our wedding dreams come true!

Serendipity was a beautiful site and my wedding was beautiful. I was mostly happy with my experience but there is definitely room for improvement. I didn't feel like a princess, as a bride should feel, or as if customer satisfaction was a priority. I had a coordinator on my day of that was great. She was really sweet and wanted to make my day special. Unfortunately she was not the contact person the entire time before then. Every time I asked the previous coordinator for help or asked questions, I felt as if I was bothering her and didn't get answers that you would expect from a professional. I have heard others that have had their wedding there that have felt the same way about this particular coordinator. I didn't have much interaction with the owner but have heard that she is more customer satisfaction oriented. It is too bad her employee is not the same way because a customers perception of the entire vendor is formed by the one person that is the face of the company and has the most interaction with the bride. I appreciate that my family and friends saw a seamless and beautiful wedding; however as the bride I didn't have a good enough entire experience to recommend this vendor without telling someone to insist on better service.
