Maryssa is superwoman. Maryssa made our day so special, she took all of the work off of our plate, she helped us plan the perfect wedding and was there for our every question and need. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. A few words that come to mind when I think of Maryssa are: organized, thoughtful, smart, attentive, kind, forward thinking, genuine and ALWAYS made us feel heard and important. She is the best in the business.
I would highly recommended using Maryssa for your wedding needs. One of my favorite wedding vendors on our special day! As soon as I first talked to Maryssa on the phone I knew her services would be perfect for our wedding! She is very organized, helpful, detail orientated, easy to communicate with, calm, caring & supportive. Using the Aisle Planner was very easy & help me be organized too. My reception looked better than I ever imagined. Maryssa took pictures & videos to help capture the day that we will cherish forever. The weeks leading up to the wedding I didn’t feel stressed out since I knew & felt confident that Maryssa would be there to help if anything went wrong. Maryssa was the wedding planner for our Oct wedding. Being able to have her as our planner was the best blessing. Maryssa is warm, caring, patient and passionate about what she does. She was consistent with high standard deliverables since the first consultation. I lost many weeks of sleep of deciding on the flowers for the tables and to a point that I wanted to call it off. Maryssa helped me with organizing my thoughts and bringing my vision to life. The table turned out to be so beautiful! Maryssa also has great relationship with many vendors and venues in the area which made my wedding day went smoothly and I didn’t need to worry about one thing. She is very organized, time oriented and especially calm which really helped ease my nerves.
She is also a GREAT photographer!! Oh let me tell you how much I appreciate the videos and photos that she took for us. Maryssa will be my forever to go event planner and I highly recommend all the brides to give her a try. Trust me, I was VERY selective of my planner and I spoke to a bunch. Maryssa was the best choice out there!!!
We are so glad we found Maryssa (highly recommended by a friend) to help plan and manage our big day. We've had a lot of friends complain that their planners were overpriced based on the value they received, but that was far from the case with Maryssa. It was money well-spent and we would do it again in a heartbeat. From the up-front coordination with our vendors to the day-of coordination, she helped make our dream a reality and took a huge load off our shoulders. We were able to enjoy our day without any of the stress, knowing that Maryssa had it under control. Beyond her overall competence/experience, she is a pleasure to work with and be around. It didn't seem like a job to her, she seemed genuinely excited to be a part of our day and invested in its overall success. Another benefit we didn't see coming was the AislePlanner online platform which was really helpful in managing the budget, organizing the timeline and layout. We would highly recommend Maryssa!
Hiring Maryssa as our wedding coordinator was the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning process. My husband and I had locked in the venue, photographer and band, and we were looking for someone to help stitch everything together and ensure a flawless execution on the day of. Maryssa and her team more than delivered. They were hands on, thoughtful, mindful of all the details and brought everything to life just the way my husband and I had envisioned. Maryssa is a joy to work with -- she is calm, proactive and a good communicator. When it looked like rain a few days before our wedding, Maryssa worked through various backup options with us and helped put our minds at ease -- we couldn't have navigated our wedding week without her. I would highly recommend Maryssa and her team!!
Maryssa is the absolute best! I truly mean this when I say our wedding would not have gone off as flawlessly as it did without her. Her attention to detail is above and beyond and her communication is unmatched. As a type A bride I was worried about every little detail when it came to our wedding but with Maryssa as our coordinator, I truly felt at ease. She calmed all my nerves and answered my never ending questions so quickly. But above all else, she made my vision a reality and for that I am forever grateful. She never told me no, or that I was being too over the top when I thought for sure I was. She pumped us up and kept us excited even when planning got to a stressful point. I can't even count how many times I heard from family members, our bridal party and even guests "you have the sweetest wedding planner ever". And it's true. But not only is she the sweetest ever, she's truly amazing at what she does. The day was beautiful, organized, on time, and a blast! As a side note, my dress strap broke during our first dance and I didn't even have to worry because Maryssa was standing by with her emergency wedding kit and had me all fixed up before the father daughter dance even began. We cannot thank Seven Oh Seven and Maryssa enough for everything! Hands down the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. THANK YOU!
Maryssa and her team are beyond incredible!! I feel so grateful that I found Maryssa and her team in 2021 to help with my 2022 wedding. Throughout the process, Maryssa was SO helpful and always provided her expert feedback to ensure my vision came to life. I will never forget walking up the stairs at Sonoma Golf Club an hour before our first look and I felt this sense of calm rush over me .. because Maryssa had it all covered. We pulled off a hell of a black tie wedding, nothing was too overdone and my husband and I as well as the guests never felt rushed throughout the day. I really can’t say enough good things about Maryssa and her team. My husband and I initially booked Seven Oh Seven events back in 2019 for our June 2020 wedding. Working with Maryssa was a dream as we began planning, she helped us find some of the most amazing vendors and had everything so well organized, I couldn’t have asked for more. Well, fast forward to the beginning of 2020, with all of the uncertainty around Covid, we made the tough decision to postpone, and Maryssa took on the huge task of helping us get in touch with every vendor we had booked, make all the changes, update all the contracts. It was a really hard time for us but she made it so much easier. Fast forward to 2021, restrictions in Sonoma county hadn’t change much, and we were faced with the tough decision to postpone… again… and just like before, Maryssa got it handled so seamlessly. We managed to rebook every single vendor from our original date with her help. Finally 2022 rolls around we we ACTUALLY GOT MARRIED. We had the most incredible day, it was everything we had hoped for and planned for over the past 3 years. Maryssa and Alyssa really took the reigns on the day of and everything went off without a hitch. I was able to enjoy my day with all my loved ones with zero stress because I had full trust in these beautiful ladies and they did not disappoint. I wouldn’t have wanted to have anyone else on our team through all the ups and downs of planning our wedding. Not only do I feel like we got more than we expected from a wedding planner, but I also feel like we gained a friend in the process. The only thing I’m sad about is that my day has come and gone and I don’t get to email Maryssa and much as I used to with all my questions and ideas haha. 10000/10 recommend booking Seven Oh Seven Events, it might be the best decision you make in the whole process of planning 🤍
Maryssa and her team at Seven Oh Seven Events are fantastic! I selected the Standard (“Month Of”) Package for my daughter’s August 2022 wedding. I wanted to plan her wedding, but knew I needed some help and definitely wanted someone else to manage the wedding day. The Seven Oh Seven package was perfect. From the moment I hired Maryssa she was available to answer any questions (and I asked a lot), gave me access to her useful online tools, and offered me her list of preferred vendors. We ended up, in fact, choosing a florist and photographer from her list — both were excellent.
Maryssa’s expert advice and support along the way were invaluable. She was always very organized, knowledgeable, and kind. This was critical when we found out my husband, and father of the bride, tested positive for COVID one week before the wedding. Maryssa calmly helped us manage all the last minute changes and communicated with the venue so I could focus on other things. Seven Oh Seven did a beautiful job setting up everything before the ceremony and stayed the entire night to guarantee the evening ran smoothly. Her team even collected all of our rentals and personal items at the end of the reception, which allowed me to just enjoy the night.

Maryssa is phenomenal! My hubby and I married right before Covid in Sonoma and it was the best day. I planned the wedding from the east coast and leaned on Maryssa & her team for a lot as I was so far away. She is incredibly professional, organized and fun. I am very laidback and somewhat of a procrastinator so having Maryssa was an absolute goldmine. I highly recommend hiring them for your special day!
Maryssa was so much fun to work with and is an amazing wedding planner! She made our vision come to reality and made sure everything was done seamlessly! Maryssa is the perfect balance of professionalism and FUN! Every step of the way she helped guide us through decision making on invites, linens, agenda / timeline, music, and everything in between. It always stood out to us when she advised against spending more / adding more detail - demonstrating that she truly had our best interest. The day of our wedding, she was a calming force and made sure we were everywhere we needed to be on time. A funny moment took place minutes before the ceremony... we still couldn't locate my Veil and she not only tracked it down in time and placed it in my hair perfectly. My husband and I were rattled from this and joking asked if anyone had a shot of liquor we can take to calm our nerves.. Of course, Maryssa already had them in her purse, just incase we needed it! We initially hired Seven Oh Seven Events for just a day of coordinator, then saw how easy the process was and added in Invitations, website & then also coordinating our rehearsal welcome party. If I were to do it again, I would have hired for the full wedding planning service from day 1. 5 stars isn't enough!
Maryssa is simply the best. She helped make our dream wedding come true!! Not only was she extremely helpful when it came to postponing our wedding due to Covid but the day of the wedding was perfectly executed. Maryssa and her team at Save the Date are INCREDIBLE. As a wedding planner in another state, I know the importance of having a team you can trust when you are planning and executing your wedding. We worked with Maryssa during the planning process, and Bri was also there to support us on our wedding day. Maryssa met and exceeded all of our expectations. She was prompt in answering our emails and never missed a detail when we asked her questions. I loved using the portal through Aisle Planner to keep our wedding details in one place. On the day of the wedding, Maryssa was our biggest advocate. Overbearing guests? Maryssa handled them with grace. Small bridal breakdown where I cried because of an error in my bouquet? Maryssa immediately fixed the issue with the florist (and made me feel like I was not overreacting). Keeping vendors, guests, wedding party, and my husband and I calm and relaxed on the wedding day? ABSOLUTELY. I am so impressed with Maryssa's problem solving skills and her ability to navigate tough situations. Being a wedding planner is not an easy career, but Maryssa's passion for her job is apparent in everything she does. Maryssa & team were the key to an amazing wedding for us in Sonoma in August 2021! As our planner/day-of-coordinator, Maryssa was our go-to support for every detail, large and small. She helped us plan, and re-plan, our wedding during the pandemic, providing updated state guidance and keeping us calm at every step. She provided recommended vendors and decor ideas, kept very organized task lists, proactively managed all communications with us, and even helped manage vendor relationships given her great local relationships! Once we told vendors we were working with her, their immediate reply was: "Oh Maryssa is the best - you got so lucky!" On the day of our wedding, she made everything feel like a breeze, from helping me get dressed, to giving my husband and me champagne right after to our ceremony, to helping move around some timelines to best capture sunset photos. Not to mention, she did all of this on her actual birthday! Maryssa truly cares about her clients and was a great partner, and friend, for us through all of the ups and downs of wedding planning. Maryssa and her team were a joy to work with on our wedding day! Maryssa was great at coordinating with other vendors and making sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. I am an extremely Type A person with high expectations and Maryssa and her team made sure everything went according to plan and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I loved her assistants she brought on our wedding day, they treated me like they had known me for years and made sure I was well taken care of! Maryssa and her team are the absolute best - I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or any other event. Maryssa was the planner for my wedding at Olympia's Valley Estate in Petaluma, July 2021. She exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure that the day went flawlessly and was exactly what I had dreamed of.
Communication: Maryssa is one of the most transparent, thoughtful, responsive people I've worked with. Any time I had any questions - from small to big - she responded incredibly quickly and with a ton of information. As someone who has never done this before and was overwhelmed by the amount of information and options, I really appreciated how communicative and responsive she was to everything I've ever asked. As others have mentioned, oftentimes she already had taken care of / thought of the things I was asking already!
Vendor Management: Maryssa managed every.single.one. of our vendors to the minute detail. From ensuring that she had the contact information, contracts, etc. of everyone we planned to work with, she coordinated directly with them to ensure that everyone knew where and when they had to be the day of.
Attention to Detail: Maryssa's attention to detail is incredible. From sending us reminders of things we had to do a few months out to a month out, to coordinating the weekend schedule down to the minute (our family members even commented at our detailed our schedule was!) As someone who is also super detail oriented, I really appreciated this about her. On the day of the wedding, she noticed that some farm tables did not match and contacted me immediately with a few options of how to proceed - it was so detailed that I wasn't even stressed that this was happening the day-of!
Day-Of Coordination: WOW. just wow - Maryssa executed our wedding absolutely flawlessly. She coordinated everything with the vendors, personal items, reception, decor, including moving our floral arch/cocktail furniture to the reception area for dinner. She was always on hand to help with absolutely anything I needed - from helping me find a toothpick, mints, working with our photographer to move our first dance and photos around to accommodate the better light, to helping me pick out grass from my wedding dress from photos - I can honestly say that Maryssa made our wedding everything we ever wanted it to be. She even helped pack up all our drinks, personal items, decor into our car the night of so that the next morning we had everything ready to go.
Lastly, on top of everything I already mentioned, Maryssa helped us navigate our wedding through COVID-19. We originally had our date scheduled for 2020, and she worked with us to not only move to a new date, but coordinate with our vendors to ensure they were also free, share information about the latest regulations and how things were progressing. She was always on top of everything, staying calm and helpful throughout the entire process.

Maryssa was the planner for our wedding at Gundlach Bundschu winery in Sonoma, which was originally scheduled for October 2020 but postponed to spring 2021 due to COVID.
Maryssa made planning a wedding amidst a constantly changing pandemic situation seem easy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the latest regulations, calm, and flexible throughout. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the wedding we’d imagined despite the pandemic, putting in tons of extra time to coordinate with us and our vendors to adapt our plans multiple times as regulations changed.
Pandemic aside, Maryssa exceeded all my expectations of a wedding planner:
-She has amazing relationships with other vendors in the industry, and every other vendor she recommended to us was excellent. Our florist, photographer, hair stylist, and caterer were all her recommendations and all fantastic!
-She worked with us every step of the way to coordinate with our venue and various vendors to ensure we had everything we wanted and didn’t miss any logistics
-She was incredibly responsive over email, phone, and text and always answered all of my questions with thoughtful and knowledgeable answers. More often than not, she had already taken care of everything I had questions about!
-In the last few weeks before the wedding, she handled all of the final logistics and coordination. I wasn’t stressed at all knowing that she was on top of all of the details, and trusted her completely to handle everything.
-On the day of the wedding, she and her team executed everything perfectly! They handled all of the setup with our vendors, set out our place settings, seating arrangements, and decorations, and made everything look beautiful (despite some very gusty winds)! Throughout the event, they kept everything running smoothly and on time, assisted guests who had questions, and ensured that my husband and I could just focus on enjoying the day.
We are so grateful to Maryssa & team and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

I first found Maryssa in the early Spring of 2019 when I had just started to plan our wedding and I was feeling a little lost with the process. I knew that hiring a planner would give me some peace of mind, but looking back, I know it was the best decision I could have made in regards to planning our wedding. My fiance and I were planning to get married June of 2020, and during the planning process, Maryssa and her team went above and beyond in every way. They are so organized and patient and they truly care about your needs and concerns. I'm a hyper-organized bride and I struggle with managing my stress, and Maryssa and her team were constantly putting me at ease. They always answered my questions and requests with kindness and grace.
When the pandemic hit, I was distraught. We were less than 100 days away from our wedding and the unimaginable had happened. Maryssa and her team guided me through the decision-making process and helped tremendously (both emotionally and practically) with postponing not one, but TWO weddings!
Suffice to say, Maryssa has helped me tirelessly over the last year and a half, and I can't begin to express how thankful I am to have her. I can't recommend her enough for any couple planning a wedding! She makes the whole process a breeze. Do yourself a favor and hire Save the Date!

Maryssa and her team at Save The Date were absolutely wonderful. Maryssa is friendly, calm, organized, and (most importantly for me as the bride) was a very calming presence on our big day (and leading up to it). We hired Maryssa and her team as day of coordinators for our wedding on the Russian river on 9/21/2019. She went above and beyond just day of coordinating though, as she was available for phone calls and emails leading up to our wedding weekend and then took care of everything coordinating-wise for our rehearsal & on the wedding day. Maryssa coordinated with all our vendors the week before the wedding which took stress off of me. She is very organized and her timeline was exemplary, she made sure everyone knew where to be and when. She also did a few site visits with us beforehand to make sure we had everything in place at the venue. She was instrumental to our rehearsal and even went the extra mile to help us with some set up the day before the wedding, which she didn't need to do. Maryssa and her team did amazing! She was always quick to respond to my texts, calls, and emails and guided me when needed. I’m a bit of a control freak so it was hard to turn the reigns over to someone else but Maryssa put me at ease that everything would be taken care of. My favorite part of working with her was the day of! She was cool, calm, collected, and so organized (she even took our presents and cards back to our room for us while we were enjoying the reception) Definitely would recommend!
