Their transportable kitchen is a convenient asset that allows them to make a high quantity of pizzas in a short period of time. All that you need to do is take a seat and tuck in as they work their magic. Serving couples throughout Central Florida and beyond, Shadrach's Fiery Furnace works with clients to develop bespoke menus. Available pizza flavors include margarita, Hawaiian, spinach and goat cheese, and classic sausage and peppers. Other food types such as pasta dishes, cannoli platters, and Caprese skewers can be provided. In addition, a range of dietary requirements can be accommodated, including vegan, nut-free, and dairy-free.

te types of pizzas better than we’ve had it before! And it was FRESH! Non stop having hot fresh pizzas come out was such a party pleaser! People could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how a pizza food truck at a wedding was brilliant! Now to the even more serious details! Allergies! 2 of my most favorite women have gluten allergies or are vegan and they went above and beyond! They did their research on pastas to make sure my grandmother was fed. They provided my MOH and her family their own personal vegan pizza. They asked questions and made sure they got it all right! I cannot thank them enough for that! Food was a 1000/10 and service was as well!!!!

y remarkable! She met with us multiple times and helped us feel at ease turning the night over to her crew. The fiery pizza furnace that they brought to make pizzas on the spot added to the ambiance alongside their nice market lights and umbrellas. More importantly, their pizzas were unique and flavorful and filling. Our guests, both young and old, were thrilled with the variety. We had some initial concerns about how fast Shadrach's would be able to serve our crowd. Sarah was spot on when she said not to worry that they could have everyone through the buffet in 30 minutes. We picked 5 pizza choices and Caesar salad. We also ordered Shadrach's fresh and beautifully presented Caprese skewers with balsamic glaze. Everyone ate until they were full. I highly recommend Shadrach's Fiery Furnace and Sarah. They were dependable, professional, worked with our budget and were genuinely nice people. We could not have been happier with our choice.

l, sweet, understanding and easy going from the get go. From great communication, testing the food at an outdoor venue, and deciding that Shadrach's was the way to go to the actual end product. Financially we were stoked to get the package we got and emotionally stoked at the ease of the process. On our wedding day, the food was a HIT. We decided on pizza Because well...we plain and simple LOVE PIZZA! Even more, we loved Shadrach's pizza. We got to pick our flavor creations and have a salad station too. The entire team was extremely nice and very fast moving. Best option ever! We highly recommend the Shadrach Fiery Furnace pizza & team and love to support small businesses. If we ever decided on doing a pizza event again, no doubt we would use Shadrach's Fiery Furnace.
