e they sold Verragio rings, but Lauren's customer service kept us coming back. We bought my engagement ring from her and then she went on maternity leave. We waited until two months before our wedding so we could work with her again to buy our wedding rings. She worked with their Verragio rep to get the matching wedding band there for me to see it in person. In addition they have shows for their well known brands. This was a godsend! They would get in extra inventory that they didn't usually have and would offer an incentive. We saved so much money buying during their Verragio shows. Cannot recommend them and Lauren enough!

We have been to Sheiban Jewelers several times trying to decide on an engagement ring setting and wedding bands. Considering how picky I am (a mild understatement), we ended up customizing the rings.... both the engagement ring and the wedding band.
Every detail and request was captured (which was a very lengthy list!), and the results are amazing! Not only are both rings absolutely stunning and impeccable .... the process of working with their team was flawless.
The quality of work (thank you, Tony!), and attention to detail, surpassed even MY expectations!

We did have an issue with one of the halo stones in my ring falling out, but they fixed it in no time at all, and at no cost to us. listed them for my finance to review when he came in. I'm not sure of his time line but I know they showed him all of the rings I loved and he picked the one he loved the most. I know they worked really well with him and the financing of the ring. I get my ring cleaned there often and got my engagement ring recolored and then my wedding band fused together with it. I take my ring back to them to get cleaned and inspected pretty frequently, and they are always extremely friendly, even though they know that I'm not there to purchase anything. I can't say enough great things about them!
