Her time at TimberNook and years as a nanny and babysitter honed her ability to guide groups, foster connections, and stay calm under pressure, while her hands-on catering experience gave her a behind-the-scenes understanding of how events flow seamlessly. Now, as she pursues her dream in wedding planning, Caroline combines her educator’s eye for detail, her nurturing spirit, and her knowledge of event logistics to create celebrations that are both meaningful and stress-free. She is passionate about helping couples bring their vision to life, ensuring every moment feels intentional, joyful, and beautifully executed.

Nicole is a dedicated event planner and coordinator based in the beautiful Upper Valley of New Hampshire, right along the Vermont border. Having lived in different parts of New Hampshire, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for this region and the community that calls it home. Her passion for event planning began at Plymouth State University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and my MBA in General Management. During my time there, I discovered the joy of creating meaningful gatherings through my work with the Student Senate, planning and promoting events for the entire student body. Over the past 16 years, Nicole's career in hospitality has taken her from management roles to sales, catering, and event planning. For more than half of that time, she focused specifically on catering and event coordination—a path that ultimately inspired Nicole to start her own business, helping others bring their visions to life through unforgettable experiences. Now rooted in the Upper Valley with her husband, two energetic sons, and beloved pets, Nicole cherishes life’s simple joys, from celebrating family milestones to planning her own wedding and parties. These personal experiences fuel Nicole's commitment to making every event as special and unique as the people behind it. What sets Nicole apart is her ability to craft events that suit every host’s style—whether elegant and refined or bold and extravagant.
