i was really impressed with Allison's organizational skills prior to the wedding keeping us on track and making the time line. she was always available to come to meetings with vendors which was an asset. The problem was the day of the weddin...g, we had a huge change of plans and her cell phone was left in the car. At our second venue she stood in the background and had no idea what was going on. when she tried to take control it was only after everything had been set up. When booking a day of coordinator i was expecting someone to be there to take charge and be on top of everything that could have happened on that day so that me and my wife could have just relaxed, it was quite the opposite, i was directing traffic to my own wedding since people were lost as to where to go. We both feel like she did more before the wedding then the day and we hired her to be a day of coordinator. Don't let our bad experience persuade you talk to Allison for yourself before you judge on one bad experience.
