Didn’t respond to me. It arrived days after the event. So I reached out again explaining that since they hadn’t even bothered to put the item in the mail until weeks after the order was placed, I no longer needed it. Their response? Nothing. Just took my money . Avoid this company at all costs

merous emails!! Their customer service does not answer you at all, it took three weeks of messaging them on several platforms to get any type of response. When I did I was just told “shipping is delayed” ok then why don’t you communicate that to people who spent a lot of money on your product?? I would like my money back and to spend it somewhere else instead!!

I asked customer service where I could write a review and got no answer which leads me to believe the reviews on the site aren't all of the review and just picking and choosing the best ones I received the jacket, it is very cheap, buttons are loose and the tags are sewn it very sloppily. Looked up the jackets on AliExpress and there they were for $13 each. Don't get me started on the size, I ordered a 5x, it's more like a xl, rediculous! They complete stage these jackets to look way better in the photos than what they are, very disappointed. The only thing I could say was well done, is the embroidery. When I emailed customer service they were less than helpful, all they could say is nothing we can do on customized items. I say keep your $70 and head on over to Etsy, much better quality.

They sent a cookbook which was marked with sharpie (they did offer to send me a new one), but it had a bunch of recipes that I can't substitute since I am gluten intolerant. The other items were cheap (a wooden sign, a bottle opener, and an egg cooker mold i guess?). Their return policy is they don't accept returns or exhanges on their boxes which is a TERRIBLE policy. I received the Ring Boxes subscription as an Engagement gift and they accept exchanges on their subscription boxes. I paid $40 plus shipping for this box and it is not worth any of that and is likely going straight to donations. I am very sad because the other boxes they sent me were so great, and this box and their has made me so unhappy to write this negative review. If you are on the fence about subscription boxes, I would not purchase from Something New.

he manager" exchanged numerous emails with me. I explained that this is NOT a 2XL. She at first said we can remake in a 3XL for a $30 remake fee. I told her I do NOT agree to charging me a fee to remake a jacket that clearly would be offensive to my sister being plus size. She then said nothing they can do. I said I want to return and I want a refund She said no returns or refunds. I then said I will make sure no one ever orders from them again and I want the owner to contact me. Being a boutique owner myself no matter what you always make it right with the customer. She then said oh the owner told me we can custom make another jacket for you in an even bigger size then the 3XL. I said oh perfect. A few days goes by I hear nothing so I contact her to check on shipping. She said they are waiting on the bigger jacket and will invoice me when it's ready to be shipped. I said wait a second invoice the owner said she was going to remake the jacket for me and I attached our email correspondence. She said well we are still charging you the remake fee. I said that is not what was agreed upon. She said that's company policy and there is no way around it! I AM DONE! I paid $70 for this jacket and like I said it fits my 15 year old except my 15 year old can't even wear it because it has my sister's married last name on it! Terrible customer service and a terrible way to run a business! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

red the link with him and he purchased a 6 month subscription for me. I got my first box this month and it was perfect! No detail was missed. There was a hand written card and all kinds of goodies for working on that Bride body; a racer back tank, ear buds, bride water bottle, coconut body polish and a workout towel with zipper compartment! It was so exciting to open and begin using this month! I can't wait until next month!!!!

sonal touch. Someone actually took time to write the note instead of print it out, that’s so rare in this day in age! The contents were amazing and so worth what was spent. The colors were beautiful and everything matched! I was so happy with the first one (of a 3 month subscription) that my fiancé said if I am as happy with the next 2, he will get me another subscription for my birthday (conveniently in April just when my subscription would be over ;) lol). We are getting married April 2019 and having these boxes to look forward to, such quality products and personal attention, makes the process so much better (especially when you have been planning other events besides the wedding). So far...in case it wasn’t obvious already, I am very happy with my Something New Bridal Box!

It also means that I've missed out on a lot of the "fun" parts of wedding planning that offset some of the stress, things like the catering sampling, the cake tasting, and picking out a dress with all the moms and grandmas present. Although nothing can really replace that, the Something New Bridal Box does remind me that wedding planning can be fun and that I should be excited for this time in my life. I highly recommend this box for anyone considering getting it for themselves or a loved one, as the goodies inside always bring a smile to my face!
