So, I am a reasonable, honest person, and I have no desire to take anything in the customer service world personally. I've been in the service industry for 10 years--I can take a lot before feeling slighted. And, I would like to make a disclaimer that I have nothing bad to say about my stylist, Gabriela, who was very helpful, insightful and attentive. However, I made my appointment weeks in advance and we drove up from Corpus Christi. I read it was a good idea, so I had emailed photos of the dresses I had in mind, so the salon would have a leg up on being prepared for my appt. Upon walking in, we were greeted un-enthusiastically, and it seemed like the girls at reception were totally unaware of my appointment, and had not expected me. We made our introductions, and one girl told us we could look around, if we wanted, or she could grab some dresses for me. I explained I had emailed my inspiration photos and they still looked lost. They finally figured out that Gabriela was the one who got my pictures and who would be helping me. It wasn't the worst experience, but it was off-putting and made me readjust my expectations for dress shopping. Luckily, I had a second appointment that afternoon, and I found my dress!

I had an appointment this past Saturday, March 16th. Beautiful dresses- they had just what I was looking for. Great array of lace dresses with gorgeous long trains. I went with my mom & sister and they made this experience very memorable. It was easy to search the styles of dresses they had, easy process to schedule an appointment and very smooth to get my dress! Thank you for everything.

Our daughter chose Sposa Bella for her Wedding Day! The huge selection of beautiful dresses/veils/accessories at an affordable price at this modern upscale boutique. Our daughter's initial 1 hour appointment far exceeded the time frame, Gabriella was so accommodating & sincere and made her feel so special!! Cindy was always so sweet & answered all my numerous questions as our daughter's dress was purchased at Sposa Bella, married in San Diego & lives in Germany so I was definitely all hands on deck making certain all was perfect. Debbie the in-house seamstress was fantastic & affordable! Our daughter was absolutely stunning walking down the aisle holding on to her Daddy's arm. Amanda chose a Vintage fit & flare Champaign/Ivory gown with a 14 foot Mantilla Ivory Embellished Cathedral Veil, she was absolutely gorgeous!!! Our daughter's Wedding Day was Everything she had hoped for & that special gown from TX made CA designer's WOW!!! Thank you Sposa Bella from the bottom of our hearts!!

If you're looking for a lace dress, Sposa Bella definitely has something you will love. The service was amazing, scheduling was easy, and they have a seamstress who has worked on these specific dresses before and knows exactly how to alter them. I couldn’t have picked a better boutique to purchase my Wedding Dress from. From the beginning the whole team has been a pleasure to work with. Cindy is so nice and welcoming, I felt so comfortable talking to her and asking her whatever questions I needed to ask. I honestly am so grateful that she was there and able to give me advice on some options for my dress. Deborah the seamstress is also a pleasure and so patient to work with me as I had changed my mind a couple of times on alterations. This boutique treats you with the upmost respect and treats you like the special bride you are, not just like you are another random bride getting married. This is the first negative review I have ever given. This was our 3rd place that my daughter and I went to find her perfect dress. Our expectations were set from going to the first two places and being treated like queens and very special. I wish I knew the girls name, but I can't remember due to being so upset the entire visit. It started from as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a non excited that we were there attitude. We had an appointment. We started looking at dresses and I tripped over a manikins stand that was covered up by the dress. Not their fault, however the girl literally watched my daughter reach for me (and she almost tripped too) as I went completely down to the ground. The girl never said ONE WORD! Not...are you ok? Not...are you hurt? NOTHING! She just stared at us and then waited for us to collect ourselves and then asked if we found anything. I cut my foot on something and it was bleeding. I was directed to sit in a chair to wait for my daughter. Still nothing said. As I was sitting there I could hear them talking (a curtain is the only thing between you and your daughter at this point). It was clear my daughter had the dress on and they were discussing it. I kept waiting for her to open the curtain. The girl just kept talking with my daughter about what she liked and disliked about the dress. I finally said "excuse me, can I see my daughter?" The girl responded with "I was just about to open the curtain". Then as I stood up to get a good look at my beautiful daughter she says "you can see perfectly from the chair!" The next dress this same scenario happened again although I went ahead and opened the curtain myself as she kept it closed and talked to my daughter for a minute or two about the dress. We left feeling horrible. My daughter was so disgusted with how they made her feel with the non professionalism and the worst customer service we have ever had. We were the only ones in there..maybe a sign!!

I would highly recommend this bridal salon! Sabrina & Cindy helped make it a wonderful experience! I love that this salon is family-owned. They are very attentive and personable. They have also been very accommodating for appointments. I can't wait to go in for my first fitting tomorrow! I love the dress I picked, and I can't wait to see it again!

First dress I tried on I bought. They were extremely accommodating. I was 30 minutes late and it was the end of the day. I was exhausted and bam we found it. Thanks to the amazing team at Sposa Bella!!!!!

The staff was quick to respond with inquires , gave a follow up phone call to schedule a fitting and discuss upcoming promotions. Their boutique is nice and the fitting room you’re in makes your dress buying experience so special! After I said “Yes” to my dream dress, my sales rep Sabrina even took a picture of me holding a sign in front of a cute backdrop they have at their shop! Super sweet and made me feel even more special!

Sposa Bridal were amazing in accommodating me in to dress viewing without an appointment. The consultant, Cindy, was so warm , welcoming, and made me feel less anxious about trying on dresses. I was very disheartened after an earlier appointment at a different bridal shop left me feeling deflated. Cindy and my bridesmaids changed that so quickly and I was excited all over again! After I picked a handful of dresses to try on Cindy helped me into the dresses and made sure that I was comfortable. I am so happy and grateful that I made that unexpected stop at Sposa because I said YES TO THE DRESS!

My experience at Sposa Bella Bridal Boutique was exceptional. My beautiful wedding dress that I wore December 30th, 2017 came from this wonderful place! I came in feeling so loved trying on dresses. All the dresses were so beautiful! There is so much beautiful lace here! The dress I ended up buying was one would require a lot of alterations to become the dress I had incisions. The team definitely delivered. They made my dress dreams a reality. The bottom of the dress was perfect and the top wasn’t for me (it was still beautiful but not my style). They helped me change the top to be something more my style. I have gotten non-stop compliment on my dress. I have Sposa Bella to thank for that! Thank you so much! I am forever grateful and would choose you again!

I loved getting my dress from Sposa Bella! The girls and owner are truly wonderful people and good at their job. I can not express how thankful I am for all their help! I came in one day and spent almost 2 hours just trying to find a veil! But they were so helpful pulling things out putting them back and pulling them out again, lol. My dress just came in this week and I was able to make a same day appointment to try it on and take it home, thank you all so much for making this part of my wedding a really memorable experience!

One word Exceptional! From the service to the ambiance in the store this was by far one of the best experiences I have had throughout my wedding planning. Giving myself ample amount of time I started my search for THE dress about a year, and a half before my wedding date. With one of the first wedding dress boutiques that I walked into there was something special about Sposa Bella I could not forget. Maybe the fact that it had several private dressing rooms, a very nice organized & uncluttered selection to choose from, or that I felt like I was having a private boutique experience had me sold. After six months into my search I decided to go back to Sposa Bella to inquire on any new dresses that were in stock turns out they had one I did not see during the prior visit, and it just so happened to be "The One"! Gabby who assisted me in both appointments was very helpful not only very knowledgeable about the dress but also worked with me on receiving a great price! She followed my budget, incorporated the look I wanted, was very understanding, and was able to offer great deals which made this store stand out from all the others!! As soon as I walked into Sposa Bella, I felt something different. I was greeted by Cindy and her staff and quickly realized that this boutique is like no other! The dresses simply did not compare to any chain store I had shopped at previously. The hand made, custom fit and delicate detailed beauty on every dress was absolutely stunning! I feared that I would never be able to pick the right dress because they were all so gorgeous! After numerous hours with my bridal party (which included 6 people), I finally found THE ONE! I never once felt rushed. Cindy and her staff was very accommodating to my entire bridal party! I loved my experience so much, that I even got all of my bridal party dresses from Cindy. After assuming I could find a dress with a covered back and lace details at any wedding dress retailer, I quickly discovered I was mistaken. There were beautiful dresses elsewhere, but nothing with the quality and detail I was expecting. Luckily, I found a lot of great reviews for this boutique and made an appointment. Cindy is incredible. Very bubbly with a great personality. She made my Mom and I feel welcomed and listened to what I had dreamed of for my dress. The dresses here are excellent quality and I found a lot of options with a covered back and beautiful lace and beadwork detailing. I couldn't be happier with my choice and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.

Cindy is amazing! I initially visited a few boutiques while in Dallas and didn't find what I was looking for. Received good service but nothing compared to my experience at Sposa Bella. My mother lives in another state, so I went shopping with a friend and Cindy really provided support and guidance. I found a beautiful San Patrick wedding gown along with a mantilla veil and the shopping experience was so personal. Ditch the big chain stores and go to Sposa Bella!

I had the best experience for being a FIRST time shopper for my wedding dress. The place is very inviting and there is a separate dressing room for family and privacy. Daniela helped me say Yes to my dress! I am so happy with the experience and being able to experience this with my mom, Cindy and my Maid of Honor, Mercedes. Sposa Bella is amazing. The dresses are gorgeous and they have a seamstress that will come to the shop for alterations. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about dress styles and how they can be altered. I have a belt sewn on my dress – when we came to pick it up, one of the “jewels” had fallen out – they replaced it, no questions asked and it was ready less than a week later. Their timelines are spot on and their prices are wonderful. I bought everything but my shoes there and I wish I’d done that as well. Great, great service and reliability.

The girls at Sposa Bella were so helpful and did a great job making me feel special. Sposa Bella was the last bridal shop I visited, and I'm so glad I did. My experience there was so dramatically different than it was at other shops! At other shops (like David's Bridal), you're just a number and the process for trying on dresses doesn't feel personal at all. And I wasn't comfortable trying my dresses on in front of a bunch of other brides and their families there for the same purpose. At Sposa Bella, they only have 2 fitting rooms (I think). And each room is huge with cute and functional furniture adorning each room to help make anyone going to the shop with you to be more comfortable. They also served us champagne during the visit! I loved so many of the dresses they had, but even if I didn't I would have gone with them anyway because of their service. They really are head and shoulders above other bridal shops!

My dress was the heart of my wedding. After originally budgeting $1000 for my dress and visiting the main bridal stores (Davids Bridal, Alfred Angelo, etc) I realized that I was going to have to branch out a little. The dresses at the commercial stores were pretty, but the quality did not meet my expectations. After seeing the Sposa Bella Boutique set up at a Bridal Expo, I booked a time to go in and try on dresses. Their dresses are unbelievably gorgeous and such high quality. To my knowledge they are all imported from Barcelona, Spain (mine was and I'm pretty sure they said all of their dresses were) and are made to order. When I put my dress on, I knew it was the one. I ordered it right away and it took about 5 months to arrive. The dress I chose was a lace mermaid with an elegant belt that had a little sparkle in the center. It fit to size but I had it altered by the lady that they work with at the salon. She does fantastic work and was able to fit it perfectly to my body. She even changed the neckline which was straight across to a subtle sweetheart. I would highly recommend using their alterations seamstress. I paid $285 for all of my alterations (including a last minute alteration 2 days prior to the wedding due to 10 lb weight loss from stress). After finding my dress, it shaped my whole wedding concept. It was my inspiration in choosing all my details and really set the tone…soft, romantic and elegant. The staff at Sposa Bella is the best of the best. They are so personable and truly attach themselves to their brides. It reminds me of the experiences I see on Say Yes to the Dress when the consultant and the bride and sharing in the excitement and love. Cindy was my primary consultant and I think I spoke to her weekly on the phone for months. I would call because I had a family member come into town and want to see me in the dress so she would have us come in just to try it on. They are very knowledgeable about the process and really hold your hand in explaining when to order what, when to do the fitting, etc. We also ended up ordering our bridesmaid dresses from them (they give a discount on bridesmaid dresses if you purchased your bridal gown from them). They are the sweetest group of girls and I hope you have the chance to meet them! I would highly recommend booking an appointment at this boutique, it is unlike any other in San Antonio!!!!

I originally put a down payment for a dress but changed my mind on the dress (I know!!) They worked with me on how to use the money I put down for other parts of my wedding day! I purchased my veil and belt from them absolutely beautiful and very good quality! I recieved complements from everyone!! They were sweet and always found most effecient way to communicate! Sposa Bella is the BEST Bridal Shop in town! I had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress and it couldn't have been more perfect. After looking at a few other shops in town, I have to say that the lack of selection and horrible service were very discouraging and I definitely didn't feel like any store associates we met wanted to really help us and share in my excitement. I had heard of Sposa Bella at a wedding open house, so my mom, sister and I made our way over to the store. We were welcomed as if we were family and literally treated like royalty. The shop is just beautiful and they put all their attention and effort into making you feel beautiful and helping you find your perfect dress. I felt so special and Cyndi and Gabby made my dreams come true. Even after the dress purchase, they were there to help me with alterations, cleaning, and even helped me steam my dress the day before my wedding. These girls are awesome and if you are looking for a wedding dress and a memorable shopping experience, Sposa Bella has to be your FIRST STOP!
