half before my wedding date. With one of the first wedding dress boutiques that I walked into there was something special about Sposa Bella I could not forget. Maybe the fact that it had several private dressing rooms, a very nice organized & uncluttered selection to choose from, or that I felt like I was having a private boutique experience had me sold. After six months into my search I decided to go back to Sposa Bella to inquire on any new dresses that were in stock turns out they had one I did not see during the prior visit, and it just so happened to be "The One"! Gabby who assisted me in both appointments was very helpful not only very knowledgeable about the dress but also worked with me on receiving a great price! She followed my budget, incorporated the look I wanted, was very understanding, and was able to offer great deals which made this store stand out from all the others!! I received a great customer service experience at this store, and recommend any bride to be to check them out!!!! - Brittany W

ly. The hand made, custom fit and delicate detailed beauty on every dress was absolutely stunning! I feared that I would never be able to pick the right dress because they were all so gorgeous! After numerous hours with my bridal party (which included 6 people), I finally found THE ONE! I never once felt rushed. Cindy and her staff was very accommodating to my entire bridal party! I loved my experience so much, that I even got all of my bridal party dresses from Cindy. They turned out absolutely stunning! Every bridesmaid was more than pleased. This is a must see boutique! I highly recommend Sposa Bella to any and every bride looking for a stress free experience!

y, I found a lot of great reviews for this boutique and made an appointment. Cindy is incredible. Very bubbly with a great personality. She made my Mom and I feel welcomed and listened to what I had dreamed of for my dress. The dresses here are excellent quality and I found a lot of options with a covered back and beautiful lace and beadwork detailing. I couldn't be happier with my choice and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.

ewn on my dress – when we came to pick it up, one of the “jewels” had fallen out – they replaced it, no questions asked and it was ready less than a week later. Their timelines are spot on and their prices are wonderful. I bought everything but my shoes there and I wish I’d done that as well. Great, great service and reliability.

hops (like David's Bridal), you're just a number and the process for trying on dresses doesn't feel personal at all. And I wasn't comfortable trying my dresses on in front of a bunch of other brides and their families there for the same purpose. At Sposa Bella, they only have 2 fitting rooms (I think). And each room is huge with cute and functional furniture adorning each room to help make anyone going to the shop with you to be more comfortable. They also served us champagne during the visit! I loved so many of the dresses they had, but even if I didn't I would have gone with them anyway because of their service. They really are head and shoulders above other bridal shops!

l stores were pretty, but the quality did not meet my expectations. After seeing the Sposa Bella Boutique set up at a Bridal Expo, I booked a time to go in and try on dresses. Their dresses are unbelievably gorgeous and such high quality. To my knowledge they are all imported from Barcelona, Spain (mine was and I'm pretty sure they said all of their dresses were) and are made to order. When I put my dress on, I knew it was the one. I ordered it right away and it took about 5 months to arrive. The dress I chose was a lace mermaid with an elegant belt that had a little sparkle in the center. It fit to size but I had it altered by the lady that they work with at the salon. She does fantastic work and was able to fit it perfectly to my body. She even changed the neckline which was straight across to a subtle sweetheart. I would highly recommend using their alterations seamstress. I paid $285 for all of my alterations (including a last minute alteration 2 days prior to the wedding due to 10 lb weight loss from stress). After finding my dress, it shaped my whole wedding concept. It was my inspiration in choosing all my details and really set the tone…soft, romantic and elegant. The staff at Sposa Bella is the best of the best. They are so personable and truly attach themselves to their brides. It reminds me of the experiences I see on Say Yes to the Dress when the consultant and the bride and sharing in the excitement and love. Cindy was my primary consultant and I think I spoke to her weekly on the phone for months. I would call because I had a family member come into town and want to see me in the dress so she would have us come in just to try it on. They are very knowledgeable about the process and really hold your hand in explaining when to order what, when to do the fitting, etc. We also ended up ordering our bridesmaid dresses from them (they give a discount on bridesmaid dresses if you purchased your bridal gown from them). They are the sweetest group of girls and I hope you have the chance to meet them! I would highly recommend booking an appointment at this boutique, it is unlike any other in San Antonio!!!!

service were very discouraging and I definitely didn't feel like any store associates we met wanted to really help us and share in my excitement. I had heard of Sposa Bella at a wedding open house, so my mom, sister and I made our way over to the store. We were welcomed as if we were family and literally treated like royalty. The shop is just beautiful and they put all their attention and effort into making you feel beautiful and helping you find your perfect dress. I felt so special and Cyndi and Gabby made my dreams come true. Even after the dress purchase, they were there to help me with alterations, cleaning, and even helped me steam my dress the day before my wedding. These girls are awesome and if you are looking for a wedding dress and a memorable shopping experience, Sposa Bella has to be your FIRST STOP! I just wish I had gone to Sposa Bella first and not wasted my time at other bridal shops. Cyndi and Gabby, thanks so much for all of your help! I couldn't have been happier walking down the aisle in my beautiful wedding gown a few weeks ago! My husband absolutely loved it! :)
