Wow! I go to write a negative review and see all the other reviews. Wish I would have seen them before ordering. My experience with Stacy has been awful!!! I placed my order over a month ago and have not received it! I have emailed and contacted her several times, with one excuse after the other from her. Sometimes not even getting a response at all for days! I simply asked for a refund after no communication and never got one. Ended up disputing the charge with my bank! Do not buy from her! Her lack of communication is what bothered me the most! She takes peoples money and then doesn't deliver the product nor communicate with them!

I placed an order over 2 months ago and never received item. Sent several emails with no response. When I did receive an email, Stacy stated that order had shipped and that she would look into it and “sort it out”. This is odd because the tracking info I received when I initially placed the order, states that it is in pre shipment, it was never shipped. Never heard from her again, even after I sent several more emails. Never received item or refund. Save yourself the aggravation and your money, do not order from this seller

Do not, I repeat do not order anything from this vendor. Late items (like 6 months late) partial orders sent to wrme my address and no refund given. Never responds to msgs, makes up eta and never follows through. She still owes part of my order to me as well as w refund check for what she said she forgot to add to the order. Been dealing with with this for months and it is still unresolved. Warning: you will be widely unhappy with the service and products (if you ever get them) you receive. Hands down the worst online vendor I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered 3 wooden boxes with mason jars and asked Stacey if she can do the flower arrangements. She agreed... I ordered through Etsy and paid 72.00 for each piece. After over a month goes by, I haven’t received anything. I looked her up on Facebook and sent a message to her. After days with no response, she finally got back to me and said she’s no longer on Etsy because of s dispute she had and she lost my order! Ok... fine she sends me the wooden boxes and mason jars but no flowers. After multiple emails, messages, texts and calls for my flowers, I still don’t have my complete order! Stacey is the most unresponsive, irresponsible business owner I have ever dealt with in my life.. I’m hosting a wedding next month and I don’t have what I ordered and her lack of response and excuses ranging from not being on Etsy, losing my order, the package got sent to her neighbors house.... lies about sending it back out I have no choice but to put a bad review! She claims she is a woman of god, I hope she makes it right... I spent 240.00 dollars on items I don’t have!!
