Our experienced culinary and event staff work closely with each couple to create a personalized experience from start to finish. With a maximum guest capacity of up to 550, Stadium View Event Halls is perfectly suited for both grand receptions and intimate celebrations. Three wedding packages are available to simplify planning and fit a variety of needs.
Couples are invited to tour the venue and meet with our dedicated Event Coordinators, available seven days a week to answer questions and assist with every step of the planning process.

- Amber W.General ManagerMeet Amber! Amber has been a vital part of the Stadium View team for nearly 14 years! She first came on board as a bartender, but it quickly became clear she belonged in leadership. Within a short time, she joined the Sports Bar management team, and five years later, she began supporting the Event Halls under John’s guidance. Over the last decade, Amber has played a major role in growing the Event Halls into the thriving space it is today. She’s known as a bit of a “local celebrity” around Stadium View—not just because of her work ethic, but also because she will never turn down a news interview, a trait she proudly learned from Stadium View’s original owner, Jerry. Amber is instrumental in Game Day operations, event coordination, team management, and just about everything else that keeps Stadium View running smoothly. She’s always focused on what’s best for the business and her team. Today, she leads the Event Halls Management Team and helps manage the Sports Bar as well. She truly does it all—and if you catch a blur zipping around the building, chances are it’s Amber in motion. She might be small, but don’t let that fool you—she’s fast! Beyond work, Amber and her family share their home with two wiener dogs, Joey and Romeo (affectionately called Jojo and Roro). She’s been a wiener dog lover her entire life—starting from just six months old! Although she’s been with her partner for more than 20 years, they’ve never tied the knot. But if they ever decided to get married, there’s no doubt she’d throw an unforgettable reception with all the experience she has had here at Stadium View!
- John S.ManagerMeet John Steeno! John has been an essential part of the Stadium View team for over 29 years! Throughout that time, he’s played a key role in shaping the Event Halls into what it is today. From creating our original Wedding Packages to helping ensure Stadium View remains the go-to destination for all types of events, John’s expertise continues to leave a lasting mark. He’s contributed to three major remodels of the Event Halls—right down to details like the ideal placement of electrical outlets for buffet stations. His eye for detail and commitment to quality has helped ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish for decades - literally. John is the founder of Stadium View’s Annual Charity Golf Outing, now in its 30th year, and he also launched our Annual Wedding Show, which has helped couples connect with top local vendors for almost 19 years. He’s a longtime member of the Brown County Tavern League, where he also served on the Board for many years. He also stays active in the community through networking groups like Bay Area Business Connect. Today, John oversees the setup and breakdown of all events at Stadium View and continues to share his knowledge with the entire Event Halls team. Thanks to his guidance, we’re all better coordinators, managers—and people. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time up north in the summer and has been faithfully playing the same Powerball numbers for years (he’s convinced they’ll hit eventually!). He also runs his own wedding invitation business and remains a key part of our Wedding Show every year.
- Kelly B.Event Hall ManagerMeet Kelly B! Kelly has been a fundamental part of the Stadium View family for the past 6 years! She came from the Milwaukee area and began her journey with us as a Line Cook and quickly worked her way up—first to Kitchen Manager, then Director of Kitchen Operations, and now serves as one of our incredible Event Hall Planners and Managers, with a strong focus on our kitchen and catering services. Kelly has played a key role in transforming the Event Halls into the vibrant, in-demand space it is today. From crafting and evolving our menus to expanding our catering offerings, she’s been behind many of the delicious details you’ve enjoyed. She’s also the creator of our Semi-Annual Food Tasting Events! On game days, you’ll find Kelly managing in the Event Halls, and also making sure the team is well-fed, fueled, and ready to run! Day to day, she’s building lasting connections with businesses, couples, and other clients—helping them create events that exceed expectations. Kelly fills our team with personality - with her quick wit, sense of humor, and ability to make every shift more fun! Outside of work, Kelly has a grandson who lights up her world, and she’s excited to welcome a granddaughter soon, too! She’s also a big animal lover and has shared her life with many special pets over the years.
- Amanda R.Event Hall ManagerMeet Amanda R! Amanda (AR) may be the “newbie” on the Event Halls team - having joined Stadium View just under 2½ years ago—but don’t let that fool you. She’s become an essential part of what makes our Event Halls thrive! Starting out as an Event Hall Server (with zero restaurant experience!), Amanda quickly grew into her current role as one of our talented Event Hall Planners and Managers. She now leads our Server team and oversees all things Event Halls media. Her sharp eye for detail and creative vision have helped elevate the Event Halls experience in big ways. Amanda manages a top-notch team of Event Hall Servers, ensuring every event runs smoothly and professionally. Behind the scenes, she’s played a key role in redesigning our Event Halls website, organizing a professional food photography session, and coordinating videography for next-level marketing. She also co-manages our social media presence and designs custom graphics and signage for each event we host. Fun fact: Amanda’s son and daughter also work at Stadium View! When we say we’re a family business, we mean it in more ways than one. Outside of work, Amanda and her husband are on the verge of being empty nesters—but instead she continues to bring home or take in (and fix) stray animals. Their “zoo” includes two dogs, four cats (plus a foster mama cat and her three kittens), six chickens, a duck, a guinea pig, a hamster, and five fish! On top of that, she gets to enjoy every Monday with her one-year-old granddaughter.
- Jodi P.Event Hall ManagerMeet Jodi! Jodi has been an incredible part of the Stadium View family for nearly 17 years! She's not just a familiar face—she IS Stadium View to so many of our regulars and even visiting out-of-towners. Known for her vibrant personality, humor, and caring nature, Jodi shines behind the bar in our Sports Bar, where she’s built lasting connections with countless guests over the years. In addition to bartending, Jodi also plays a key role on our Event Halls Management team. She oversees our bartending staff and makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and stays organized—keeping events flowing effortlessly. Over the years, Jodi has been a huge part of our Event Halls annual Easter and Mother’s Day buffets, golf outing, and wedding show. On Game Days, you’ll find her holding down the Beer Garden for 12+ hours, bringing her signature energy and warmth to the crowd, even when it’s below freezing! Whether she’s mixing drinks, sharing laughs, or making sure every detail is in place, Jodi brings energy and heart to everything she does. After Diane’s passing, Jodi lovingly stepped into a caregiving role for our beloved coworker and friend, Sammy, making sure he was always cared for and surrounded by kindness. Outside of Stadium View, Jodi loves spending time with friends and family including her longtime boyfriend, Chris, and step-son Cayden. She travels back to her hometown of Munising any time she can, and enjoys being on the boat in the summer.

We were told they could do certain things for our event, such as two hr causal buffet, as well as other things they would include which is exactly what we were looking for and went ahead with booking. But by the time the event came they said they could not do any of that anymore and had to compromise with us after they were the ones that brought up these ideas to make our day what we wanted. Never did we meet with the same person though and it seemed like every time we met with a different person they had a different answer. Also the quote for the venue they give you when you sign your contract is not the price you pay, they charge you for the prices at the time of your event which if into the next year will increase the price. You can also expect that if your event is the weekend of a packer game to have the entire parking lot barricaded and unable to get to the door to unload stuff and they will make a big deal if you need to leave vehicles overnight. Overall, the actual event went smoothly and turned out well, just a few bumps in the road to get there.

ut hot and delicious- I had MANY compliments on the food. We had family style broasted chicken and beef tips and they were fantastic! The bar had six bartenders during my happy hour to make sure everyone got drinks! I had many people compliment how fast they could get a drink all night long which makes me happy because we paid for a package that included unlimited beer and happy hour so it felt worth it to me! They brought our pizzas late night which were also very good. They made sure there was parking reserved for the wedding because there was an event going on nearby and assisted people driving in on where to park. I felt like the venue had my back from the day I booked it all the way through to the end of my wedding day. They were there on my wedding day making sure everything went smoothly and it did. The added bonus is that the hall was beautiful when it was decorated. I walked in and couldn’t believe how elegant they made it look. 10/10 would recommend them

The venue is beautiful, food was great, and their lighting was perfect for our romantic evening. The reception room is gorgeous yet simple, allowing for any style or decor without clashing. ....And the after bar party at Stadium View cannot be beat!

The ceilings and building layout were perfect because you could hear the speeches really well and the music from the DJ did not carry over and this is very important in my opinion. The bartenders and service were top notch. I highly recommend Stadium View for a wedding venue.

months prior to your wedding was quite scary! However the stadium view made it a very easy transition! The wedding coordinator John was amazing to work with! Being very experienced in his profession he had many good suggestions and also helped us make our ideas work as well! Our guests complemented many times on how wonderful the food and service was! Not to mention the beautiful newly remodeled reception area! We were blessed to find such an amazing place after our awful experience at the Meadows! Thanks Stadium View!!!

l weddings to very large weddings. My only complaint was they did forget to charge my locked in price and I did get overcharged for the food but they promptly fixed it when I called. They also did screw up on our bar bill price so we did end up paying about 100 dollars more than we wanted. Overall great place though.

Just be sure to go over details with the staff, they had my name wrong and even though I corrected it early on, it still needed to be changed the day of the wedding cause they had the door signs wrong. Not a big deal, but it seemed like getting the names right would be pretty basic (and it is a common, easy to spell name!)

We had our reception at Stadium view and from the day we booked they were nothing but amazing to work with. Jon the banquet manager had everything covered and was wonderful to work...
with. The food was exactly what we wanted the family style with Chicken and tips. Even let us take the extra chicken home. The bartenders were very good and the set up was nice with the large bar that you could sit around and the dj was set up in front of it so everyone was in the same area at all times

has a big dance floor and because it was near the middle of November they had a Christmas Tree. They also allowed us to bring in our wedding cake that was made by an uncle. Overall it was perfect!;I would be careful that you don't book the venue during a Green Bay Packers home game as the venue is right in the heart of the action.
