Have been trying for a year now to forget that I ever met Stephanie and not to take her to court for a refund but I can not forget her and let her rip off another family. Very disappointed in the lack of service we paid for. I pushed my wife to find a wedding planner to help her plan our big day, when we met Stephanie she was very professional, full of promises and made us feel very comfortable in hiring her. With just about 1year before the big day we paid her 50% of her fee and was in contact just about once a week trying to find a venue, after she took us to a few venues way out of budget she sent us a link to check out and we started to check out venues on our own and found one within budget that worked for all our needs. Six months before our day she was demanding the other 50% of her fee and was harder to get in contact with. She was able to find tables and chairs but ordered twice what was needed, flowers, table cloths, D.J., photographer we did with no help from Stephanie and the venue helped with the caterer. The day before the wedding we had our rehearsal and had no word from Stephanie, The day of the wedding she showed up 2 hours after she said she would be there in pink/peach spanks (that anyone would think she would change into appropriate dress for the wedding but did not) with two young ladies that looked lost. After leaving to get ready myself I returned to find that she got into a big argument with the D.j. about how things were going to go since we went over it with him but never got with the one person you would think you would go over it with the wedding planer. All the vendors did as we talked with them about and did a great job but Stephanie tried to change it all and made everyone mad. Each time I found Stephanie she was on her phone sitting in a corner someplace, her help was wandering around doing nothing because they did not know what to do since I'm sure it was there first time working a wedding. All venders said that Stephanie was the worst they ever worked (not worked) with and that we should get a refund from her. She put us over budget and very stressed out, I would NOT recommend Stephanie for any service and ask anyone reading this to ask your self If Stephanie is so good at what she does why is there so few reviews on her of here? As Rachel R. in another review called Stephanie "the B Team" I would say she is part of the "D List".

Stephanie claimed we needed to sign the contract asap, as we'd get right to work and be in touch multiple times a week since there was so much to do. After an executed contract and full payment (we payed in full to get $500 off the total- second worst decision we've made after hiring her. DON'T EVER PAY IN FULL because if it doesn't work out you'll end up losing it all, as we did) we didn't hear from her for over a week. I reached out multiple times with questions regarding how we'd proceed. She told me to be patient, we will get to it. In her pitch she promised as a full service bride we'd basically be 'best friends for the next year'. From what many of the other planners we met with have said, we needed to make moves- we had less than a year to plan a wedding in the middle of peak season. Every time I asked about the timeline, on when we needed to have a venue secured, she told me to calm down, we will get around to it. She constantly blew off my calls, and text messages. The few times she did acknowledge my calls she'd reply with a text asking if I needed something. I felt so swindled, by being treated as if my wedding, and concerns were just insignificant to her. I can't tell you how many nights I cried to my husband. People might forget what you've said, but never how you've made them feel. My husband and I contemplated canceling the entire wedding ceremony due to this terrible experience. Everything she stood for and prided herself on before she got that signed contract felt like a complete lie to me. The ONE and ONLY venue viewing day she showed us three hotels that didn't fit our vision or budget. She basically told us these were our only options for our wedding date (keep in mind she previously told us we had plenty of time to secure a venue). One of the venues the food and beverage minimum was far more than half of our entire budget. She had no regard for our budget. She kept pushing her friend's businesses on us, who's prices turned out to be on the very high end of industry standard. She never gave us any other options, just told us this is normal, turns out it wasn't. She previously said she can save us as much money as it costs to hire her. Yeah, right.. Our wedding budget doubled with these unnecessary expenses, and every time we questioned her about it, she called us "cheap". I felt so belittled. We had a privacy clause in our contract. I was later informed she often told vendors what my husband does for a living, posted our engagement photos on her social media sites, and mentioned our names, wedding venue and even date. With that, she broke our contract, and enough was enough. I called her and let her know I'd like to part ways amicably, after she had broken terms of our contract. I was hoping for a portion of our money back as we had only met about 3 times in nearly 6 months. After informing her of her contract breach, Stephanie had her lawyer call me and claim I was bullying and intimidating her. I felt as if she hadn't even done 1/8 of her job up to this point. Cutting ties with Stephanie was the start to some of the best decisions I have made in the wedding planning process, even though she kept all of our money. I was able to find the most amazing team and regain the excitement and joy I had for planning my wedding prior to working with Stephanie Antoinette.

I wasn’t so sure I wanted to hire a wedding planner, but 3 months into planning I was beyond stressed! I work and go to school full time, planning our wedding quickly started to feel like a full time job. My fiancé suggested we look into hiring some to help with finding the right venue, as well as a good photographer, florist, etc. We reached out to quite a few planners but after speaking with Stephanie, not to mention seeing all the amazing work she has done... we knew she was the perfect fit for us! Stephanie quickly found us the most amazing private estate to have our wedding. I spent months trying to find one, but she has some seriously awesome connections!! On top of that she found us the best wedding vendors that were in our budget. She totally understood what we wanted, which was a laid back but super romantic “backyard” wedding. I was so afraid that doing a backyard wedding would look chintzy- but with Stephanie’s great recommendations and design plan we had the most beautiful wedding! Our guests are still talking about it. Not only was hiring her worth every penny but she actually saved us money! Better yet, she ran the entire day of so Aaron and I could just relax and enjoy our wedding. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!! Stephanie and her team were so amazing to work with from start to finish! We had a big wedding to plan with many guests coming from out of state. We were also blessed to be in a position where we could really go all out for our day! It was important for me to have someone who could design an unforgettable wedding, but also make sure it was unique to what we envisioned! I took one look at Stephanie’s website and new she would have the ability to give us our dream wedding! Even though budget wasn’t a major concern for us she still negotiated many of our contracts, found places to save money and give us advice on where to spend it. Aside from being the most rock star wedding planner (and team), Stephanie was also so much fun, super nice, has an incredible eye for design, and most importantly very genuine! We could not have really lived in the moment and enjoyed our day as much as we did without her.

I originally was not going to leave a review for Stephanie since I did not have anything nice to say but decided I needed to leave a review for other brides. Stephanie was very aggressive in the beginning when gaining my business. I thought this was a good quality because I felt she would be aggressive to help get discounts on other vendors for me. Unfortunately she did not. She would send me vendors that were the highest price in town. I would ask if this was the price or if that was before the discount and no response. She was extremely slow on responses including the timeline. I was travelling a significant amount before my wedding so I asked to meet to do the timeline a few months in advance. She met with me once but never produced the timeline. After asking for it week and after week, she finally gave it to me a week and a half before the wedding and it was all wrong. She even had the first dance written before the grand entrance. She was unorganized and didn’t put much effort in to her work. One of the only jobs she had was to bring my veil back to my room and instead crumpled it in a ball under our sweetheart table. I would never recommend her to anyone as this was only the beginning of a list of other issues we faced with her. I would have fired her if I could have but we were required by the venue to have a coordinator

Stephanie was the best money we spent at the wedding. She took care of every detail at our wedding, including several problems with other vendors while we were just able to enjoy our wedding. She was incredibly organized and very straightforward with both us and our vendors. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I hired her for our wedding. My wedding day was something out of a fairytale and it was because of Stephanie that all of it was possible. She understood my vision and embraced doing something completely different. She had vendors that she had worked with in the past that were just as excited to try something new. On 11.11.17 I was able to walk down the isle of my night wedding under a blanket of twinkle lights. It was something that had not been done at the venue before or something Stephanie herself had done. She and her team knocked it out of the park. I could not be happier with her services, as she went above and beyond for us. I will forever remember that day and all of the little moments. As any bride knows planning a wedding can be so stressful but thank goodness for Stephanie! My husband and I looked at a few planners here in the valley but knew Steph was definitely the one after looking at a few of her weddings on her website. The whole planning process was a dream. We gave her complete creative control over the design process after discussing our general preferences on color palettes and flowers and we couldn't have been happier. We really felt that she got to know us as a couple and I talked to her throughout the whole process like she was one of my girlfriends. We do not have enough great things to say about Stephanie and her team! I knew from the moment I looked at her website that this was the wedding planner for us! Stephanie has amazing style and was able to create a design like no other. Best part was that she is so focused on budget, and was able to show us how to save money without skimping! Stephanie was always available to answer a call, respond to my MANY emails, and kept everything so well organized. On top of being an amazing wedding planner she is also a sweetheart! We had some hiccups along the way with both families and Stephanie really helped me during that stressful time. Totally worth every dime we spent, actually surprised she doesn't charge more!

I wanted a wedding planner who was very efficient and down to earth, but also creative. Somebody who would listen to what I wanted and not only make it happen, but make it better. I researched a lot of wedding planners and was impressed by the range of weddings that Stephanie had planned. Her experience came highly recommended by several venues we looked at. When I first met with with Sephanie I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could trust her to make sure that everything went smoothly and I did not have to worry about any details or coordinating - I could simply enjoy my wedding. Of course she had excellent contacts and was very efficient and super-organized, but she also made the whole process very enjoyable. It was a lot of fun to work with her.

My husband Nathan and I were married this past January and are so grateful to Stephanie for making our wedding the BEST EVER! We had no clue where to even start and both have very demanding careers that didn't give us a lot of time to even do the planning. We met with Stephanie last summer and had an instant connection. After a few phone calls and our initial consult she put together the most amazing design board that fit our budget. After viewing some of the venues that were in our budget and not caring for them Stephanie did show us a couple that were out of budget. However she was very upfront that this would either have to increase our budget or we would have to cut back in certain areas to make up for it which is what we chose to do. One of the many things I loved about Stephanie is she was very open and honest about costs. Some planners we had met with said we would have to pay them the whole fee and they would then contract the photographers, florists, rentals, etc. This is not how Stephanie does things! All the contracts with the vendors we ended up choosing were between Nathan, myself and that vendor. Therefore we could see not only any discounts that we got on some of these but exact costs keeping us within our budget! She brought so many cool ideas for our wedding to the table, even helped us with the planning of our wedding rehearsal dinner! She had a checklist that was easy to follow, not overwhelming and at any point we could check on our progress! She is just amazing and 5 stars isn't even enough to give her!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Stephanie and her team! We hired Stephanie later then we should have but just in time to really take the stress out of the remaining of our planning & designing needs! We had a very strict budget to work with for our smaller wedding and she immediately went to work showing us areas where we could save without compromising the look and feel of the most important day in our lives! Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She prioritized my budget and needs, and streamlined the wedding planning process to a manageable flow. This took a ton of pressure and stress out of the experience! Her vendor contacts, wedding planning tools, passion, and overall vision made my wedding day truly amazing. She promised me my Pinterest wedding and she absolutely delivered!

Stephanie YOU ROCK!!! Picking the right wedding planner for John and I was so important. We needed someone who got our vision and be able to put a design that really "us"! We opted for one of Stephanie's larger packages and it was worth every cent. She helped us find the perfect vendors and even the venue! She made herself available by email, text and phone 7 days a week. She was organized, extremely creative, helped us spend our money where it mattered and was a blast to work with! If I ever had a concern or question she was right there to help us along. With her package we had access to an interactive planning software that kept our "To Do" list both manageable and organized. Stephanie's attention to detail and input with all of our vendors was outstanding. The day of our wedding John and I felt like superstars! Stephanie and her team catered to our every need, and made our wedding look & feel absolutely magical. Not only did I have the best wedding planner imaginable, I also walked away with a friend for life!

Our wedding was this past April 9th 2016. We were so lucky to have Stephanie as our wedding planner. She made our wedding day absolutely beautiful and stress free! Initially, hiring a wedding planner was something I've only seen in the movies. I never thought I'd be faced with the decision of whether or not to hire one and which one to hire...but, there we we were- something my fiancée dreamed about story-boarding and planning from scratch became tiresome and a point of contention. Enter Stephanie, who not only planned every last detail of the rehearsal dinner, guest arrival (hotel booking, customized welcome gifts curated by Stephanie), all vendor relations, contracts, and every minute of the 'big day,' but also allowed us to refocus on ourselves and bring back the excitement throughout the process. At the end of the day, I'm a numbers guy, hiring Stephanie not only proved to be a great value (financially); more importantly, she took the burden off of us and turned an idea, a few colors, and our style into the most perfect single moment of our lives. Where do I even start?! We hired Stephanie to plan our wedding at El Chorro, and in just 4 short months she helped pull off the best day ever. I started out with one of her basic packages and ended up upgrading to her biggest one because she is that amazing. She was able to take my vision and make it reality. Her creativity is unmatched...not only were the guests blown away by her design, but I was too! Stephanie also has connections to the best vendors and was able to set me up with one of the top photographers, florist, and entertainment in town. If you're considering planning your wedding on your own, don't do it! There is SO much that goes into planning and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Stephanie! She is professional, and the biggest sweetheart. I even had a wedding dress disaster and she was right there helping me find a new last-minute wedding dress. Also, she owns XOXO Box Co. And was able to put together awesome bridesmaids, groomsmen and welcome gifts! I can't rave enough about her!

We hired Stephanie a few months after getting engaged. We attempted to plan the wedding on our own. However, with a tight budget and a busy schedule, it seemed impossible to plan a wedding on our own. We decided to look into hiring a wedding planner. We thought that we would never be able to afford a planner. Stephanie was affordable, worked with our budget, and we received discounts from vendors because we worked with Stephanie. We received quality services within our small budget. Stephanie worked with us throughout the entire process. We had a hiccup 6 months prior to the wedding. Our original wedding venue decided not to work with us anymore. We had to quickly find a comparable venue with a comparable budget that was available for the same day. Stephanie worked her magic and found us an amazing venue, perfect for our day! Everything was flawless the day of! I didn't have to worry about anything. Stephanie handled everything, making sure everything was set up and perfect. Stephanie responded timely, helped us to be realistic with our budget and what we want, gave us suggestions, and supported us throughout the entire process. We couldn't have done it without her!

I am trying to figure out how I could possibly describe what it was like working with Stephanie Antoinette. I think – there are just no words to describe the experience! The bottom line is we couldn’t have had a successful wedding without a good wedding planner. We were skeptical about hiring a planner a year before our wedding – but once you’ve had a wedding you realize it’s just a necessity and one of the best decisions you can make. Stephanie was so positive and creative and when you sit and talk with her you feel like you are planning your wedding with one of your best friends. I think she really has a vision for weddings and how things should come together. On the day of the wedding she was right there with my husband (!) and I – for anything we needed – always checking in to make sure we were happy and doing ok. She even re-made my wedding bouquet after I dropped it and it got stomped on – no problem! No request was too big or small and I could just relax and enjoy my day and not worry about things because I knew she was there to take care of them. This was nice because our friends and family were also able to do the same. Since we worked together for so long she feels like a friend and I will miss our regular talks and planning sessions. I know she could come up with amazing ideas for your wedding too, no matter what type of affair you are planning.

We just adore Stephanie! As wedding professionals ourselves, she is a dream to work with at weddings! She keep her weddings on schedule, goes above and beyond for the bride and groom to make sure everything not only looks perfect, but also that they feel good, are rested, and happy. At one wedding we did her with, she even re-did the bride's bouquet as the bride wasn't happy with her florist! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, more than $10K over budget, and with an amount of stress that I would have never expected, even without a wedding planner. Stephanie is great. I had done most of my planning by the time I came to her, and needed help bringing it all together the day of. Stephanie worked with me the few months before our wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and of course bring it all together the day of the event. We could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline that we felt good about, and seeing how she turned my vision into a reality to make our ceremony and reception amazing! Stephanie was friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what I was envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! She is great at paying attention to small but very significant details, including very sentimental and important aspects she helped incorporate into our big day. She made sure that anything we could have needed that night was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. Our venue and the on-site coordinators were horrible, many things went very wrong that day and it absolutely helped to know Stephanie was on our side fighting our battles for us the whole night. I have worked with Stephanie Antoinette on many weddings and events and just wanted to take a moment to talk about what it is like to work with her. Stephanie is an absolute professional who is extremely talented at developing and executing a vision and plan for an event. Her attention to the most minute details, turns every wedding and event that she does into a dream come true. She is a doll to work with - super organized and knows exactly how to communicate what she wants from her vendors. She is highly collaborative and I must say, is a blast to work with! Creative and beautiful, Stephanie is fabulous!

I reached out to Stephanie after struggling to go to school full time, work and plan my wedding. The whole process became very stressful for both my fiancé and me so we decided to get some help! I was so indecisive about what I wanted our wedding day to look like or even where we wanted to have the wedding. Immediately she put us at ease, put a design together that was totally us all while staying in our budget. She found us some great venues to look at that we never would have found on our own. On the day of our wedding she ran her buns off for us! I have never seen someone work as hard as she did and always had a smile on her face. Hiring her was the best decision we could have made!

We have photographed over 400 weddings and the one common theme we've seen is how important having a planner can be. Weddings with Stephanie are always filled with happy brides and families who are carefree because they know Stephanie has got everything under control. Stephanie is one of the hardest working planners we've met. She puts her all into every wedding and really treats each event as if it were her own. We've had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on several weddings and events and she always goes above and beyond in not only the planning process but also in her attention to every little detail on the wedding day. We hired Stephanie shortly after getting engaged and could not have been happier. Stephanie took the time to get to know us and really listened to what we had envisioned for our wedding day! Both of our familes played a huge role in the planning process and Stephanie was really sensitive to that. She helped us find the perfect venue to get married and set us up with some amazing vendors. Our day was more then we could ever even imagined it could be! Stephanie nailed every detail, helped us stay on budget and organized through the entire process. We couldn't have done this without her.

I was referred to Stephanie by another wedding planner who does larger budget weddings. When I contacted Stephanie she sounded sweet and she seemed to understand just what I wanted. This is my first wedding and I thought that things were going to go well with Stephanie. Initially, her fee was low but at two critical moments in the wedding planning Stephanie called me demanding that I give her more money so that she can complete the negotiations. It was always a crisis, she needed money within 24 hours, or my wedding planning would not be complete. She told me that she was the only one who could negotiate and that I needed to pay her more for it...twice! Stephanie charged us almost $4,000 for our flowers, and ordered the wrong centerpieces!!! Instead of being told about the error, I walked in to my wedding reception and found thousands of dollars in flowers that I didn't order. Stephanie was responsible for handing out corsages and boutonnieres to important members of my family, she had a list of these people emailed to her weeks before the wedding. Instead of checking the list she simply gave them to the wrong people and let me know, "oh well, I just gave it to so-and-so". Oh well?! Stephanie also ruined our guest book, charged us for a headpiece for the flower girl that she never gave to the flower girl ... I can go on and on. What is the point of having a wedding planner if they are going to make these kinds of mistakes? If you choose to work with Stephanie, some of the best vendors will not be available to you because they will not work with her. I am seeking reimbursement, I will update if Stephanie makes an effort to make this right. Buyer beware!!

I hired Stephanie for my daughters 1st birthday party. I found her online by googling event planners in Phoenix then saw her work on her facebook page. When we first met I shared all my ideas with her of how I wanted to throw a magical elegant princess party for my princess. We worked together for 8 months and when they day finally arrived I was amazed at what the final product was. My heart literally stopped when I walked into the venue and saw the room. Stephanie had created the magical, elegant, princess party I had dreamed of for my baby. Every single one of guests jaws were dropped when they walked into the venue. No one could believe the beauty they saw. It was one of the best nights of my life and I look forward to working with Stephanie on future birthday parties.

Stephanie helped me plan the perfect wedding. We started from the very beginning together and she was so helpful every step of the way. She was with me from choosing a venue, picking table linens and everywhere in between. The wedding process was definitely less stressful because of her! On the big day she made sure everything went smoothly and perfectly. She was worth every penny!

Stephanie did our wedding this past spring and she was absolutely AMAZING! At first my husband and I were reluctant to hire a planner. We thought between friends and family we could put it together ourselves. After a month of trying to find a venue for our ceremony and reception, searching for a photographer that reflected our personal style, meeting with several DJ’s, Florists and so on WE WERE EXHAUSTED! So we contacted Stephanie and she put together a customized package that fit our specific needs, and most importantly our budget!!! She saved us enough money to cover her fee and then some! Stephanie’s attention to personal details were incredible… our out of town guests raved about the welcome baskets she made for them. Stephanie was organized, very personal, unique with her design recommendations and quick to respond to my numerous emails, texts and late night calls! We cannot recommend her enough! She took the stress away, coordinated a design for our reception that compiled the majority of my Pinterest pins and magazine clippings lol! Stephanie went above and beyond, she was a mediator when things got stressful with the various opinions from our moms and most importantly a true friend to us!
