Their team did an impeccable job with the setup and breakdown of everything, handling logistics smoothly and professionally. We also had a bartender through Sterling Events who kept drinks flowing without long wait times, which our guests appreciated. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they worked within our budget, making the entire experience with Sterling Events one I’d gladly recommend.

Also, I understand they serve from the outside tables in, but the inside tables are typically immediate family, leaving them to be served last which is not ideal. The Sterling Stuffed Chicken Breast was the stuff of dreams; the champagne cream sauce drizzled on top with the smoked bacon and mushrooms inside made for an epic explosion of flavor. If that wasn't good enough, our vegetarian friends had no shortage of options! Sterling's house salad was probably one of the best I’ve ever had, and the Lasagna Florentine and spinach artichoke dip were sensational. Sterling Events not only helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect, but also helped us become the envy of our friends who have since been comparing the food served at our wedding to the food served at other weddings they have attended...and the consensus has been that the food served by Sterling was some of the most enjoyable and memorable. In addition to the amazing food, the entire experience of working with Sterling was exceptional. Emily is amazing and made an enjoyable and seamless experience out of something that many find to be stressful! We highly recommend Sterling Events for your wedding or event.

I would not hesitate to recommend Sterling Events for any type of event you're having. You will not be disappointed with the staff, the service or the hospitality. They are amazing and I will recommend anyone I know to use them for event staffing, bar or food service. They were perfection!

They were very accommodating with my specific custom cocktail recipes (down to the brand of ingredients!) and overall the cost of providing open bar to our guests was incredibly affordable!! Emily, our day of coordinator, gets her own section because wow, she was the best. We got married in Austin but live in Seattle and could not have planned the wedding, from afar, without her. She was in touch with us from day one, helped us arrange a tasting when we were in Austin for a quick planning trip, and she put us at ease during the wedding weekend. All we had to do was enjoy the day. Emily is so wonderful, and my husband and I could not be more grateful for her help!

hey were an absolute dream! Emily the manager with Sterling was organized and professional. She did everything to ensure her team was successful the moment they arrived day-of. Event captain Ray and his staff (both front of house and back of house) were also such a pleasure to work with. They communicated the entire evening, jumped in on any last minute tasks, and took such good care of the guests and vendors which always makes my job easier. The food was also wonderful and the couple was very happy at the end of the evening. Thank you Sterling Events team. I will be reaching out again in the future!
