The indoor-outdoor flow of the venue created a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere that our guests are still raving about. The outdoor Tiki bar added a fun and unique touch that made the summer celebration feel both elegant and festive.
If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing. Stonebridge Golf Club delivered an unforgettable experience, and we’re so grateful to Kim and her team for making it all happen. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

om the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the setting both indoor and outdoor. The grounds were immaculately kept with breathtaking views that created the ideal backdrop for both the ceremony and the reception as the banquet room has floor to ceiling windows with views of the entire setting. We were able to have our November wedding outside, at sunset, thanks to Mother Nature and Stonebridge’s multiple patio heaters. Thank you to Kim for encouraging and making this happen. It was a stunning November scene.
Kim, Hannah, Jeff and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of with seamless coordination and exceptional service throughout the event. Stonebridge’s flexibility and attention to our specific needs made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Whether it was helping us with decorations that were even more beautiful than we had imagined or accommodating multiple food allergies and restrictions, they were attentive and thoughtful at every turn.
The banquet room was equally impressive with the huge, beautiful windows, ample space, a large adjoining bar area with two-way fireplace and a fantastic dance floor with excellent acoustics for the music. The food was absolutely delicious. So many of our guests remarked on the excellent quality of the setting, the meal and the presentation of the entire event from beginning to end. The location is also perfect being only 15 minutes south of downtown Ann Arbor with convenient access to the freeways and hotels. It is clear that the team at Stonebridge truly cares about providing an unforgettable experience and they did!
An added bonus was the 9 holes of golf the groom, his groomsmen and the dads got in early morning on the wedding day. Doug couldn’t have been more accommodating in making this happen. Endless raves from all the guys on the excellence and beauty of this golf course.

ponsive, calming, and accommodating. Any question we had she would respond to almost instantly and she was so easy to work with. All of our vendors said Kim is so amazing and easy to work with too. The space itself is beautiful. They provide so many things including our favorties: an outdoor ceremony space, tiki bar, day-of-coordinator, getting ready room, floor to ceiling windows and so many amazing things to make the day beautiful! The space itself makes for amazing photos. The included day-of-coordinator, Hannah, was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly from the rehersal to the wedding day. She was so organized and kept us on schedule down to the minute. The manager, Jeff, was there the whole wedding day from start to finish, and he was like our personal assistant making sure our drinks were never dry, checked in with us constantly and even packed up desserts for us, so we did not have to think about any organizational things on our wedding day. We did not have to lift a finger, or put any thought into our wedding the day of because they did that all for us—we could just enjoy and be present in the moment. They prepped the day, and did all of the tear down, so we did not have to put any thought into setting up or cleaning up. The food was spectacular and they served 107 plated meals simutaneously, so we could all enjoy dinner at the same time, no one was waiting for their food. This was truly the perfect day, because of Stonebridge Golf Club. We recommend them 1000%, and our guests said it was truly the most organized, beautiful and best wedding they had ever been to.

Stonebridge is great because it includes catering, lots of decor, and ceremony too, though we had our ceremony elsewhere. Having catering through the venue made it that much easier because we didn't have to look for another vendor for this.
The outdoor cocktail hour space was beautiful and perfect. Having the outdoor tiki bar in addition to the indoor bar helped move the line along.
We had buffet style dinner, and we got so many compliments on our food. The garlic mashed potatoes and bronzed salmon with capers were the clear winners, but everything was so good.
The event managers of the day, Sarah and Hannah, were amazing. They checked in on my husband and I frequently to make sure we always had what we needed, and brought us so much peace of mind! If anything went wrong, I don't know about it, because they along with Kim ensured that everything was taken care of.
All decorations supplied by Stonebridge were set up and taken down for us at no extra cost, but we also opted to pay a little extra to have Stonebridge's staff clean up the decorations that we brought, which eased a lot of the burden on our families. This was 100% worth every penny. Everything got cleaned up that night and they took great care of our things so nothing was damaged. They also assisted in setting up our donut table shown in one of the attached photos!

The views and greenery of the golf course and surroundings created a setting for many photo opportunities. They even allowed my pet to partake in the celebration. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married. The venue is absolutely beautiful and does not require much decoration to look stunning. Kim, one of the co-owners, is involved with couples throughout the planning process and is incredibly helpful and supportive. Stonebridge also provides a day-of coordinator who also does the rehearsal.
We kept thinking how smooth and fairly low-stress the planning process was, and a huge part of that was Stonebridge. Kim was very professional and no-nonsense, so we simply asked her which vendors she had the highest opinions of and went with them. Kim's vendor referrals did not disappoint either, and we were extremely pleased.

She is so quick and kind with her responses, and she was incredibly accommodating to all of our unique needs. We had lots of dietary restrictions, and she made certain that everyone was covered. She had both an indoor and outdoor option available and allowed us to change plans several times as the regulations for Covid changed as the wedding got closer. Kim is incredibly sweet, and her staff is amazing! The space looked amazing on the day of our wedding. Stonebridge offers a lot of options for set up, and we found the decor used in our reception space to be just perfect! I truly cannot recommend Stonebridge enough.

al. Kim was very accommodating of the requests we had. The space is absolutely beautiful. Leading up to the wedding, Kim was quick to answer any and all questions we had. Everything was very transparent. We knew exactly how much we were spending every step of the way. They let us bring our dog, who was part of the ceremony, to the club prior to the wedding so that he can get used to the area. The day of our wedding, everyone was very attentive. They made sure everything was running smoothly. Something we really appreciated was that we paid for the sparkler send off and while it was a beautiful day, the evening was full of heavy rain. Not only did they have the thoughtfulness to check the weather, which we hadn’t, but they made sure the sparkler send off happened before it rained. All of our guest that came in from California and Ohio, thought the venue was beautiful and elegant. We all loved it and would love to have future events here.

rything we wanted when looking for somewhere to get married. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the reception room, the beautiful outdoor reception space, and the on-site ceremony space. During the reception they did so many little things like handing our preferred drink right after signing our marriage license, reserving a small platter of hors d'oeuvres for us, and gathering some deserts for us after dinner while we were mingling. We were supposed to have rain all day on our wedding day, but because the indoor space is so nice at Stonebridge we felt our wedding would still have been perfect even if we couldn’t have used the outdoor spaces. Fortunately, the rain disappeared mid-afternoon and we were able to have a perfect wedding. The Stonebridge staff made sure to check in with us periodically throughout the reception to see if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks were also amazing and overall having our wedding at Stonebridge was money well spent!

ur guests complimented us over and over on how much they appreciated the hard working staff and how they implemented Covid precautions. Additionally, our meals were delicious! The chef will come out during your event to make sure that your meal is prepared to your liking. Jeff made sure that we had hors devours during our photos while our guests were enjoying cocktail hour. Our day was better than I ever imagined because of the caring staff at Stonebridge!

Having an indoor space for dinner and outdoor ceremony and reception space was just lovely for our summer wedding! We loved that everything was in close proximity to each other. Our guests could easily grab a drink a the tiki bar then hit the dancefloor! The space is perfect- ample space for guests but also intimate. Additionally, there is an upstairs space for the bridal party to get ready on site which was very helpful!
Kim is FABULOUS to work with! She was so accommodating and flexible; due to COVID we ended up planning our wedding in 5 weeks and Kim made this a seamless process. She anticipated our needs and questions before we even thought of them. It was clear to us that she truly cared about our wedding experience and did everything she could to make our wedding everything we dreamed of.
The food was delicious and beautiful, the culinary and staff were accommodating and kind, and the tiki bar was amazing! Kudos to the fabulous culinary team- we received compliments on how amazing the food was all evening!
Additionally, we loved all the options available so you can personalize your event just the way you envision it. Whether that’s adding hors d’oeuvres, a tiki bar, or decorative rustic barrels, options are endless at Stonebridge!

Through the months leading up to the wedding, Kim was wonderful at answering all of the questions and keeping us updated, especially with COVID considerations.
The day of the wedding, I arrived a little early to make sure that everything was set up and do any last minute preparations. But, everything was absolutely perfect already! Upon arrival, Jeff quickly introduced himself and offered any help. He continued to check in periodically throughout the evening, always professional and kind.
The guests felt welcomed and safe, with the entire Stonebridge staff adhering to COVID guidelines. The Stonebridge staff was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The wait staff was so frequent with offering appetizers that I had to decline sometimes. The appetizers and food were outstanding!! My favorites were the meatball appetizers and the Chicken Parmesan! Yum!
Stonebridge's outside area was truly a gift, allowing social distancing and allowing everyone to celebrate the amazing wedding. The little bit of rain did not get in the way at all and the Tiki bar was awesome! People also loved having the slush machine as it was truly a unique surprise. Having the option to eat outside was perfect with COVID! I never thought that people would stay until the end, but many people did while dancing the night away outside.

I think this venue is so unique because it offers the opportunity for guests to mingle outside and inside without having to miss anything! what pricing would look like if we did a dry/cash bar reception since a lot of my guests are under 21 or don't drink. We were looking at booking a saturday. The women asked if we were open to Friday's and I said we were open to it, and then she said and I quote "I mentioned Friday's because I'm not sure if I want to waste my last saturday on you. I have other people who are wanting this date that will have a full bar." I understand that the wedding world is cut throat but I felt that was so rude and unprofessional and it completely changed my view of the venue.
