om the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the setting both indoor and outdoor. The grounds were immaculately kept with breathtaking views that created the ideal backdrop for both the ceremony and the reception as the banquet room has floor to ceiling windows with views of the entire setting. We were able to have our November wedding outside, at sunset, thanks to Mother Nature and Stonebridge’s multiple patio heaters. Thank you to Kim for encouraging and making this happen. It was a stunning November scene. Kim, Hannah, Jeff and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of with seamless coordination and exceptional service throughout the event. Stonebridge’s flexibility and attention to our specific needs made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Whether it was helping us with decorations that were even more beautiful than we had imagined or accommodating multiple food allergies and restrictions, they were attentive and thoughtful at every turn. The banquet room was equally impressive with the huge, beautiful windows, ample space, a large adjoining bar area with two-way fireplace and a fantastic dance floor with excellent acoustics for the music. The food was absolutely delicious. So many of our guests remarked on the excellent quality of the setting, the meal and the presentation of the entire event from beginning to end. The location is also perfect being only 15 minutes south of downtown Ann Arbor with convenient access to the freeways and hotels. It is clear that the team at Stonebridge truly cares about providing an unforgettable experience and they did! An added bonus was the 9 holes of golf the groom, his groomsmen and the dads got in early morning on the wedding day. Doug couldn’t have been more accommodating in making this happen. Endless raves from all the guys on the excellence and beauty of this golf course. Our daughter’s wedding day was a dream come true for her and her husband. We couldn’t be more grateful to Kim, Doug and Stonebridge for making it everything we all had hoped for and so much more. Stonebridge combines beauty, professionalism, and personalized service. I could not more highly recommend this venue!

edding it happened to rain so they changed the ceremony to inside and in 15 minutes they transformed the inside reception space into a beautiful ceremony that I will never forget. I cannot sing their praises more. Our guest agreed complimenting the venue and had rave reviews on the food. Justin, the chef was able to accommodate needs and made the best Swedish meatballs! Considering all that they handled for us and the quality of the venue, Stonebridge was a great value. They provide chairs/tables, linens, table settings, and all food and beverages making it an easy one stop shop. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful, accommodating venue and thoughtful staff for their special day.

The space itself is beautiful. They provide so many things including our favorties: an outdoor ceremony space, tiki bar, day-of-coordinator, getting ready room, floor to ceiling windows and so many amazing things to make the day beautiful! The space itself makes for amazing photos. The included day-of-coordinator, Hannah, was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly from the rehersal to the wedding day. She was so organized and kept us on schedule down to the minute. The manager, Jeff, was there the whole wedding day from start to finish, and he was like our personal assistant making sure our drinks were never dry, checked in with us constantly and even packed up desserts for us, so we did not have to think about any organizational things on our wedding day. We did not have to lift a finger, or put any thought into our wedding the day of because they did that all for us—we could just enjoy and be present in the moment. They prepped the day, and did all of the tear down, so we did not have to put any thought into setting up or cleaning up. The food was spectacular and they served 107 plated meals simutaneously, so we could all enjoy dinner at the same time, no one was waiting for their food. This was truly the perfect day, because of Stonebridge Golf Club. We recommend them 1000%, and our guests said it was truly the most organized, beautiful and best wedding they had ever been to.

Stonebridge is great because it includes catering, lots of decor, and ceremony too, though we had our ceremony elsewhere. Having catering through the venue made it that much easier because we didn't have to look for another vendor for this. The outdoor cocktail hour space was beautiful and perfect. Having the outdoor tiki bar in addition to the indoor bar helped move the line along. We had buffet style dinner, and we got so many compliments on our food. The garlic mashed potatoes and bronzed salmon with capers were the clear winners, but everything was so good. The event managers of the day, Sarah and Hannah, were amazing. They checked in on my husband and I frequently to make sure we always had what we needed, and brought us so much peace of mind! If anything went wrong, I don't know about it, because they along with Kim ensured that everything was taken care of. All decorations supplied by Stonebridge were set up and taken down for us at no extra cost, but we also opted to pay a little extra to have Stonebridge's staff clean up the decorations that we brought, which eased a lot of the burden on our families. This was 100% worth every penny. Everything got cleaned up that night and they took great care of our things so nothing was damaged. They also assisted in setting up our donut table shown in one of the attached photos! Pictures don't do this beautiful place justice but hopefully you can get an idea :)

My husband and I didn’t have to go and get ourselves drinks/snacks the entire time because we were constantly asked if we needed anything. Every single aspect we discussed was orchestrated for us on our big day and MORE! I have to give a well deserved shoutout to Kim, Jeff and Hannah for playing a special part in making our wedding dreams come true. We have said multiple times since our wedding that we would not change a single thing about our amazing day and that was all thanks to the amazing people at Stonebridge. This is THE venue!! The day of the wedding and the wedding itself were incredible!! Sarah was our wedding coordinator the day of the wedding, and she was so sweet and helpful! He probably does because the filet mignon was absolutely amazing, as was all of the food! There was no stress at all because Kim and Sarah and Jeff handled everything, and we were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding..the best part of the day was our daughter telling us over and over..."This is so amazing!' One of our friends said at the end of the night, sitting outside by the Tiki Bar and Smores Bar, under the stars, just around midnight..he said "This may be the best wedding I have ever been to!" Kim was so patient, kind, and easy to work with during the entire planning process - she was very responsive and passionate about making our wedding day exceptional. On the day of the wedding she handed us over to Sarah, our Ceremony Coordinator, and Jeff, our Event Manager. They were both AMAZING! We couldn't have gotten through our day without Sarah and Jeff was on the ball the entire night. We didn't even have to think twice about what to do next, we were seamlessly guided through the evening. If you're looking for a venue for your wedding, we could not recommend Stonebridge more!

The outdoor space for the cocktail hour was beautiful at night with the tiki bar all lit up and many spots to go and catch your breath in between dancing. The best part was the sparkler sendoff, which was fun for everyone involved and will probably bring about the best pics! Most of all, the staff and most of all Kim and Jeff just made our night. Kim was not supposed to coordinate but she swooped in at the last second with grace and patience even after a long weekend of back to back weddings. Jeff worked so hard and we are so thankful to him for everything he did and all the times he checked in on us. Everyone said the wedding was perfect! Choose stonebridge!

Kim was ultra-responsive to any and all questions we had during the planning process, of which there were MANY, since we were arranging everything from out of state. When we showed up on the day of, everything was exactly as we envisioned. Though we had hoped to enjoy the standard outdoor ceremony set-up, Mother Nature had other ideas. While this could have been disastrous at a different venue, we came in knowing that Stonebridge had a quick and stress-free process for moving everything to a nearby tent at the drop of a hat. Am I crazy for saying that I think the rain made it even better?? In any case, Stonebridge turned rain into a rainbow. Stonebridge made us truly feel like their top priority, from accommodating special requests, to hand-delivering appetizers on a silver platter while we were off taking post-ceremony photos. A special thank you to our included ceremony coordinator, Kelly, who made everything go as smoothly as possible on the day of. She is a true professional! Thank you, Stonebridge, for the fabulous, fabulous event. We will never forget it!

I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married. The venue is absolutely beautiful and does not require much decoration to look stunning. Kim, one of the co-owners, is involved with couples throughout the planning process and is incredibly helpful and supportive. Stonebridge also provides a day-of coordinator who also does the rehearsal. We kept thinking how smooth and fairly low-stress the planning process was, and a huge part of that was Stonebridge. Kim was very professional and no-nonsense, so we simply asked her which vendors she had the highest opinions of and went with them. Kim's vendor referrals did not disappoint either, and we were extremely pleased. The food was delicious. Though the food at the tasting was somewhat average, it was absolutely amazing at the wedding.

She had both an indoor and outdoor option available and allowed us to change plans several times as the regulations for Covid changed as the wedding got closer. Everything was very transparent. We knew exactly how much we were spending every step of the way. They let us bring our dog, who was part of the ceremony, to the club prior to the wedding so that he can get used to the area. The day of our wedding, everyone was very attentive. They made sure everything was running smoothly. Something we really appreciated was that we paid for the sparkler send off and while it was a beautiful day, the evening was full of heavy rain. Not only did they have the thoughtfulness to check the weather, which we hadn’t, but they made sure the sparkler send off happened before it rained. All of our guest that came in from California and Ohio, thought the venue was beautiful and elegant. We all loved it and would love to have future events here.

rything we wanted when looking for somewhere to get married. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the reception room, the beautiful outdoor reception space, and the on-site ceremony space. During the reception they did so many little things like handing our preferred drink right after signing our marriage license, reserving a small platter of hors d'oeuvres for us, and gathering some deserts for us after dinner while we were mingling. We were supposed to have rain all day on our wedding day, but because the indoor space is so nice at Stonebridge we felt our wedding would still have been perfect even if we couldn’t have used the outdoor spaces. Fortunately, the rain disappeared mid-afternoon and we were able to have a perfect wedding. The Stonebridge staff made sure to check in with us periodically throughout the reception to see if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks were also amazing and overall having our wedding at Stonebridge was money well spent!

Having an indoor space for dinner and outdoor ceremony and reception space was just lovely for our summer wedding! We loved that everything was in close proximity to each other. Our guests could easily grab a drink a the tiki bar then hit the dancefloor! The space is perfect- ample space for guests but also intimate. Additionally, there is an upstairs space for the bridal party to get ready on site which was very helpful! Kim is FABULOUS to work with! She was so accommodating and flexible; due to COVID we ended up planning our wedding in 5 weeks and Kim made this a seamless process. She anticipated our needs and questions before we even thought of them. It was clear to us that she truly cared about our wedding experience and did everything she could to make our wedding everything we dreamed of. The food was delicious and beautiful, the culinary and staff were accommodating and kind, and the tiki bar was amazing! Kudos to the fabulous culinary team- we received compliments on how amazing the food was all evening! Additionally, we loved all the options available so you can personalize your event just the way you envision it. Through the months leading up to the wedding, Kim was wonderful at answering all of the questions and keeping us updated, especially with COVID considerations. The day of the wedding, I arrived a little early to make sure that everything was set up and do any last minute preparations. But, everything was absolutely perfect already! Upon arrival, Jeff quickly introduced himself and offered any help. He continued to check in periodically throughout the evening, always professional and kind. The guests felt welcomed and safe, with the entire Stonebridge staff adhering to COVID guidelines. The Stonebridge staff was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The wait staff was so frequent with offering appetizers that I had to decline sometimes. The appetizers and food were outstanding!! My favorites were the meatball appetizers and the Chicken Parmesan! Yum! Stonebridge's outside area was truly a gift, allowing social distancing and allowing everyone to celebrate the amazing wedding. The little bit of rain did not get in the way at all and the Tiki bar was awesome! People also loved having the slush machine as it was truly a unique surprise. Having the option to eat outside was perfect with COVID! I never thought that people would stay until the end, but many people did while dancing the night away outside. I have received many texts and calls since the wedding with appreciation, expressing how amazing the reception was at Stonebridge. Thanks to you and the entire staff at Stonebridge!
