Her creativity, willingness to do anything to get "the shot", and very genuine & fun personality brought such a great energy to our wedding day. She organically gets the best photos of your special day, but is also extremely detail oriented. Megan's professionalism & talent is something you're just plain born with!! Not only is Megan a master at her craft, but she provides a superior customer experience throughout the process. Photos are fleeting moments that you get to keep forever — you need to book Megan for your wedding photography. I first encountered Megan at my sister-in-law’s wedding. Megan impressed me with her ability to command chaotic situations (like large family photos). During the ceremony and reception, Megan captured moments without making a scene or a sound. She kept on schedule, but made sure they got every shot possible. After the wedding, she posted teasers and a blog on social media the wedding day. Megan is not just active on social media, she is influential. When it was my turn to plan my wedding, Megan was among the first wedding vendors I contacted. We booked an engagement session, which I highly recommend doing, because it helped us “warm up” for the wedding. Just a couple hours running around the city with Megan and she made us feel like we were old friends of hers. Nothing is “too weird” or “too much” for Megan. She is the creative mastermind, yet she encourages clients to share their visions, and she does everything she can to make them a reality. Megan hosted a planning session to discuss what I wanted day-of, so I was at ease when the wedding day arrived. Everything flowed and Megan was a ninja, stealthily capturing every moment. One of my “visions” was that I wanted post-send-off photos. Megan was game and hopped in our limo. We went downtown and made some cool, nighttime images. I am so happy we did! She was prompt with returning our photos on both occasions. The website she uses to post the photos is easy to use and share. Then, Megan designed a photo album telling the story of our wedding day. Even flipping through the online proof was emotional. I highly recommend going with Studio 22 Photography for your wedding.

Words cannot describe how thankful we are that we found Megan and Studio 22; but I will try. Having a good photographer was a priority for us. We needed somebody with personality and creativity. Somebody to take risks, think outside of the box, and somebody who has that inherit "spark". We found that in Megan. We did our homework. We must have researched all of the different photographers in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The excel list was so long, that it required at least a few seconds of scrolling to get to the bottom. After the initial meeting with Megan, we knew that she was our girl. She is the best photographer in Ohio, trust me, we checked. The engagement session proved we made the right decision. As did the follow up pictures and the timeline meeting. Her natural creativity and her willingness to think outside of the box were only surpassed by her wonderful personality. For the actual wedding, she showed up early and brought her second shooter. If Megan is the best Photographer, Chad is steadily in 2nd place. I wasn't there to see the girls getting ready but Chad photographed us at the pool, in the shower, getting ready, and every step in between. Now the fun part... While we were taking wedding portraits at a local park, an elderly man fell and cracked his head open on the concrete. Without missing a beat, Megan wrapped this mans head in a bandage and performed first aid while EMTs arrived. A couple minutes later, she transitioned back to her regular self and continued taking incredible pictures of our wedding party. Yes, Megan is a super hero. You should probably book her. Everyone at my wedding (who referred to Megan as Laura Croft) was impressed by her ability to direct people for group pictures, her daring, and her personality. The biggest comment was "She knew what she was doing." After seeing just a few of the images she took that day, I am inclined to agree. She certainly knows what she is doing. If you are currently choosing between photographers, save yourself the trouble and just call Megan. We already did the work for you. She will do things with her camera that you didn't know possible. She will keep you laughing no matter what. She will probably sing songs from Hamilton through the entire event. Yet, most importantly she will provide you with the best pictures that money can buy.

Megan made our wedding photography experience relaxed, fun, and everything turned out BEAUTIFULLY! She was wonderful to work with before the wedding as well as during the event. The photos she caught are beautiful and diverse. She has true skill that is not "cookie cutter" wedding photography. Megan is an artist that I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

As a bride and groom picking your photographer for your wedding can be a nerve-racking and a overwhelming experience. Once we met Megan from Studio 22 our fears and worries went away. From the moment you talk with her you feel at ease. She did our engagement and wedding pictures and we are so incredibly happy we chose her as our photographer. She went above and WAY beyond to capture our special moments throughout our engagement and finally on our wedding day. When my wife and I booked Studio 22 Photography (Megan Allen) we knew we were getting an absolutely outstanding photographer. But what we didn't know was just how good she was! Not only did she travel over nine hours to photograph our wedding, but she arrived a day early just so she was able to survey the town and find fun spots for pictures. During one of her brief moments of down time she drove an hour out of the way just to buy an extra piece of photograph equipment that would make our day, and the pictures, that much more special. Through cold weather, wind, and snow, she was able to capture our day in a stunning fashion. From sunrise till past midnight she was a true professional. Capturing little moments that other photographers might miss. I've seen many others wedding photos and I can honestly say they don't compare to the fun, unique, and beautiful pictures that Studio 22 provided. On a more personal side, Megan was a delight to work with. I was afraid it could be awkward with a photographer if you didn't like the pose or didn't like the shot, but Megan made it so easy. Not only did she put us in romantic poses that every bride wants, but also gave us the freedom to have a lot of fun with different poses. Combine that with her unique style and adventurous personality and you get breathtaking pictures in an array of locations. She even braved a snow storm during our reception to take us outside to get some incredibly romantic pictures with the snowfall. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend Studio 22 Photography! I have already told my siblings when they get married they have to book Studio 22. If you want boring, typical, same old same old, average photographs than Studio 22 isn't for you. I truly am so very thankful for the ability to look back at one of the happiest days of my life, and feel as if I'm back in the moment. Megan has a rare talent and eye and vision for capturing the spark and love in each moment. She has a way of turning a dirty alley into a romantic setting. (I mean this quite literally). When she sees an angle for a perfect shot, she will transform into a daredevil to capture it. When I tell you that she was laying on the edge of the rocks that bordered the crashing waves of the ocean, I am not exaggerating. The mom in me was wanting to scold her. But I have seen her work, and knew she assumed the risk for good reason. (Plus ... I know her cameras are her babies and she cared more about them getting wet than her, so she was safe ;) ) Megan makes you feel so comfortable in the moment that she is able to capture your true feelings and love in her pictures. Megan with Studio 22 is phenomenal. I wouldn't have picked anyone else! Neither my husband nor I are photogenic at all and to top it off, we are really awkward people. :) Megan was so patient and helpful when it came to posing and capturing us naturally. My husband and I were both pretty nervous about being photographed and posed, we thought it would be a long day of awkward situations and fake smiles. To be honest, we weren't looking forward to our engagement shoot at all. However, Megan made it so easy to just be us. After working with her for our engagement shoot, I was so excited to work with her for our wedding. Our pictures so far have turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Megan has a knack and passion for shooting the details and getting creative shots throughout the day. She even came to the salon to capture a morning with my maid of honor. Where to begin! I mean that in a great way. Megan was absolutely phenomenal. I was referred to Megan by a local photographer. After the first phone conversation I had with Megan, I knew she would be a perfect fit. She booked all her travel plans to our home state of Florida, very shortly after our initial conversation. I really appreciated how she sent me her itinerary, including her flight information and advised she was staying in the hotel we booked for guests. She would be right on site! Although we had never “met” I felt completely confident that Megan would do an amazing job. Megan took it upon herself to come a few days before the wedding to scout the area; I loved how she made that a priority. It was another display of how reliable, professional, and accountable she was. Megan was an absolute joy to work with. Like many, I don’t like be photographed and usually look like I have a “fake” smile. You would never guess that from our photos. She was prompt and ready to go the day of the wedding. She had so many wonderful ideas and places for us to go. We felt so comfortable with her and I can honestly say I enjoyed every moment. The photos are absolutely stunning and I can’t say how many people asked who our photographer was. So many people have complimented our photos and I am so proud of Megan’s work. We are so blessed to have met Megan. Megan went above and beyond what I had dreamed of. Not only is she gifted, she is kind, personable, creative, warm and so very passionate. I love that Megan was excited to capture our day, and it showed in every way. It was apparent it was not just a job to her. There are not enough positive words in my vocabulary to express how incredible Megan from Studio 22 Photography was in capturing our wedding. From the very first e-mail with Megan she was a joy to work with. From our conversations before the wedding until the conversations we had tonight, I have grown to not only have found the best photographer but also a friend. Megan is the type of person that puts everyone at ease, which is exactly the type of person a photographer should be. She seizes every moment and every photo. She jokes not to put any ideas into her head because YES I DID end up in a tree in my wedding dress (and it was awesome). I don't even know where to begin! Megan is witty, down to earth, hilarious and an all around wonderful person! She is by far the most passionate photographer I have ever worked with and she has a desire unlike any other to grow and to learn. If there is a different style of photography, she is learning. If there is a different lens she can purchase to help get her that perfect shot, she is all over it. She loves her work because she adores giving her clients the best there is and when you talk to her and shoot with her, you realize that she is there to blow your mind, AND SHE WILL. During our many shoots with Megan she has made it so fun and so relaxing. Our hour long, one location engagement shoot turned into 3 hours and 2 locations because she wanted to be sure to capture exactly what we wanted! She promised a few teasers and a few in Megan's mind is at least 10! She realizes how excited couples get, especially the women, to see these sneak peeks and its so amazing to have a photographer who you KNOW is just as excited as you are. **So rewind to last year, when my man popped the question, the first question I popped was to Megan ((I couldn't choose a date without her)) because I can't imagine my big day without her behind the camera!

Megan Allen from Studio 22 is spectacular! My mom recommended her to me for my wedding and once I saw her work I was hooked, and then I met her. Megan is so down to earth and makes sure everything is exactly what you want. She truly is the sweetest person. We actually did our engagement pictures today and it was so much fun! My fiancé is not a picture person but she made him so comfortable he had no problems at all! And she even let us have our doggy Scrappy in the pictures which was very important to me. She was so sweet to him and we got some great shots of him with us. I also was one of those brides that wanted to have a few different outfits and she didn't care one bit I could of changed a million times and she wouldn't of cared. She really just wants you to be happy and will do anything to make that happen including standing in the middle of a busy street and laying down on the ground. And after having a jam packed weekend she even went home and edited and uploaded some of our pictures for us to see! When you think sneak peak your thinking like 2 or 3 pictures, but no Megan put up 14 pictures for us to see! She is amazing. I am so in love with our pictures I can't wait for our wedding! Megan did a wonderful job on our wedding. I've received so many compliments on how the pictures turned out and our wedding is even being featured online through POPSUGAR! I wanted someone with a unique and creative view to photograph my very special DIY Doctor Who themed wedding and she delivered. I am so thankful for the amazing job she did and I now how these beautiful pictures to go with my happy memories.

I had such a great experience with Studio 22 (Megan Allen)! Not only was she SUPER thorough, but also took much time and care to get me a special shot at my grandmas grave site! The gravesite was at the church I was married in and Megan MADE SURE we got there (poor girl had to see me cry several times because of this and was so understanding and compassionate about the situation). She was AMAZING to work with! My pictures also came back REALLY fast and in such a professional package! I cannot say enough good things about Megan's photography skills and services! To me and my husband, the most important service in a wedding is the photographer. Photographs last a lifetime, so selecting the right photographer to capture our special moments was very important. I had heard very good things about Megan Allen from Studio 22 Photography before she shot my sister's wedding, but she far exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and perfectionism takes all the worry away for the bride and for the maid of honor who wants the day to go perfectly.
