Upon purchasing the venue, the owners began extensive renovations on the property’s interior spaces including the banquet hall and dressing room. The hall has been brought up to date and features bright, modern interior design. The property’s expansive acreage of lush gardens and forests set it apart from other urban venues. Newlyweds are treated to endless photo opportunities in the gazebo, beside the two ponds, or in the shade of the property’s many trees. Idyllic ceremonies are held on the lawn looking out across the ponds. The space is located close to the main building so that guests can retire to the cocktail lounge after the vows are exchanged. Inside, the open-plan function rooms are spacious and airy, perfect for dining and dancing. Minimalist decor is ideal for couples who want to personalize the venue with their color theme and florals. A glam suite inside the building is convenient for the wedding party and features bright lighting and large mirrors. Sun Valley’s owners welcome weddings both large and small here. The venue can accommodate tremendous extravaganzas of up to 350 attendees with a rental of the dining room and cocktail lounge. Alternatively, intimate celebrations of 50 are ideal for the outdoor terrace space, and events of 100 suit the cocktail lounge. Couples and their guests will have exclusive access to the venue, ensuring the utmost privacy for their special day. The venue has a carefully selected list of preferred vendors available for those planning to marry here, and couples have their choice of one of three approved caterers.
