Sun Valley was great to work with! They were very responsive and helpful. Answered all my questions and were great with handling a few last minute requests. The grounds were beautiful and our guests complimented the venue and location all evening.

Sun Valley was so easy to work with and would highly recommend!! Jennifer was great to communicate with and helped us every step of the way. She was also always quick to respond to one of my many questions. Sun Valley is a beautiful property and we could not have asked for a better place to get married! It rained a bit on our wedding day and all the staff there was so accommodating to try and figure out what we should do. We already got some of our sneak peaks back and the pictures with the property in the background are amazing!! We had so many complements from our guests that we choose the perfect venue and we tend to agree!

Absolutely incredible venue!!! We just had our wedding here and it ended up being perfect. The size is super accommodating to a lot of different sized weddings - ours was right around 170 and there was the perfect amount of room for tables, cocktail hour, and a dance floor. But you could go way bigger or smaller easily. The staff at Sun Valley is phenomenal to work with - very quick to respond to questions!! We had so many people come up to us saying that we had our wedding at the perfect venue. We did an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. I really can’t say enough amazing things about this place!!

If you’re looking for an amazing venue with extremely professional and responsive staff, I highly recommend Sun Valley! The venue itself was beautiful, offering indoor and outdoor options for guests. The team made everything amazing and super easy on my end. It seriously was a perfect experience!!!

The venue was beautiful and very easy to work, and we were very pleased with the communication throughout the planning process. Hallie was great! (Although there was a bit of a rush with the rehearsal because she had scheduled a flight and it cut it a little too close with our timing. It added a bit of stress to the evening.) The bathroom signs "Stand" and "Sit" in fancy cursive writing on the doors with no indication that they are restrooms was rather awkward and caused confusion and required too much explanation. As the mother and father of the bride responsible for paying the bill, we would have appreciated being approached by the venue the day of the event. We felt rather invisible. It would have been helpful to have a room available on site for the groomsmen to gather and also keep their "stuff". Some of the men were handing items to bridesmaids to put in the girls' dressing room because there was no other place to leave anything.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. It is a perfect venue for someone who wants an outdoor ceremony. The pond is a beautiful back drop. Their communication was amazing, always got back to me right away and answered all my questions! Seriously such a perfect venue for the price.

The whole planning experience was wonderful, with questions answered quickly and accommodations met! Professional, friendly, communication

Not only is Sun Valley an absolutely gorgeous venue, but their communication was amazing. I had so many questions and they always got back to me quickly and were happy to help. They were actually the only venue I toured. As soon as I saw the space and talked with Hallie, I knew I didn't need to look at any others. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and I received so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was from the ceremony space to the reception to the bridal suite and even bathrooms. I cannot thank the owners and everyone involved with my wedding day enough for making it as perfect as it was!

We had a beautiful wedding at Sun Valley! They were so great at communicating throughout the process and let us set up a day early - which was super helpful Saturday morning. They are located in a safe space with a lot to do in the area. We would recommend our venue to any new couples getting married! Thanks to Sun Valley for hosting our wonderful wedding!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Jennifer was so easy to work with and always responded to my million questions within hours and with patience. The venue is GORGEOUS! We received so many compliments on the staff that were working as well. The bartenders treated my husband and I like royalty. The whole day was so special thank you to them!

Everyone we worked with in regards to Sun Valley was very polite and professional. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner which made the planning process much easier. I would absolutely recommend this venue as it is beautiful, can accommodate outdoor and indoor ceremonies, and the staff was very easy to work with. We worked with Hallie and Jen throughout our wedding planning process and they were both wonderful. The Sun Valley crew is timely with their responses and answered all of our questions no matter how big or how small. The venue itself is stunning and we did not feel the need to spend extra money on decorations, the building speaks for itself. Sun Valley supplied all of our tables, chairs, table settings, linens and offers a variety of bar packages. They have different events throughout the year that couples who have booked or are planning to book can attend to visit the venue, see it in action and meet potential vendors. We got married in the fall and the grounds were absolutely stunning!

My family was ecstatic in the entire Sun Valley experience. The ambiance of the venue with the outside gardens, fire pit, and dining added a real pizazz to the wedding event. The Sun Valley staff were very courteous, professional and helped make the entire wedding beautiful and memorable. Sun Valley met our high expectations and they certainly fulfilled Ashley and Ben's dreams. We will hold the memories very close to our hearts. This location was truly the right choice. SUCH a beautiful and romantic venue! Our outside ceremony was absolutely stunning in front the pond, it is pristine and spacious inside for 200+ guests and the patio is spectacular for guests to mingle and enjoy a drink together. Kendyl and Scott were our day-of-coordinators and they really went above and beyond for us from the second we arrived until the moment we left the reception. An absolute 10/10 venue to be the foundation for a great wedding!

I honestly do not have enough words to explain how much we loved Sun Valley as our reception venue. From the very first email exchange, Jennifer made the wedding planning process a million times easier. She was always available to meet with us, answer my billionth questions, offer suggestions, and just ease my anxiety and stress in every way. The venue itself is unbelievably stunning. Everyone of our guests raved about how beautiful it was and every detail, from the new patio to the lights, was noticed and appreciated. The floor layout makes it easy to appreciate everyone in attendance and helped create a fun dance atmosphere. The day of coordinators were incredible. If I asked for something I had it before I could finish my sentence. And as soon as their setup was done, they would search me out and ask to help in any way they could. Sun Valley exceeded my expectations in every single way. They were the kindest team to work with. Even without all the beauty that the venue offers, I would choose Sun Valley again just for the team. None of my friends that have gotten married have received the support and help from their venue the way that we did. If you are looking for a stunning venue with the most responsive and helpful staff, book Sun Valley. You will not regret trusting them with your day. If I ever need to plan another large event, Sun Valley would be my first and only option. The customer service stayed exceptional from the first email in October of 2021 until after our wedding was over in May of 2023. Five stars is truly not enough for them.

Venue is designed for outdoor weddings. It was a beautiful winter day for our wedding with snow, however, view from ceremony window was an eyesore. Our wishes to remove, fell on deaf ears. We were promised it would be pushed back, but never carried through. Communication is lacking and needs to be addressed. Venue knew our request a week before wedding. Still would book again, due to scenery. Pictures outside and inside are beautiful.

Sun Valley was SO wonderful to work with. I knew from the moment I pulled up to tour it that it was going to exceed my expectations. This venue is truly the most gorgeous venue I’ve ever seen with beautiful grounds that made for the best colorful and perfect fall ceremony by the large pond. The reception hall is equally as beautiful and spacious which made for an amazing time dancing and celebrating with our guests. The three owners all own wedding industry businesses outside of the venue and therefore bring so much experience and knowledge with them to run the venue which meant everything was so smooth and so well thought out. Jennifer was so great about being quick to respond and answer any questions, even at the last minute. I truly couldn’t imagine myself getting married anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend Sun Valley more!

If you are looking for a wedding venue that makes you feel like you are at home on your wedding day, Sun Valley is the place for you! From the beautifully modern space and bridal sweet to the stunning outdoor scenery, this was the PERFECT place for my husband and I to get married. The staff was all wonderful to work with and we felt not a single ounce of stress the day of thanks to their dedication and attention to detail. The flow of the venue was perfect for the amount of guests we had. I wish we could relive this day over and over again and I have Sun Valley to thank for that!!

Sun Valley is a fantastic wedding venue. The indoor space is beautiful - it’s newly renovated, modern and spacious. The connected covered patio is perfect for guests to hang out and get fresh air. The glam suite is perfect for the ladies to get ready in. You get to design your layout exactly how you want it, which is a nice touch! The surrounding 25 acre property is absolutely gorgeous and is perfect for pictures. Sun Valley’s communication is top notch! They are quick to respond to any email inquiry, and are happy to jump on a phone call at any point during the process to go over anything. The 3 owners have so much collective experience in the industry and are quick to offer suggestions and ideas to help you along the process. They will also embrace any ideas and visions you may have, to help make your wedding exactly how you envision it! This “one stop shop” is perfect for a combined ceremony and reception like we did (though, just the ceremony would be great too!). We couldn’t recommend Sun Valley enough!

Sun Valley is the perfect place to have your wedding. They have connections to DJs, photographers, florists ,and other vendors you may need to get in contact with. Everyone there is super nice and helpful for anything you may need throughout the wedding planning process. The venue inside and the space outside is beautiful and perfect for guests to be able to roam around. It is a nice, quiet, and secluded area that is also the perfect space for some nature photos outside by the ponds. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking!

Picking Sun Valley as our venue was one of the easiest decisions during wedding planning! We fell in love as soon as we walked on the property. The grounds are beautiful and the size and space was perfect for our wedding. We received so many compliments from all of our guests! Jennifer was super responsive and great to work with. She helped answer all of my questions and always made sure we had what we need. The only negative thing is that they did allow a venue tour during the morning of our wedding while we were getting ready. But other then that, we have no complaints. We would recommend Sun Valley in a heartbeat!

Sun Valley was the perfect home to bring our loved ones together as one family. With two beautiful lakes and a nature view, coupled with a gorgeous inside, Sun Valley offers it all. Something important to me specifically is the staff/owners of the location being friendly and treating you like family. That's one of the reason we chose Sun Valley over the other choices. They were nothing but kind, resourceful when we needed them, and they actually care. It's nice to have someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and they're dedicated to you and your loved ones happiness. It was 50 minutes away from our home, and everyone was "complaining" about it being a "destination" wedding. However, no one was complaining after the wedding, this venue really does help you create the magic you want to. It's absolutely worth looking at to make sure it fits your look/style, but I can assure you the team that runs the place will treat you like family.

Jennifer was very professional and took care of all of our requests promptly. The venue was set up and available for us to bring in our items in advance of our event and everything was ready for us to bring home at the end. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous- gazebo, ponds, beautiful outdoor seated patio space. The staff during our event was friendly, available and engaging. Highly recommend this event space.

Sun Valley is beautiful. It gave us the perfect set up for our fall indoor/outdoor wedding. So clean and organized, the staff are attentive and wonderful to work with. I felt like we worked with family and friends because of the atmosphere they provided. Anything we needed, staff was there willing and able to help with all the craziness. We cannot thank Sun Valley and their staff enough for a perfect day. Also, they provided a list of amazing vendors which were wonderful to work with as well.

We had an amazing wedding this last weekend. We received compliments all night of how gorgeous the venue was. The team was very much on top of everything leading up to our big day and we felt very well taken care of throughout the night. Rachel was our facility manager and she has a gift of being intuitive and ten steps ahead of everyone else in making sure everything went smoothly. We were one of many couples that postponed their wedding last year, but everyone we communicated with during the the process was kind and accommodating. Note to brides who always envisioned an outdoor ceremony but can't predict the weather...I was bummed moving the ceremony indoors due to potential rain, but the ceremony space indoors was just as good of a back up and so much more amazing than I could ever have imagined when it all came together. I highly recommend!

The Sun Valley team busted their butts to ensure everything went smoothly during a hectic day. They kept us well informed and on schedule but were not pushy…as things naturally fall behind schedule (bride and groom’s fault). Shoutouts to Jennifer, Rachel, and the crew that set everything up and moved things around to accommodate for the rain! Jennifer kept us on top of things up until the day of then Rachel took over the day of and just killed it! 10/10 would recommend this team. Venue was beautiful.

Sun Valley is a beautiful venue, inside and out—however, this was one of the only positives to having our wedding at Sun Valley. Our wedding was at Sun Valley in May 2021. What should have been the most special part of our day was ruined by poor and unprofessional management at the venue. Our “first look” was interrupted and ruined by a group touring the venue and being led around by one of the owners. They were 15 feet away from us during this moment. Despite the photographer asking them to please move (which should have been common sense, as it was evident what was happening), the group of 6-7 complete strangers is in the background of most all of our first look photos. To add more detail to this, there were 4 separate groups of potential couples with their families touring through the venue throughout our wedding day (prior the wedding but while we were there getting ready, taking pictures, etc.). This was our biggest complaint and if we had known, would not have choose Sun Valley as our venue. Another situation which affected our opinion of Sun Valley was 2 people on their staff ate our extra (paid for by us as they were for no-show guests) meals which the caterer had boxed for us to take home. Sun Valley’s response to this was it’s in their contract with the caterer to be provided free meals, however when we followed up with the caterer, they had no idea and confirmed these were ours and they were not aware they were to provide free meals to venue staff. Even after this, Sun Valley did nothing to make this right for us or apologize. This was an on-going theme working with Sun Valley, accountability and professionalism was almost always lacking. We are easy to work with and would highly recommend all of the other vendors we worked with (photography, videography, officiant, planner, DJ, catering, florist, etc.) except for our venue, Sun Valley.

Our whole experience from beginning to end was nothing short of perfect! Jennifer and the rest of the team were so professional yet felt like family. The transformation of Sun Valley from what it originally was was absolutely breathtaking when we first toured. The bridal suite is so intimate and fun, my girls and I had a blast hanging out in there and getting ready all day! The grounds that Sun Valley have surrounding the building made the perfect backdrop for our wedding video and pictures. I am so so SO impressed, they made my day absolutely perfect. I want to thank the crew at Sun Valley again for everything, I can't wait to see your success in the upcoming years! BRIDES- please go tour! So affordable, beautiful and perfect!

This venue is AMAZING! So pretty inside and outside! Perfect place for a wedding or just a party! Everyone was so helpful even on our wedding day! So friendly and you could tell they cared about your day! As annoying as I was with the emails, They were always so pleasant and polite! The bridal suite is AMAZING! We literally had a mini party in our suite getting ready. Love the new look. Gorgeous 10/10!!

The owners have been AMAZING to work with, especially during the COVID craziness! Melissa gave my fiancé and I our initial tour and was so helpful getting us set up. Scott was amazing when we needed to do some last-minute DJ shuffling between dates. Jennifer has been amazingly patient, helpful, and wonderful about answering all my questions about COVID, shuffling things around, what I need to cross off my to-dos...literally any question I had she answered right away. The team has gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend working with them. On top of the amazing staff, the venue itself is beautiful. Surrounded by trees, grass and the pond you feel secluded in your own private space. Highly, highly recommend.

My husband and I were fortunate to be the FIRST wedding at Sun Valley under the ownership of Jennifer, Scott and Melissa and, although I never thought I'd say this, we have Covid-19 to thank for that! As was the case with so many other couples planning a 2020 wedding, Covid-19 carried many challenges that almost forced us to cancel our entire wedding; however, my husband and I ultimately decided that we did not want to cancel or postpone our August 15th wedding. We had already sent out Save the Dates, invitations were printed and our vendors were all confirmed so cancelling/postponing was not an option for us. We wanted to get married on that date and Jennifer at Sun Valley helped us do just that! When our original wedding venue set some pretty strict guidelines, because of the pandemic, we decided to cancel with them and search for a new venue. We found Sun Valley online and went for a visit in early June (their August 15th wedding had postponed so they had our date available). We immediately fell in love with the country charm and feel that SV exudes. Every detail of the renovation was well thought out to accommodate any type of event; especially weddings. From the outside covered terrace -perfect for cocktail hour - to the inside chandeliers, built in bars, beautiful tile wall in the main reception area and private bridal suite, Jennifer, Scott and Melissa touched on everything! I am in the event industry and have planned many events and was blown away by this venue! Their simple touches elevated our experience as well as the experience of our guests. We have received nothing but compliments about the venue and many of our guests noted that this was one of the most beautiful places they've ever been to for a wedding. What also was comforting to us and should be comforting to someone who is in the early stages of planning is the sheer fact that Jennifer, Scott and Melissa are all industry professionals. Jennifer is a wedding planner (Heart 2 Heart Occasions), Scott is part of the Cleveland Music Group (Music/Uplighting/etc) and Melissa is a photographer (One Red Door Photography). All have been in the industry for many years and will go above and beyond to make your day special. Also, if you are in need of a planner, DJ and photographer, they certainly can connect you with the right people :) My husband and I are SO happy we had our wedding at Sun Valley and can't imagine having had it anywhere else. Thank you Jennifer for accommodating us as we essentially had to "re-plan" our wedding in two months and also for being so responsive to all of our emails and phone calls. We were able to have the wedding we envisioned because of YOU! Also, thank you to Flour for the amazing food! Highly recommend using them as the caterer. Chef Matt Mytro, Caitlin and their team did a fantastic job. We wish we could go back and do it all again!

I’ve spoke with two of the three people who manage Sun Valley. Professional, honest and absolutely wonderful is an understatement. These owners care about you, your vision and your day! My fiancé and I were affected by Noah’s closing and after losing out on money we were scared to jump into another commitment. Sun valley made us feel secure in our decision and have been absolutely terrific ever since. If you’re having second thoughts about this GORGEOUS venue- take the leap. You have an awesome staff to back you up as well as a beautiful venue to call your own for a day! I attended an event at Sun Valley at it was breathtaking! The newly renovated building is an entirely new place. The owners did a phenomenal job with the changes and executing the event. It is the perfect place for couples, guests, and even vendors because of it being vendor-owned! Melissa, Jennifer and Scott know exactly what is needed. And I love that it's secluded and has so much green space with ponds and a gazebo. I hope to be back there soon!

Sun valley is gorgeous! The wonderful owners of Sun Valley are wedding vendors themselves, so they used their expertise to create a venue that caters to everything a bride or wedding may need! The bridal suite has beautiful photo ready lighting, the space flows and lends itself to every kind event you could dream of. Of course, it’s also set up for a rocking good party. I was at Sun Valley for a recent event and I was blown away at what they have done with the space. The renovations are amazing! It's a beautiful venue! The whole property is amazing! As a wedding professional, I cannot wait to be part of weddings at this amazing space! Jennifer, Scott, and Melissa are an amazing team. The experience between the three of them as wedding professionals is extensive! I have my first wedding here next June and I am pumped to be there. I have been telling all of my couples to check out this amazing venue!

Sun Valley is a breath of fresh air. It’s bright, airy and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The grounds, oh my goodness the grounds. They are dropped in golden sunlight, with gorgeous landscaping, the pond and all of the greenery. It was breathtaking.

This venue is AMAZING!!!! It truly has everything you would want and more. You have the dream team of owners. Melissa, Jennifer and Scott are the best people to work with. They will go above and beyond to make your experience there the ABSOLUTE BEST!! It is such a beautiful and peaceful piece of property that truly feels like your own personal park. I love the options it offers with outside spots for the ceremony as well as outside under the covered patio, to the huge inside space that gives all your guests enough room to sit and dance so they aren't right on top of each other. I highly recommend checking this place out and adding it to your list of venue options!
