The Gardens
The Swan Club is set among lushly-landscaped grounds, complementing its sweeping views looking out over Roslyn Harbor towards the Long Island Sound with seven acres of spectacular gardens: there are an array of colorful seasonal plantings, ponds, bridges, fountains, a waterfall and other attractions – including, true to our name, a resident family of swans.
The Gardens also contain our Wedding Pavilion, as well as two locations for outdoor ceremonies and our Overview Patio and Floating Deck for open air entertainment.

Our Camelot Ballroom seats up to 300 in a wonderfully-proportioned light-filled space, with a striking full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our picture-perfect Gardens. The adjacent Contessa Ballroom extends out towards the Gardens, offering outstanding wrap-around views for parties of 100-150. Garden Room ad After Deck
The Garden Room combines the luxurious appeal of the Swan Club Ballrooms, with an added note of exclusivity and natural beauty. With oversized windows looking out to the surrounding Gardens, it is an especially romantic space, enhanced by its private entrance, coat check, bridal suite and guest bathrooms. The After Deck, with bar and dance floor, can be booked for Garden Room receptions, or on its own for more intimate wedding parties.

I don't even know where to start. This venue is a top notch, first class space to create the best wedding memories. The picturesque landscape made for amazing pictures for Raphael and I. We were fortunate enough to be able to have our ceremony outside.
The food was AMAZING as well.
I have so much wonderful things to say about our wedding day experience at Swan Club. To start Pat was the best, he made the planning leading up to the big day very seamless and easy. He was always 5 steps ahead and answered all our questions. Monica was another gem, she was the world's best bridal attendant. I didn't have to think or worry about anything. And all the servers, bartenders and rest of the staff were all professional and kind.
I can't forget about Bridget, she was the 1st person we met at the venue and helped us make the decision to book the venue.
The Swan Club helped bring our wedding day vision to life and we are so grateful!
Thank you to everyone at the Swan club! Our guests are still talking about the beautiful venue many weeks later!
I cannot praise the Swan Club enough for how perfect they made my wedding day! My husband and I had our wedding on September 27th 2024 and it was a night we will never forget! Let's start with our outstanding Maitre D' Pat. What an absolute blessing. Not only was he a joy to work with, he was extremely organized down to every last detail. He made me feel at ease on my wedding day knowing everything would be exactly as I imagined and discussed with him. He was always available to answer my questions, was flexible with my requests and ensured that we were able to truly enjoy our special day. The food came out on time, the sequence of events of the night happened exactly how we wanted and he organized all of our decorations beautifully from the welcome sign to the table for the favors at the end of the night. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Next, my bridal attendant Diana was an absolute godsend and was so thoughtful, helpful and an absolute joy to have by my side ! She took it upon herself to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of every minute of the night. She bustled my dress like a professional, got me a chair to rest my feet during picture while the men were taking their shots, and was armed with lidocaine spray for my sore feet and super glue to help when a button popped on the back of my dress. If you can get her as your bridal attendant, you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Oh, and she also took it upon herself to get my husband and myself food from every section of cocktail hour for us to enjoy together in the bridal suite before making our grand entrance.
Aside from the impeccable staff at the Swan Club. The grounds are absolutely stunning. We had a September wedding, the weather was perfect and the flowers absolutely stunning.
Lastly, the food was INCREDIBLE! We are a large Italian family and food is extremely important to us. Every member of my family was raving about the food for weeks after my wedding from the cocktail hour all the way to dessert. There was not a single dish to complain about. Our cocktail stations consisted of the hibachi station, Caribbean station and the Italian pasta station along with the hot and cold antipasto. Everything 10/10! I wish I could eat there every night.
Thank you to the Swan Club for making the wedding of our dreams a reality!!
If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no more. Book the Swan Club!
Sincerely,
Christine & James Solero

Swan Club on the Harbor is the absolute BEST venue to have a wedding at! Not only are the grounds stunning, but Pat (maitre d) and Diana (bridal attendant) were so kind and helpful every step of the way of our wedding. All of our guests were raving about the wedding and how organized it was - all thanks to Pat! Diana even made sure my necklace was fixed before pictures for the cake cutting!!! Both made sure Erol and I were having fun and taken care of the entire night. Thankful for them and Swan Club!
Any questions?
We just had our wedding here (6/15/24) and it was amazing!! They were extremely organized and made our day go so smoothly. Pat (the maitre’d) and Diana (the bridal attendant) were so attentive and made all of our nerves go away! The food was amazing and so plentiful. Highly recommend having your wedding here
I had my bridal shower here and it was perfect ! The staff was very attentive and was there for every need. The food and the dessert pass arounds were delicious. Everyone was amazed how beautiful the venue was.
If you are looking for a wedding venue, RUN, don't walk to The Swan Club. Our Dream wedding took place this past weekend on 11.11.2023 and it was simply everything that we were dreaming about. Pat, our maitre'd, was magnificent. He was available 24/7, answered every single question I had and made sure I was cool, calm, and collected on the wedding day. Diana our Bridal Attendant was AWESOME, and available whenever I needed her. She made sure that everyone was organized and that my husband and myself were taken care of the entire time. The team that the The Swan Club has is amazing and we are still getting compliments from our guests on how awesome everything was. Thank you again Swan Club for the lifetime of memories!
My husband and I are both South Asian, and in our culture, religious ceremonies and reception events are often on different days. We had decided that we wanted to have both on the same day, but we wanted a place that could offer a different ambiance for each part. We booked appointments at two halls, Swan Club being the second. From the minute we left that appointment, we knew that we didn’t need to look anywhere else. We were going to get married there.
Swan Club is the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams. The grounds are up-kept well, and they are always updating the property, which exudes modern elegance. We’re jealous when we see the new improvements they’ve made in just the year since we got married.
We had our ceremony in the boathouse. We had expected about only 70% of our guest list to be on time for the ceremony, but they surprised us and all showed up on time. One thing to note here is that it can be a little hard for guests at the back to see what’s happening depending on your guest count if you fill the entire space.
The garden is absolutely stunning. We had the most perfect sunset, and having an outdoor cocktail hour (if weather permits) is well worth the price. It’s an experience unlike any other, and our guests were posting pictures from the garden for weeks. It’s also the perfect place to take your wedding pictures. You don’t have to travel offsite for beautiful shots that will be treasured forever.
Pat was our maitre’d, and he was amazing. He was the one person I spoke to throughout the wedding planning process who was calming, offered the most helpful guidance, and assured me that we’d make it all work. He’s willing to work with you to make your dreams for your special day come true and provides wonderful customer service. He’s a true pro.
Now, on to the food. We still have guests raving about the food from our wedding. I remember reading reviews that said similar things about the food, and it was hard to believe. Is wedding food ever that good? At Swan Club, it is. Believe us when we tell you. You can’t go wrong with your menu if you have your event here. Not only does it taste great, but unlike the standard for most venues, your guests to pick from a list of 7-8 entrees, instead of 3.
Swan Club also offers passed desserts, in addition to the wedding cake, and it was such a fun experience. Some guests do miss it if they are on the dance floor, but those that are paying attention have a really fun dessert experience with a variety of desserts, more so than the traditional plated experience.
The only thing we’re sad about is that we didn’t get to enjoy the food and dessert because, of course, we were the bride and groom and busy getting married. We can’t wait to get invited to Swan Club as guests, so we can get the true experience from the other side! Can’t rave enough, having our wedding here was the best choice we made for our wedding — other than choosing each other.
My husband and I just got married here on 10/8/23 and we cannot even believe how amazing our wedding was. I’ll start at the beginning though! We first came to view swan club and loved the look and feel of the venue just from the photos online. Being there in person was even more beautiful. We met with Sadie for our tour and loved the idea of the indoor ceremony pavilion, as we adored the idea of getting married in the gardens but understand that you really can’t control the weather. Sadie was so wonderful, she answered a million questions I had for her throughout my whole year of planning and was always so sweet!
Closer to the wedding we were assigned Pat as our maitre’d. I had been emailing to see if I could request him, as I had heard he was amazing and was so happy he was able to work with us. We had a few meetings ahead of time to decide menus, food, decor placement, etc. We even went over timelines and planning to ensure that day of we stayed on schedule. I will note, you can only get there 1.5 hours early but you can pay an additional fee per hour, and I think that was totally worth it. My husband and I wanted to dance and party at our wedding and didn’t want to miss too much as far as photos go, so we were able to get it all done before. Pat ensured everything went off according to plan and was so so kind the entire day! Like literally he is the sweetest. When people say he is amazing, they mean it! He knew where we needed to be and when for every moment of the day and had us perfectly on schedule. Also on top of literally everything was our bridal attendant, Diana. She was with both my husband and I from the moment we arrived and helped with everything! My veil, my bustle, tissues, drinks, snacks, you name it she had it! She was incredible. Our captain was also amazing and I feel so terrible I’m completely blanking on her name, but they all packed everything up for us at the end of the night and we’re so efficient.
All in all, our wedding at Swan Club was a total dream. The gorgeous venue, the amazing food and drinks, and the absolutely incredible staff made our every dream come true and I cannot thank them enough! I hope I get to come back as a guest for events some day, but if not I will always have them in mind for any other events I may have!
Swan Club's Maître d Pat (Pasquale) is AMAZING! He’s organized, experienced, detail oriented, patient, professional, the best there is. He remembered my many last minute requests and did everything to make us happy. My bridal attendant Diana was fabulous. She re-bustled my dress when it opened toward the end of the night and fixed my hair as it unraveled toward the end of the night as well. She made sure my husband and I always had our drinks of choice on hand. We paid to have the whole top floor to ourselves the entire day and night. I did my hair and makeup there that morning, and did not leave until the end of the night- went from hair and makeup, to first look/photos, to cocktail hour, to ceremony to reception- all at Swan Club. There theoretically could have been a party downstairs in the Garden room, but there was not, and I think that played a big role in why I was so happy there. (Normally, I know you can typically only arrive 1.5 hours before your start time.) The grounds and Camelot room are GORGEOUS. We brought in our own (Kosher) caterer, so we did not eat any of their food, but they did provide liquor and all staffing- amazing. SO HAPPY I had my wedding there! The best decision I made for my wedding.
Swan Club was the first venue we looked at. From the beginning, Patti was very accommodating and helped with everything we needed to book. We were able to book the Camelot room and we’re so glad that we did. The room overlooks the gardens. The gardens and the harbor. Our guests could not stop talking about the cocktail hour patio and how beautiful it was.
Pat was our Maitre D and he was excellent. Pat was extremely responsive and took care of all the little pieces beforehand. The week prior we had dropped everything off for our final meeting and that week prior to the wedding I was surprised how calm I was. Thank you Pat!! He made sure to accommodate us with every need. For instance, our signature drink required a liquor they didn’t normally carry and he was able to get it for our day without hesitation. It was the little accommodations like this that added up and created so much less stress for my husband and I. Everything was beautiful from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. We still have people telling us it was one of the best cocktail hours of their lives!!
Diana the bridal attendant was an angel. Diana was fanning me in between pictures on a very hot day in the beginning of July. She always made sure we had food to eat and a drink in our hands. I never even went to the bar. Diana helped while we were taking pictures, whether it was with my dress, hair or veil. She’s amazing!!
We wish we could relive this night again!! Swan Club truly created the best wedding we could have ever asked for. We are so appreciative to the entire staff. Thank you!
My husband and I got married at the Swan Club on a Sunday late April. It was a gorgeous venue inside out -- modern and elegant with delicious and plentiful food. We’re beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, namely Pat (maitre d) and Diana (bridal attendant).
The Swan Club was the first venue we saw and we fell in love with the gardens, the grand Camelot ballroom, and the greenhouse cocktail area. It also has covered outdoor spaces which came out beautifully in photos (we had an all day torrential downpour situation).
Quite a few guests have said it's the "best cocktail hour food they'e had". Entrees and desserts were also great.
Pat. the maitre d, was incredibly responsive and made sure all our questions and concerns were met. We never felt minimized or ignored. For example, we had a Chinese tea ceremony which required special space considerations. Pat overheard me talking to my partner and proactively offered solutions and ideas that made the ceremony extra special for our families.
Diana, the bridal attendant, was phenomenally talented. What can she NOT do?! She coordinated with all our vendors, bridal party, AND family members. She floofed my dress, fixed my hair, and made sure we always had food and drinks in hand.
The beginning of the wedding day was stressful but once we got to the venue, we were able to relax and enjoy our special day knowing that we were in the capable hands of the Swan Club team.
We can't begin to thank The Swan Club enough for surpassing all of our expectations for our wedding day. Pat and Sandra went above and beyond in helping us with all of our planning and preparation, and went above the day of our wedding ensuring everything looked perfect, our vendors were well coordinated, our guests were entertained and enjoying themselves, and that we and our families were pampered and enjoying every moment. The grounds looked stunning for our photos and for our cocktail hour! The landscaping and flowers were beautiful, and it was an ideal setting by the water for us to enjoy food and drinks before the reception. We keep receiving such amazing comments from our friends regarding how great the food was, how beautiful everything looked, and what a great time they had. Our goal was to not have a hectic day, and live in the moment and enjoy our wedding, and I give credit to The Swan Club, Pat, Sandra and their team in making sure everything ran to perfection and that our only concern was having fun with our loved ones. We cannot thank you enough, and we look forward to being back soon for our future celebrations!
Thank you so much!

Swan Club On The Harbor was a DREAM come true! We booked in 2019 for a September 2021 wedding. Then the world came to halt! We knew we needed to reschedule. We called our Maître D Pat (we will talk about Pat in a minute) and we made an appointment to come and speak with him and the owner. We decided to push the wedding out a whole year and were SUPER relieved when we weren't met with ANY resistance. We tweaked the contract, crunched some numbers and just like that we were rebooked for September 17, 2022.
During the year, we had several meetings with Pat and our sales rep Sadie, who was an absolute doll to work with. We had ALOT of questions and they patiently had all the answers (super important for any bride-to-be). Fast forward to the last couple of meetings before the big day. Pat made it a point to be attentive to our needs and wants. We wanted Popsicles and Prosecco to be passed around at cocktail hour and he made it happen! We wanted ballerina slippers to be displayed in a specific way on the dance floor, and he made it happen! I wanted a non-traditional "first look" and he made it happen!
During our last meeting, my husband-to-be got up to use the restroom and Pat seized the moment to ask me "What, if anything, do you fear happening on your wedding day?"....my response was "I fear missing my own wedding!" Pat confidently looked at me and reassured me that he would not let that happen, he said "I will do everything possible to make sure that you eat, dance, and enjoy every minute of your day". Pat did not disappoint. He kept to his word and made sure we enjoyed every moment.
Lastly, let’s talk about my day of coordinator Zulema, SHE was on her A game and made me feel like I truly did not need to worry about a thing! She fluffed my dress and veil right before walking down the aisle for the perfect photo op. She brought me a glass of water while I waited for our guests to be seated. She even carried my shoes when I transitioned from heels to flats.
The last surprise from Swan Club was when they packed a whole tier of wedding cake with a personalized handwritten note on the box, Congratulating us and reminding us to enjoy a piece of cake on our 1 year anniversary.
Our guests raved about cocktail hour and just how much food there was! Our guests raved about dinner and how delicious the food was. Our guests raved about the grounds and how scenic everything was. Swan Club is NOT your run of the mill wedding venue, they truly care about their brides and grooms and made our day one for the books!
Thank you sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Vega

I recently had my wedding here on Friday December 16 and everything was fantastic. Sadie, Kelly and Vera helped me on my wedding day. I was having dress issues and Sadie helped me pin it down. My hair piece was coming loose, and she found pins to pin it back in for me. The attention that was given to not just me but also to my now husband was just amazing. These women helped my day run so smooth and I'm so grateful. The food was DELICIOUS. For our cocktail hour one of the stations, we chose was Tex-Mex and it was by far my favorite. We had a few guests not show up and they allowed us to take those extra plates home. I definitely recommend Swan Club for every couple. Thank you for making my day special
It was a joy working with Swan Club and having our wedding there back in June. We had such a good time talking to Patti for an overall run-through and tour around the venue. We had an amazing Maitre D Pat (Pasquale) who just made the whole experience/process run smoothly. He made sure that we understood, and felt listened to and made wedding planning so much easier and organized. The venue on the wedding day looked so beautiful and perfect. All our guests gave us feedback saying how much they enjoyed the delicious food during the cocktail hour and reception. We had our reception in the Camelot room, with all the big windows and a beautiful view of the outdoor garden that we fell in love with when we first toured the venue. Our guests loved walking through the garden and the overall outdoor experience.
The staff made sure that my husband and I were well-fed throughout the day. All the staff there were accommodating to all our needs and made everything on the wedding day run smoothly. Thank you so much, Patti, Pat (Pasquale), and all the staff for the incredible service. We enjoyed and had the most beautiful and memorable wedding day thanks to all of you.
Let me start by saying this venue was almost an absolute FAIL because Sadie. Though she did a good job in the beginning, she was completely horrible after we locked into the venue. There was some procrastination on the owner's part to rectify the issue...eventually we came to a compromise.
With that being said the rest of the staff was amazing and always eager to help (Vera, Charlie, Jennifer, Carlos and etc). A special thank you to Pat and Diana for making our day run effortlessly. Your kindness, reassurances and smiles eased our anxiety, making a perfect wedding day for us.
PS: To couples planning that special day here are some questions to ask the venues.. Are they renovating before or during your event? Will the venue look different? If so, ask for pics of what it will look like?
The Swan Club is beautiful. The inside and outside have been completely renovated and there are semi-new owners (Lou). The gardens and ground are gorgeous. You really don’t need to do a first look anywhere else because the grounds are beautiful enough at Swan Club. Looking back, I probably would’ve just done my first look there. Plenty of areas for ceremony- we used the pavilion (indoors). It’s gorgeous. Outdoor areas as well. YES- there are multiple weddings at once. NO- it doesn’t matter. I only saw the other bride and bridal party once - while lining up for our ceremony. Didn’t see them at all after. The food was great. Everyone raved about cocktail hour. We did the Caribbean Station, Pasta Station, and Hibachi Station. The Caribbean Station was amazing and so was the Hibachi. We included pasta because we did the duet appetizer and skipped the pasta course. They also include a fruit and cheese station with cold stations and another Italian station. You choose the other three. It was a lot of food. No complaints. We chose the burrata duet as our appetizer (people raved about that) and everyone enjoyed their dinner. My photographer said the food was the best she’s ever had at a wedding and she asked to pay to take more food home! Guests also said the passed desserts were great (cookies and milk shots, mini churros with chocolate, etc).
Pat was our maitre de. He was great from the very start. He is very detail oriented and he listens. I dropped off BOXES of decor all with very specific directions. He thoroughly went over all the details with me including how we wanted everything set up, and the menu. He decorated our cake beautifully as the cake and flowers were both delivered and neither vendor would decorate the cake unless I physically went to go pick up the flowers and drop them off to the bakery the day prior. Pat took care of it. Pat also took care of moving the floral pieces from the ceremony arch to the sweetheart table (a job the florist should have done). He decorated everything beautifully. My fiancé requested banana foster (just for us because we love it). Typically, it’s a station at Venetian hour and would have been $5 per head for that station alone. Pat accommodated and made it special for me and my fiancé at no extra charge. Overall, Pat was wonderful and we highly recommend the venue.
Diana, our bridal attendant, was also great. She was very calm. There was dirt all over the bottom of my dress from our first look. She cleaned it off. She brought us plenty of food during cocktail hour and there was always a drink at our table. Overall, we had a great experience at Swan Club and I highly recommend it to any bride.
The venue was stunning and my wedding was beautiful but the Swan Club caused the most stress and complaints that day. The weeks leading up to that date was unorganized. On the day of the wedding, many guests complained the servers took away their appetizer course before they even sat down to eat. The orders were messed up at several of the tables. The valet attendants were rude. In addition we were supposed to have the bridal suite until 5:30 but at 3:30 they told us we had to move our stuff and asked we move all our stuff to the coat check room. The food was delicious, many guests raved about how good the food was. However the service at the Swan Club day of the wedding was horrendous. Thank goodness I had a good florist and DJ
My wife and I found Swan Club on the Knot and instantly fell in love with the layout and location. We live in CA and did most of our planning virtually but our maitre d Pat was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super easy to communicate with, highly organized, and during the day of our wedding was easily accessible and CALM! The venue is gorgeous both inside and out and all of our family and friends were blown away with the location, the facilities and the food! There was a huge array of food options and it was DELICIOUS. Also huge shout out to our bridal attendant, Diane, who whisked us away right after the ceremony to the bridal suite for 10-15 mins of downtime to eat and get ready for the reception! She was super accommodating and my wife was so grateful to have her around. They even boxed our top tier cake and wrote a nice little message. Many thanks to Swan Club for making our wedding such a beautiful experience for us and our friends and family!
If you are planning a micro-wedding, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME looking at The Swan Club. Patty, the banquet manager, is rude and extremely unprofessional. After mentioning in my email that sixty was the maximum amount of guests attending my wedding, Patty was still quick to schedule an appointment for my fiancé and I to visit the venue. I reached out to her throughout the week with some questions and it appeared that she was excited to meet and show us around…...WRONG. When we arrived for our appointment which I confirmed earlier in the day, we had to wait 20 minutes before Patty greeted us. After reviewing the amount of guests, her demeanor changed and we were treated as if we were wasting her time. We traveled an hour to get to the Swan Club and to speak with someone so inconsiderate is unacceptable. She wasn’t even going to discuss the menu options, pricing, or vendor list until I asked. She also stated that a Viennese display would be “overkill” for the size of our wedding. Who is she to tell my fiancé and I what is appropriate for our wedding. Regardless of the size of our wedding, it is inexcusable for her to treat us as if our wedding is less important or not as special. Unfortunately, Patty is either inexperienced or just not fit to be a manager. To say we were very disappointed with our experience would be an understatement.
Amazing!!! Each and every person who works here goes above and beyond for their clients. My husband and I got married here this weekend and we were blown away. We couldn’t have done it without the incredible team at The Swan Club. Beautiful grounds, ballrooms, and incredible food. Highly recommend!!
If I could give ten stars, I would. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this venue and their staff. It started with Patti who made us feel so comfortable and know for sure that this is where we needed to get married. She was so attentive, answering my emails within hours if not minutes. She even gave us the whole tour a second time when I brought my sister back to see the venue before we booked. Once we booked Patti still remained in constant contact when I needed her or any questions answered. As our wedding got closer Pat the maitre’ d reached out to start our planning process and from then on it was even more smooth sailing. He understood me immediately and my type A personality explaining every detail thoroughly and carefully so we would all understand and have our input when needed. He eased any stress I may have had and made me more than ready for my big day. He also made sure he would be at our event because he knew it would be important to us. He answered all my emails, texts, and phone calls right away and worked with my schedule as a teacher whenever we needed to communicate. Then came the big day! We were so excited and we knew we were already in great hands but then we met Diana, our bridal attendant. She was phenomenal! She was always there when we needed her even if we didn’t know we needed her. She was so nice, thoughtful, and prepared. Which is exactly what you need the day of your wedding. Once the wedding started we were just able to enjoy it without having to worry about a single thing because of this MARVELOUS staff. Lastly, the food is INCREDIBLE thanks to Kiki the chef. Our guests are STILL talking about the food and our wedding was almost a week ago. This venue is beyond beautiful and all of the wonderful people you get the privilege of working with make it the most positive experience of your life which is what a wedding should be. I have one word for our wedding and that is PERFECT in large part to the Swan Club and it’s staff. Thank you to Lou (the owner who took the time to introduce himself to us), Patti (sales), Pat (maitre’ d), Diana (bridal attendant), and Kiki (the chef)!
Had my wedding here last month phenomenal time they coordinated everything so well they did so well with what I needed and I was bridezilla. They definitely made my dream wedding come true I recommend Sadie to show you the venue she’s very professional and helped me envision my dream day!!!
We had the most magical wedding at the Swan Club! After a year of postponement, which they were very considerate and flexible with, we were finally able to host our wedding weekend events at their space. Not only is the space stunning, the staff really made the experience what it was. From Sadie on the sales team, answering sporadic questions with patience and grace for two years to Pat and Diana on the day of, we felt very well taken care of. They worked through every detail with us and collaborated really well with our month of coordination team, as well as other vendors, to execute two flawless and fun events!
We only have the best things to say about our absolutely stunning wedding at Swan Club. The outdoor grounds were so colorful and picture-perfect and we and our guests had many wonderful spots to choose from for gorgeous photos. Everything was presented and organized beyond expectations and our guests couldn't stop raving about the beauty of the venue and the delicious food. We knew the food would be phenomenal and phenomenal it was. From the endless cocktail hour stations to the full sit-down dinner options to the additional desserts beyond cake, no one left hungry or unsatisfied.
We couldn't have had this perfect day without the tireless efforts of the Swan Club staff, especially our maitre d Pat and our bridal attendant Diana. They truly made this day happen for us and we are so very grateful. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and we knew Pat was working overtime and more to make these wedding dreams still come true for so many couples even with all these moving pieces. He always remained professional and expectations were communicated well. Day of, he handled requests and changes from family like a true professional and if there were any hiccups at all that night, we would have never known because everything went according to schedule from our perspective. We've known him for almost 3 years from when we first toured the venue and he really felt like a family member to us by the end of the night. Diana was an absolute angel and she handled everything I needed from getting me a drink of water right before the ceremony to holding and fluffing out my train for all the photos to bustling my dress (18 buttons with really well-hidden loops). She catered to the needs of us and the bridal party as soon as we arrived and also made sure my husband and I were eating through the night by providing us our own private dinner of cocktail hour foods in the bridal suite (one of my favorite memories of the whole day) and then having the staff pack a big to-go bag of all the dinner and dessert options for us at the end of the night. Family and friends complimented us on how smooth the whole wedding went and we know Pat, Diana, the chefs, and all the Swan Club staff were the main reasons for that so thank you again!
We are extremely grateful we picked Swan Club for our special day and we would highly recommend everyone to entrust this dedicated and caring team to take care of you for all your wedding needs. You'll be so happy you did!
Getting Married During COVID-19 at the Swan Club. We booked in 2019, postponed to May 2021.
Highlights: the beautiful space, Pat Fabiano our maitre'd was excellent and very helpful. The bridal attendants were great and made sure I was set. Louis the owner, worked with us during the COVID pandemic and postponement. Jordana, Patti, Vera, catering staff, bartenders, and overall the staff were wonderful.
The venue is newly renovated, it was everything we've ever dreamed of, our ceremony getting married in a beautiful garden outside by a gazebo with a waterfront view, cocktail hour was half inside and out overlooking waterfalls and fountains. We had our reception in the elegant Camelot ballroom with expansive views of the waterfront garden, and big enough space for everyone.
The food was delicious , the menu was excellent with 8 entrees, apps, and plenty of desserts to choose from. Our guest keep raving about the venue also. We'll definitely be having another function there.
The Swan Club is FABULOUS!!!! Can't write enough good things about Pat and his amazing team there! We just had an October wedding there (postponed from November 2020), and it was the day of our daughter's dreams! All the prep and planning with Pat was so easy, he's got it all handled! Ready to meet our needs and make us feel special with all of our requests. He just made everything work and couldn't have been nicer to work with. The day started great with the gorgeous bridal suites, and the grounds are so perfect with so many beautiful spots for photos. The ceremony in the Pavilion was gorgeous, cocktails on the terrace was wonderful, and THE APPETIZERS!!!!! OMG, our guests were from California and Manhattan and none of us had ever seen so much food served for appetizers! Food was everywhere, and everyone loved it all! Then we moved into the dining room for a lovely sit down dinner, with 8 choices of entrees! all the food came out on time and was beautiful and delicious! The whole night went off without a hitch and Pat was awesome! Thank you to Pat and your incredible team for making us feel so special and putting on just a beautiful night for all of us!
The Swan Club is an absolutely beautiful place to have your wedding. My husband Tim and I had the pleasure of working with Pat, our Maitre'D, along with his very kind and helpful team for our wedding. Pat is everything you hope for in a Maitre'D for your wedding - extremely kind, helpful, calm, flexible, responsive, and all around wonderful. I am someone who gets anxious very easily and Pat did an amazing job making sure all our details fell into place, that our wedding day flowed seamlessly according to our vision, and that we stayed calm every day leading up to the wedding. Our guests had such a wonderful time experiencing the gorgeous gardens, the delicious food (people are still raving about how good the food was!) and the overall ambience of the venue. We wanted our wedding to have a lot of natural light and views of nature, and at the Swan Club we got that and so much more. If you're looking for a gorgeous locale, incredible staff to work with, and delicious food, look no further than the Swan Club. I'll be encouraging everyone I know to book their weddings here for years to come. Huge thanks again to Pat and the entire Swan Club team for making our wedding day even more beautiful than we imagined!
We had our wedding at the Swan Club this past weekend and Sandra, Viviana, and all the staff were amazing. The grounds, pavilion, deck, and garden room were just beautiful and the food was delicious. Everyone is still talking about our wedding and how much they enjoyed themselves. Everything was just perfect. If you are planning a wedding look no further than the Swan Club.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. As other people mentioned, the owner only cares about money. Watch out for what you sign there!
4 months before our wedding, we received an email from Swan Club informing us that State regulations prevent the place from carrying out the initial contract with a minimum of 65 guests, and they also shortened our wedding time. As a result, we were asked to come on-site, and we further learned that the contract is not executable at the time, as the state prohibited indoor gatherings exceeding 50 individuals along with the event concluding time of 10:00 pm.
At the time of the meeting, the Swan Club owner was trying to convince us to still take a chance and still have the event, with fewer guests, shorter time, but still wanted the same amount of money and more deposits paid to him. We refused to take a risk or violate the law and asked Swan Club to reschedule our wedding date for 2022, but the owner asked for several
$-thousand more to reschedule. Since this was totally unacceptable, we asked the venue to provide a refund and cancel the event. However, the refund was never provided. Again, watch out for what you sign there!
We chose Swan Club On The Harbor as our venue because they had a good mix of both indoor and outdoor space so that in the event of bad weather, their indoor options were still desirable. Our original wedding date was supposed to be August 29, 2020 but due to covid, we post-poned until July 31, 2021. Even with the relaxed covid rules, we made all of our guests take a PCR test and had to submit their negative test results to us prior to our wedding date. We wanted to take very precaution possible to ensure that our wedding did not endanger the lives of any of our guests (especially the kids) and to provide that extra sense of security so everyone could have fun.
We worked with Sadie initially (pre-covid) and then worked with Pat (post-covid). I cannot tell you how great Pat is and was during our wedding planning process and on the day of our wedding. The bridal attendant wasn't very helpful and really didn't really seem to know what she was doing but I was so lucky to have my hair and make-up girls help me and do all the duties that the bridal attendant should have known how to do or anticipate. However, I truly feel that Pat handled everything very smoothly and was the main person in charge who ensured that myself, my husband, and all of our guests had a good time.
It truly was just a fun time and we were just really happy that we lucked out with such beautiful weather, scenary, and AWESOME FOOD. The night flew by and we were surprised that we were able to stay awake the whole night.
Thank you to everyone at Swan Club for making our wedding day a truly great party where everyone had a great time and was able to safely enjoy the party.
I have VERY mixed feeling about the Swan Club after we had our wedding here. At the end of the day, we had a great day and the food was amazing BUT it was with a lot of unnecessary stress and headaches!
Our wedding was supposed to be towards the end of June in 2020, when the garden was supposed to be the most bloomed and beautiful. We solely booked The Swan Club to have beautiful garden photos. Of course, because of COVID we had to postpone. To keep our original date, they wanted to give us a ridiculous up charge. If we had our wedding in early April (with the garden bare) the price would be the same, so we opted for this option and had our wedding on 4/9/21. That was when the "re-opening" of New York was very unclear. I kept being told "we'll work with you don't worry about it." As the date approached, they still wouldn't give us any information on what we would do in terms of a final count (and other details).
After all the "we'll work with you" they didn't want to work with us. We had a meeting with the owner and it was clear he really only cared about money and not about working with the customers. He acted like he was doing us all these favors. But we were taking the venue at the end of winter for a price that supposed to be at the end of June, when the garden would be at it's best. To me, we were doing him the favor.
Don't believe the company line "the garden looks beautiful in every season." Let's be real is of course doesn't. All of our photos are just in front of unbloomed and empty foliage (with the exception of 1 half naked tree). We weren't trying to get one over on the venue or asking for anything outrageous but you could tell THEY were trying to take advantage of the situation.
Sandra is the Swan Club's saving grace. She was able to turn everything around for us. She was kind, honest, and listened to our concerns. She made us feel special and important. She took care of everything and made us feel like we were in good hands. We were able to negotiate a final head count that was fair for both the venue and us (both of us took a hit). She was able to make our day great.
Emily, my bridal attendant, was also sooo sweet and amazing. She was always right in eye sight willing to help in any way possible. She anticipated our needs and was so HELPFUL the day of the wedding.
The renovations they did are great. Inside, the place looks stunning. The bridal suites are beautiful! All of our guests RAVED about the food and the new menu is awesome. And the deserts were tasty too!
In the end, I wouldn't recommend the Swan Club. The owner really only cares about the money at the end of the day. Even though the night turned out fine, the stress to get there was not worth it.
The renovated place looks gorgeous! We had a wedding reception here, Pat helped us out from A - Z, and everything went according to plan. He helped us coordinate with our vendors, during cake cutting and toast, and everything in between. We had a 2 hours fire pit s’mores outdoors afterparty, which really stood out for our guests. The afterparty finger food was absolutely amazing as well!
If I could give this venue 1,000 stars I would! From the moment we walked in the door we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding. The food was absolutely fantastic (my is a picky chef so to exceed his expectations says a lot!) and my guests are still raving about the food! The wait staff was top notch, the bridal attendant was right there for me the entire time. The owner Lou was extremely accommodating with all of my needs. And last but not least, The Maitre D Pat is hands down the BEST to work with. He treated us like family and we will forever be grateful to him for making this the best day of our entire lives. Planning a wedding through a pandemic is so difficult, and to have him there whenever I needed him during planning to switch things up he did anything and everything he could to make us happy. I can’t recommend this venue enough!
I have nothing but glowing reviews to share about our Wedding at the Swan Club. We were apprehensive trying to imagine our magical day taking place amidst the pandemic, but we can't rave enough about how incredible our Wedding day was. Pat our Maitre D' deserves all of the deposits, he single handedly made sure every detail of ours was seamless. Pat went above and beyond to ensure our guests' happiness as well as maintain our vision! The renovation work that has recently gone into the Swan Club has made it even more stunning, our guests are still raving about the beautiful venue and grounds. We loved every moment of our time at the Swan Club. Everyone feasted on the delicious food, the Oyster and Clam bar were a fun addendum to the luxurious cocktail hour already provided. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how good the food was, it was the celebration of a lifetime and one that everyone enjoyed and needed! 10/10 I would recommend this venue to anyone who asked!
I had a very unfortunate experience with the Swan Club. They took our deposit and when our wedding could not happen because of covid they refused to return it !!! Be careful from this venue. We were sent around to multiple people and got 0 conclusive responses for months. They dragged us along for months, assuring us they would get back to us, but they never did until our lawyer sent a letter. extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and completely elusive. They provided 0 services, yet are holding onto over $10,000 of our money. When we asked for our refund, the accountant (Dennis) stated “we have salaries to pay” ON OUR EXPENSE FOR 0 SERVICE.
Professionalism, expertise and excellent service. The Swan Club will make your function a comfortable and wonderful experience.
Marta B
My wedding was May 6, 1990. I had my reception at the Swan Club! We just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and looking back at our photos we still are in awe at how gorgeous our photos look today! The grounds at this venue create a magical wedding backdrop! I posted my photos on Facebook and my friends commented on how my wedding looks like a royal wedding! Our reception was wonderful! The food, the service , just everything was perfect! I highly recommend this wedding venue! I had the most beautiful wedding day and the Wonderful memories of that day are etched in my mind forever! The Swan Club On The Harbor was a perfect place for my wedding day!
Response from the Vendor on 06/05/2020
Marta, congratulations on your 30th wedding anniversary! Thank you for review, we really appreciate it.
Absolutely beautiful! Newly renovated and gorgeous venue. Celebrated my daughters bridal shower at the Swan Club with rave reviews from my guests. The food was delicious from start to finish. The staff worked hard to accommodate our every need. We worked with Sandra who made our event perfect!
I just set my wedding date at the Swan Club On The Harbor and my fiancé and I could not be more excited! SUPER STAR shout out to our lovely & hilarious wedding consultant Jordana who made us feel right at home. The venue is truly stunning, with a very special ambience. Jordana really took her time customizing our vision to exactly what we wanted. We are so grateful to work with someone that listens to each and every detail.
Thank you again, we can’t wait 😁👰🏻🤵🏻♥️
Met with Jordana. Found her indifferent and was not fully attentive to our needs. She explained in a robotic way and was NOT personal by far. She then after her carefree spiel was more interested in pushing vendors too like delsimer who was also RUDE and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, thousands of dollars of ridiculous charges , and then met with Hart DJ who was over HYPED and wanted us to spend thousands more too. It seems like BIG money is the only thing they are interested in
BUYER BEWARE!!! i wished I had met with other people.
highly suggest this venue!!! it was recently redone and it could not have been more perfect and beautiful. plus the staff is amazing and will go above and beyond for whatever you need.
Had our affair here and Swan Club was wonderful food service atmosphere all great.their recomeneded vendors were also perfect Jack Rose Flowers made swan Club Beautiful and they were so nice always and accomodating always. Glenn Studios were also good too as they were reasonable and seemed to do a nice job with family photos too
We just got married here this past weekend, and our night was absolutely incredible! Out of all the venues we looked at, I had my heart set on Swan Club—everything about it is beautiful. Then, the moment we met Pat, our Maitre'D, we knew we made the right choice. His professionalism, attention to detail, and easy-going personality definitely allowed us to enjoy our wedding day—we did not have to worry about a thing all night! At the last minute, our cocktail hour plan changed due to unusually cold weather, and Pat's backup plan was even better than expected. Our bridal attendant, Chelsey, was simply amazing. She pinned up my dress when I got annoyed with it while dancing (lol), knew my drink order, and helped us stay on time throughout the entire night. The food was delicious, and the captain and wait staff kept everyone happy. Our guests were blown away, one of our family members even said, "You two set the bar so high, now we have to have every family wedding here!" We cannot thank Swan Club enough for making our wedding a day to remember!
My now-husband's parents got married here in 1984 and he was Bar Mitzvahed here in 2001. We got married at the Swan Club on November 16 and there's a reason why our family keeps coming back.
We looked at a few Long Island venues and were immediately sold on this venue's astonishingly beautiful grounds and the warmth of the staff. We booked with Patti who answered all of our many questions with patience and knowledge. Our maitre'd Pat was AMAZING and responsive and offered his opinion and knowledge where warranted, but never forced us one way or another (in every instance, he was 100% right). My bridal attendant Jessica was incredible and was quick with whatever we needed. The feedback from our guests and families was that every staff member they encountered was just great.
Our guests RAVED about the food - the only complaint was that they were stuffed. My personal favorite is the salmon. I don't know how they do it, but it's just delectable.
I want everyone I know to book an event at The Swan Club so that I can enjoy it as a guest.
And eat more of that delicious salmon.
We had our wedding at The Swan Club on 11/15/19 and the event was spectacular. Our Maître D was Pat and he was a great partner, responsive, attentive and courteous through our wedding planning and “day of” experience. Chelsea, our bridal attendant, was also superb in being available for any and all requests from the moment our limo pulled up to the property to the moment we left the venue at the end of the wedding. The bar tenders, wait staff and all other staff were incredible as well. Many of our guests complemented us on the venue not only for the service but the beautiful décor and aesthetics room-to-room (we used the Pavilion, Terrace and Camelot room) and of course, the amazing food. Most guests said that our wedding was the best they had ever been to and we know a lot of that had to do with The Swan Club. They deserve the great reputation they already have and we would highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding or special event.
Gave me my dream wedding!!! We were a Saturday night wedding with 225+ people and they exceeded our expectations! We did our ceremony and after party with them as well. I feel like they’re a hidden gem. They just re-did the whole venue which is now beyond beautiful including the grounds!!! Pat and his team were beyond amazing. Trust what he says!!!! He did everything and anything We asked. I was pretty specific on how I wanted every aspect of my wedding since it was a black tie affair and he executed it perfectly!! I can admit I had some crazy requests and he made them all happen! He went above and beyond for us which made the day go by so smoothly. The food and atmosphere were also amazing - everyone kept raving about both. I would have my wedding there 100 times over.
Very disappointed in the Swan Club. Yes, they are very nice, but also very dishonest. I wish I had my wedding somewhere else.
There are multiple weddings per day. Which means you only have two hours before your wedding to take photos. THIS IS NOT NEARLY ENOUGH TIME. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I asked on the phone and in person many times about the "7 acres of gardens", I even asked, specifically, is there more to see other than what I see from out this window and was told, several times, yes. Wrong. All of your guests will watch you take your wedding photos because the gardens are so small.
The only time I was given a straight answer about this was a week before my wedding. The "7 acres" is just the WATER that the venue is on. So, on the day of my wedding, which was crazy enough, I had to rush to a park in Long Island to take photos in my wedding dress away from my 200+ guests. They also told me, the "cake is included, we will do WHATEVER YOU WANT, NO PROBLEM, there is an AMAZING BAKERY". Also, wrong. We went to the bakery and was given a booklet of COMPLETELY PLAIN cakes that were "included". We paid an extra $450 for a VERY SIMPLE design that we were very excited about, just to have the cake show up an at my wedding looking absolutely HORRIBLE and NOTHING like the photo. Think, brown paintbrush strokes all over a white cake. I was completely shocked, and heartbroken, and had many guests laughing about the cake and saying it was "very.. unique?", that's how ridiculous it looked. My whole wedding day was rushing from place to place because I didn't take into consideration how important the "One Wedding Per Day Venues" are. The day we went to visit the venue I asked, how much in tips we have to give out to the staff. I was told, only a few hundred dollars worth. It ended up being around 2000, I don't even know how much more than that because my husband took care of it. I was also told "we take care of the placecards". Also wrong. You write out your own placecards, they give you blank ones. That would've been nice to know sooner than a week before the wedding. We went to visit the venue during one of their showcases, and they had a white stage setup for the ceremony. There was NO VENDOR near the stage, so naturally, you assume, the stage is part of the venue, right? Wrong. I was very surprised on my wedding day that there was no stage, either. There are so many other things, where they talk and talk and everything sounds great but they ended up being jackals like everyone else. I know that people read reviews to learn from other people and not make the same mistakes, but book the venue anyway, but let me just say, this venue doesn't deserve your business. Your wedding day is too important to have so many things overlooked. They don't take each wedding personally. They just churn them out. My photos were rushed, my makeup was rushed, my whole wedding day was rushed because of this stupid mistake. They tell you everything you want to hear, "we will take care of it, don't worry", and yet, you are just being manipulated. Very unhappy.
I had my wedding on 7/13/19 at the Swan Club and they did a fantastic job! My husband and I are so pleased with how well the day went, and how special and pampered we all felt by staff at SC. Our Maitre’D for the night was Jordana and our bridal attendant was Ivonne. They were both so amazing and wonderful. I worked with Jordana the weeks leading up to the wedding regarding our day of details, and any favors/decorations etc that they set up for you. Everything at the party went so smoothly, from the ceremony lineups/walking, catering to us in the bridal suite, staffing the bars and cocktail hour, dinners that came out quickly, etc. Everything was paced beautifully and there were no lulls in the party waiting for dinners to come out when we could be dancing. There were staff members scattered all around the room at all times, it truly did feel like the “white glove service” that they promise.
The food and drinks were great, well beyond the typical wedding food. What is included with cocktail hour is plentiful, delicious and very impressive. The dinners were plated beautifully and delicious as well. We were able to do 2 signature drinks, which was of course in addition to the full bar. The bridal suite is HUGE, and they stocked it with beers, champagne, water and cheese/fruit before the ceremony. During the cocktail hour they brought my husband and I a tasting of everything at our cocktail hour (including all the station food). We were able to eat quickly and then go down and enjoy our cocktail hour with our guests.
The grounds and the ballroom are beyond gorgeous. The ballroom (Camelot) we had our reception in is beyond beautiful. It was renovated a year prior and everything looks new, grand and beautiful. There is nothing too gaudy or tacky. There are huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gardens and water, it’s truly breathtaking.
The reason I took off 1 star is during the initial planning I didn’t really feel like a client and there was tough communication with the sales person we booked with. We were misinformed about some of the renovations and ended up moving our party from the small ballroom to the large one since we got incorrect information about guest capacity. Luckily this all worked out in our favor, but if the larger room was booked for our date we really would have been screwed. Also, we were never told how to set up our cake tasting until a few weeks before our wedding which was annoying since we could have done it anytime leading up to the wedding. We were never contacted by SC about bridal showcases, I found out about them myself through their social media. The salesperson I was working with was pretty tough to communicate with through e-mail. I would ask her a few questions in an email and she would answer 1, then I’d have to follow up again about the others. She seemed quite disorganized and did make me a bit nervous of whether or not things would get done correctly. Luckily once we started working with Pat/Jordana (about 2 months before the wedding) everything felt much more professional and organized.
Choosing your wedding venue is one of the hardest parts of planning your wedding, it’s the biggest expense, and can basically make or break your party. I am 100% happy that we chose the swan Club for our wedding, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a spectacular event!
We looked at 20 venues before our wedding day. The Swan Club was the first and last and it was a slam dunk! The most beautiful venue inside and out. The wedding was the most spectacular day of our lives. The staff was impeccable.
Sandra, our maitre d, was warm and easy to talk to. She addressed all that we needed and wanted for our special day. The staff was well organized and worked like a finely oiled machine. They treated our wedding day as if it was their own.
The Camelot Room was outstanding, the food was spectacular and I couldn’t have asked for a better and more beautiful venue. My bridal attendant, Chelsea, was always available for what I needed in a graceful, caring manner.
Sandra and Chelsea as well as the rest of the staff helped make our wedding day the best day ever.
The Swan Club, the team that managed our wedding, and everyone on staff from top to bottom was fantastic. They were there to help us at every turn and made everything run so smoothly.
Also, the venue is gorgeous. We received so many compliments and couldn't have been happier.
Having our wedding in this venue was by far the best decision we could have made. The venue us spectacular. Pat made our wedding planning so easy and stress free for us. From the beginning they told us it will be a stress free experience. Ron provided a vendor list that all were excellent (except black tie). Pat is so organized and thorough that it was smoothe sailing and the staff were amazing. The swan club staff were all professionals and were always avaliable when we needed them. I would recommend swan club in a heart beat.
It is difficult to put into words the extent to which our wedding last night, 11/21/2018, was utter perfection. With over 300 guests, a 30 person bridal party, and many vendors, Pat, our Maître d' ensured that every single detail was executed to a tee. Our friendly attendant, Jessica, was truly on point and made our day fun and completely stress free. The food...the food and more food, and it was the BEST food I have ever had at a wedding. The cocktail hour spread was endless and divine and the taste was exquisite. I have to be honest: I was not expecting to the food to be as good as it was! The service, WOAH. The food was delivered on point, hot and by table ensuring that no guests were sitting waiting for their table mates' food. My guests consistently complimented the servers and the way in which they waited on them with the utmost of attention. I cannot believe our day is over and if I had to do it all again with everything I know now, there would be nowhere else I would consider besides the Swan Club. EXCELLENT JOB!
Did not have wedding here, me and my fiance are looking at venues. We set up an appointment to go and see, and an hour before they called and said to come earlier. We were out to dinner so we couldn't, they asked where we were and what we were doing. Why is that any of there business when we had an appointment? Our appointment was set and we were scheduled to be on time if not early. We got to the venue and yes it is beautiful, but the staff was not very friendly. My finance and I are a young couple (28 and 25), and they took notice. The woman introduced herself, walked us quickly around the grounds, sat us down for maybe 5 minutes to review the menu and said "okay, nice to meet you" and proceeded to end the tour. Just because we are a younger couple doe not mean we don't deserve to be treated like this. They offered us the appointment at this time, we could have done something else. Once they saw us they decided it wasn't worth it and they just wanted to go home.
My husband and I got married on September 15, 2018 and had our reception in the Camelot Room. But let’s get one thing straight. What were my two most favorite things about my wedding? 1) Getting married to my husband and 2) Pat lol.
We also booked the Swan Club before the change in management and the room renovations. And to be completely honest as well, when I first found out, my heart SANK. The amount of research I started doing on the Swan Club was ridiculous and some of the reviews did not help. It started making me nervous.
But to the couples and brides out there who are also feeling nervous about this or nervous about multiple weddings occurring at once, the Swan Club staff keeps it very organized. They are in communication at all times. The Swan Club is a small, intimate venue but I never bumped into another bride even once, which I think says a lot about their organization. My guests did not feel confused at all either.
When we first booked, we fell in the love with the garden. But now with the new room renovations, it seriously puts the venue over the top. It is so much more modern now and absolutely beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows gives such a great view of the garden. The gazebo area (where we had our ceremony) was super peaceful and intimate. My husband is a picky eater and we disagree on everything, but we both agree that the food was delicious, especially the food during Cocktail Hour! :) And Jess was an awesome bridal attendant; as my husband said it, she was always in sight and super attentive! And I loved her bubbly personality!
Now let’s get to Pat lol. Typically, you begin communication with your Maitre’D a few months prior to your event. But not me. I was one of those brides that sent her first email of a million questions to her Maitre’D one year prior to the wedding. One year is a long time, so think about the number of questions I sent, calls I made, and visits I made lol. Pat is not only super professional, but his kindness and personality is contagious. He keeps you calm, he makes you feel so comfortable, and easily puts a smile on your face. He gave me everything I wanted, was super responsive all year long, and even cared to check up to see how we were doing. If I ever had a concern, he always reassured me. Ugh, I feel so attached to Pat! I highly recommend the Swan Club but let me end this rave only because there’s a character limit; I’m convinced the day only went by so smoothly and perfectly because of Pat. Thank you Pat!
We had our Wedding reception at the Swan Club on 09/08/2018 in the Camelot Room and what a memorable experience it was!! My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about not only the venue itself and its grounds, but the entire staff (especially Pat). Although we had a bit of rain that day (not much), the grounds still made for a lovely location to take photos. Pat our Maitre'D was beyond extraordinary, his attention to detail made everything run with ease. Jess, the bridal attendant, was also lovely to work with. If you needed anything she got it done right away. Quite a few of our guests commented on how attentive the wait staff was.
We had so much fun and our guest can't stop raving about how beautiful the Swan Club is and how amazing the food was. We had the Duck, the Chateaubriand and the Salmon which all tasted heavenly. The grounds are so beautiful, the ball room was spotless and the restrooms are extremely clean.
We wish we could relive our special day over and over again. The Swan Club totally exceeded our expectations, it was such a magical day!!!! Much thanks to Pat, Jess and the rest of the Swan Club staff.
Beautiful lovely grounds! I had my wedding ceremony outdoors in the garden and the reception in the newly renovated Camelot room on 9/1/18. The grounds are gorgeous and I can't wait to get my professional photos back from the photographers. Pat Fabiano , the Maitre D’, was very helpful in planning, organizing, and setting everything up. And the bridal attendant, Chelsea was the sweetest and very attentive. She made sure our drinks were filled, our plates were full, and anything we needed was taken care of. The food was delish and we had lots of options to select from.
Since the grounds are so beautiful, I do wish I had more time for photos. And of course, it would've also been nice if we were the only wedding that night, there was one other. But I have no regrets in selecting Swan Club as our wedding venue and I plan to hold more events there in the future.
We would not have chosen another place to have our wedding on July 6th, 2018! The Swan Club is incredible...we didn't go anywhere else to take our wedding photos because the grounds at the Swan Club are so incredibly beautiful! We booked the Swan Club in February 2017, and in February 2018, we found out that they were under renovations with a new owner. We were nervous, but they invited us in for a tour of the new and improved main dining room, the Camelot room. I mean, wow! The room was so incredible, and bigger than our wildest wedding dreams. Our guests RAVED about how good the food was at the cocktail hour as well as at the reception! (Go for the duck and the prime rib!) Patrick was an incredible Maitre D' who made everything run smoothly, and Chelsea, our bridal attendant, made sure my groom and I as well as our whole bridal party were always taken care of and comfortable! We met with Patrick at least twice before our wedding, and each time, he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and solved. We love the Swan Club, and we will not only make sure to highly recommend it to anyone we meet, but also we will back for any special events we have in the future!
I had my bridal shower here in September of 2017 and I could not have been more pleased with choosing The Swan Club! The venue and grounds are so beautiful (and the swans just make it) so it is easy to fall in love with this place. I worked with Nick and he made my day as perfect as it could be! He was so helpful, attentive and kind with arranging everything and I could not be more appreciative!
We got married on July 14th, 2018 and had our reception at the Swan Club in the newly renovated Camelot room. We originally booked the Swan Club before the change in management and the room renovations. To be honest, when I first found out there was a change in management, I was a little skeptic and nervous about them forgetting about us, since I was booked before the change. I realized after talking to the new Manager Ron and meeting with our Maitre'D Pat we were in very good hands. There is so much to be said about the Swan Club, I will break it down into different categories:
Food:
First of all the chefs changed when Ron took over management. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and the cocktail hour food was a huge hit. We added the BBQ station and fajita station to our package. Both were popular with our guests. Now, if you had the food before the Swan Club management changed you will see a big difference in taste! I have been to the Swan Club numerous times over the past 20 years since I have worked in wedding photography. The food now is much better and authentic!
Staff:
I cannot express how amazing our Maitre'D Pat was. From the moment we sat down and met Pat we were reassured that everything was going to be perfect. Pat will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is what you envisioned it to be. I had made my own table arrangements and I communicated with Pat on how I wanted everything set up in the room and it was done. Pat would always contact us if there was anything he needed clarification on, or whether to check up on me to see how I was doing and preparing for my wedding. I am so happy Pat was there to help and answer all my questions and make my day run so smoothly. Thank you Pat for everything!
Chelsea, our bridal attendant was so helpful and very attentive to our needs. She was always there to help with my dress, flowers, or getting us something to eat or drink. She made sure we ate our food at dinner. Mind you, it was a hot and humid day and I was in a ball gown dress and dying from the heat, Chelsea even helped me cool off by placing me in a empty walk in freezer not being used for food. LOL Thank you Chelsea for all your help!
Grounds:
The newly renovated Camelot ballroom is astonishing! Pictures cannot fully portray how beautiful it is. I had about 180 guests and everyone had room to dance and the tables were not squished together. The windows overlooking the garden from the inside of the place make the room so picturesque. The outside gardens are beautiful for pictures that I can't wait to see from my photographer.
Overall, we are very pleased with everyone that works at the Swan Club that helped make my wedding vision come true. I would highly recommend the Swan Club to any couple looking for a venue.
