Founded in 2010, Sweet Blossom Weddings is a full service wedding planning boutique with an eye for detail and a passion for weddings. All packages include three planners on the day of your wedding. One is a bridal assistant to be your personal assistant for the day. Second is a set-up assistant to help with setting up decor and personal items. Your lead planner will be onsite from beginning to end to make sure your wedding is flowing smoothly and as perfect as you imagined.

We cannot express enough gratitude to the entire SBW wedding team, and especially to our coordinator, Jasmine. If you’re planning a cultural event—particularly an Indian-hybrid wedding—she is an absolute must-have.
Jasmine brought a perfect combination of experience, poise, and confidence that helped us stay on track, stay sane, and truly leave our worries at the door. She managed multiple challenges with incredible success—both the ones we were aware of and undoubtedly many others that we weren’t.
Throughout the planning process, Jasmine was a dream to work with—always easy to communicate with and incredibly flexible, especially during the crunch time leading up to the wedding. She consistently took ownership of tasks, ensuring they were completed with care, and even stepped in to assist in areas we didn’t expect.
On the big day, Jasmine was nothing short of a rock star. She and the SBW team handled so many moving parts with ease and grace. Any issues brought to her attention were either already being addressed or resolved in a flash.
We truly could not have done this without her, and we are so grateful that Jasmine and the entire SBW team were part of our big, multi-cultural day.

In June of 2023 I had several calls with other agencies that made me feel not so sure about investing money into a wedding planner. As we live in Palm Springs, I knew I needed to find a planner in San Diego who I could wholeheartedly trust to help us from a distance. And then, I got to speak with Melissa! She made me feel SO comfortable - like she truly cared about our experience and making sure we really connected with our planner. When I got to meet Jasmine Serrano, our principal planner - I just knew we made the right choice. As an anxious bride, Jasmine was with me every step of the way, making sure that all our questions were answered and keeping us on track (even though we were so far out from wedding day!) Her creative side was truly a blessing as my now husband and I struggled with putting our ideas together. Jasmine literally handled everything - from coordinating vendors (and our families!), to design, she exuded calmness and confidence in her craft - which I so needed. We so appreciated her relationships with vendors that really helped us make decisions about who to hire. We could tell that all our vendors had the same energy and commitment to making our day as perfect as possible. Jasmine truly works only with the best.
Our wedding day on 10/19/24 was an absolute dream because of Jasmine. Her and Heather (my amazing SBW bridal assistant) were there the whole time, and it really allowed us to enjoy our wedding day! We got to eat, dance, and ENJOY! How many couples can say that! If anything went wrong, I sure didn’t know about it - all because of Jasmine. We were blown away with how flawlessly perfect the day was, and it was all because of Jasmine working tirelessly behind the scenes. She kept us on time and the day flowed perfectly.
Ulysses and I truly cannot thank Jasmine and SBW enough for making our special day beyond amazing. We have made a lifelong friend in Jasmine and highly recommend her and SBW to any couples who want to work with a wedding planner who truly cares as much about your wedding as you do!
Sweet Blossom Weddings were the best, especially Kylie who made our dream day come true! She was incredibly responsive and detail-oriented throughout the planning process. I knew that when the day came that everything would be under control and taken care of. Kylie was extremely confident and calm which helped make us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about what may happen. I couldn't recommend her or the team at SBW more!
Where to even start - we seriously can’t thank Melissa enough for everything her and her team did to make our wedding day so special. To say I was stressed throughout the planning process would be an understatement—especially after working with our first planner, who we ultimately made the difficult decision to part ways with 2 months before the wedding. Switching planners so close to the wedding was such a nerve-wracking choice, but I am so grateful we made the leap and chose to work with Melissa.
From the moment we started working together, everything became so much easier, and we immediately felt confident that the wedding of our dreams was not only possible but in the best hands. After our first meeting at the venue, both my husband and I felt a huge weight lift off our shoulders. As my husband perfectly put it, “We finally felt like we weren’t the ones driving.” By switching planners we had to pay more money, but switching to Melissa and her team was one of the best decisions we made around the whole planning process and we would 100% do it again.
On the day of the wedding, everything felt seamless from our perspective, and I’m sure that’s a huge testament to Melissa’s incredible professionalism and expertise. If there were any hiccups, we were blissfully unaware—thanks to the team!

My husband and I are still floating from our wedding and mainly because of how magical and how amazing it went - a huge part because of Sweet Blossom Weddings! We needed a day of coordinator and after looking at options, we were so happy to find SBW’s packages the fit our need perfectly. We purchased the Pear Blossom package, which includes connecting with a coordinator 3 months leading up to the wedding. And WOW. To this day, we will say that having SBW as a vendor was worth every single penny and then some! I would highly recommend them to any couple who wants a kind, patient and genuine coordinator who really knows their stuff and who can really advocate for you as a couple!
A huge shout out to our main planner Kylie who was all of the above! In all of our planning meetings, she made us feel confident in our decisions and always offered us her suggestions and advice (which we we gladly took)! She was present and highly accessible to us. Whether it was to joke or vent about anything, she was there! She was able to pull our vision and help us execute a memorable day!
On the day of, we had our personal PA Katie and another SBW member who helped with set up. A team of 3 really helped the day go so perfectly! Our bridal party and family commented how attentive and detailed the whole team was. We were also told that as a bride and groom, we looked super relaxed and present during the wedding and reception - and truly, that’s because we were confident in SBW in taking the reigns to conduct our event! Their seamless coordination allowed us to fully enjoy our party. As a couple or as an attendee, SBW’s presence was really felt in the most positive way! I will continue gushing about just how amazing SBW is. I highly recommend them for your big day - you will be so happy you did!
We used the sweet blossom wedding planning team for our wedding and it was worth EVERY penny. We had been referred to them by a friend and loved that they provided various packages based on the level of support needed that were also budget friendly. We elected to go with the pear package which included 3 months of planning support services and day of coordinators. Jasmine was our lead planner and she went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. She helped to connect us with vendors, source items we needed, and provide an idea of things that might be missing in our plans to date. The support she (and her team) provided on our wedding day made our experience so stress-free and enjoyable! I cannot thank Jasmine & the Sweet Blossom team enough for all of their time, energy, and effort that went into making our wedding day so special.
Jess from Sweet Blossom Weddings was the planner for my daughter's wedding. She was professional, organized and familiar with the venue. During the planning process she coordinated with outside vendors and made sure everything was set for the wedding day to run smoothly. On the wedding day she was at the venue early with two assistants and coordinated set up of the ceremony and the reception so that everything looked beautiful. She checked in with us regularly to let us know what was "next". It took away so much of the stress that comes with a wedding and we were genuinely able to relax and enjoy the day. Our contract with Sweet Blossom was for three months and the wedding guest count was 90 people. I can honestly say the value was there and the money well spent.
Jasmine, and the whole Sweet Blossom Wedding team were integral to my entire wedding process! We chose the design plus partial planning package and I honestly felt like I had full service planning! I do not have a great creative eye and Jasmine was able to bring what was in my head to life so beautifully in the design board which made everything else a breeze! All of the vendor recommendations helped so much being new to the area and she was able to coordinate all of them so that everything ran perfectly on the day! I truly could not have had a wedding without them. The actual day ran so smooth and everyone in the SWB was great at communicating and taking care of everything that I knew I could just relax. I could not recommend them more and am so thankful I had them on my team!!
Highly recommend Sweet Blossom. Our coordinator Kylie was so easy to work with, was extremely responsive, and was on top of every little detail. From attending our tasting & floral mockup, to when she started communicating with our vendors, and having her at our rehearsal - it was very helpful to have someone I trusted to step in and take that work off my plate & be a sounding board as we got close to the date. The day of everything went so smoothly. The bridal assistant Danielle was very helpful, and it felt like Kylie was 2 steps ahead the entire day to make sure everything went great. They blew my expectations out of the water and thanks to them my wedding felt like the most perfect & beautiful day ever. Thank you!

Kaylie took great care of us during cocktail hour and made sure our glasses weren't empty. Paige was helpful in letting us know what to do. One of the members of the team was pushed by a pedestrian, but she kept her cool and remained professional. One of the memorable moments of the night was when a young lady in a white dress entered our wedding with her date who was wearing shorts and headed straight to the bar. This was taken care of swiftly and quietly by the Sweet Blossom team.
Wow!!! So happy we hired SBW. We chose the All Inclusive package because we had just recently moved to the area. We had a couple venues in mind based on online research but didn't want to leave any stone unturned. Melissa pulled all different kinds of options near and far for us to look at. After selecting our venue, she created a a detailed budget, which was something I used right up until the day before (and reviewed afterwards). Throughout the planning process, I really felt that she listened to our wants and needs while also providing gentle guidance. The day of, she really exceeded all of our expectations! Everything went so smoothly, I had parents, bridesmaids, and friends coming up to me gushing about how great of a job she did. We were so happy with every vendor we hired, all of which were recommended by her and her team. 10/10 would recommend if you are wanting to get married in San Diego!!!!
I live out of state and was planning a wedding long distance. I lost my original wedding planner three months before the wedding. Melissa with Sweet Blossoms immediately stepped in during a very stressful time and was wonderful. She made everything so stress free for what had turned into a very difficult situation. She and her assistants were delightful to work with, and my daughter had the wedding of their dreams. I can't thank her enough.
Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about my experience with sweet blossom weddings! We booked the pear package (wedding day coordination) but after reflecting I wish we would have booked full planning because of how incredible the team was. Our lead planner Kylie was sweet, responsive, organized, fun, and so on top of everything! Kylie kept us on a timeline to eliminate last minute stress and the day of the wedding I was able to completely be in the moment and enjoy myself with my husband, family, and friends. Kylie was so organized and also so kind, calm, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The sweet blossom team went so so above and beyond on my wedding day I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. My bridal assistant Jess even ran back to my hotel and located my inhaler for me because I forgot it and needed it at my reception. Kylie was at my side with anything I could have wanted without me even really knowing I needed it. She anticipated and reacted with such ease you barely knew she was there but just knew everything was going perfectly because of her. I’m so appreciative that myself, my family, and my bridal party were all able to sit back and relax at my wedding because of Kylie and her team. Sweet blossom weddings is 10000% worth the investment and I would recommend them (Kylie especially!) to anyone planning an event. Truly cannot thank them enough!! 🫶🏻💕
HIRE THEM! From my exploratory call with Melissa to my wedding day with lead planner Jasmine and assistants Kaylie and Kylie, working with the Sweet Blossom team was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who is meticulous, a planner, detail oriented, and at times anxious, this was one area of the wedding planning process that eased my nerves and worries. I booked their Pear Blossom Package (3 month out/wedding management) and it was the best decision for me! Jasmine was outstanding, professional, supportive and lovely the entire time.
One example I'd like to point it out is how quick on their feet they managed unexpected rain that night. We luckily were able to get through ceremony, most of dinner, and first dance. Behind the scenes Jasmine was talking to all the vendors about potential options to move forward with the event. She then came to me calmly, level headed and patiently with the options on the table. Having already established a great working relationship with her I deferred to her and trusted what she recommended. The guests were shuttled to an empty ball room where we had the time of our lives out of the rain and the cold!
One other example I want to point out. I had been dancing the entire time and although my feet weren't hurting I went to a nearby table to take of my shoes so I could keep the dancing going. I had barely touched the clasp of my shoe when Kylie swooped in and took the shoes off for me! It was such a kind gesture and act, it warmed my heart so much. I knew I had good people around me on my wedding day.

Nothing says “this wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Melissa” like realizing it’s been months since the wedding and I haven’t written this review! Melissa was the ONLY thing keeping us on track with wedding planning for the year plus that we worked together.
I truly mean it when I say that Melissa is the reason our wedding was as amazing and as memorable as it was. We had a great introductory call with her and picked the full planning package. She got us on a timeline, accompanied us on venue tours, helped us pick out all the best vendors, and asked great questions and shared valuable insight along the way. When we were indecisive she gave us her honest opinion and I’m so glad we trusted her. (When she tells you that draping the whole ballroom is going to be amazing, she is 100% right!)
My husband and I are both type-A picky-picky and she was able to provide just enough vendor options based on our preferences for it to not feel overwhelming but also just what we envisioned. I’m so glad we had her to help reach out to vendors and guide the calls.
Melissa understood our style and created a beautiful, cohesive event. She found us THE band of our lives and our friends and family still haven’t stopped telling us how much they loved our wedding. I honestly wouldn’t have believed the transformation she orchestrated to make our venue an absolute dream come true.
Melissa and her team handled dramatic week-before-the-wedding venue issues with ease and my husband and I had no idea of any wedding day hiccups because they literally handled *everything*!!!! I recommend Melissa with all my heart- she was always on top of it, full of incredible knowledge and experience, and just such a wonderful, kindhearted person which is exactly what you need in a wedding planner.

She gave us spot on recommendations for vendors--all were great. Melissa is a planner that listens to you, she doesn't try to push any ideas on you. We then worked directly with Jasmine Serrano. Jasmine was incredible!!! We could have not asked for a better wedding planner. She was extremely familiar with our venue and had a great deal of experience. We appreciated her candor and insight throughout the process. She was always very responsive and had an answer for everything – the exact kind of person you want to be working with. While we didn’t go with the package that included design, she helped us along the way and you could never go wrong with giving her the reigns to design your wedding.
The price-points and packages are incredibly reasonable for the value and care this team delivers. Things went off without a hitch, and choosing Sweet Blossom Weddings & Jasmine was by far the most impactful decision we made. Cheers to this rockstar team!

We worked with Emma as our lead planner and Aryanne supported day-of. They absolutely crushed it! They were both so positive, poised and helpful, creating a seamless timeline, bouncing from venue to venue carrying multiple bottles of tequila, signage, speakers, you name it! We're so thankful for everything they did for us. As they probably hear from many brides and grooms, weddings are such a whirlwind and it's so hard to keep track of everything and everyone, but we felt so confident knowing they were there to help keep everything on track and within our vision.

Where to even start…
We came across SBW after being on the fence about a big vs small wedding for years. From the moment we spoke with Melissa on the phone for our intro conversation, we knew we had found the perfect group to help execute our big day. Melissa was responsive, kind, patient, and extremely welcoming. After finally deciding on a date, we were assigned Jasmine as our lead planner - and let me tell you, this assignment couldn’t have been more perfect!
As 2 type A women who thrive on organization, we knew we had found the perfect planner the moment we had our first meeting with Jasmine. She was extremely organized, kept us on top of the game throughout the 1 year planning process, was responsive, reliable, caring, and extremely thoughtful. As we got closer to the day and unexpected things came up Jasmine handled everything with such grace. She is strategic, level headed, and a calming force even when these two brides were getting a little stressed!
Let’s talk about THE DAY - it was absolutely perfect. Jasmine brought our vision to light and went above and beyond for us. All the details, the organization and flow, the teams working cohesively, everything was incredible. There was so much thought in every detail, it was obvious she truly understood our mission and she and her team delivered!!! Our guests keep reiterating how elegant and well organized everything was. Before I even had a question or concern, either Jasmine or one of her bridal assistants were right there to address it.
After having walked out of our wedding weekend, we had no regrets about going for a bigger party. A large part of that was Jasmine and the SBW team who connected us with the perfect vendors, understood our priorities, and ultimately executed our vision perfectly. I cannot say enough amazing things about Melissa and the rest of the Sweet Blossom Weddings team! From our very first conversation, Melissa was attentive, kind and so easy to talk to. She was able to capture our vision so perfectly throughout the entire wedding planning process and made planning a destination wedding a breeze. She brought my wedding vision to life -- I am not a creative person but she was able to thoughtfully listen to my ideas and bring about a vision board that truly fit mine and my husband's personalities and aesthetic we were going for. Melissa and Co.! I am approaching my second wedding anniversary (I apologize for this beyond-late review) and I still swoon every time I think of my wedding.
Melissa was beyond patient and perfect. I was way more than an anxious Bride, and my now-Husband demands excellence. Melissa went above and beyond to work with us, and no matter what, she made a point to “make it work.”

We are so grateful to the SWB team for making the planning process seamless and executing and absolutely perfect wedding day for us. Jasmine, our lead planner, was so responsive throughout the whole process and offered her objective, professional opinion on lots of details that made the day flow smoothly - and which we would have overlooked without her guidance. She was a joy to work with from start to finish and was incredibly thorough in all coordination and vendor follow ups.
We also had set-up and bridal assistants on our wedding day - having this group handle everything in the lead up to the ceremony and following celebration really allowed my husband and I to be present and stress free on the day of.
Kylie, our bridal assistant, was amazing - she handed off items to vendors for us, secured my veil before I walked down the aisle, held and fluffed my train between photos, and was ready at a moments notice with items from her day of kit to handle any last minute needs.
We wouldn't have changed a single thing from our wedding day, and that's largely thanks to the SWB team.
It has been about 3 months since our wedding and I'm still receiving compliments on how amazing the day was. I was an out of state bride from Denver planning a SoCal wedding - Melissa stepped in and helped with every detail, connected me with vendors and provided honest guidance throughout the process. She is super friendly, responsive and fun to work with. We still have been chatting since our wedding! She genuinely cares about her clients and I can't thank her and the SBW team enough for easing our mind on our wedding day so we could have fun with our guests. It was a truly magical day!
Melissa and Sweet Blossom Weddings gave me the fairytale wedding of my dreams! I hired Sweet Blossom Weddings for partial planning services and it was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. After an extensive and at times bizarre search for a wedding planner, I spoke to Melissa on the phone and immediately knew that I wanted to hire Sweet Blossom Weddings. She came across as calm yet confident, friendly but take charge, and those all proved to be true in the twelve-plus months that I worked with her.
Planning a wedding is such a daunting experience and I don’t know what I would’ve done without Melissa, who has tons of experience and connections, guiding me through the process. She took the time to get to know me and my fiancé, helped us set a budget, created a gorgeous design board, connected us with amazing vendors, combed through our event orders, and generally just made sure we made the right decisions at the right times. One highlight was when she caught that I accidentally ordered beige linens and napkins when I meant to order light blue napkins. (I know that sounds minor but I didn’t spend over a year planning a wedding to have beige on beige in my table scape!) Sweet Blossom Weddings also provides you with access to aisle planner and have an extremely detailed checklist to help guide you through the planning process as well as helpful guides for tipping, vendor interviews, etc. Melissa was also always available throughout the planning process to answer random questions, join vendor calls, and would even suggest video check-ins or phone calls at various points in the planning process to catch up.
Melissa and her team were also all stars on our wedding day. Melissa ensured that everything was set up perfectly and that the day went without a hitch. My maid of honor said it best when she said, “I love Melissa. She’s a HBIC who wasn’t going to let anything bad happen on your wedding day.” The Sweet Blossom Weddings bridal and set-up assistants—Mae and Jess—were also godsends on the day of the event. I spent the most time with Mae as my bridal assistant, and she helped guide me through the day, gathering everything for my detail shots, connecting with transportation and the photographer, holding my train, and, together with Melissa and Jess, taking care of all set-up, logistics, and coordination to ensure that I got to be present with my friends and family and actually enjoy my wedding.
When people ask me about my wedding, I get to say without hesitations that “It was perfect.” And that’s all thanks to Melissa and Sweet Blossom Weddings!
We used the Pear Blossom package (3 month wedding planning) and had a great experience with Jasmine as our lead planner, and Kaylie and Kylie also supporting our wedding day. Jasmine was very responsive and patient with all our questions, and she gave us very helpful advice throughout the process. She crafted our wedding timeline, coordinated with all our vendors in advance of the wedding, and ensured we felt prepared every step of the way. The day of the wedding, Sweet Blossom sent a team of 3 (lead planner, bridal party assistant, and set up assistant), and they took care of everything for us - ensuring all our wedding party / guests knew where to go, setting up decor before the wedding and flipping some decor from cocktail hour into the reception space, and making sure any random questions or issues were addressed. We also really appreciated their online system (Aisle Planner) to help with planning - it had a great checklist, way to manage our vendor contacts, and calendar integrations so we knew when our vendor payments were coming up. Finally, we appreciated that they offered rentals, and we decided to rent a card box and dessert stands through them. Using Sweet Blossom gave us such a peace of mind as we approached our wedding day, and we are so glad we worked with them!
Emma and her team did an AMAZING job!!! With a sick moh, missing groom clothes, and a spill on my dress (which Emma was able to get out before our first dance!!) these girls make our day amazing and stress free! She was super responsive and very kind! Her college Jasmine was great as well! Even taught my husband how to slow dance because we didn't practice lol but I can't recommend Sweet Blossom more! Also Emma's hat was amazing (:

Midway through planning, I found out I was pregnant (our baby girl was 8 months at our June 2022 wedding). We cannot say enough good things about Sweet Blossom. We hired Sweet Blossom for day of wedding coordination but they did so much more. From the start, Melissa was responsive, thoughtful and helpful! When we had issues with our vendors prior to the start of our wedding coordination, Melissa provided guidance and suggestions to help our planning process move along. We were later assigned our coordinator, Emma! Emma was a fast friend and so easy to work with. We would not have had such a great day without her help. She really understood and listened to exactly what we wanted and helped tailor our special day to meet our needs. We had a meeting a few months out to determine our timeline and finalize all vendor details and communication. Emma took over all communication and relieved so much stress! On the day of, I had a bridal assistant, Mae. Mae went above and beyond to coordinate our bridal party, photos, and make sure my morning was stress free. We had interviewed several wedding planners but we instantly bonded with Melissa and her warm personality and authenticity. We met several times either via Zoom, phone call, and in person and she also offered us to use Aisle Planner and All Seated, both professional online wedding planning sites that were easy to use for our wedding planning needs. We LOVE Sweet Blossom Weddings. We utilized the 3 month out package and were so pleased with the services provided. Melissa and Jess were PHENOMENAL. Melissa helped coordinate with our other vendors starting about 1-2 months out and created our layout for the wedding along with orchestrating set up and take down. She gave us so much advice and was always available to talk and meet virtually (we planned this wedding across the country!). Melissa also had a lot of little pieces that we used free of charge on the wedding day which was huge as we were traveling! On the day of Jess was my personal attendant and she allowed me to just enjoy my time while she kept me on track and held my personals and was a true ray of sunshine. She even drove myself and my bridesmaids to the venue! Truly so fortunate to have had this wonderful team by our side on our big day!

I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Blossom Weddings, specifically Mackenzie! My husband and I are from Indiana, but decided to plan an intimate wedding in San Diego with close friends and family. We first met Mackenzie in person in February of 2019. We were only in San Diego for three days and it rained every day, but despite the rain Mackenzie helped us to make the most of our time. She took us to a handful of stunning venues then sat down with us over coffee and went over the numbers. We ended up picking a beautiful venue and over the next year Mackenzie helped us find a team of incredible vendors for our spring wedding.
Unfortunately COVID put a wrench in our plans and like so many other couples we had to postpone our wedding. Mackenzie corresponded with all our vendors to make sure our new date worked and made it so easy for us!
Just a month before our new wedding date, our venue informed us they would no longer be able to deliver the wedding we envisioned. In just four weeks Mackenzie helped us find a new venue that was so much better than I ever dreamed. She put together the perfect wedding - even in the midst of a global pandemic.

First off, let me say Covid SUCKS. We were planning the wedding since April 2019 for April 2020. A month before- BABAM! CANCELED! Ya. Sucks.
OK that being said my daughter found Sweet Blossom at one of the many Bridal Fair conventions we attended. Me--old school mama was like we don't need no stinkin' coordinator. OH WOW was I ever wrong!
Fast forward to now--I did NOTHING the entire time except walk in, sit, eat, dance, smile, & be the mother of the bride.
Let me tell you the in between of 18 months. Sit back & relax...
Mackenzie - Had our first call. My daughter had spoken to her a couple of times and we had an intro. First off-her voice. So soothing, so calm. Just like a butterfly that floats around, not disturbing, just a soothing voice to calm my nerves and worries. Me--like a machine gun asking her 1 million and 1 questions trying to rattle her. Nothing phased her. Impressive.
She proceeded to get to know us. Likes, dislikes, expectations, what was feasible what wasn't. We ended up doing a "Month of" coordinator. Countless emails were included and she was spot on in answering anytime we emailed. She would pick up the phone and call for clarification when needed.
Went about reviewing all our contracts, hotel contacts, DJ, photog, Marriott, lighting, drapery, flowers, centerpieces, candles, bridal party, bridal party drama, mama drama (not really), no bridezilla moments thank goodness, but if there would have been, Mackenzie would have soothed the bride.
Covid hit and one month before the wedding, shut down. Tears, anger, frustration, but Mackenzie was there to handle contacting all the vendors. We knew the wedding industry would be decimated with this. We wanted to try and regroup and not ask for refunds if possible. That included our coordinator. She graciously offered a refund on services not rendered. Are you kidding?? She went above and beyond her role as month of coordinator.
Mackenize worked with us in rescheduling. It was like herding kittens. But she did it. Got the DJ, Photog, Florist, Hair, Make up artist, & caterer & we proceeded to do an intimate event of 55 immediate family members at a private residence-socially distanced. This was a big change from 175 people originally.
I can tell you--if anything went wrong--WE did not see it. We had a tight schedule between walking in, dances, toasts, speeches, dinner, appetizers, etc.and it was seamless. Seriously-I was bored I had nothing to do except enjoy!
Mackenzie and her team were like ninjas!!! The were working the event but we never saw them. But if I needed something and even if I looked like I was contemplating a question, she would be right there. Like where did you come from and how did you know I needed you?? LOL!!!
The professionalism, the extra love and care she provided during this VERY LONG journey made this a dream come true for my daughter and her husband and our families.
You can work with a vendor who is a machine and master scheduler and be one and done or you can select SBW and know that you're being taken care of as an individual, not as a standard bride. She got to know us and felt like part of our family. In that knowledge, she was able to make things unique to us and not a cookie cutter every day wedding.
For that I am forever grateful my daughter got her dream wedding, just on a smaller scale. Thank you Mackenzie and your beautiful team. We wish you the best during these trying times!! You definitely knocked it out of the ballpark for us!!

As I write this review, I can vividly recall every email, phone call and text message that I exchanged with my lead wedding planner Kaitlin R.! Kaitlin was the best wedding coordinator ever. My husband and I felt like we gained a new friend. Our venue coordinator even wanted SBW to become one of their preferred vendors. Kaitlin was just that easy and amazing to work with.
When I started my search for a wedding coordinator that was affordable I was overwhelmed. Many people charged thousands of dollars for their services, yet I still felt like they only saw me as a number and $$$ business. My fiancé and I at the time were really trying to keep our wedding budget friendly. Besides planning a wedding we had also recently purchased a home and I had recently returned to graduate school. SBW was able to offer support, great vendor recommendations and a very talented crew for a reasonable price. From the moment I contacted Kaitlin I knew she was the one. Kaitlin was always extremely prepared, punctual, kind, genuine and you could see the passion in her eyes. She always had tons of ideas. Although I had a budget, not once did she make me feel less important to her. I was always very informed about the whole process. I got the package where she roughly takes over 4-6 weeks before the wedding (can't recall the name) but we were always communicating from the moment we reached out to her which was months prior. Kaitlin liked to check in with us every so often and that really prevented me from being a bridezilla.
As our March 2020 wedding got closer we realized that RAIN was very likely to be an uninvited guest. Our ceremony and reception were scheduled to be outdoors and I was very nervous about the whole thing. Two days prior to the wedding we had to move both ceremony and reception to a new location. Can you imagine, my nerves were running full throttle. But, let me just tell you that our wedding was BEAUTIFUL! I don't think there was any issues that day and if there was Kaitlin and her team handled it seamlessly. MacKenzie was my bridal assistant and she was super sweet and she knew exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it. She made sure that I was her priority and believe me that is priceless on the day of your wedding.
Our family and friends all raved about how great our wedding was and how everything was so coordinated. I keep replaying my wedding day in my mind and I smile every time. I could not have had the wedding of my dreams without Kaitlin and the girls from SBW! Kaitlin, Louis and I will miss working with you. We will reach out to you for our vow renewals in a few years! I echo other sentiments in that this team is fantastic. I appreciate that they offered a "day of" planning package. We sourced our own vendors and had our vision and only needed someone for the day of to carry it out. Kaitlin, lead planner, was professional and organized. My other vendors even commented on how easy she was to work with. Their package also included a setup and bridal assistant. This was so hopeful as I needed someone to take care of little things while getting ready at the hotel while the lead planner was overseeing details at the venue. Overall, it was a great experience working with Sweet Blossom!
Working with Sweet Blossom Weddings was so amazing! I worked with Melissa as my lead planner, and her experience in this industry and with my wedding venue was invaluable. She is so respected by venues and other vendors and it is totally deserved. I loved that SBW had several different packages I could choose from (I knew I wanted more than day-of coordination but I didn't want full-planning). Working with Melissa with the package I chose was perfect for me, as I enjoyed doing a lot of the research and creative details but needed her to help keep us on track! Obviously the service on the actual wedding day is what you will remember and be affected by the most, and this is where Melissa and her team really shined. First, it is so so helpful that the lead planner will also bring 2 assistants on your wedding day. The team of 3 was so amazing at keeping everyone calm, managing family members, setting up all of our decor, and (maybe most importantly) keeping the day running on schedule (or close enough to it)! It is nice to have those extra sets of eyes and hands. Melissa even bustled my dress for me! Last but definitely not least, Melissa and her assistants helped us manage our two dogs around the property (as they were needed for some but not all photos) and Melissa went above and beyond checking on my dogs multiple times throughout the night. She is such an angel! SBW is a great value for your money, and I highly recommend this company.

Where do I begin?!? Melissa and her team were an absolute dream. I got in touch with Melissa after my husband and I decided we wanted to do a destination wedding in San Diego. We live in Columbus, Ohio and had never even been to San Diego before so the idea of planning was very overwhelming. We actually sat on making plans for over a year before we made the decision to go with a planner. I found Sweet Blossom Weddings on Pinterest from a wedding that they had planned that I thought was absolutely stunning. Now, I can look back knowing that having her by my side was the BEST DECISION I could have made! She kept us in budget, planned events outside of our wedding day, kept me in the loop on everything, and made sure that every single detail was taken care of. She made planning fun and allowed my husband and I to feel confident that it was all in place even though we were across the US. Not to mention, she is a genuine, kind person who is super personable and easy to talk to. NOW, to the day of the wedding...Melissa along with Olivia and Kaitlin, were so on it! They made sure everyone and everything was taken care of, down to making sure my husband and I had a cocktail in our hand as soon as our ceremony was over haha. They even helped transport our dog! I can't recommend Sweet Blossom enough - specifically, Olivia and Kristina. Here's the bottom line: if you work with this team, YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR WEDDING 100X MORE than you would without them. I hired Sweet Blossom for month-of planning, and I would not dream of doing this again without them. Olivia was the third wedding planner I interviewed and I knew right away I would hire her. I wanted an unconventional but still upscale wedding, and the other planners I talked to -- although excited about the IDEA of something different -- couldn't really seem to get out of their "wedding planner box". Olivia was on board AND she actually got my vision. When my husband met Olivia, he really liked her but was worried she would be too nice to really handle stuff the day of the wedding. He was quickly proven wrong: Olivia and Kristina are sweet and bubbly, yes, but they also have zero problems getting people in their places (including the very drunk and distracted groomsmen, ha) and they kept things 100% on schedule the entire night. In fact, the next morning my husband kept commenting how incredible they were. Olivia is also extremely organized, proactive and efficient. In the planning phase, she was always one step ahead, and managed my 7+ vendors seamlessly. I had numerous people comment about how on top of it they were during the wedding. Oh, and Olivia is patient as hell. I can be a tough personality to work with, and she was 10000% un-phased the entire time. I would recommend this team to everyone planning a wedding.
Kaitlin and the Sweet Blossoms did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish. We brought her on with 3 months to go, and she took away so much of the stress. I like to tell people, we had a bunch of puzzle pieces, and Kaitlin put the puzzle together. Every email, text, phone call she was responsive, receptive, and extremely helpful. On the day of the wedding, the execution of everything could have not gone any better. They were flawless, and the most important thing was all the support they gave my wife, Erica. From being there start to finish, prepping for the photos, the train of her dress, and just a small bride kit, hands down made it so much easier on her. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding At Loews. Thank you so much Kaitlin! You are the best!

She has such a great energy that she made wedding planning and organizing much more enjoyable and stress free! It was such a pleasure working with sweet blossom weddings. Mackenzie was so awesome and on top of everything. She helped us with our vendors and asked all the right questions when we would interview some. I am the biggest procrastinator and Mackenzie made sure to stay on top of us to make sure we were on track for the wedding. I am so happy that I got to work with her and will miss her very much. I got married last month and we hired Sweet Blossom for their month of package. Mackenzie Fultz was my wedding coordinator and couldn’t have done a more amazing job! My wedding went so smoothly, she handled all our day of logistics with care, and really helped ease my nerves in those couple weeks leading up to the wedding. Also, the Sweet Blossom team that came to help on my wedding day was very organized and really helped make my wedding day one to remember. Our experience with Sweet Blossom Weddings was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Especially the support we received from Mackenzie Fultz, which was so far beyond remarkable that it is honestly hard for me to put in to words how thankful my wife and I are with how excellent Mackenzie was in single handedly orchestrating the most AMAZING day of our lives!! It was definitely a night we will remember forever, and the perfect start to an everlasting marriage. We are very sad that our wedding has come and gone, and part of that sadness is not working and communicating with Mackenzie anymore.

Choosing Sweet Blossom Weddings for our planning and day of coordination needs was the best decision my husband and I could have made. Mackenzie was our lead coordinator and I could go on and on about how amazing she is! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of her continued attention to detail and ability to manage our time crunched day in an organized manner. We got married at the Martin Johnson House which requires you to bring in all your own vendors which meant more coordination. As soon as Mackenzie started working with us I knew I could trust her to make everything go smoothly.
My bridal assistant Kristina was just as amazing. Kristina stayed by my side the whole day making sure I was stress free and kept track of all the little details so I didn't have to. They both were always one step ahead :) On top of being amazing at wedding planning, Mackenzie and Kristina were so incredibly sweet and fun to work with.

We selected the Pear Blossom Package month of planning but Mackenzie and her team went above and beyond our expectations. We had unlimited emails and phone calls, scheduled walk throughs and tastings, and access to Aisle Planner software. Mackenzie contacted each and every vendor and kept open lines of communication with each one during the planning process. On the day of the wedding Mackenzie and her team coordinated the vendor set up and break down, and assisted us as well as the bridal party at the ceremony and reception. On the actual day of the wedding, I had a bridal assistant named Kaitlyn who was so great and made me feel so spoiled! She handled every detail of the day and anything I needed (lipstick, deodorant, champagne) she had right in hand, and even helped carry my train.
