First impressions: Simple, delicious, sweet, elegant, and reliable. My husband and I had our wedding Veteran’s Day weekend 2014 at Port Gamble. Eileen was extremely helpful by meeting with us at the ferry rather than requiring us to drive all the way into the peninsula. She crafted an amazing, elegant and simple 3 tiered cake option with pumpkin spice and almond cake and chocolate mousse and cheesecake frosting. Hands down one of the best cakes I have eaten! Her attentiveness to décor, colors, and concept were exact and did amazing job at it. We highly recommend this professional for your big day or other event requiring her delicious sweet and savory food.

Wedding cake, while it looks cool, generally tastes dry and is not incredibly flavorful. Our cake, however, while it looked amazing, tasted like it just came out of the oven - it was absolutely incredible! We met with Eileen once and immediately knew she would design the exact cake we wanted. After sampling her cakes, our suspicions were confirmed and we hired her immediately. She worked with the Resort and Florist to get the Cake to the Resort/venue on time and ready to go. The cake was delicious and we could not have asked for anything better. Eileen's creativity and willingness to incorporate our ideas into her own experience was crucial and made our cake absolutely perfect in more ways than one!

Eileen is fantastic! She has a great sense of humor and has done so many different styles of cakes she knows exactly what you want when you speak with her and show her pictures. We weren't specific about the exact design we wanted on the cake but she took our cues and came up with something that fit the style of the wedding perfectly.;We played phone tag a lot but her messages were very concise and informational.
