Table For Two Events and Catering

We recently hired Table for Two to cater our wedding back in early October 2024, and while there were several highlights to our experience, we did face some notable challenges. On the positive side, the food was absolutely delicious. Not only was it delicious, they actually don’t specialize in vegan catering and yet, the output was phenomenal. We even asked if they’d be willing to try making recipes that we suggested and they knocked it out of the park and couldn’t be more grateful for their willingness to step outside of their normal options. The vegan Spanish paella and butternut squash lasagna were clear favorites, with guests praising both the flavors and the presentation. The quality of the food lived up to our expectations, and the service team was professional and courteous throughout the event. However, there were some notable concerns. Despite specifying a completely vegan menu, at least two guests were mistakenly served fish. This oversight was disappointing, as maintaining a vegan menu was central to our event. Additionally, we noticed several errors in the contract during the planning process, which required us to go back and forth to get corrected. While the team eventually addressed the issues, their responsiveness was occasionally delayed, which added unnecessary stress to the planning process. If you choose Table for Two, we recommend reviewing the contract thoroughly and confirming all dietary specifications multiple times to avoid any missteps. While their food quality is excellent, ensuring attention to detail and timely communication is essential for a smoother experience.
