nd the wedding cake. On a positive note, the appetizers and dinner food were delicious and many of our guests complimented the quality and flavor of the food.
Unfortunately, several aspects of the service differed from what was discussed or expected.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, communication was sometimes difficult. Several emails required follow-ups before we received responses.
On the day of the event, the welcome drink station was not set at the start of cocktail hour and staff were not initially present to serve the welcome drinks. The drinks were eventually served after intervention from our planner and members of the wedding party, but there were issues with drinks being spilled and the welcome drink running out.
Bar service during cocktail hour also had very long lines, and we later heard from guests that beverage availability became limited later in the evening.
Dinner service was significantly delayed and our planner had to intervene with the kitchen to ensure one guest table received their meals.
We also experienced issues with the cake. The cake presented was a display cake rather than a fully edible cake as we had anticipated, and cake service was not completed for all guests.
After the wedding we contacted the company to discuss these concerns and were told the event would be reviewed and that we would receive a response by January 23. We did not receive a follow-up after that date despite additional outreach.
Weddings are complex events and challenges can arise, but couples considering this vendor may want to confirm detailed service logistics, communication expectations, and execution plans in writing in advance. We are sharing our experience so that future couples can make informed decisions when selecting vendors.

. Our day of the wedding coordinator did an excellent job keeping everything organized and running smoothly throughout the day.
A special mention to Margarita, who was incredibly caring and always attentive to every detail and our requests. Her communication, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out and made a big difference.
We also want to highlight the chef, Margarita’s husband, who did an amazing job. The food was absolutely delicious—so many of our guests came up to us throughout the night to complement the food. It truly exceeded our expectations.
Of course, nothing is ever perfect—there were a few small mistakes that could have been avoided. But honestly, they didn’t take away from the experience at all. The quality of the service and the hard work from the entire team far outweighed those minor issues.
Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Table for Two.

re, and florals. Upon working with and having zoom sessions with these people, they seemed to be very professional. I was pleased before my wedding day; however, I was sadly mistaken of booking them. First of all, I came to find out they did not order enough ceremony chairs. Thank God my wedding planner handled it. If there's anyone you should book, it is my planner Nathalie Dautruche (A very lovely wedding) she is exceptional. Secondly, the florals she delivered that I specifically explained and created a vision board for were not correct. Although they were stunning, they were wrong and not what I paid for. I was even missing the floral arrangement on the welcome table, that I only realized wasn't there because I was able to see photos, to which I paid for, and they weren't even going to tell me. Decor was missing from the sweetheart table too. My mother's corsage was not even correct. I requested a pink peony; she was given a white rose. Also, the seating arrangement and the table numbers were screwed up! Even after I explained exactly what I wanted. My husband's parents were sitting all the way in the back by the bar, not even near us! It was embarrassing! Additionally, I came to find out they did not order enough kids meals. I cannot even express how thorough I was in my descriptions and requests. I even created spreadsheets and went over the numbers numerous times. One of my guests did not have chicken fingers and fries and the vendor had to order uber eats! How horrid! The steak that came out did not even have the bourbon sauce on it and the food was cold. The servers were so lazy, my guests only saw them to come out and hand out the food and never saw them again after that! For the thousands of dollars being paid, the service was not up to par. I do not recommend this company.

They did not have enough food , their servers were lazy, and they did not set up the tables correctly. They even left out a table! They took no responsibly and passed the buck .
We recently hired Table for Two to cater our wedding back in early October 2024, and while there were several highlights to our experience, we did face some notable challenges.

the positive side, the food was absolutely delicious. Not only was it delicious, they actually don’t specialize in vegan catering and yet, the output was phenomenal. We even asked if they’d be willing to try making recipes that we suggested and they knocked it out of the park and couldn’t be more grateful for their willingness to step outside of their normal options. The vegan Spanish paella and butternut squash lasagna were clear favorites, with guests praising both the flavors and the presentation. The quality of the food lived up to our expectations, and the service team was professional and courteous throughout the event.
However, there were some notable concerns. Despite specifying a completely vegan menu, at least two guests were mistakenly served fish. This oversight was disappointing, as maintaining a vegan menu was central to our event. Additionally, we noticed several errors in the contract during the planning process, which required us to go back and forth to get corrected. While the team eventually addressed the issues, their responsiveness was occasionally delayed, which added unnecessary stress to the planning process.
If you choose Table for Two, we recommend reviewing the contract thoroughly and confirming all dietary specifications multiple times to avoid any missteps. While their food quality is excellent, ensuring attention to detail and timely communication is essential for a smoother experience.

he right direction. They did everything. They know everyone in the business so they know who the best vendors to use. We ended up needing heaters for our January wedding that happen to be in the 40s in Homestead. They knew where to go. They made this whole crazy wedding process a breeze.
