Teena Milam Events

Teena did the rentals and was the wedding planner for my wedding. We picked her because she seemed to have a good plan to make the day run smooth. Throughout the planning process I would text her asking questions and it would take her several days even a week sometimes before she would respond. I also had to double text before I got a response. She then gave me my day of timeline 3 days before my wedding. At my rehearsal dinner she was talking over me and being very rude to my bridal party. The day of the wedding she did not set up my guest table or Photo Booth area, my family members had to last minute as guests were arriving. As I pulled up to the ceremony area there were guests standing where I needed to walk and she was no where to be found to help direct people. After one of my bridesmaids found her and asked to come help because I was mad. She said to her “honey I know what I’m doing I do this for a living”. As we were lining up getting ready to start the ceremony she started sending people out the wrong door. Once we finally got her attention only the bridal party went out the correct door. I had bought bubble guns to use for when we walked back down the aisle. She didn’t have them out so they didn’t get used. At the end of the night she was handing out business cards for her other business to guests. Needless to say her level of professionalism was not what I thought it was and I’m very disappointed that some key elements of my day were ruined.
