We had a buffet that included the following: 1)Baby greens with candied pecans, manchego cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, 2)Short ribs with a cabernet braising ju and Pan seared wild atlantic cod with a lemon-chardonnay beurre blanc with Sauteed asparagus spears and garlic parmesan orzo. It was fantastic and we were incredibly happy to not have the extra stress of having to find a caterer.

shed potatoes and green beans. My husband had seconds of everything and I ate two heaping plates of the mashed potatoes (soo so good). All of our guests reported loving the food as well so that made me really happy. Even my immediate family who are all super picky eaters said they loved the food so that was awesome to hear. The catering staff were great, very attentive, and constantly checking on people so we were pleased with that. We are giving 4 stars for two reasons. 1. We really were hoping to serve a fish option as part of our dinner but both options we tried at our tasting were just not good. Dry and bland and disappointing. Overall, we just would have liked to have more options for the protein choice that included a well prepared fish. 2. At the end of the wedding, one of the groomsmen was asked to help take out the trash by one of the venue staffers because they said "the catering staff usually do it, but they had all left." Obviously, the venue staff should not have asked a groomsmen (or anybody) to take out the trash, but it also seems the staff from Temecula Catering should have stuck around longer to complete their job. Overall, I would definitely work with Temecula Catering again for future events.

Ok - this is the best part: they ASSIGN someone to follow the couple and wedding party after the ceremony and during photos with hors d'oeuvre trays so that you can eat! (Thanks Ryan for feeding us!) 4. THEN they make sure they serve you (the bride and groom) a plate with everything on it so that you can eat at your own wedding. I mean, really... how awesome is that?! Temecula Catering came as a packaged deal at Mount Palomar Winery so even though we didn't have a choice, we sure are grateful that Mt Palomar chose them. If you are looking for delicious food and professional staff for catering services, I highly recommend Temecula Catering.

good the food was. When we had our food tasting, my husband fell in love with the Gorgonzola mashed potatoes, so of coarse that’s what we chose to be on our wedding menu. On the wedding day, they were not Gorgonzola mashed potatoes, they were regular mashed potatoes and he was really upset about that because that’s all he talked about for the last 4 months. I gave them 5 stars because overall the food was good and my guest loved it. Maybe call a few week prior to your event and confirm everything on the menu. It never crossed my mind to do so.

Temecula Catering was so easy to work with and really made sure we were extremely happy with our wedding menu prior to our wedding day. Everything was perfect! The catering manager Lisa is wonderful! The food was delicious and exactly what we wanted (sometimes food doesn't translate from a tasting for two to a buffet line for 70, but it was amazing!) and they were kind, helpful, and professional throughout our entire event. and sweet. We had the tri-tip steak and their chicken as entrees, smashed potatoes, and ratatouille for sides for the buffet. The salad was great. We had their Mediterranean skewer and pulled pork sliders for appetizers. I had so many compliments from family members on the food, which rarely happens for any wedding. They also provide cake cutting service. They were about to pack up when we realized that so many people were eating the cake that we needed them to slice the rest. They did it with no problem even though they were set to leave. I couldn't be happier with this company. Amazing food and service. They also saved cake for us and served us our food separately so we were actually able to eat and enjoy everything!

s a fun experience. They were super professional, the presentation was amazing and the food superb. Erin was awesome to work with. I had a lot of little changes here and there-lot's of emails. Erin was quick to respond and made all of my requests happen. Now the food...well, it was amazing! We got so many compliments on the quality of the food and the presentation. We did a buffet and it was done nicely. The service during our reception was great. We were constantly checked on and they even came to us while we were taking pictures to give us snacks so we wouldn't totally miss the food at our cocktail reception. Just an amazing company to work with...highly, highly recommend!

so delicious, the hardest part was choosing which ones to pick! All of our guests said the food was the best part and even went for seconds, some even thirds. They were friendly, showed us around their kitchen, optioned different pairings, and gave feedback on their organic ingredients. You cannot go wrong with any options on their menu. I still am thinking about the appetizers and dinner, even weeks after my wedding. Definitely choose this vendor for food!!!
