was non-traditional. Every deatiled request we had was accomodated by Veronica. Planning a private estate wedding requires a significant level of coordination, from event lighting, staffing, restrooms, catering, etc., and not one thing was overlooked. Everything about our wedding exceeded our expectations and we could not have done it without Veronica by our side.

esponsive and very easy-going, which fit our style perfectly. We wanted someone who could make our day (and the process - we got the wedding management package) run smoothly, but not someone who would get so caught up in being "on schedule" that it made things feel like a chore. Britni fit our needs perfectly and when there were hiccups with any vendors along the way, she'd provide me with support whether it was listening to me vent or helping me with the best approach in dealing with the situation. I'm used to being the person who "takes care of things," makes sure everyone's having a good time, and checks in to see if anyone needs anything, so it was definitely different for me to have someone take care of things FOR me, but Britni was so amazing (and her assistants). Our entire wedding party loved her and we definitely wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding as much as we did without her help throughout the process and on wedding day. We trusted her completely and looking back, not once did I ever wonder if things were going smoothly, because I was just so busy having fun! Thank you, Britni!

y details that I expected of her, things we had discussed, and agreed upon. There were details with the timing, decor, cake, bridal entrance and clean up which were very important to me and not carried out as agreed upon. In hindsight, I would have done things differently to ensure things went as I had planned. She was made aware of these issues and hopefully she will make changes for her future brides.

We decided to reschedule for September 2020, which is still not back to normal, but 530 Bride has been there every step of the way to make sure we have what we need. They helped check with vendors, find back ups and offer support on making educated decisions about our event during a pandemic. lphine has been on top of everything. I had all of my vendors booked months before I even met with The 530 Bride team so I opted to use their "day of" coordination services. They went above and beyond! Delphine would contact me every month or so in the year leading up to my wedding to make sure everything was still on track. We had multiple meetings before the wedding, she was there for the rehearsal, and was incredible on the big day. She did my entire day of timeline and coordinated with all of my vendors when they were scheduled to arrive. It took a huge amount of stress off our plates. Come the day of, Delphine and Lisa were life savers making sure everything was set up properly and all of our vendors had shown up on time. I can't imagine how stressed I would have been if I didn't have them there. Delphine is an absolute gem and anyone who gets to work with her is extremely lucky!

In spite of not living local to us, she made two separate trips to our venue in Cloverdale which was so helpful and really put my mind at ease during this awesome but stressful time we spent planning our wedding. She also became the main point of contact for me which was extremely helpful, especially when it came to tricky to get ahold of vendors that were driving me crazy! She went above and beyond to help to make our wedding day go beautifully in spite of the chaos and many many things that seemed to go awry last second (She even had to bus tables for us because our caterer was NOT on his game). You can tell she has done this many times and knows her stuff! I would absolutely recommend hiring the 530 Bride to help coordinate and plan your wedding!
