uvres were a hit with every guest, and the arugula and pear salad with their sweet juicy pear slices and vinaigrette was simply outstanding. The pesto pasta was bursting with flavor, and the braised beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. They also thoughtfully provided a vegan, gluten-free cauliflower steak that was a huge success—our guests with dietary restrictions were thrilled. What really set them apart, beyond the incredible food, was the service. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive, helping the event run smoothly from start to finish. We’re so thankful to Alchmy Catering for helping make our son’s wedding day so special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch catering!

mmarize how the food was, I would do it through what every guest told me, “This is the best wedding food I have ever had.” And even that might be an understatement. Alchmy is true to their word when they say they use high-quality ingredients and pay close attention to every detail. With the assistance of Chef Daniel, we curated a menu of Colombian and Puerto Rican food for our wedding, and Alchmy truly knocked it out of the park. Our guests thought the flavors were spot-on and that some of the dishes were among the best they had ever had. Personally, while I loved everything that was served, the steak was a delightful surprise. It was high-quality and cooked to absolute perfection (a deliciously pink medium rare). Not just that, there was more than enough steak (and all the food in general) for every guest to have seconds. The service was also a highlight. Cristal and her team were attentive to every guest and responded to any request or changes that occurred on the day of. While we had some differences in the planning process due to miscommunication on both ends, after the menu was set, the entire process was seamless. Cristal was an amazing leader and executed the decoration plan and timeline to perfection. Our budget was limited and we’re so grateful to Chef Daniel and Stephanie for working with us to ensure that we had a unique and high-quality menu within our budget limitations. I also want to thank Cristal for all the time she dedicated to working with us to plan our event and the patience she had with us as we worked through some issues on our end. Lastly, thank you to the chefs and servers for being kind to us on our special day and for serving our guests with a smile. Overall, I truly recommend working with Alchmy for any catering event. Their service is top-notch, their food was delicious and had great presentation, and their dedication to their work is evident. P.S. Thank you Alchmy for the pictures of the food.
