The Barn at Bull Meadow is a bright and stunning post-and-beam style venue. We were built to provide a beautiful and highly functional venue, with zero compromises. We can assure comfort to our guests by providing all the modern amenities you've come to expect, and more! The barn features two upper-level private wedding suites with balconies, overlooking the 3,600 square foot reception hall. The 180-max guest seating is located centralized around the dance floor, assuring your event will be one to remember! Our full service bar, restrooms, and large patio space (equipped with fire pits, benches, tent, and patio bar) are also located just steps away. We are located on 34 private acres, featuring beautiful florals, a meadow, and pond, which makes the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and your portraits! We are also conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Concord, with a great selection of hotels, bars, and restaurants. Equally as important is the breathtaking ceremony pavilion, with the perfect “meadow” backdrop. Indoor ceremonies are also available, allowing us to host weddings regardless of weather or season!

- Justin Stephens, Jennifer Stephens and Eric StephensOwnerThe Barn at Bull Meadow is family owned and operated by Eric, Justin & Jennifer Stephens. We all grew up in Southern NH and have always had an affinity for the character of rustic post and beam barns. Shortly after Justin and Jennifer's wedding in 2017, the three of us began looking for land to build the rustic yet modern barn that we couldn't find for our wedding. After eventually finding the perfect location just outside of Downtown Concord NH, construction began and the barn opened for it's first wedding in October 2020. We've now hosted over 250 weddings and are enjoying every minute.
- Taylor HumeWeddings DirectorI started working in hospitality when I was 15 years old. I have been in the wedding industry since 2017, and now have taken part in hundreds of weddings! I’ve been in retail, customer service, food and beverage service, and now, wedding and event coordination. I had worked at other venues leading up to 2020, but I knew I needed to move on to a newer challenge, and I am so glad I did! Now, I am a wife, mother, dog mom, and homeowner. Besides being a mother, my favorite role I play is being a Wedding Coordinator. From getting to know each couple, to watching them see each other for the first time on their wedding day, I love everything about my job!

I also very much enjoy the opportunity to be an assistant wedding coordinator, which involves closing out weddings at the venue as well. I graduated from NHTI with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a certificate in Event and Conference Management. During my time there, I had the opportunity to shadow an independent coordinator which allowed me to be a part of the wedding planning world and not long after I was fortunate to be hired at The Barn at Bull Meadow. My favorite part of the job is to see how happy every couple is with the way their day has turned out and to see the excitement when their vision comes to life. the clear expertise of the coordinator giving us our tour. It was clear she knew the area and their vendors very well and provided excellent recommendations based on what we described we were looking for.
The venue is stunning. It is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic. There are three suites to get ready in and the bridal suite upstairs has a private bathroom which was so helpful for wedding day. Everything is set up for maximum efficiency and comfort.
The coordinators are so organized. When we toured, we noticed a schedule on the wall of one of the suites that had a down to the minute timeline for their most recent event and I knew that we would be able to trust that the coordinators would ensure the day ran smoothly and they absolutely did! Taylor was our assigned coordinator. When we met with her for our planning meeting, I had four pages of questions written out and Taylor answered all of them before I even had to ask. At our rehearsal for our mid March wedding, Taylor noted the forecast for our wedding day was in the high 60s and was already prepped to have our ceremony moved outside if we wanted to. She was able to move the ceremony outside and we had a gorgeous wedding day! Everything ran so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
We paid for the décor clean up service which was a godsend to not have to worry about gathering all of the photos, table runners, flowers, and other decorations at the end of the night. We were able to truly enjoy every minute of our wedding and come back for our décor in the morning.
I could not more highly recommend The Barn at Bull Meadow! We had a wonderful, beautiful wedding.

They updated the bridal suite, so it’s a great set up for hair and makeup. My husband and I got married in December, so we had both the ceremony and reception indoors. With 165 people, the barn made the transition from ceremony to reception seamless. We’ve received so many compliments about the barn from our guests. job of giving us a great idea of what to expect for our day. Their wedding package has no hidden fees and they are very transparent about their cost, which was very helpful for budgeting. They provide a day of coordinator that you get to work with 6 months prior and that was such a relief. We had Taylor and she was AMAZING! Her communication and helpfulness was great, especially as a type B couple. She helped guide us with our decisions with honesty and was very accommodating. She would help us reach out to vendors on our behalf and even set up our rehearsal at our hotel. They offer so many tools on their portal to help make your day perfect. The grounds were beautiful and everything was clean and up to date. The barn is in a beautiful location where it is private and naturally beautiful. Our wedding reception went so smoothly. The bar tending staff was amazing and kept up with our large party. We choose recommended vendors from their website and I would highly recommend it. It make it perfect! Our guest kept talking about how they were blown away by how beautiful and smooth going it was. They helped make the wedding of our dreams come true!

munication. I sent her plenty of emails with little questions here and there, and she always replied quickly and kindly, never making me feel like I was bothering her. She’s incredibly friendly and funny, which made working with her such a joy!
At our final details meeting, there was a storm on the way and we were running late. Instead of stressing about the timing, she told us just to drive safe — and even when we arrived late, she didn’t rush us one bit. She’s so chill and easygoing, which was such a relief during wedding planning.
On the wedding day, Devyn was everywhere she needed to be — checking in on me and my girls constantly to make sure we had water or anything else we needed. She made me feel so cared for and supported the entire day. When she complimented how organized my décor was, it honestly made all that hard work feel worth it! She handled all the décor setup and takedown perfectly, and everything looked exactly as I had imagined.
Our day ran so smoothly thanks to her and the custom timeline she helped coordinate. Devyn truly went above and beyond — I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her!

us complimenting how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly the day went, which is a testament to the organization of the barn staff. We’ve all been at weddings that felt like some parts drag and some parts fly by, but the barn paces the day so well.
Our weather wasn’t the greatest for our March wedding, and while the outdoor patio and ceremony areas are amazing, the barn itself is so spacious and well set up that everything being under one roof didn’t detract from our day at all. If anything, it made the wedding feel so intimate and special, so regardless of weather, you’ll have an amazing day. We had such peace of mind that no matter what happened during our day, we had a team of professionals behind us and a gorgeous location.

ing to be having a micro wedding and we knew we wanted it the Fall. Due to the size they only book 9 months out (we were there about a year plus in advance). I expressed my concern for us waiting until 9 months before the wedding and that larger weddings would bump us out. She understood and spoke with the owners. They were gracious to allow us to plan 1 year in advance for a Nov 2024 wedding. I was so happy.
Our coordinator Sydney, I literally cannot say enough good things about this woman. She was always available via email to chat or when I had questions. She is a very patient and kind individual. All details, big and small she took on and made it so our morning of our wedding was smooth and seamless! We got along with her so easily. I wish I could have her plan all my events in life!
The rest of the staff was also amazing. Everyone is so kind and hospitable. We had some billing questions and they were addressed in a timely manner and with kindness.
The portal that the BBM uses is also very easy to use and straightforward.
Should we have another large event, I would def think about using Barn at Bull Meadow.

terior is beautiful to the point where you can get away with minimal decor. The size is that Goldilocks where you could get away with a large event, but it didn't feel overwhelming for our <30 guest event.
Jenn, the co-owner, was amazing - she conducted our tour and was personable, flexible, and understanding. Our day-of coordinator, Sydney, was a total peach and completely understood our vibe and vision for the day. She handled vendor coordination well and eased a lot of our stresses during the day of - we really can't imagine doing this over without her. She and all the staff were friendly, flexible, helpful, and easygoing.
One thing to note is that you must choose from their own list of catering options and cannot bring food from a non-licensed business, but they have plenty of vendor choices and we honestly preferred having a list as it helped us focus our choice (we can be pretty indecisive).
We found our overall experience affordable, intimate, and well handled, and our guests have echoed our opinions as well. If you're looking for a beautiful, private wedding in Southern New Hampshire, I really recommend looking into The Barn.

Sydney was my coordinator and she was such a gem! My wedding day had rain and she was very flexible with set up time and we were able to make all the changes last minute. She is the best!
We received so much kind words about the venue on how nice it was. It is a perfect modern rustic feel. I’m so happy I went with this venue.

Taylor was our wedding coordinator and she made sure we stayed on track, and moved things around as needed to make sure that we didn’t miss anything. She also checked on us periodically throughout the day to see if we needed anything and was quick to help when needed. I can’t say enough good things about this venue, the staff and most experience with them. Would recommend time and time again. If you’re thinking of booking, do it! You will not be disappointed. hy we chose this venue. Taylor was an incredible day of coordinator and point of contact for us! She always made sure to communicate with us and handle all of the small details. It ended up raining on our wedding day and our ceremony was moved inside, but luckily with this venue it was just as beautiful and romantic! The space is carefully designed to meet all wedding needs!! Our guests are still raving about the venue, the staff, and the dancefloor. I’m pretty sure the staff at the barn have control of the weather because we even had a gorgeous day. The whole planning process, rehearsal, and wedding day were seamless and stress free thanks to Shannon’s organization and the overall thoughtfulness of the staff. l when I found it. My husband and I toured a few venues prior to the barn and it felt like we were getting close, but not quite there. Pulling into the Barn at Bull Meadow one of our favorite artists came on the speakers and then we saw the venue in all its beauty. I knew then and there that this was the ONE. From that point on we were hooked and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the wedding venue we picked. Our day of coordinator was Jenn, who was THE BEST! Jenn was always in communication with us, answering my several needy emails. Jenn was always easing our minds about any worries we had and was very accommodating to any last minute changes. Jenn and her staff were there to take care of mine and my husbands needs. She even acted like a bodyguard to allow us time to eat as husband and wife without any interruptions. Our bartenders Bre and Corey were phenomenal. Our drinks were great, always served with a smile, and never left you needing one. If you’re looking for a picturesque barn style wedding with equally as impressive staff, I highly recommend booking with Barn at Bull Meadow.

knew we had found the jackpot. Everything about the Barn is incredibly couple-friendly, with ways to personalize your wedding and guest experience. The staff was immensely helpful - shoutout Taylor! The BEST coordinator!! - and had a response, plan and recommendation for everything. Convenience was the name of my game for our wedding, without sacrificing quality of course, and the Barn was perfect for that. There are dedicated spaces for the wedding parties to get ready on-site, and then the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property with AMPLE parking. It was all just such a dream spending the day at the Barn, knowing the staff had our back and everything thought out. I was able to be the Chill Bride I always wanted to be :)
I could not recommend the Barn at Bull Meadow more to any couple that's looking for a beautiful, fun and easy-to-work-with staff and venue. I know I already said it, but there's no other word for it - it was an absolute DREAM!
PS - I highly recommend attending one of their Vendor Expos!! It was incredibly helpful to meet some of the awesome vendors that know the Barn so well, and vice versa. It made our day-of such a breeze utilizing preferred vendors of the Barn, who know the space and staff better than we ever will. We booked our caterer, photographer and dessert bakery all at the Expo!

Not only is it a naturally beautiful space and venue, but our wedding coordinator, Jenn, was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We knew right when we walked into the barn that we wanted to be married there, and they certainly did not disappoint. for the future brides-to-be reading this review, just know that Jenn is an absolute powerhouse and will make your day-of as smooth as possible. I can't express how many times I said "OH MY GOSH I FORGOT (insert small but important task here), and Jenn calmly (and with some bravado) said, "it's already done". I'm not one for writing reviews for anything but I really can't thank the team at Bull Meadow enough for making our day so incredibly special and (dare I say) perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to any couples in the New England area who are looking for a "one-stop-shop" that takes so much wedding-planning stress of your plate in such a crazy and overwhelming time. space that was included in booking. All of our guests raved on the barns beauty and how kind and professional the staff were on our day. When doing a tour before booking, everyone was welcoming. We were allowed to tour the whole space including ceremony spot. We were also given a folder full of helpful information and vendor options, which helped us so much not being familiar with the area. Syndney could not have been a better coordinator. She sent many updates, check ins and reminders that kept us on top of planning. She was so patient and kind through all our planning and made the day go so smooth and perfect. The suites for getting ready were perfect size for our large bridal party of 7 on each side plus parents. We were able to add an extra to our night for more time to dance and enjoy our guests. The bar staff did an amazing job keeping all 115 of our guest satisfied. And the clean up option was a major help. We were able to enjoy the whole night and not have to put decorations away as the staff did an amazing job keeping all our items safe and packed up for pick up the next morning. We could not have been happier with our experience at the barn!!

helped us to bring our vision to life. There’s plenty of space to get ready at the venue to limit travel for the bridal party day of. The space is climate controlled and has some really cool features like the covered patio, outdoor bar, and the stone fire pits. Being able to choose your caterer is a really cool experience too and they have so many vendors that they recommend. They assign you a wedding coordinator who is extremely knowledgeable about the barn and the whole wedding industry, and they were so accommodating. They also keep you on track as you plan the special day with monthly emails that are super helpful. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how awesome the people were. We were extremely happy with having our wedding here!

Another plus the barn has is it has a beautiful indoor ceremony option in case of inclement weather(which we experienced). It was so important to us to chose a venue where we loved both the outdoor ceremony option as well as the indoor because as we know we can’t control the weather!! The last minute transition from outdoor to indoor due to rain coming, seemed seamless thanks to our coordinator and the barns staff!
From the beauty of the venue, to the staff. Everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and so so helpful. You could tell they were there for us all day and truly wanted this to be our perfect day we’ve dreamed of! Taylor was there for anything me and my girls needed all day while getting ready and she made sure to check in many times throughout the reception to see if my husband and I needed anything!
I highly recommend the barn at bull meadow for your wedding! You will not regret it!
