The floral arrangements were beyond what we imagined, with a beautiful installation climbing the wall behind the altar, stunning table displays, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. My bouquet was also everything I dreamed of and more. I loved it so much that I had it preserved so I could keep it forever! We’re so thankful for the care and attention Kayli put into every detail. Everything was spot on- incredibly elegant without being overdone- in a word EXQUISITE! Our daughter’s bridal bouquet was breathtaking, she didn’t want to put it down and is having it preserved !! The hanging floral installation over the dance floor was unbelievable! In a pinch, she put together an additional bridesmaids bouquet on the spot when we realized we miscounted. t the natural and white beauty of The Allan House in Austin. We didn't have the largest floral budget, so I was overjoyed by the designs and versatility of arrangements that Bloom Bar provided. They truly made our budget stretch and managed to incorporate colors and arrangement designs there were a true bright spot in our wedding day. Numerous guests shared comments about how gorgeous the flowers were, and my mother in law remarks on the floral design every time we reminisce about the wedding (lol I love it!). I especially loved the use of paint on some of "greenery" pieces to really execute on our pink/yellow/orange/blue color scheme. Plus, throughout the planning and design process the communication was excellent. Bloom Bar is wonderful at what they do and was an excellent part of our wedding day team!

and needs of the event are with her classic, timeless signature style where you can always tell it was a Bloom Bar event – so I knew she would absolutely kill whatever I could dream up for the wedding. We had started working on a proposal, got the date locked in, and then covid hit – and Kayli was absolutely wonderful working with me to pivot our plans from a big wedding, to a micro-wedding and tented reception in our backyard, choosing a new date for our big celebration, and then ultimately bringing my vision to life for that anniversary one year later. She made that process as easy as it could have possibly been, addressed all of my questions and stress driven concerns every step of the way and I always left every call or email feeling so much calmer, and feeling good about our plans and what we had decided. For micro-wedding #1, we ended up putting up a tent and having a lunch reception in our backyard for our group of 13. And as happy as I was about finally having a plan B and still getting to actually get married, I was really struggling with letting go of the grand vision for the ballroom reception I had in my head and decided that if we were doing a backyard reception, we were going all out. I shared that with Kayli and she worked with me to take all the elements and ideas that I loved for the original plan, and translate that into a beautiful plan B including a ceiling treatment for the tent dripping with greenery and white floral. It was absolutely gorgeous and till can’t believe those photos were taken in my backyard! When it came time for the big celebration we had already planned it once pre-covid so we were basically set to go – then all the guest count changes came in. Kayli helped me change up all my plans, 3 weeks before the wedding and made it all work, and got everything we needed, again during a pandemic and a global floral shortage, amazing. Everything was absolutely magical and everything we had dreamed about since the very beginning. Kayli is absolutely wonderful, so creative, has an amazing eye for design, and gets creative with your budget where needed to ultimately work magic to make your vision come to life.

I asked for some help and shared my Pinterest page and they came back with a mood board so “me” I was over the moon! My florals were bright pretty tropicals mixed with dessert dried palms and it was perfect! Honestly, the number of compliments I got on florals was insane!
