reality! I had a makeup artist cancel on me last minute before my wedding. It turned out to be a blessing. I had already done my trial with the other artist. The difference in her work and Karen’s were night and day!!! My wedding day was perfect and I can’t wait to see my pictures. Karen played a big part in it!!! She was always on time and listened closely to what I wanted!!!Can’t thank her enough!!! Don’t hesitate, setup an appointment with her! You will not regret it!!!

the distance between us, I felt really nervous since I'm a total planner. Then, a few days before the wedding, I asked her to do my hair too. Well, Karen was worth every single penny. Never had someone been able to achieve an up-do with my hair the way she did by listening to my wants. My makeup was was perfect and stayed intact all night even though I was here and there (outside, inside, dancing). I originally decided to hire Karen for the wrong reasons (which simply was that I wanted to look pretty) and realized that in reality, I made the best decision because the investment translated into amazing photos and memories for the ENTIRE day since I was so confident. Not once did I need to touch up my makeup. Not once did my lip color (which she blended into a beautiful color that matched my skin) come off (how is this even possible!!). I can gush about Karen on and on but you know you made the right decision when everyone at your wedding reception, including dads, were complimenting your look all night and telling me how beautiful I was. I wish every single bride could feel the way Karen made me feel. I am so thankful for her talent and for her agreeing to travel to MIlwaukee work with me and my bridal party. Thank you so much Karen, you are a treasure and a lovely person.

On the day of the wedding Karen, Yolanda and a helper showed up to the venue (probably a 2 hour drive from their area) early and ready to go. They already had a schedule planned and the time management getting everyone done was excellent seamless. In total they made the bride, myself and 4 bridesmaids all look beautiful. Karen also agreed 3 days before the wedding to also do the make-up of a older friend who was attending and worried about looking pretty because of an illness. I had to laugh the next day when she told me she had tried to sleep without disturbing her hair and make-up because she felt so pretty. Everyone in the wedding party agreed that Karen and her team while being professional also stayed with the flow and feeling of the entire morning. We feel so lucky to have found them and can not recommend them enough.

HAIR CUT, HIGHLIGHT, STYLE with a hairdresser that worked at elite, JOSEPH MICHAEL SALON), these "professionals" were texting her and quite frankly harassing her verbally weeks before her special day when she needs to be focusing on things quite more important. Then they proceed to hit on her husband over the phone after he FAKELY rebuttles their unsubsequent $50 "fine" for the purpose of merely reducing the fine or eliminating (in which he did because they took the bait). To top it all off, they had the balls to complain about how their payment was made (in which it was not made clear to the bride at the "contract" day) when it probably cost them a total of $50 for hair and make up for 50 people. The bride, which was unbeknounced to me, pleasant despite their persistent unprofessionalism, did not inform me of this event until after the wedding. If I had known about this, none of this would have even occurred. They showed up the day of the wedding (late) looking a hot mess with her "posse" that did not completely speak English. Then proceeded to rob all of the bridesmaids of mirrors and stools (forcing us to get ready with lipstick mirrors and car mirrors) to whip out a walmart "pallet" of make-up while asking the bridesmaids to spot them bobby pins. During this middle school make-up session, the so called owner of this wonderful company proceeded to insult my friend (the bride)'s hair and personality. (In which she had NO RIGHT to do NOR was it her business if she just did her JOB). She made the bride more stressed on her wedding and also made her feel guilty for not paying for the other bridesmaids hair (which was not her job to do). Whilest the makeup and hair session is commencing, one of the "bridal makeup crew" members proceeded to then again kick out people getting ready by the one mirror available to use the restroom in which she then decided upon herself to take a humongous dump and smell up the entire hotel room to the point where the matron of honor was gagging. This person did not even have the decency to warn people (we are all RNs and understand bodily functions) or at least spray poopori after her defecation. Despite all of these tragic events, the bride still proceeded to tip these goons and thank them for their time. Before the wedding even started, the brides hair was falling out and had to be reinforced by a real hair professional that was supped to be a guest of the wedding. After the wedding, the bride emailed the crew a very un-deserving nice and professional email which was then responded to by a completely rude and disrespectful response. I have worked many customer service jobs, and rule #1 of not only entrepreneurship, but also business, is that the CUSTOMER is always right. If I asked you to rainbow curl my one piece of hair, you should honor that request because I AM PAYING YOU. The company should not re-buttle despite what they may think. You honor these requests because IT IS YOUR JOB. We all deal with people on a daily basis that we do not get along with, but part of being an adult is to be respectful and keep our opinions to ourselves. We are all professional, educated, and respectful individuals and expect to be treated with the same courtesy. If you want to have an enjoyable day, DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS.

lawless and my hair was like a fairytale princess! My entire wedding party used them also! I had 10 bridesmaids who all got their hair done and everyone was so excited to see the finished product! I am going to use them again for my post bridal shoot coming up soon! I would highly recommend them to all brides! You wil be glad you spent the extra money!

side from the fact that my best friends sister had to re-pin and fix my hair several times over the course of the day, it was beautiful and I was happy with it. I wore a dress that I stepped in to, so putting the dress on did not affect my hair or make-up at all, which is what Karen argued messed it up when I emailed her post-wedding, it was simply the way that it was pinned which should have been more strategic on Karens part, but it worked. In my experience with Karen, she was very unprofessional- texting me at midnight about payment, rescheduling several times on me last minute, scolding me for another clients missed appointment who was a part of my wedding but had nothing to do with me and becoming verbally abusive to me before and on my wedding day in front of my wedding party stating that "I had no hair" "I gave her a gratuity check to show off" and so on. Karen was aggressive, rude and did not display compassion to the bride or professionalism in the way that she handled her business. My husband and I were very upset by the way things played out with The Bridal Beauty Experts and unfortunately because of this cannot recommend her services to others. She lost a lot of clients in my own bridal party due to her attitude and presentation. I do hope that she will learn from experiences such as these, because as I mentioned above her talent is one that cannot be argued.

idn’t want any of the three. I had to have the best - the problem was I didn’t know what that was, until I was lucky enough to have a dear industry friend refer Karen to me. My makeup has never looked so flawless and natural but with just enough glamour. Karen listened to what I envisioned and gave valuable, stylish input, while being professional, caring and fun. My make up was 100% in tact at the end of the night, even after shedding tears during the service! I have now referred her to many other clients, industry friends and personally use her every time I need my make up done professionally (or just every chance I get). While I was a little nervous about make up in general, I knew they were the right people when I had my trial. Both listened to exactly the look I was going for on that day. They were able to do on-location services, arrived on time, accommodate my matron of honor/sister who looked amazing, all in a professional manner and best of all keeping in fun. Tina, did my hair and all the curls held up by the end of the night. I got countless compliments throughout the day. I highly recommend them.
