I ended up falling in love with the very first dress I saw as we walked in, but tried on a few different styles to be sure. Christina was so helpful in recommending different fits and styles for me to try and let me take my time making my final decision. There was no pressure or “salesy” vibe at all which I really appreciated. She ordered my dress in the exact size I needed so it ended up needing minimal alterations, and she also recommended an awesome seamstress named Kaela in Westerly. I got so many compliments on my wedding day! Overall, a perfect experience and I’m so glad I bought my dress here!

I love. I worked with Christina, the owner. For starters, her gown selection is GORGEOUS. She has an incredible space (the new building is beautiful!), and a ton of dresses that are so unique and stunning. I tried on quite a few there that myself & my bridesmaids loved (and many said, why didn't I shop here..). Christina 100% understood my style and knew what I was looking for, and could read the room extremely well. It felt like shopping with a friend rather than someone who was trying to sell you something. She was amazing. When I finally found the "one", I was on the fence (spoiler alert: you don't always KNOW/cry/have that TV moment when you find your dress). Christina could not have been kinder and did not pressure me WHATSOEVER. She allowed me to take photos, and encouraged me to take some time. I came back a week later, and decided that it was 100% the one, and I could not be happier with my selection. My favorite part is that I literally cannot find this dress anywhere online.. my dress designer I believe is exclusive to the store. I love the thought of it being not all over my pinterest/ instagram feed from other brides (though they all are beautiful!). I picked up my dress yesterday, and could not be more excited. Between the dress selection, and Christina literally being the greatest, I cannot say enough about The Bridal Garden.

dress for my 10/2/2022 wedding here on my very first dress shopping experience, and then my mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother-in-law all got their dresses here too. The staff are so knowledgeable and patient - we joke that they are dress psychologists! We all ended up getting dresses that we were not expecting, but LOVED, based on help from the staff. I have never felt rushed or pressured at any appointment, the girls make great suggestions based on what you are looking for, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The dress selection is modern and beautiful, and their new space is absolutely stunning with tons of natural light! Bridal Garden is a MUST for your wedding whether you are a bride, mother, etc!

The ladies at Bridal Garden were incredibly responsive and when it came time for my appointment I felt so comfortable like I had known them for years. They helped me with each and every decision I made and suggested things I never would have thought of. I ended up with the complete opposite dress than I had imagined - something I never would have tried on if it weren't for them suggesting it - and it is the DREAM dress I never knew I wanted. They spent so much time with me, personalizing every detail and transforming my whole wedding vision (IN THE BEST WAY). On top of everything else, they stayed late for my bridesmaids who couldn't make it during the day for fittings which was a huge relief to myself and my bridal party. I don't think I have to say this at this point - but I would HIGHLY recommend Bridal Garden to any bride who is looking for a one-on-one boutique with experienced associates who end up feeling like friends!

there. I would say by far their MOB/MOG dress selection is by much better than any of the places that my mom and I went to. They have a lot of bridesmaids dresses to choose from in a range of price points. Customer Service is great- be prepared for a busy store if you go in on a Saturday. The larger entourages may run out of space in the dressing rooms but they make it work. However, with all the restaurants near by it is nice to make a day out of shopping with your family and friends. Alterations are not done in store but they recommend 2 people locally who have done fantastic work for me before on bridesmaids dresses. I highly recommend the Bridal Garden and would go back there over other stores in the area time and time again!

bridal gown and after leaving with 4 of the wedding party we came to the conclusion that they were not at all helpful, rude and need a course in Customer Service and that they would not be buying their dresses there! My daughter who decided she wanted to change her gown .. which wasn't ordered ... when I first called they told me I could not use my deposit of $500.00 towards another wedding dress... I explained there was nothing on my receipt stating I couldn't and I would be... just when I thought it couldn't get worse we went back the second time !!!! My daughter did not want me to loose my deposit as she felt I spent a lot on the wedding, I said let them keep it! When we arrived she found her dream dress, I was told by the sales lady that she would not sell the dress on the rack because it was a 2017!!! I was in disbelief but she said she would have the other women call Casablanca and see when we could get one and I was told 4 months which my daughters wedding is before then! And that was it !!!!! Once again rude and not one bit help helpful which is an understatement! I left and promised my little girl that I would find her that dress, I first called Carolyn at Alexandria's in Mass which said of course we will sell you the one here but it was a size 20 and too big to alter, then she called Casablanca and said we can expediate shipping and would receive the dress last day of April or May 1st which worked for us I didn't care the cost of any of it....wonderful phone experience !!! Never told this by Bridal Gardens!!!! I then proceeded to call Ana's Bridal in E Providence and they had the dress on the rack and would do the alterations ! My daughter was treated like Royalty and the Bridal Party will be there for their dresses also! It was one of the happiest days in our lives and seeing her in her dream gown smiling... brought tears of happiness to my eyes and was over satisfied with the store in general!!!! As a previous business owner this is the customer service that every customer should be given !!!!! So Bridal Gardens you will be happy to know that you prob just estimating lost many thousands in sales just on Caylee's Wedding never mind everyone we know which is a lot of people!!!! I called them last night and informed them of the knowledge I was given on the other dress I receive a call from Angela I believe at the Gardens irrate at my daughter for posting her experience and wanted it removed! She was ruder than ever and said she went beyond meaning she called Casablanca this am after I already knew it could be expedited!!! So if she was worried about one posting she better because myself and the Bridal Party that was there will post on every website ... as I would hate for anyone else to have this horrific experience after reading reviews we were not the First but hopefully I can make it less! I even called the newspaper! So if the owner is reading this please contact me as after asking your irrate employee on 3 occasions today your name and number she hung up on me ! So Professional! And I had to give one star which they didn't deserve at all

eling from Boston, MA for my fittings and Karen was very helpful even bringing it to the seamstress in time for my first appointment so I didn’t have to make a stop at Bridal Garden first. So helpful! I went to two places before stopping into Bridal Garden and I didn’t feel like a bride before trying on the dresses there. The quality of their gowns and the variety was superior to the other stores I went to. My mother was with me and she loved the boutique. It was the first time she was called “mother of the bride” and the smile she had after hearing it didn’t leave her face. Even when she saw me in the gown that I said “yes” to she had tears in her eyes, but that smile never left. The prices are competitive and fair for the quality of the gown you fall in love with. Bridal Garden also, has a seamstress that they work with a few miles down the road called Sewing Creations by Rose and she is perfect! Bridal Garden and Rose made the process of purchasing a dress and having it altered so easy and one less thing you as a bride would have to worry about. I loved my experience and am telling everyone I know that is getting married to go to Bridal Garden. Thank you!

These women very clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They picked out the most gorgeous gowns for me to try on, all matching my personal style and within my budget. The very first dress I tried on was perfect; it was everything I wanted and more. After trying on more dresses, they showed their willingness to work with customers to personalize a look and make every bride as happy as possible. At the end of the visit, I put the first dress back on and knew my decision was made. They found me the perfect veil (and I didn't even think I was a veil person). All of my guests, the consultants, and I cried. The process for ordering and paying for the dress was simple; they require you to put half down and take all of your measurements. They don't do alterations there, but they recommend a place down the road. Another nice perk is that they offer 15% off of bridesmaid dresses, of which they have a huge selection, if you buy your gown there. I would wholeheartedly recommend that every bride in search of the perfect gown visit the Bridal Garden. They will make your dreams come true.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and very patient. The staff pulled sooooo many dresses for us to try on! We had a blast there and overall a great experience. They are truly experts and worked with all my girls to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses for each girl. They called me when the dresses arrived...and they came in nice and EARLY!
