My friend calls and the lady who answered starts asking questions...when is she getting married, has she shopped before, does she know what she wants while then proceeding to say “we do not have any appointments” unless you can get here by 10:00. (It was currently 10:05) We said okay, thank you. She did not offer to make us another appointment and FAILED TO MENTION THEY HAD ANOTHER LOCATION IN CLEARWATER! My friend just so happen to be googling other boutiques and came across the Clearwater location. We called, they were very sweet and told us they could get us in that afternoon. This is when the magic happened. I was greeted by Leary (seriously she was the sweetest, most patient, INFORMATIVE lady. She asked me if I tried on before, I gave her some information and within minutes she had me in gowns. Let me be clear, I told her what I envisioned but told her I was open to ideas. My first dress I was IN LOVE, second even more so... I swear, the first six just kept getting better and better. My other experiences were nothing like this. I felt as though they were not listening to what I was looking for (if they didn’t have it) they would just bring something else. Leary was very open, honest, and stayed right in my price range. She was very complimentary, knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable about the gowns and designers. I never in a million years imagined I would be so torn between four, yes, FOUR dresses. (After leaving other boutiques where I wasn’t even in love with one.) I finally narrowed it down to two and then I said YES TO THE DRESS! I was so incredibly happy. Beth came in and took my measurements. She was very professional and helpful. She told me congratulations many times and made her appearance throughout the appointment. I can tell she helped behind the scenes with the gowns during my appointment and I was very appreciative of this. The boutique closes at 6 on Saturday and I was checked out and left just a little after. Never once did I feel rushed or that they were ready to go home. They continued to make small talk even after I checked out. I can tell you this. Experience is everything. Personality is everything. I truly believe the effort you put into something is what you receive out of it. Judging just based off the conversation with the Tampa location, I can tell you I wouldn’t have bought my dress there. If your job is to sell gowns, you should have went above and beyond to make sure I came in. I understand if appointments are not available, but at least try to make one for me another day or even have the decency to tell me about your other store. After all, it is still CC’s (not your competitor) I wish I could give Leary and Beth more than 5 stars! They truly were wonderful and I couldn’t have imagined a better experience for finding my perfect dress!

uld listen and bring something to try on that had the additions or exclusions I was talking about! She knew exactly what to pull and was spot on every time! CCs Couture has some of the best selections of wedding designers in Tampa! I ended up finding the perfect dress and highly recommend this boutique!

Every dress she picked out for me was right up my alley and I loved them all. I found my perfect dress and said yes! I couldn’t have done it without her and am so grateful for the wonderful experience! If you are looking for the perfect wedding dress visiting this shop is a must!!
