other venue. Alyssa was incredibly helpful and made the whole planning process incredibly smooth. The value included with the standard pricing couldn't be beat. All three ballrooms were recently renovated with brand new floors and LED lighting tracks. Their grounds are incredibly scenic for both indoor and outdoor photos. The variety in their menu was perfect for us to make sure all guests would be represented. And lastly the wedding cake is included in the cost which make's it all the better. You had to pick between two bakeries, Calandra's or Palermo's, we chose Calandra's and it was one of the best cakes we've ever had.

han we could have expected!!! Our sales Manager Alyssa has been by our side for the last 2 years during this whole planning process and a whole pandemic! I cannot recommend the Bridgewater Manor enough. Our maître d’, Adel was SO FREAKING FANTASTIC! He was by our side whenever we needed him from the moment we stepped in property for first looks to the very NEXT DAY when we came to pick up the rest of our belongings and decor from the night prior. He was so amazing, truly. He had us laughing, he was maki g sure we ate, drank, had time together, and took care of literally everything you could think of. I am beyond thankful for such an amazing team of people who helped make our night the fairy tale we wanted it to be. If you can, ask for Alyssa and Adel and his team when you book with them! Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the food was, cocktail hour was so freaking good with so much food, dinner was phenomenal, and don’t even get me started on their dessert! Freaking delicious with the desserts like cheesecake (everyone is still raving about that!), brownies, donut wall with fresh made donuts, and the ice cream sundae bar to name a few! Instead of favors we did a To-Go station which they offered! We went with the Fall themed to-go station of hot apple cider and apple cider powdered donuts, and let’s just say- that stuff was mouthwatering delicious. I’m a sucker for apple cider donuts and hot apple cider. Seriously, if you can, book with them. They’re beyond accommodating, helpful, kind, caring, and seriously an A Team. I love them there.

He had a great energy and sense of humor and helped me feel relaxed and comfortable that day. The ceremony room and reception were gorgeous and the food was delicious. o change dates due to COVID. The venue itself is gorgeous, it felt like we were in a fairytale! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was! Our maitred Adel was amazing- he was always there when we needed anything from him! And the whole staff in general was so friendly & helpful. I highly recommend checking this venue out for your wedding or party! Such a wonderful place and a good crew running the show!

guests commented on how stunning it was. The ceremony grounds are also so gorgeous, especially for pictures. There was so much food and it was delicious (my fave was the short rib), with so many passed hors d'oeuvres and specialty stations just during the cocktail hour. My guests were stuffed but still indulged in the ice cream sundae bar after dinner. Alyssa was my event manager and she was great, really responsive and accommodating, especially in these challenging pandemic times. Danielle stepped in to help toward the end because Alyssa could not be there the day of my wedding, but I was in great hands, as Danielle was lovely and made me feel so at ease. Jesus, our maitre'd, was such a professional and really guided me through everything. He was there to hold my train as I walked down the aisle, make sure I ate, gently instructed me where to stand, and even helped pack things up at the end of the night. I was so worried that so many things would go wrong the day of my wedding, but everyone at Bridgewater Manor was such a pleasure and so wonderful at their jobs. Highly recommended from this happy bride.

There were so many options, it was hard to pick during our tasting because everything was so good! Danielle and Adel were absolutely fantastic. A big reason why we chose to have our wedding at the Bridgewater Manor was because of Danielle. We met Adel at rehearsal and he was by our side every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed. I felt like they kept me organized and in touch with everything - communication was so easy and I always received a quick response to all questions. chose this place. Carissa was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. We don’t live in NJ anymore and so most of our communication was via email/phone. She was super responsive and easy to work with. She was also so accommodating of our hectic schedule the day before the wedding to fit us in for a last minute walk-through. She made me feel at ease and confident that the day was going to be great. Adel was our wonderful maître d’ and he was also vital in making the night go smoothly. We had the ceremony outdoors on site and it was just beautiful. Our guests raved about the quantity and quality of the food. It has been almost a month since my husband and I got married and we can’t stop talking about how perfect the day was.

so loveable. Jacki one of the bartenders had a tequila ready for me whenever I would sneak to the bar. Amazing! We had a few hiccups, the women’s restroom was out for most of the reception, so the men had to go upstairs and the women had to use the men’s room. All and all our wedding was a hit! different owners and we were nervous when we heard of the change. But they couldn’t have done a better job! They honored our original contract, and also ended up making a lot of beautiful updates to the venue! They revamped both bathrooms and the bridal sweet, and well as the walls and lighting. The best part by far though was working with our sales manager Carissa. She was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire wedding planning process! She was able to help us with all of our questions and request we had. If you decide to book here ask her to be your sales manager because she is so fantastic! (Although I’m sure all the other ones are wonderful too)

s beyond fantastic. Carissa was there for us from the first tour of The Bridgewater Manor to the day of our wedding and we wouldn’t have had it any other way! Our guests absolutely loved the food, music (we used Tony Pop from The Pros), our photographer (we used Torrin photography), and the grounds. The grounds made the most beautiful back drops for our photos. The weather was great, so we were able to get married out on the patio and take our photos. We had Mercedes as our maître d’ and she was so tentative to us all night long. Danielle and Alyssa also were a huge help the day of; everyone who works there works so well together and they all make such a great team. If you’re in the market for a venue, book here, you will not have any issues!!!

s, questions, last minute switches and even helped me tie my bustle when my mother and bridesmaids disappeared. Mercedes was my wing lady for the entire event and thank god she was. From keeping me calm in the bridal suite when I was by myself, being our personal cocktail hour server, assisting our bridal party entrance and letting everyone know where they stand, and finding my nieces lollipops because they were forgotten in the limo earlier that morning. I would have been absolutely lost without her. Those two woman MADE OUR DAY!! Our entire family keeps complimenting us on our choice of Bridgewater Manor. We have multiple people in our family that are in the restaurant business and they could not get over the quality and taste of the food, especially for a large catering hall. Cocktail hour, appetizers and the entrees were so delicious! Also they have been taken over by new owners and completely renovated the building. The softer gray tones for the entire facade of the building, new landscaping for their outdoor patio, new retaining wall, renovated bridal suite, absolute perfection. I could keep going. We are thrilled that we made the choice to have our wedding at the Bridgewater Manor and owe big thank you's to Danielle, Mercedes and their staff.

process we worked most closely with Carissa and Danielle, who were both wonderful. Response time to any questions or concerns throughout our planning process was unmatched. They were always willing to answer an email, take a phone call or meet in person. Unfortunately rain hit on our wedding day, but the staff knew I wanted an outside ceremony. Although it ultimately poured during that time and we ended up inside, the staff’s willingness to move our ceremony back and forth until the last minute to try to give me my outside ceremony was so appreciated. Originally, they set up outside, and ended up moving it back in, with the option of moving it all back outside, if the weather held up. Not a simple task. No one can control the weather, but their willingness to accommodate us and our happiness was unmatched. Adele, our Maitre D’ was incredible. From the moment he introduced himself he was smiling and willing to take on any request we could have come across. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness made it easy to work with him and trust he would take care of every detail, so we did not have to. Paela, our captain was also incredible. We recognized her and Adele from our taste testing months before. Her knowledge and willingness to meet our needs perfectly is so appreciated. Over 2 weeks later my husband and I are still getting phone calls raving about our wedding, the food, the staff and service, and the venue itself. We cannot thank the staff at Bridgewater Manor enough for making our day perfect!

describe how Bridgewater Manor went over and beyond to make our day feel special. My husband and I were on a tight budget and had been disappointed with many other venues we had seen. Bridgewater Manor was willing to accommodate our budget. They personalized all our details and recommended the best vendors. We had out of state guests attend our wedding and Bridgewater Manor provided us with 2 local hotels that would be able to assist us. We were able to reserve a block of rooms at Bridgewater Marriott at a great price, thanks to Bridgewater Manor. From picking a date, finalizing our menu, to the specific details of our day, the team at Bridgewater Manor was there every step of the way during the planning process. Every question was answered and every detail checked to make sure we were happy. Erin, Carissa, and Maryanne were always responsive whether it was by email or phone. As half of our bridal party was coming from out of state, Maryanne was able to accommodate our needs during the day of the rehearsal. Aside from the budget, another main reason why we picked Bridgewater Manor was the outside grounds for our photos. It was cloudy with a chance of rain on the day of our wedding. We were able to do the first look outside and take some beautiful pictures before the ceremony started. Because we weren’t sure if it would rain or not, Maryanne was able to setup both the inside and outside of the venue to see where we would hold the ceremony. It wasn’t until 20 minutes before the ceremony started that we decided to go with an outdoor ceremony. I’m glad I went with my gut instinct. There was not one drop of rain during the entire ceremony! My husband and I barely had time to try the food during cocktail hour, but the few bites that we did take were absolutely delicious! All our guests from California were shocked at the abundance of food during cocktail hour and the reception. We received compliments all through the night on how delicious the food was. The cake from Palermo’s was phenomenal. I had a lot of people asking where I got the cake from because it was absolutely delicious. Adel, our maitre’d, was a pleasure to work with on the day of and paid so much attention to all the details. He pulled us aside before the reception started to show us our room. We were overjoyed as to how they transformed the Imperial room. Our centerpieces and décor, along with lighting made the room feel grand. We were astonished at how beautiful it was. Adel was with us the whole time and made sure all our needs were catered. He let us know exactly where and when we had to be at all times. in, she invited me to her office the very next day and with a few more helpful meetings, everything came together in the most remarkable way. We were married at the Church nearby and then afterward went to the Manor for our reception. The photographer, Doug from Torrin Photography, took us well in hand and we were comfortable and happy for all the photos especially on the grand staircase and throughout the rest of the night. There was a relaxing cocktail hour near the lovely balustrade upstairs with time to visit and enjoy our guests. We immediately felt the magic of the moment throughout the entire evening as we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful food presentations which included many amazing hors d oeuvres, sculptured fruits and vegetables, a Captain's Table with carvings of meats extraordinaire and the buffet table where every entree was perfection and truly delicious. Kudos to Chef Dan! The outstanding staff, Adel the Maitre d' and Michael L. the bartender and Alejandra watched over every detail with extraordinary elegance and grace creating for us the most enchanting atmosphere. One of the most delightful moments was when Adel presented the 18th Century sword to cut the cake. We also appreciated his timely cues so that we were always in the right place at the right time. The ice cream bar and craft table for the kids was the best idea ever and they were happy and busy the whole time. Music for dinner and dancing was presented by Anthony from Sounds of Music Entertainment which followed our playlist and honored our request for a beautiful ambience throughout the night. Much gratitude to all and especially to Erin and Pat for turning our wedding plans into the most beautiful reality and a cherished memory forever.

Every questions were answered, every details were checked to make sure we would be happy. Until "last minute" they worked with us to decide for an inside or outside ceremony as the weather was playful. We were lucky to have the sun out just for our ceremony, it was a crisp day but a great day. The outside is just gorgeous! pictures were great!!! They also set up the room for us and it was like we imagined with attention to every details as I made my own center pieces. Knowing our guests we asked for a second bartender and Maryanne did everything she could to make sure it happened and it did! Our guests were very, very happy with that as they did not have to wait in an infinite line! The maitre d' (Mercedes) and the rest of her team were just amazing!!! Mercedes holds your hand from the minute you arrive at the Venue, until you leave. Making sure you have time to rest between the cocktail and the reception, showing you where to stand, what to do...Let's be honest, it is once in a life time for the couple but routine for her :) The food....we still get comments from our guests about how delicious the food was! even the pickiest guests enjoyed every bite! At the end you do not have to worry about taking everything back, you just enjoy YOUR day and they pack everything for you! There are so many things behind the scene that help making this day the best of your life! I could talk about that day again and again. Thank you to The Bridgewater Manor for making us so special!

rom everyone. Everyone I have talked to said the food during the cocktail hour was out of this world, and the main courses were excellent. I had the beef and loved it, my wife the salmon, which was so good i even liked it and i hate salmon. Our maitre d , bartenders and servers did a great job. The bartenders remembered what i was drinking and practically had my drink made by the time i got to them. I would highly recomend The Bridgewater Manor to anyone looking for a wedding venue. I was more than pleased with our whole experience . A+++

Pat and Mary Ann in the office were a pleasure to work with, I had a tight budget and they worked with me so that I had the wedding of my dreams. I got compliments all night about the cocktail hour and titanic staircase that everyone loved taking pictures on. the steak and salmon dishes were delicious, my husband had a bite of my salmon and he loved it, and he hates fish. There were a few small hiccups at the end of the night, which I spoke to Pat and his office staff about on Monday morning, and they were extremely sympathetic and told me that they'd take care of it and would help make it right. However there's always gonna be one or two things that don't go as planned, so eve\ with those hiccups, to me the day was perfect. I also used one of their recommended videographer/ photographers, and I couldn't be more pleased. They came earlier than they had to, and made sure to get all the video/pictures I asked for, and were extremely personable and relaxed and an absolute joy to work with. I would recommend Bridgewater Manor to any of my friends. thanks for everything <3

One big factor in picking our venue was the grounds for photos. Despite a little rain we were able to take some beautiful picture outside where we did our first look. The landscaping was just perfect. The ceremony was to be held outside but knowing it was going to rain they hustled to accommodate our ceremony inside. At first I was bummed because of our unbelievable flower arrangements but low and behold they brought everything inside to make it just as special. I truly wasn’t even phased it was just as beautiful. Now the good stuff, the food. Our guests are still talking about the food at the wedding the cocktail hour was unforgettable between our sushi station, gourmet meat and cheese station, and the tomahawk steak was to die for. So many good unique hors d’oeuvres. Our wedding menu was a hit. Chef Dan you killed it! Thank you to the Bridgewater Manor for making our day unforgettable.

I was concerned because there was another wedding there earlier that day and their decorations and flower petals were still everywhere while we took our first look photos. However, before any of my guests arrived the ceremony was set-up perfectly. Our Maitre D was amazing and they gave my Husband and myself some alone time in the suite with some of our cocktail hour food so we could eat! The food was amazing and our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour. When we were concerned that there was only going to be one bartender since we had a smaller crowd we reached out to the office team and they arranged for a second bartender (they were extremely accommodating). We did a first look and my bridal party, myself and my moms all got dressed in the bridal suite. Not having a wedding planner, working full time, and not knowing what I was doing was stressful at times, but Pat's team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even the break down of all the decorations and getting them back to us was painless. Thank you to the Bridgewater Manor Team for making our day everything we could've imagined.
