The staff was amazing, the condos were spacious and allowed for family members to book together, and the resort had venues for everything we needed. We got married on May 4th on the Lake Austin Pier, had our cocktail reception in the Garden Terrace and then our reception in the Orange Blossom Ballroom. hosted all of our family from out of town, and we had a weekend filled with activities. We had the Rehearsal Friday with Melody and her team, and then we all enjoyed the cabanas by the pool and waterpark. The wedding was on Saturday, and Melody planned an amazing after party by the pool once the wedding was over. Sunday, we had a farewell brunch in the ballroom. From the moment I met with Melody, she was organized, and was always available to speak about any questions I had. Her positive attitude and energy made our wedding. Sandy and Christine were very helpful and always responded to emails or phone calls very quickly! The food at our wedding was wonderful- all of our guests came up to us throughout the night saying how much they loved the food. One of the biggest appeals to us about this venue was how convenient everything is! Guests were able to stay in rooms at the huge resort and not have to worry about traveling to or from the wedding. ne goal was to make sure I was happy and to help me refocus anytime I was stressed. I think one of the best parts for me was when he was with us right before and after the ceremony. We needed his support more than anything mainly because we didn't want to stress our own families during the process (we didn't have a wedding party). The Grove Resort itself is a beautiful lake location and I hope future couples consider this venue not only for the service and care that they provide but also to experience the breathtaking lake view that is offered on Lake Austin.
