I would give Brian and his team 100/5 ⭐️ if I could. Both my husband and I agreed that we made the right decision for choosing the Height Catering. Brian was very accommodating and we got so many compliments from our guests. We will absolutely recommend him to others.

Amazing caterer!! They definitely delivered! Everyone raved about the Tuscan Salmon, shrimp with mango salsa, and the mini crab cakes. Also, everyone really enjoyed how tender the steak was. The dessert bar was cleaned out by the end of the night. Chocolate moose is soooo delicious. Thank you for making my wedding a hit with the food!

Brian and his staff are so professional and easy to work with. I've spent my career in hospitality, and have such admiration for their smooth process, attention to detail, absolutely delicious food, menu choices, and presentation! The servers were awesome for our set up, attention to our guests (and us! They helped us by getting a plate for both of us, which we were so delighted with!), as well as cake cutting and tear down. We aren't from Houston (destination wedding for Christmas/family), but the experience with The Heights Catering made us feel stress-free and completely taken care of (which bride & groom need!). As a small business owner and food lover who has experience with many catering companies, I cannot recommend The Heights Catering enough - they are the BEST!
From the moment you inquire about a date or event, Vanessa responds so quickly and is so helpful giving you all the information you need so you can secure the best service for your event.
Regarding their food quality, clients and us alike have been nothing but impressed with Brian's delicious and extensive menu. If I were to get married again, I would inquire to no other catering company - even if that meant changing my date, the food is worth it. After a wedding, our clients always mention how wonderful the food and also tell us how even their guests were raving about the food!
The Heights Catering provides a beautiful spread and their staff polishes the experience with high end service, elevating your event. From passed appetizers, seated & buffet dinners, to desserts - their company has been nothing but impressive.
In this economy, we all want to maximize every dollar we spend. I would book them for any special event or wedding, you will not be disappointed; their food and service are absolutely worth every cent!

Brian & Vanessa were absolutely the best at providing quick responses to all forms of communication. They were so accommodating when arranging tastings for both the bride & groom who are local & for me when I came into town for a visit. Their choices & quality of food are fantastic! Any requests or concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. They did their jobs so well the food for my son's wedding was not cause for any concern whatsoever. I highly recommend them for any special occasion or event anyone may have in the future! Huge thank you to Brian & Vanessa for elevating my son & his bride & all of our guests wedding day to the next level!

The Heights Catering did such a great job for our wedding reception. Both Vanessa and Brian made the planning process so easy. Catering was probably the most difficult vendor to find as we were trying to be unconventional and not have a full dinner at our reception. However, once we found The Heights Catering, they made it so easy, and the food at the tasting was so great, it was a no-brainer. We also needed to tweak our original proposal a bit and Brian made the changes quickly and easily. They were also very easy to get in contact with and our reception went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, the service was great, and they helped make our night exactly what we wanted.

The food and service were outstanding. At our wedding, more than half of our guests told us how great the food was (unprompted by the way). The service that Brian offers is second to none. They were very responsive and timely to any questions we had. A huge perk is that Brian is at the event himself to ensure that there are no issues.

I think our guests will not stop raving about how delicious the food was at our wedding. It has been my expectation from past experiences that wedding food would be acceptable, but not overwhelming. Simply put, my expectations were definitely blown out of the charts. Chef Brian and his team made everything excellent and worked well with the specific requests we had for our event. Thank you The Heights Catering for making our day even more memorable.

Amazing caterer! We booked the heights catering for our wedding and they did amazing from the start! Great communication, amazing menu options, Brian sat with us and design a menu with what we wanted and he had great suggestions to add, the tasting was delicious and on wedding day the food was just like the tasting!!! DELICIOUS! Juicy, fresh, good temperature!!! Guests and family loved it, Highly recommended!! Definitely check them out, we did a few tastings before them and nothing compared. Their bussers were great too, very attentive!

Brian and his catering team are incredible! The Heights Catering was responsive and professional from the moment of our first quote all the way through the wedding reception. The food was delicious and such a great value for the quality and quantity. I had guests coming up to me raving about the food all night, and I still have friends and family comment on how incredible the food was months later! The service Heights Catering offers is exceptional - we had a surprise cold snap come in the week of our wedding, and Brian's team worked to secure me an additional staff member to operate a coat check service during our wedding reception. After my husband and I arrived at our wedding reception, Brian's staff was so attentive to our needs - they greeted us with a plate of appetizers and served us directly at our sweetheart table. If you are booking a wedding in the Heights or any neighborhood in Houston, do not hesitate to get a quote from Brian and book his services - you will be blown away time and time again!

I literally cannot put in to words how amazing Brian and his staff were throughout our wedding planning process. From the time we put in an inquiry he immediately called us and walked us through the process and we never even reached out to another catering team because we knew we were in the best hands with Brian. Not only is the service impeccable but the food is insanely amazing and fresh. Every single guest raved about the food at our wedding and went on and on about how quickly it came out and came out so hot! If you need your event catered there is only one team to reach out to!

Our wedding guests raved over the delicious food-- all thanks to The Heights Catering! Communication was fast and easy, and I knew we were in good hands from the moment I met Chef Brian. He was so nice, and he cooked as though we were his own family. He and his highly capable staff were a pleasure to work with, and I can't say enough nice things about the food... Seriously, how do they get their chicken so moist and flavorful?! Every little detail, every bite was done to perfection. I would hire them again for any event!!! I highly, highly recommend.

Heights Catering did such a wonderful job catering our wedding two weeks ago. The food was delicious and we received several compliments from our guests. Highly recommend the chicken and beef, and we went with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. There were kids meals with mac and cheese and chicken tenders for the kids. The pricing was very reasonable for what was provided! Also the customer service was top notch. Any questions we had prior to the wedding were quickly answered. I would definitely recommend Heights Catering to any of my friends and family for their next big catered event.

When planning our NYE wedding, my husband and I strongly placed much of our priority on food and guest experience while trying to work within our budget. To be honest when looking for a caterer, I was a bit skeptical because at the time there was not many reviews on The Heights Catering. But boy I AM SO GLAD I WENT WITH MY GUT and scheduled a tasting. With this being said, The Heights Catering went above and beyond in making this process as seamless as possible!!!
One main reason (which my husband greatly valued) was that the owner Brian was not a salesman! HE LET HIS FOOD DO THE TALKING!!! When we left our first tasting we were taken back with how fresh and tasty everything was. We knew we had our caterer! And coming from a family with immunocompromised members, Brian offered to plate and serve my father, aunt, and grandfather despite us having a buffet option. That really spoke volumes to me and displayed genuine compassion not only as a business owner but a humble human being as well leading with his heart and keeping his guests in mind.
Our guests were WOWED at the passed appetizers, main meal, and service The Heights Catering offered! We will definitely be recommending The Heights Catering to our family and friends! We will be customers for life!

The Heights Catering catered our wedding for about 120 people and everything was delicious and exceeded my expectations. We had a group of foodies for guests and everyone enjoyed the the food. Working with them leading up to the event was great, they were very communicative and ensured every detail requested was brought to life. The Heights Catering was suggested to me when I felt I had lost hope in finding a caterer for our wedding. We quickly reached out to Brian to schedule a tasting, and we were absolutely blown away by his food. After our tasting, we booked right away because we did not want to miss the opportunity of having The Heights Catering play such a big role in our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Brian was quick to answer any questions I had, and he stayed in constant contact with us.
The day of our wedding came and I was so pleased with everything Brian did. From the presentation to the taste, quality, and quantity, The Heights Catering went above and beyond. When people talk to us about our wedding, they always bring up how incredible the food was, both at cocktail hour and at dinner. A few months after my wedding, I had the privilege of attending another wedding they The Heights Catering was catering at. I was able to fully experience what guests at my wedding were experiencing, and it was AMAZING. (Also, the chicken and waffles are out of this world)
Brian truly treats you like you’re family, and I will be using The Heights Catering for any event I host in the future.

If you are looking for catering, Chef Brian at The Heights Catering is the guy for the job. You can tell that he has a passion for food and customer service. From the initial consult to the end, he listened to the vision, created something spectacular and was there for every call and email. The food he prepares is full of flavor and his presentation is spectacular, it leaves you craving more. With food and catering being everywhere in Houston, it’s so important to know and trust in the people you are giving your money to, Chef Brian has to be one of the best and is totally worth giving a call for your next event!!

After our original venue shut down due to COVID, we had to change our date, venue and catering vendor. I came across The Heights Catering through The Knot. I contacted Brian and gave him our budget and he put a menu together according to that. Our food tasting was amazing! We got full portions of everything so that we could see the presentation and get the full experience. We had a hard time picking what we wanted because everything tasted so good. Brian include a cheese board and fruit in our cocktail hour menu which was a plus. On our wedding day, our guests were very pleased with the food. Silverware, water/tea were provided as well as cake cutting! If you are looking for a vendor who is reliable, punctual and has great food, I HIGHLY recommend The Heights Catering.

Brian was very responsive during the process of planning the menu for our wedding. He also communicated well with our wedding planner.
The day of the wedding he was on time, food was displayed beautifully, and most importantly everything was delicious. We had many compliments from our guests about the food we served.

I LOVED Brian’s services. I had reached out to several catering companies before hand and all responded with a generic reply message, but not Brian. His response was so helpful he actually called me to see what I was looking for and was willing to work around my budget and my vision.
When we got to the tasting, food was SO good. He has this mushroom sauce pasta that I devoured and I don’t even like mushrooms!! Not to mention all his ingredients are fresh and his kitchen spotless!!
The day of the wedding Brian was on time, he had enough staff to help throughout the event, and food was just as good as it was the day we had our tasting. I did not have to worry about food running out because he had more than enough, we even had leftovers!
Overall, the Heights catering company is professional, flexible, reasonable, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Looking forward to my next event so I can have them cater once again.
