His expert understanding of flavors and pairings sets him apart from the rest. Brian started out as a student of culinary arts in Houston. He sharpened his skills in several upscale establishments. In 2010, this passionate cook was able to launch his own restaurant. The fully trained chefs at The Heights Catering focus on fresh ingredients. They strive to prepare quality cuisine in line with couples’ tastes. The team can arrange a tasting with clients to come up with a completely customized menu. Using locally sourced ingredients, they aim to produce a selection of food bursting with flavor. The team wants every guest to get a taste of their handcrafted creations. nner at our reception. However, once we found The Heights Catering, they made it so easy, and the food at the tasting was so great, it was a no-brainer. We also needed to tweak our original proposal a bit and Brian made the changes quickly and easily. They were also very easy to get in contact with and our reception went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, the service was great, and they helped make our night exactly what we wanted.

The service Heights Catering offers is exceptional - we had a surprise cold snap come in the week of our wedding, and Brian's team worked to secure me an additional staff member to operate a coat check service during our wedding reception. After my husband and I arrived at our wedding reception, Brian's staff was so attentive to our needs - they greeted us with a plate of appetizers and served us directly at our sweetheart table. as not many reviews on The Heights Catering. But boy I AM SO GLAD I WENT WITH MY GUT and scheduled a tasting. With this being said, The Heights Catering went above and beyond in making this process as seamless as possible!!! One main reason (which my husband greatly valued) was that the owner Brian was not a salesman! HE LET HIS FOOD DO THE TALKING!!! When we left our first tasting we were taken back with how fresh and tasty everything was. We knew we had our caterer! And coming from a family with immunocompromised members, Brian offered to plate and serve my father, aunt, and grandfather despite us having a buffet option. That really spoke volumes to me and displayed genuine compassion not only as a business owner but a humble human being as well leading with his heart and keeping his guests in mind. Our guests were WOWED at the passed appetizers, main meal, and service The Heights Catering offered! We will definitely be recommending The Heights Catering to our family and friends! Our food tasting was amazing! We got full portions of everything so that we could see the presentation and get the full experience. We had a hard time picking what we wanted because everything tasted so good. Brian include a cheese board and fruit in our cocktail hour menu which was a plus. On our wedding day, our guests were very pleased with the food. Silverware, water/tea were provided as well as cake cutting! If you are looking for a vendor who is reliable, punctual and has great food, I HIGHLY recommend The Heights Catering.

to work around my budget and my vision. When we got to the tasting, food was SO good. He has this mushroom sauce pasta that I devoured and I don’t even like mushrooms!! Not to mention all his ingredients are fresh and his kitchen spotless!! The day of the wedding Brian was on time, he had enough staff to help throughout the event, and food was just as good as it was the day we had our tasting. I did not have to worry about food running out because he had more than enough, we even had leftovers! Overall, the Heights catering company is professional, flexible, reasonable, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Looking forward to my next event so I can have them cater once again.

Chef Brian Daoud was born and raised in the beautiful Holy Land of Jerusalem. A place where blue skies and sunshine encourage family and friends to gather around the backyard barbeque – everyone taking part in grilling and preparing farm-fresh salads. For Brian, food has always been about bringing family and friends together to make memories and celebrate life. Living in the melting pot of the culinary world for most of his life, Brian was exposed to a vast array of flavors and cuisines. His ongoing fascination inspired him to begin cooking at a young age and ultimately ignited his passion.
