The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because there was a minor error that caused us a ton of effort and inconvenience. Originally our venue said we did not need guests to preselect dinner options so our original mock-up RSVP cards did not include a food selection. A few days before they were to be printed our venue let us know we did actually need a food selection from our guests. We let Lisa know of the change and she assured us she printed the invitations to include food selection. Well, she accidentally printed and shipped the original version. This was a big issue as now we had to have our planner, and us contact each guest (over 200 people) and ask them what they wanted to eat. This was a high-end event and it frankly was a bit tacky to have to do this and took a TON of effort and stress. That being said, it was an honest mistake and she agreed to discount the itineraries for the gift bag to reconcile the mistake. Overall, despite the fumble, The Invitorium is fantastic and will create the most memorable and gorgeous invitations for you. I truly do recommend them and Lisa is really a sweet woman to work with.

She tackled everything I threw at her and went above and beyond with every little detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Planning a wedding and dealing with vendors can be stressful but not so with invitorium. I never had to worry about following up or making sure everything turned out well. Lisa took care of it and everything always came out perfect. Invitorium was by far our favorite vendor not only for their incredible products but for their awesome people as well. You are missing out if you do not choose invitorium for your wedding!!

During our first meeting my wonderful entourage (my mother and 2 aunts which btw is one of my matrons of honor) and I were greeted with open arms, champagne, and the ultimate customer service! After going through a few ideas Lisa stopped and showed me an out of the box idea for my invitations. I fell in love!!!!! However, of course I had champagne quality taste with only beer money to spare so we had to toss the idea and move onto the next! A few days later as I waited to see my pdf samples for my paper invitations Lisa emailed me with genuine excitement! She knew how much I loved her idea and after searching and searching items to make it happen she came up with a plan!!!! The end result is more than I could’ve ever asked for! I sent out invitations to my out of town guests already and the compliments have been endless!!! They have been overwhelming to the point that I worry my wedding won’t be up to par with my invitations!!!! I can’t thank Lisa and Richard enough for their passion, elegance, open communication, and welcoming service they have provided. Even through the loss of their beautiful family member we had the pleasure to meet, it was unwavering. You are amazing and I say this wholeheartedly. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!
