Short version: Pretty flowers. Poor customer service.
I really loved the flowers and meeting with Heather. I was so excited to see her vision on our wedding day. However, my bouquet was not what I paid for. I asked for cascading and even paid... extra, but didn’t get it and I didn’t see the flowers until it was almost time for the ceremony so there was no way to change this in time. Our venue also had bad cell service so when my now husband did call to address the bouquet issue it failed and then it was time for the wedding to start.
When my now husband and I asked to be refunded for the difference of a cascading bouquet versus a regular bouquet a few days after the wedding, we were told no, that we should have said something the day of the wedding. I sent a message to explain and ask again for a reimbursement of the difference in cost but received no response. I’m so disappointed in the customer service.
Heather and her mother were even rude to my mother-in-law, which I find unprofessional. They said they told her something was rented when they actually didn’t and after my mother-in-law provided her telephone records, email conversations, and the invoice to prove this, they somewhat apologized. It seems like as soon as they had our money they didn’t care about doing the flowers right or being friendly/receptive to the customer.
I did love the flowers even though my bouquet was wrong but wish they had been more customer service friendly and willing to admit when a mistake has been made and take responsibility for it. I would not recommend them if you are looking for a good customer service experience.
