A great florist! The florals for the weddings she has done at our property have been beautiful. I would absolutely recommend for your next event.
Heather was amazing to work with! Although most of our communication was via phone and email, she really delivered when it came to pulling my vision for flowers together. They were...
so beautiful!! I highly recommend hiring her as a florist for your special event!
Heather was the best. She listened to our vision and made it come to life. She cares deeply about her brides and goes above and beyond! He prices are so reasonable. She was upfront...
and honest with us when we were showing her picture last from Pinterest that the filters made those flowers look different and gave us ideas of what would actually work. I was nervous because I picked a quirky, different color scheme but she rocked it! She is such a joy and I will forever recommend her!
Heather was simply amazing. We met with her early on in the process, and she helped us develop the floral design that wound up becoming an integral part of our wedding day decor. H...
er prices were beyond reasonable, and she even helped us get a few extra addons within just a week of the wedding. On our wedding day the flowers were delivered with a categorized list and all the info was broken down so I could easily review and sign off, and then when the event was over they came back to collect the rental vases and made the clean up *incredibly* simple. The bouquets were beautiful and the communication and expectations were clear and easy to follow. Medieval Garden Floral was an excellent choice!
What Heather did was gorgeous, I knew what type of color scheme and a few flowers to start with but she knows her stuff. She made suggestions and helped me choose flowers I never w...
ould have thought on my own. Heather helped me feel so excited for the wedding with her beautiful flowers. I especially liked the dahlia's and ranunculus she matched the groomsmen boutonnière with!

omplement each other and complete a bouquet. The flowers for the wedding were absolutely beautiful and so fresh! I put my bouquet in water after the wedding and when we returned from our mini-honeymoon they STILL looked great! If you are looking for a talented florist with a kind heart and amazing eye for installations, beautiful blooms, and matching your color pallet, Heather and Medieval Garden is an amazing choice!
Short version: Pretty flowers. Poor customer service.
I really loved the flowers and meeting with Heather. I was so excited to see her vision on our wedding day. However, my bouq...
uet was not what I paid for. I asked for cascading and even paid extra, but didn’t get it and I didn’t see the flowers until it was almost time for the ceremony so there was no way to change this in time. Our venue also had bad cell service so when my now husband did call to address the bouquet issue it failed and then it was time for the wedding to start.
When my now husband and I asked to be refunded for the difference of a cascading bouquet versus a regular bouquet a few days after the wedding, we were told no, that we should have said something the day of the wedding. I sent a message to explain and ask again for a reimbursement of the difference in cost but received no response. I’m so disappointed in the customer service.
Heather and her mother were even rude to my mother-in-law, which I find unprofessional. They said they told her something was rented when they actually didn’t and after my mother-in-law provided her telephone records, email conversations, and the invoice to prove this, they somewhat apologized. It seems like as soon as they had our money they didn’t care about doing the flowers right or being friendly/receptive to the customer.
I did love the flowers even though my bouquet was wrong but wish they had been more customer service friendly and willing to admit when a mistake has been made and take responsibility for it. I would not recommend them if you are looking for a good customer service experience.
