Very little communication. On their website (which is now gone) it stated that booth rental included a custom template on the photo strip and you could upgrade to a wrap on the boo...
th. In addition the bride and groom would receive a book of their pictures. I reached out and gave them the style of our wedding for the template they said they would create something. Never happened. So, our guest give a way had nothing on it about our wedding, only their branding. When I inquired about the wrap I was told it was too late for them to create a wrap.
To be honest, I had a bad feeling about them from the time I made my deposit (a year before my wedding) because they just didn't communicate.
They arrived right before the ceremony, claimed they were lost. Now, three months after the wedding we are still asking about the pictures from the booth. I reached out right away after the wedding because I was concerned. They told me it takes a couple of weeks to "scrub" the pictures. My husband has reached out multiple times without any response. He reached out again and they couldn't tell us if the pictures were mailed or emailed. We are now waiting to hear if we can get anything from them. For $700 I expected a much better experience.

event started. The machine broke down in the first hour, someone came and didn’t even fix anything. They talked to someone at the wedding, not even sure who, but it wasn’t me, and claimed that they would send or email out the pictures that were taken on the machine… yet. I’ve reached out twice and they have not responded. So now, there are a lot of memories from my wedding that can never be uncovered and a lot of lost money. I would not recommend, at all.

helpful and professional. They were quick to respond to all of my questions and helpful as we set the times for set up and tear down. They created a great design for the printed photos and everyone thought it was a fun touch to the evening. We opted for no assistant to help with photos or creating a photobook, so we only got the booth which came with props and prints! It was a fun touch for our guests to take home as a souvenir. HIGHLY recommend. It was exactly what we wanted for our day!

We were so impressed with attendant's the level of professionalism. He created a fun atmosphere and put guests at ease. On several occasions he reminded my husband and I to jump in the booth, which you will appreciate after it's all said and done. They understand that during your wedding reception you will be pulled in a million different directions but they make sure you get a few bride/groom photos! The attendant was also great about reminding us when his time would be up, which allowed us to squeeze in a few more photos.
They arrived on time to setup, and their clean-up/booth removal was not disruptive to our event, which was still ongoing.
I would recommend Omaha Photo Booth Company without hesitation for your upcoming wedding or event!

A couple of out of town guests were disappointed that they wouldn't be able to get "The Omaha Photo Booth Company" in San Francisco or Cedar Rapids. e photo strips! After looking at all of our old photo strips posted on our fridge we knew we had to have the booth at our wedding and we are SO happy that we did! I can't even count the number of compliments we received on the booth and the number of people who told us that is was the most fun thing that they have done at a wedding! We had a blast getting in the booth with our family and friends! We may have had more fun looking at the picture book that we received at the end of the evening than anything else!
The company as a whole is AMAZING! From the customer care provided by Craig and the staff to the custom artwork that is done for the center of the photo strips, everything is effortless! The book of pictures and signatures that you receive is the icing on the cake!

I didn't think it would be possible since I waited till the last minute. I called and spoke to Craig who did everything in his power to get me one for my special day! I was sooo excited when he made some calls and informed me that he had a booth for us! He definitely went above and beyond to help and was super nice. Our guests loved the booth and the two guys that ran it that night did a great job. People loved it and the picture book they made will be the greatest memory! What a great company to work with.
