Our full design service includes consultation, design, delivery, setup, on site designing and breakdown (if necessary) of all flowers at your event. Clients wishing for this service should anticipate a minimum financial commitment of $7500. This minimum ensures that you receive the full Posh Posey aesthetic and that your event would be executed to the highest standards. Our designs are known for their full and lush appearance which requires a high stem count and variety of blooms which this minimum protects. Delivery, set-up and breakdown fees can range between an additional 15%-30%+ to your floral order cost and are dependent on length of travel, extensiveness of on-site design, need for additional staffing and set up time. With over 10 years of floral expertise, we at The Posh Posey ensure that our clients and bridal couples receive the finest and freshest florals available for weddings and events.

I want to let you know about our experience with Macy at the Posh Posey. She has been really difficult to reach for the past two months. We finally connected over FB chat and she let us know that our date was available and gave us a consultatio...
n. She said that she was going to work with a farm to get us pumpkins, make us a Pinterest board, and also send us a list of vendors for our other wedding needs. Our phone call was amazing and we were really excited to get our proposal the following week! Then three weeks went by with nothing....I emailed her last Thursday and no response....I reached out to her on Monday on FB and she said we would get our proposal this week. Today she sent me an email to say she gave away our date. She said because she was sick the last two weeks she couldn't honor our date due to being under contract with a spring wedding that changed their date to ours just TODAY. She then told us if we had been able to sign a contract during the time she ghosted us, she would have honored it, but now there was nothing she could do and her business decisions were out of her own control. We have not received any of the help she offered-vendors list, Pinterest, pumpkin farm connection, nothing. I let her know that this could have easily been resolved if there was communication within the last 3 weeks and if she had plans to still help us with our requests i.e. pumpkins, Pinterest board, referral to other florists. I would have really appreciated a phone call to let us know that this wasn't going to work out. I had to call her and then she put me on hold for three hours. Just really crummy all around.

Hi Laura,
As you know COVID-19 has changed the wedding industry drastically with an entire year of postponements and cancelations but as always our obligation is to our contracted clients. Some of whom have had to postpone their dates 3+ times....
I let you know as soon as I knew that your date had become unavailable. If you were under contact or had paid a deposit to secure your date, things would have gone differently. For wedding vendors no date is considered booked or belonging to a couple until a contract has been signed and deposit paid so unfortunately your date was still considered open even if we had been in communication.
Communication on my part during the last few weeks was not consistent and I take ownership of that. I am a one woman small business so there are times that I am not able to be in constant communication with clients especially when dealing with personal health issues that were made known to you.
In various emails I had complied and sent over lists of recommendations for bakers, rental companies and photographers which is not standard for a florist to provide. When I became unavailable I also compiled a list of 10 recommended florists for you as well as pumpkin farms that I have used as well as sending you the Pinterest board that I had compiled for you. If you did not receive our final email I am happy to post recommendations here for you or resend said email. These are things that are not typically provided for couples that we have not booked and all were given to you.
Definitely an unfortunate situation and I wish you all the best during these unprecedented times.

my bridesmaids were perfect. Then when I saw the flowers on the arch I was blown away! We did the Petite Posey order so we picked the flowers up day of and it worked perfectly.
