The Thomas House 1894 has a farming history dating back to the 19th century. Today, its pristine grounds and idyllic meadows serve as a backdrop for your special day. There are several different locations on the property for hosting your celebrations, with a picturesque space for the ceremony outside amidst the property's natural beauty. Towering evergreens will shade you and your guests from the Tennessee sun, while the porch provides additional shade and a gathering space for post-ceremony cocktails. Two get-ready suites can be utilized at the start of the day, while the reception can be held under a blanket of stars on the lawn.
On your special day, your meal and beverages can be prepared in the farmhouse's fully equipped kitchen. Couples can bring in the vendors of their choice or choose from a range of the Thomas House 1894's preferred vendors. No matter which vendors you select, you'll be treated to an unrivaled selection of packages, designed to create a seamless event from start to finish.

Gina Borron is a local business owner and entrepreneur in Decatur Co. She first embarked on this project as a preservation of history for our family and she quickly realized how the fruit of her labor should be shared with others. She officially opened our doors to the venue in 2020! When she is not mowing the grass or helping set up for an event, she enjoys cruising down the river and spending time with her family on the farm.
