As people with pretty much zero experience in event planning, my now-husband and I genuinely could not have done this without Rachel’s guidance, organization, and steady support. Throughout the planning process, Rachel created a space where we felt both supported and excited. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and at times anxiety-inducing, but every meeting left us feeling more prepared, more confident, and more excited for the wedding day.
On the wedding day itself, everything came together seamlessly. Trinity and Sean, our day-of coordinators, were exceptional. They worked beautifully together and with our vendors, handled countless details behind the scenes, and made sure everything looked incredible. When we saw the setup, we were honestly blown away.
They also went above and beyond in ways both big and small. They made sure we were taken care of throughout the day—checking in, making sure we had food and drinks, even carving out small moments for us to breathe and take it all in—while still giving us the space to fully enjoy our time with our guests. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, which is such a rare balance.
They also helped bring personal touches to life, like coordinating with our photographer to ensure we got photos with every guest, and even stepping in with music when we hadn’t finalized playlists (which ended up getting compliments!). They must have been everywhere at once, making everything run smoothly without us ever having to worry.
We don’t use the word “perfect” lightly, but our wedding day felt perfect for us. Even months later, we’re still talking about our favorite moments and reliving how joyful everything felt. That’s largely because of the care, effort, and thoughtfulness this team brought to every part of the experience.
Rachel consistently went above and beyond—whether it was sharing creative ideas, finding unique items, or helping with details like signage. The team’s dedication, creativity, and genuine investment in making our day special meant the world to us.

ing google doc timeline and packing list saved my sanity multiple times. One of our other vendors said it was one of the most useful timelines they had ever gotten. Several problems were avoided because she took care of them before the wedding. She had us rehearse all of the small things that could go wrong the day before (antique car entrance, processional, readings, etc) and the ceremony went flawlessly.
The better: Rachel helped us handle all of the small hiccups that happened going into the wedding. Need to re-do the seating chart the day before the wedding because the tables delivered were not the planned size? No problem, she fixed all of the table numbers on the seating chart. The table numbers were nowhere to be found? No problem, Rachel pulled together beautiful table numbers with some extra frames we had. Bustle popped in the middle of the reception? No problem, she had safety pins on her.
The best: She took my vision and completely brought it to life. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and so many of our friends and family commented on how amazing Rachel was!

I was extremely stressed out during the setup process and they stepped in and did things I hadn't even accounted for. Even though we booked Rachel as a day-of coordinator, it felt like she was with us every step of the way. We reached out to her often with questions, concerns, logistical details, and requests for vendor recommendations — and she always responded promptly, with positivity and a smile. She took our timeline into her own hands, reached out to all our vendors on our behalf, and handled everything with total confidence and care. She was worth every single penny — and then some.
Before the wedding, Rachel scheduled multiple meetings with us to go over everything — our priorities, the vision we had for the day, how we wanted things to flow, and more. She asked thoughtful, detailed questions and then created a timeline that she shared with our entire vendor team.
We incorporated a lot of DIY elements into our wedding, and Rachel made sure everything — from centerpieces to desserts (P.S. Costco cookies were a huge hit!) — was laid out perfectly. She took care of setup before the reception, so the only thing left for us to do was relax, have fun, and make memories. She even coordinated clean-up and helped get everything packed into cars at the end of the night. We had zero worries on our wedding day — and for that, we are forever grateful.

I’ve planned corporate events before — so I know how many moving pieces need attention — but unlike those, this event was incredibly personal. And thanks to Rachel, everything just flowed. She handled all the tipping and final paperwork with vendors, so we didn’t have to think about a thing.
When my dress bustle broke (because I may have been dancing a bit too hard!), Rachel literally got down on the ground and pinned it for me — mid-YMCA — so I could keep dancing without missing a beat. She made sure we always had food and drinks, and when I realized I forgot a purse for the money dance, she found one for me on the spot so I didn’t have to pause the celebration.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me: I knew Rachel was truly in our corner.
We had hired a videographer (not one of her recommendations), and they were barely communicating with us — to the point where we weren’t sure if they would even show up, despite having a contract and paying in full. Rachel supported me through it all — listening to me vent, cry, and stress — and still found ways to offer real, actionable solutions so that we wouldn’t miss having our wedding captured. She took on communicating with the videographer herself, going well beyond what her contract required, just to make sure we didn’t have to deal with the stress.
Bottom line: You absolutely need to book Rachel for your wedding.

Even though I told her I only needed help day-of so I could enjoy the event without playing "host", she still helped follow up with vendors and make sure I had everything ready to go even a month before. I dropped off the decorations at the venue the day before so she had everything to set up. I'll be honest and say I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted the decorations to end up looking like, but whatever expectations I had she blew me away! I almost cried seeing the sweetheart table come together so perfectly. Throughout the night she and Mallory were on top of helping the vendors get set up and striked, took care of any issues that came up flawlessly, kept me and the groom on our timeline (in a nice and somewhat flexible way that ensured everything got done but we still enjoyed our time), and always made sure I had a drink in my hand (whether our signature cocktail or water). They definitely helped my vague vision of what I wanted the night to be become something better than I could ever have hoped for. They even were able to clean everything up and packed away without me having to worry about anything.
They were a huge help, and more than that, they were so fun to work with that I'm willing to hang out and grab drinks with them at some point! Everything went so smoothly on our big day, and 90% of that is because of Rachel and Mallory. I can't thank them enough!

We were fortunate enough to get in touch with Rachel who went above and beyond the typical day-of duties. She spent time collaborating on our vision, offered to complete a venue-walk through despite needing to drive several hours away in less than one week’s notice, and was always so responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We established a positive rapport and trusted her with our special day.

She took the time with us before the day to think through each detail and communicate with our other vendors, and everything went so smoothly. We had some complicated logistics because our ceremony was in Joshua Tree National Park and, and we had to bus everyone in/out and pack everything in and out that we needed for the ceremony. Rachel was amazing with the setup and breakdown of both the ceremony space and the reception space. Every detail was taken care of and it took a lot of stress off!
