The Wedding Ambassador

From the moment we first met Gina, I knew she was the day of coordinator to orchestrate our perfect day! We booked with her the very next day, and she even picked up the phone and called me on her off day to get the ball rolling. Through out our planning process, Gina always answered her texts and emails promptly anytime we had questions or even bounce ideas off of her. She shared with us useful suggestions and recommendations and really had a caring interest. On our big day, she was on it!!! Her and her assistant (Obi) made sure that every detail was perfect. From the ceremony site to the reception room, it was set up exactly how we visioned it. She checked on us through out the night, grabbing us drinks, making sure all was well, and even brought me a personal fan by the sweetheart table because I was running warm in my dress. Her recommendations for vendors were spot on. Thank you Wedding Ambassador for making our wedding absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Gina and her team!

Gina is amazing at what she does. She was the first vendor I picked, about a year before our wedding day. She helped deal with family drama, gave us many vendor referrals and set up meetings with them, and gave several recommendations to bring my vision to light. When it came to the wedding day, she brought an amazing team to help things run smoothly. They set everything up beautifully and kept the event running seamlessly. Gina was there to fix a broken zipper before the ceremony, help bustle my dress, serve plates and drinks to the head table, and hunt down MIA family members for special events during the ceremony on top of running the event and she had a smile on her face through it all. She truly is one of a kind and will bring a calmness to your event that every bride needs. I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner, but I would hire Gina over and over again because she was exactly what we all needed to make this event the beautiful, stressless event it was.

I decided to hire Gina when we had to change our wedding venue to my in-laws backyard due to COVID. I was worried about the decision to change venues because I still wanted my wedding to feel like an elegant and special event, even though it was now in a backyard. Choosing Gina was the best decision I could have ever made. She exceeded my expectations of what I wanted my wedding to look like, it was beyond gorgeous! It looked like we were at a professional venue! Not only did it look beautiful, but she took the time to make sure everything ran according to plan and as smooth as possible. The months leading up to the wedding she was always available and would answers all of my texts and calls within minutes. She guided me through each step of the process and was always there to answer my questions (which were A LOT). She even called me when I was starting to get anxiety to talk me off the ledge and let me know everything was going to be ok. You can tell she really cares about her brides and each wedding she is a part of. Thanks to Gina I can now say I had the wedding of my dreams.

Hiring Gina was the best investment we made for our wedding. Having her on our team allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day, which was an absolute must for us. She kept us organized, connected with all our vendors and helped us solve challenges as they came up. She really listened to what we wanted, got to know us as a couple and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. She is professional, friendly, accommodating, down to earth and gets the job done with grace and expertise. We were reluctant to hire a wedding planner, even just for day of services. Looking back, I don’t know how we would have done this without her.
