Megan is amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Megan as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and I cannot sing her praises enough! Her attention to detail, forethought, and level of organization blew us all away, including my other vendors! They all were impressed with the detailed schedule she prepared and the level of communication she had with them. I truly appreciated this because this allowed us to relax and focus on other things, while she kept things flowing. She really helped us out by also allowing us to drop off decor items to her ahead of the big day, so we could travel to the venue lighter. She was so friendly, personable, helpful, everything one could ask for in a planner! Absolutely no complaints! Very grateful to have had her!

We were lucky enough to have Megan as our day of coordinator and I can't say enough good things about her! During our first phone call (before we even hired her) she collected so many details about our big day. Even though she was just a "day of coordinator" we had constant communication since the moment we signed the contract with The Wedding Authority. Megan sent us monthly checklists to make sure we were on track with everything and she was so responsive, answering any question we had. Megan made sure the entire weekend went smoothly, from the rehearsal to the big day. Megan was such a calming and positive presence through the entire process. She even sent us an email right after our wedding with another checklist to make sure we didn't forget to do anything (like freeze the top layer of cake and get my dress cleaned). We can't thank Megan enough for all she did for us!

We had Megan J as our Day of Coordinator; though that title is deceiving because she helped us with so much more than just the one day. Megan was the best coordinator we could have asked for. She sent us checklists and was available for questions and assistance for months leading up to our wedding. She made sure our wedding day and rehearsal went smoothly and handled all coordination with vendors, timeline creation, etc. Her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail was second to none. She always maintained such a kind positive attitude and a calm demeanor - which was so appreciated given that wedding planning and execution is stressful. We are so thankful for Megan. She brought an assistant on our wedding day named Bri who was also wonderful.

Thanks to Megan we had a stress free wedding day. Megan did everything for us that day - she made sure we had our marriage license and had it filled out properly, she setup everything for us including yard games and video games on the mezzanine. She greeted all of our vendors and made sure they received their gratuity envelopes. She made sure everyone was ready for photos at the appropriate time. She setup a beautiful first reveal for my husband and me on the staircase which provided amazing photos for us. She helped all of our guests with anything they needed - she even helped with wardrobe malfunctions by taping together shoes and safety pinning dresses. She made sure to get appetizers and drinks for my husband and me to eat between cocktail hour and dinner so that way we had a moment to ourselves. She made sure to box up food for us when we left and had all of our items we brought consolidated in one place so we could just load up the car at the end of the night. Throughout the whole wedding process she provided checklists and checked in on us to help with anything she could. We highly recommend wedding authority for a completely stress free wedding day so you can just enjoy time with your partner, family and friends.

We had the pleasure of booking the wedding authority for our wedding on June 2, 2023 at the Treasury on the Plaza. They were one of the recommended vendors with our venue and we are so happy we went with them. We had Karli as our planner, and she was absolutely wonderful. As a crazy planner bride, Karli answered all of my messages, emails, and took the time to facetime me before the wedding. The day before and day of the wedding, Karli went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and her team helped us break everything down, including packing up our cars. We also went with their Tuxedo/Suit rental at the Lightner museum and they were just as amazing to work with. We had a missing button the day of the wedding, Coogan ran back to the shop and had a new vest ready to go for our groomsman. I highly recommend the wedding authority and their Tuxedo Rental shop, it was a pleasure to work with their team.

Karli was the absolute BEST wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for! She was so on top of every detail, big and small, and answered all our crazy questions! She communicated between all my vendors and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch! Even my parents and bridesmaids noticed and commented on just how incredible Karli was on the big day, without knowing all the hard work she had put in for months prior! I was as unsure about whether I would even need a wedding coordinator, but it was the absolute best decision and I have recommended Karli to all my engaged friends and family!

Could not have asked for a better Wedding Coordinator!!! Karli was fantastic and super responsive! She took away a ton of the Wedding Day stress and seamlessly handled logistics with the venue and other vendors. She also brought several items such as seating numbers, cake stand, frames, and an easel that are really easy to forget about when planning a wedding. I was very comfortable working with her and she was incredibly friendly and patient with all of our wedding guests. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone getting married in St Augustine.

Megan at The Wedding Authority was very thorough from beginning to end. The detail needed for a wedding is so important and Megan did not miss when it came to the nitty gritty! We were lucky enough to work with Karli at The Wedding Authority and I don't think we would have had the wedding we dreamed of without her!! She truly went above and beyond and was there for us for EVERYTHING no matter how big or small. With us not being local to St. Augustine, having Karli was even more valuable as she was able to provide recommendations that fit our budget right off the bat for vendors in the area. Karli coordinated reaching out to vendors, communicating with them, contracts, and everything in between, which took a lot of the planning stress off of us.
On our wedding day, Karli helped me (the bride) with everything from checking in to see how I was doing to helping me bustle my dress to even taking photos for us and sending them the day after so we could have even more memories from our special day. Another really awesome part of working with The Wedding Authority was that they had decor items/easels that we could borrow for our wedding day, and I didn't need to go out and buy those extra things :)

We got to work with Karli at the Wedding Authority for our wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I honestly wish I got to work with her a little longer because she was such a joy to be around. My situation was a little odd because I was in Japan during the first 6 months of the planning process, yet Karli was extremely flexible and helpful despite being in completely opposite time zones. In regards to working with the Lightner staff, she and Genevieve were an unstoppable pair, and they both kept my wedding running smoothly. I cannot praise or recommend Karli and The Wedding Authority enough.

Megan was our planner for our wedding and she knocked it out of the park! Megan was the absolute sweetest, thorough and was ready to take anything on. She was always a couple steps ahead of me which was great during a stressful time. She shared her experience from other weddings to help make sure we had a beautiful and fun wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and it wouldn't have been without Megan! We also hired our officiant from TWA, and rented our suits through them as well. Everyone in the office is the sweetest and the fact its a family run business makes it that much better. We can't say thank you enough to Megan and all of the staff at TWA !

We used Megan as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at The Treasury on 06/2323. She seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and made our day run as smoothly as possible!! I did not hire a wedding planner and Megan would send me "monthly checklists" so that I stayed on track and helped answer any questions I had in the planning process/vendor recommendations. She met with us about a month before to go through the final walk through at the venue and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of! She made sure all vendors were there and were providing the services listed in our contracts, ensured all decor was properly placed and overall just made the day amazing! MEGAN IS A ROCKSTAR!!!

We cannot say enough nice things about Karli and the Wedding Authority. She really went over the top to listen to our wants/needs and helped us every step of the way. She was tactful with the way she would make suggestions and always made sure we were happy. Our rehearsal and wedding day were so smooth with her by our side. She was sweet and patient with our family at rehearsal, she was ultra organized with the timeline on wedding day, and she let us enjoy our day completely. Not once did she bother us on wedding day. I cannot recommend The Wedding Authority enough! I got married the weekend that Hurricane Ian hit Florida (October 1st). To say that it was stressful was an understatement as most of our guests were traveling in for the wedding. Karli kept in constant contact with me and make me feel so calm and at ease. She kept in contact with all our vendors and made the day incredibly smooth! Even in the wedding prep stages, she would reach out to vendors for me and offered to meet with the vendors in person since I live about 3 hours away from St. Augustine. Did I mention that we just hired her to be our day of coordinator? She went above and beyond to make our day special and we will never forget it.

Karli was absolutely amazing! I wish I had located her sooner to help with more of my planning as every aspect that she was involved with was with complete ease! Karli, out of all of our vendors, was worth every penny…honestly more! I primarily did day of planning with her as I already had so many of the vendors selected and researched. My only regret is that I should have picked her brain for more things that I likely would miss or choose poorly haha (Would have helped if I hired her for more and sooner for sure!) Karli was amazing, book her early for a more inclusive package and I know she will not disappoint! If I could do it again, Karli would be my first selection from my vendor list hands down!

I cannot say thank you enough to the wedding authority team for my dream wedding. Karli was the most amazing coordinator to work with. She made every decision stress-free for me when I had a million things to think about. She even made the most beautiful table assignment board for our guests. On our wedding day it had decided to rain and so we kept having to go back and forth on how we would have the ceremony. Luckily the rain let up just in time but Karli made sure everything ran smoothly and made the adjustments to work around the rain. This continued to our reception where she made sure the entire night went smoothly. If you need a coordinator, she is the best! I also want to say thank you to Coogan who worked with us not only on the guys suits but also stepped in for our rehearsal. He made the setup for the guys to get ready so much fun! Finally, our ceremony would not have been the same without Rev. Bill. He was sent straight from God to us for the wedding and made our ceremony so intimate and emotional. We will forever have those memories. He even went so far as to give us a ride to our reception because of the rain! Words cannot even describe how much we appreciated this entire team of people to make our day so special.

Karli was the absolute best!! She was initially just our Day of Coordinator, as we were not planning on hiring a Wedding Planner. Shortly into the process, we realized we needed an extra hand and we upgraded Karli's services. She was so organized - sending us emails several times a week as well as monthly checklists so we knew what we needed to focus on. I can not say enough good things about the Wedding Authority. Karli was our wedding coordinator and absolutely INCREDIBLE!
She is everything you would ever want in a coordinator. From our first meeting over the phone, she was knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and provided much assurance. She was always on top of every part of the planning including monthly reminders, check ins, and vendor follow ups. She was always available to help work through all the fine details regardless of the day of the week or time of day. She made us feel like we were her number one priority and only couple (despite that being far from the truth)
We planned the wedding from across the country and could not have done it without her. She offered her candid advice on every vendor and was very flexible to work well within our budget and limited travels to the venue. Her flexibility was even more apparent on the day of the wedding: she kept things running smooth, on time, all while accommodating lat minute requests.

Karli was THE BEST day of planner we could’ve had! She was so on top of sending us monthly reminders and to-dos. Once we got closer to the day, she thought of all the questions we didn’t know we needed asked and was flexible with our requests. It poured on our wedding day and she came up with a perfect back up plan for our outdoor itinerary- the venue told us they thought it was a genius idea. In the wedding industry it’s hard to find a coordinator who is on top of every detail when it comes to planning a dream wedding and also one who sincerely cares. We had the best experience working with Karli! We planned our destination wedding during the pandemic. We didn't have the opportunity to visit Florida during the wedding planning process. Karli helped us out by doing our final walk-through via FaceTime! Our venue required a Day of Coordinator, but we would honestly recommend hiring Karli even if your venue doesn't require a coordinator! She was always accessible and answered all of our questions. We got married at the Treasury on the Plaza and we hired one of their preferred vendors for day of coordinating. Hiring the Wedding Authority was the best decision I could of made. I do not live in St. Augustine so I really relied on her for vendor recommendations. She gave me plenty of recommendations, checklists, and was able to answer any questions I had along the way. I really do not know what I would have done without Karli. Not only was she helping me along the way, I had to postpone by wedding from May 8, 2020 to January 29, 2021 due to covid and she was so kind and understanding. The Wedding Authority did not give me any problems about rescheduling and really were just overall professional. Karli even had her husband help out and pick up and drop off my dog so she could be in the ceremony and for pictures when my original plan fell through. I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day. It was so beautiful and everything ran so smoothly. We also had Rev. Bill Young officiate our wedding ceremony and he did such a great job as well. He is so warm hearted and kind. Every experience I had with the Wedding Authority was a positive one. With all the stress of wedding planning during a pandemic, it was really wonderful to have someone confirm and go over timelines with vendors so I could focus on little details and arrangements. I would highly recommend them!

She made the planning process seamless. I loved that she gave honest and heartfelt opinions even on very small details. She took a lot of care in following up with every single detail and question that we had and some of them I forgot along the way, but she always remembered to follow-up. She sent checklists and follow-ups at appropriate and helpful times and never ONCE made us feel rushed or uncomfortable during the process. I know she juggles a lot of tasks and we never could tell since she always had 100% focus on us when we were with her during the planning process and wedding day. She was always pleasant and patient, but over all an absolute joy to work with.

Choosing the Wedding Authority was one of the first and best decisions we made! Karli was such a major part of our day, and everything leading up to it. From the very beginning she was on top of all of our to do's, and was so organized, we knew we could trust her. She was quick to respond when we needed something or had a question, always had good references for vendors, and was so professional and sweet. I was never stressed the day of, Karli had it completely under control, I was able to just relax and enjoy our dream wedding. Bill was the perfect officiant! The first time we meet with him we felt like we knew him for years, he worked with us to tailor the ceremony just for us and it was wonderful, and Carla was just the cherry on top. So blessed to have worked with the Wedding Authority!

Karli from the wedding authority was awesome to work with. She took the stress out of a lot of things that needed to be done. She went above and beyond and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a planner for your wedding.
