The Wedding Bell gave amazing communication about appointments and the staff were incredible and caring when it came to choosing and doing alterations on my dress.

NEW OWNERSHIP IS AWFUL. Shady, unethical new ownership. Purchased a nonrefundable $1,900 dress based on owner’s quotes on alterations pricing, then after I bought it, I was told by alterations it would be 500% more. Paid $700+ for hideous amateur alterations that looked like a bad Home Ec project. Hem was a hack job. Bustle never stayed and was repinned 6+ times before we gave up. And where they took the smooth waist in was now puckered and bunchy and looked awful. They ruined the dress and couldn’t get it right after five fittings, even though my size never changed. I was told the bunchy sides would smooth out as I wore it; they did not smooth out after 8 hours of wear. The Wedding Bell was either incapable or unwilling to get it right. After it was all said and done, I sent the owner Ashley photos of the dress on - obvious that it looked bad - and asked for a refund of the alterations. Ashley ignored me until finally responding to my 3rd request to tell me she wasn’t going to do anything. I submitted a complaint to the BBB, and both she and her husband refused to acknowledge or credit anything, and actually body shamed me!! Appalling. If you want to have a positive and feel-good experience, avoid this place like the plague and the unprofessional owner, Ashley. She and the alterations staff will take your money and leave you high and dry with a poorly fitting dress days before your wedding. She will lie and say anything to get you to buy. And alterations…THEY DON’T CARE. Again this is the NEW ownership; their good reputation and good reviews were from prior owners.

The Wedding Bell was amazing. They took so much time and had patience with me while I made my decision. I started with one consultant and ended with Kierran, who listened, gave feedback, and kept me laughing the whole time. She was very validating when I expressed feelings about dresses. She answered every question in detail and was just overall amazing. This was an incredible experience and I am so grateful.

I wanted to write a great review about TWB, but after trying 3 weeks to resolve some issues w/the owner, Ashley, the lack of professional responsibility/desire to rectify errors on the part of the boutique, it’s impossible to do so. In March ‘22, K assisted me with a dress - Raelynn Lynette. It was only in stock in size 24 - I’m size 12. She said that it was being discontinued but I could buy the dress off the rack & they could alter it. After paying for the dress I was shocked that the price of alterations was almost the price of the dress (no quote was given prior to purchase). Deciding to research it, I found the dress was NOT being discontinued and IS offered in sizes closer to my size(needing few alterations). I told Ashley my concerns to which she said K DID “miscommunicate” that the dress was being discontinued (it’s not) but that if ordered, the dress wouldn’t arrive in time. Skeptical, I called another local boutique who confirmed that the dress could’ve been ordered/received in time. Also, we ordered suits. T assisted us w/ measurements/ordering & pick-up on 8/15. I had an appointment on 8/14 for my final dress fitting, but despite massive alterations, it still fit incorrectly. I had to return on 8/15 when the suits were ready. While T helped my son with his suit, I was busy with B in my fitting. I didn’t see my son wearing the suit. T told me the suit was fine - I trusted her as the professional. I was shocked on the wedding day when he put it on that everything (except the shirt) was way too small for him. The pants were so small - the pockets were bulging, he could barely button/zip them and you can see the outline of his genitals. The vest was halfway up his chest and the jacket sleeves were too short! If T had told me that the suit did not fit, we never would’ve left with it. It’s confusing how she let us leave with the ill fitting suit. When I returned the suits I spoke with S - she said “she will note the complaints in my file”. After 10 days I had not heard from Ashley regarding my complaints so I sent an email with my feedback. Due to her unresponsiveness I sent another and then received a cold & dismissive reply. Despite explaining clearly what happened and including photos of the ill-fitting suit, I was told “refer to your contract” (the contract didn’t apply to my concerns). She said it was unfortunate K “miscommunicated” regarding my dress. (Unfortunate?!) I spent over $5k in her boutique & asked for a full refund on my son’s suit rental: $250 which is reasonable since the suit didn’t fit. She replied that she can’t give a refund because “Per the contract TWB will be unable to correct any fit issues once it is taken out of the store and no money will be refunded.” She then offered a partial refund. And continued “After further research we noticed that you picked up the suits on the 15th which would have given enough time to change out the size if you did not approve the fit at that time.” 1) I left w/the suit (unseen since I was in my 2nd “final fitting”) because T, a professional, said the suit was fine. 2) We left for our destination the following morning. Time to return it? I didn’t see the error until the morning of the wedding. To shift the blame on us is absurd and unprofessional. Referring me to the contract saying she can’t do anything is extremely dismissive of the actual situation. The miscommunication re my dress and the fit of the suit both were a result of someone representing her boutique.

Terrible to my wife

This was a very wonderful experience. Alexa made me feel special, and like I was the only bride in the world. She listened to what I wanted and needed in a wedding dress. I appreciate the customer service skills it takes in this industry and Alexa and the other staff here at The Wedding Bell delivered that and more. AWESOME Experience 😊😊

I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment after my previous dress maker had canceled my dress the day before, with only 3 months until my wedding. Not only did they seamlessly fit me in, they were all very nice, they found me a beautiful dress within my budget, and were able to order in time to be in by the end of the month! These ladies are amazing! Highly recommend!

Love this salon. I went to a few others but fell in love with the style of dresses this store holds. I felt the consultant was very knowledgeable of my body type, venue, and current stock to help me pick the best dress for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all by the consultant to purchase that day which was not my experience at other places. I also did my tailoring for my dress there. I went in a couple times and the seamstresses were great!! They were so friendly and helpful. They forgot to do one thing on my dress but since they schedule you to come in a couple times it worked out fine. They took great care to teach me how to take care of my dress once I took it from the store to ensure it didn’t get wrinkled and if it did, how to get it out. They stuffed the bust area with tissue to make it so cute when leaving.

Very expensive in all areas. Service was very good. Really appreciated the extra care to deliver the dress to the venue.

Amazing! I really felt like my consultant, Bre, did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. She was absolutely amazing and I had a great experience here. :)

I purchased my bridesmaids dresses here. Overall I got all my dresses and they were beautiful, but the whole process was not enjoyable. Our interactions with the staff were not entirely positive. The girl helping us came off very fake and she wasn't really listening to what I wanted, and didn't appear to be very knowledgeable of their stock. She also rushed us quite a bit. When I came back with all my girls to get sized and try on the dress they would be wearing, they did not inform in that they had recently sold the sample for the gown I had chosen. I had girls from out of town that had come to try this dress on. I was very frustrated that they did not let me know in advance. Then, a few days after all my girls had paid to order their dresses, they called to inform me that the style had been discontinued. I asked if we could still get the dresses ordered and they didn't know. In the end we were able to order them, but the communication I received through this venue was truly awful. When I went in to pick up the dresses for the girls, they scoffed at me for checking each one before I left the store. It's a nice shop and I loved the gowns but the staff and the service were frustrating.

The ladies were amazing, they dont rush you like other stores. I had Ashley for my gown fitting, she was very sweet and found the perfect dress for me! Irene was amazing with the alterations, fit my dress perfectly!

I purchased my wedding dress at The Wedding Bell last summer for my July 2019 wedding and it was the best decision! The consultant was so helpful and knew what dresses to bring out for me to try on. She let me look in the dress room and after 5 dresses I found the one! It was so beautiful. I did my alterations in store and the alteration consultant did an exquisite job and made sure everything was perfect. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and the pictures turned out so beautiful.

Had an amazing experience with Ashley as my consultant! She was fun, honest and full of great ideas and knowledge surrounding the dresses and picking out what I would like. Highly recommend the Wedding Bell due to their huge selection and recommend Ashley as an awesome consultant!

I was lucky enough to have Ashley as my bridal specialist! She was amazing and listened to my previous experience at another boutique to gain a better understanding of what I was looking for. She found a couple dresses in line with what I was thinking but went above and beyond to put me in something unique. Thank you Ashley! I will be coming back for a follow up!

For my wedding dress everything about the Wedding Bell was excellent from start to finish. Very helpful, great work on alterations, easy, etc. The seamstress was amazing and everything was five star for my dress. I would highly recommend them on the dress side. Unfortunately I would highly recommend to NOT use them for Tux Rentals. It was a mess from the start to end. First the girl they had doing it initially was new and didn't know how to do it and was not being trained, so she set everything up incorrectly, never sent information that was supposed to be sent, etc. After going in person 2 more times to straighten out and add the measurements for the other three kids my husband thought we were set. But they never explained process for pickup, etc. When I went in for my final fitting they were set to arrive too late for us to be able to pick up as we had a Friday wedding and they were set to arrive on Thursday afternoon which doesn't work with rehearsal! They were very helpful here in getting the suits delivered earlier and responsive when I worked with them. However, when we went to pick up the suits it was apparent that the first girl also really messed up the measurements as all the suits were mixed up in sizing. My husband's son's pants were 7 1/2 inches too short! Then they told us it would take 2-3 hours to fix after we drove an hour to pick them up in the first place. We waited around for over an hour to fix that and one of the jackets. What frustrated my husband the most was they were so nonchalant about it, no apologies or customer service around it at all. We expressed all the issues we had up to that point and they were like whatever about it. When we went to leave they offered us water which would have been nice at the very beginning of our over one hour wait, especially with two kids in tow. Three of the boys were not with us and we had issues with their suits being way off as well. In the end we wished we had gone with Men's warehouse or JOS Banks as the pricing was better even tho you get a discount for getting your dress there and it would have been a lot easier to deal with pick up, drop off, and fixes. It felt like the suits are just a side thing for them they really outsource and you don't get the same service as the dresses, but they are just as important!

This was my first, and only stop when it came to finding my dress! I had no idea what I wanted, or where to start when it came to a dress. I was greeted by Ashley and it was a match made in heaven. She was friendly, energetic, and truly excited to help me find my dress. I told her right away that I had no idea what I was doing, and was very nervous about the whole dress shopping situation. She made me feel right and home, and very comfortable. We sat down and talked for about 10 minutes before trying on dresses, and all my worries went away! I could tell I was in good hands. Together we found the perfect dress, that I loved and felt confident in! When you go to the Wedding Bell, make sure to ask for Ashley!!! You will not be disappointed!

The Wedding Bell was my second stop and wished it had been my first...I had a horrible experience at a different chain dress shop and was literally in tears. The Wedding Bell made for a great experience Amdahl hard to select from 3 dresses they brought to me!!! The seamstress was also very helpful. I highly recommend getting your dress here!

I came in to find bridesmaid dresses, had an appointment with Ashely. She was amazing, not only was she a wealth of information, she was so helpful to finding the perfect dresses with matching ties and suspenders for my groomsman and groom as well! The best part of the whole appointment was finding a awesome dress that was on sale for me. I had already had my wedding dress, but always though of having something more light for my reception. Ashely was amazing she told me to try it on even though it wasn’t a wedding dress appointment. So in the end not only was I able to find the perfect Bridesmaid dresses but I also found the best reception dress all thanks to Ashely as she makes you feel the way you should when shopping for your wedding! If you want to find the perfect dress I would defiantly recommend making an appointment with Ashely!

Plus size women beware!!! I was not taken to the main showroom that was cute, brightly light and decorated. I was taken upstairs that was dark, poorly lit and sparsely decorated because our stylist didnt want to go up and down the stairs. it really felt like plus size women were segregated from the pretty women. Shame on you Wedding Bell. I made an appint on a Tuesday during the day plenty of space as only 1 other bride was there. Yet I was sent to the equivalent if a basement and was offered zero assistance trying on the 2 dresses I had decided to try one. I left disappointed and appalled and the poor personal attention I was given.

I'm a plus-size bride and was looking for a place with a good selection of samples for me to try on. I previously went to two Seattle-area bridal salons in search of my dress. The first didn't have a lot of plus-size dresses and I felt rushed, and the second had very limited selection. I looked at The Wedding Bell's website and liked a lot of the dresses they had. I made an appointment and tried on four dresses they pulled for me. Then, they let me check out their samples for myself and pull some more. Carrie was awesome and made the appointment a lot of fun. She helped me find my dress, and I'm thrilled!

I am a bigger bride. I was extremely anxious going shopping because what if nothing fit and I had to just hold them up to my body and try to imagine myself in a dress. When I got there Ashley was super nice and reassuring that they definitely had dresses in stock that would fit me. I showed her my pinterest board and gave her some stock numbers I found on the website. The first dress I tried on was almost right but I wasn't super happy with the material. I was super nervous about finding something because I've got this image in my head and I want what I see in the mirror to match what's in my head. Ashley listened to me try and explain my vision and came back with a few dresses that were plain but so far under my budget that I could afford to customize it to get what I wanted. She even checked if it was possible to do what I wanted with alterations. We ran out of time but I'm going back to hopefully help my vision come true.

Amy was simply amazing!! I didn’t get my dress through the wedding bell, but I went to them for all of the suits for our groomsmen and my lovely groom. We had an amazing experience from beginning to end! Amy help get everything together, and made sure all four of our suits looked great and were delivered in Helena, MT, where we had our wedding. Thank you so much to all the ladies that helped make our day a success!

Awesome time at the wedding Bell! My consultant was Ashley and she was so polite, sweet and had such a positive energy! She explained all the prices and the alterations girl Alesia explained how we could make a dress more modest or what fabric we could take away or add. I had a few favorites and ended up falling in love with a dress that they had just ordered. 11/10 recommend coming here for the positive and awesome environment! I went to several salons. This was the only one I was not allowed to look through the dresses and I just couldn’t seem to get my consultant to pull anything I loved. I came back a second time only because they had a sample of a dress I wanted to see in person. I knew immediately it was the one. I had a bad feeling about ordering from them. I decided to think on it and called a few other salons. All were at least $200 cheaper than the Wedding Bell. I ended up ordering the dress from the salon I had the best experience at.

Was sold different sized ties, then charged $13.50 restocking fee when we returned them. Will nickel and dime you, would avoid doing business with them.

The Wedding Bell was the third shop that I visited to find my dress. The staff there were all amazing, but I have to give special thanks to Ana for making my experience finding my dress so memorable. The shop has a wide variety of dresses at prices that can match very reasonable budgets. From trying on dresses, to getting alterations, the staff was incredible every step of the way. The prices for alterations were very reasonable, and they were high quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to find an amazing dress!

I love love love my wedding dress shop. I couldn't have been happier. In all honesty, my stylist, Anna, is no longer there. She truly made the experience for me. But the women at the front desk are sweet, helpful, energetic and supportive. They all seem to truly love their job. My seamstress, Olesya, was AMAZING. Everyone at my wedding commented on how perfectly my dress fit me. She was sweet, skilled and endlessly helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone in a heart beat!

I really enjoyed working with The Wedding Bell. Their staff is knowledgeable and responsive, and they have a great selection of gowns. During alterations, I wasn't thrilled about the shape of the wiring in my dress - it made my boobs look very pointy (which is just how the dress came, not their fault). However, I was kind of talked out of getting that fixed due to the cost. In hindsight, I wish I would have payed extra for that to be perfect. So my one piece of advice is to get the changes you think you want, no matter the price!

As a plus size bride, it can be a little intimidating to look for a wedding dress. The Wedding Bell did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable, listening to my vision and also pulling dresses that were outside my box. They never suggested that I couldn't wear a certain type of dress just because of my size. In fact, they encourage to try new styles. When I finally found my perfect dress they added some lace so I could make sleeves if I wanted to. Finally, they were willing to ship me my dress across the country. It was a truly enjoyable and special experience that I got to find my dress with my mom and sister, even though we don't live in the same city.

I loved my experience with The Wedding Bell! I bought my dress on sale 1 year ago. It was my first wedding dress shopping experience, and my dress was beautiful. I could not pass it up at such a great price. I stopped by 2-3x throughout the year (with appointments each time) to show my dress to family and members of my wedding party. They were nothing but professional and polite each time I stopped by. For fittings and alterations, the process went just as smoothly, and beautifully. We finally got married last weekend, and my groom was thrilled with my beautiful dress as was I! This vendor is very helpful and wonderful, but I would definitely recommend reading their policies before visiting such as number of people to shop with, what to bring/wear, and keeping children out of the showroom. Thank you!

They are an amazing place to look for a dress. They really focused on what I wanted and what I was looking for. I went during the week so there wasn’t anyone else there so we had lots of room. I also needed to add straps and they were very accommodating.

I had the best experience with Anna. I went in with hesitations and doubts that I would ever find my dress. I had visited 4 other shops in the Greater Seattle Area and was feeling pretty down on my luck. Anna was really easy going and warm which made my experience very enjoyable. I am now just waiting for my alterations appointment

The Wedding Bell was great! I live in Jackson, Mississippi and got married in Poulsbo, Washington and purchased my wedding dress at the Wedding Bell. After purchasing my dress, I flew up to Washington for 1 fitting which I timed with my Bridal shower- all other fittings were done week of wedding. I had custom alterations, including straps added to the dress. Alterations and dress looked great- I very much recommend them!

I got engaged back in July of this year, and we hand’t picked a date when all of my friends decided they NEEDE me to try on dresses. We decided we were going to try a couple of places one day, I walked into The Wedding Bell without an appointment, and in the middle of the day. Instantly I was greeted and asked how the girls could help me. Once they knew I was there looking for bridal, they took me into their gorgeous show room, and began assisting me in my search. It only took about an hour, and took me completely by surprise, but my consultant was able to find me the absolute perfect dress. I would go back there, and relive the experience a million times over. I wouldn’t recommend another bridal salon over this one!

I love the good customer service and the one stop shop style. It is not just a place to buy a beautiful dress but a place to dress your wedding party.

They helped me find the perfect dress for my destination wedding for the perfect price. I wish my bustle was done better.
