Wenbeck. From our initial meeting to the big day, communication was phenomenal. Skyler and Alexis were both extremely supportive, knowledgeable, positive and energetic which helped to make our day feel as special as possible. We felt that compared to other venues the pricing was competitive and Skyler was transparent about what their options included. There were no hidden extra costs/fees. Their facilities are very nice. We chose to have our ceremony and reception on site. For the ceremony, we had the choice of having it inside or outside. Outside they have a beautiful stamped concrete patio with a pavilion that overlooks their golf course and pond. We were planning to set seating up on the patio in front of the pavilion but there was a large risk of storms that day. We moved our ceremony into the pavilion. It just so happened that it ended up being a beautiful afternoon, however the pavilion provided perfect shade for us and our guests. The reception took place inside the main building and provided ample space for our just over 100 guests. The bar, buffet, dessert table, guest book and DJ were set up in different locations which allowed the guests to move around without being crowded in any area of the venue. The sun sets on the back of the building which provides for beautiful sunset photos on the golf course, as well as a gorgeous view from the venue as it has large windows across the back overlooking the golf course. Both Skyler and Alexis helped to keep things moving smoothly all day and it truly meant the world to us. From their help with setup, to relocating ceremony flowers to the main building for the reception, relocating signage and helping reload the film for our polaroid guest books and chatting with our super inquisitive nephew. They truly provided a wonderful experience.

r Team was professional and always made sure that my husband and I were taken care of throughout the night and never had to worry about a single thing. Before the ceremony, John and Skyler were readily available to drive the bridal party around in the golf cart to different parts of the venue for photo ops. They made sure we were on schedule, and helped with guest arrival. We were lucky to have absolutely perfect weather on our wedding day, so we could utilize the gorgeous ceremony space between the beautiful new pavilion and the water. It was such a beautiful setting for our nuptials. The newly built pavilion was also used for guests to enter through and grab a glass of champagne from the Wenbeck’s adorable champagne cart. I mean what is better than a welcome glass of champagne?! Our guests LOVED the mini golf during cocktail hour and into the night. Everyone also took advantage of the spacious balcony on the back of the reception area to watch the most gorgeous sunset! The Wenbeck team members were there with us during our planning process right off the bat with their vendor recommendations - all of which turned out to be wonderful to work with. Their Team provided recommendations on our ceremony and reception layouts, which made it so smooth for guests to experience different aspects, from the Photo Booth, our Polaroid guest book/flower wall, etc. I cannot thank the team at Wenbeck enough for making our day absolutely perfect, and I cannot recommend the Wenbeck enough!!!

nue was the best decision we made during wedding planning. When we first went to The Wenbeck, we were instantly impressed with how beautiful it was, both inside and out. When we sat down to talk specifics, Skyler was organized, knowledgeable and so incredibly transparent. The conversation felt like sitting down with a friend who was showing you the ropes and not like we were being pitched an offer from a salesman. She was able to answer every question we had and knew down to the penny exactly what each cost was for and what the money covered. We had left other appointments questioning where the numbers came from on our quotes or questioning what the ambiguous fees added at the bottom went towards. There was none of that here. They offer SO much and their pricing is more than fair. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. There is not a blade of grass out of place and the pavilion is the most gorgeous building you will find. It is clean, simple and the glass walls make you feel like you are outside even if you have to be inside. The ballroom is updated and pristine. The views are endless! You could not put a single piece of décor in there and it would still be beautiful. Their bar package is absolutely unbeatable, and people were thrilled with what we had at the wedding. We heard over and over how impressed people were with the vast number of choices offered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We opted for their top package and the price was less than most places beer and wine only packages. We chose the upgraded chairs because they have the most beautiful, well maintained chivari chairs that look like they have never been sat in that we knew we had to have. We had the option to open up the putting course during our cocktail hour and knew we had to do it. Everything was customizable to what we wanted. We wanted to extend the reception a bit later and start cocktail hour a bit earlier and they did that for us without hesitation and the price was more than fiar. On the day of the wedding their entire staff were professional, prompt, courteous and were just extensions of Skyler and John. You can tell that they all are vested in what they do in the way that you don’t often see. Unfortunately, we were met with an immense number of bumps in the road during our wedding planning process and Skyler and John were always right there ready to jump in and help wherever and however they could. They both are so knowledgeable about the wedding industry as a whole and provided us with so much advice and support way beyond what would be expected of the venue coordination team. I truthfully don’t know what we would have done without them. This is what really sets The Wenbeck apart from other venues. They treat you like family and they genuinely want you to have the best wedding possible. Skyler felt more like a matron of honor than a venue coordinator to me throughout the process, and there’s just no way to really explain how valuable that was to my husband and I. You absolutely will not find any venue better than The Wenbeck. The value, attention to detail, commitment to you as the client, beauty of the venue and blessing that Skyler and John are unmatched. This place has a heart, and you will see it and feel it from the moment you walk through the door.

I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided by The Wenbeck. The covered ceremony spot is a photographer's dream, offering both shelter and stunning natural light for capturing those intimate moments. The expansive windows in the reception hall not only provide breathtaking sunset views but also flood the space with warm, ambient light, creating a beautiful atmosphere for photography. One of the highlights for me was the newly built mini-golf area, which provided a fun and unique backdrop for creative photoshoots. The playful atmosphere and charming aesthetics added an extra dimension to the wedding album, capturing moments of joy and laughter that will be cherished for years to come. Overall, The Wenbeck offers everything a photographer could ask for in a wedding venue: stunning natural landscapes, thoughtful amenities, and seamless logistics. s. Their venue is STUNNING! Our guests could not express enough what a wonderful location it is for a wedding. Their all season pavilion make this the perfect location year round! If you are looking for a very reasonably priced venue with an amazing team, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! They communicated so well with our other vendors and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly!! I would recommend this venue for EVERYONE!

ement (about 3 months). Skyler answered all of our questions and was so communicative and efficient. My mom and I enjoyed the detailed walkthrough we had at the venue and Skyler’s personability and attention to detail helped us feel confident about our choice. The venue is accessible for guests who aren’t as mobile (elevator and golf carts for transporting people to and from the pavilion) and the climate controlled pavilion made it a perfect fit (we had an afternoon shower that we didn’t have to worry about). We and our guests loved getting to play mini golf during the cocktail hour. Additionally, the second-floor reception hall has a wonderful balcony for guests to get away from the noise and enjoy the west/sunset-facing view. This venue also has a large kitchen and reception hall to comfortably accommodate 180 guests (we had about 175). Not to mention, they have a NICE sized dance floor! For looks and photos, this venue delivered! We were fortunate enough to have a gorgeous sunset and many paces for wonderful photo opportunities. The getting ready rooms were also perfect to accommodate over 8 people each. So many of our guests had wonderful things to say about this gem of a venue that’s tucked away in Lewis Center!
