Peggy Kelley is a remarkable talent and a true class act! Our wedding took place in Pasadena earlier this summer, and we are still enchanted by how magical, lovely, and enjoyable it was. Peggy played a pivotal role in turning our dream wedding into a reality. Her responsiveness, expertise, and unwavering dedication allowed us to shape our vision and experience the perfect wedding. Despite the remote location of our wedding, Peggy proved to be dependable in coordinating with all our vendors and guiding us in the right direction, paying attention to even the smallest details! With her extensive network of industry professionals, she arranged for a top-notch florists, lighting, music, stationery, and all the meticulous elements that added the final touches to an outstanding celebration.
Wedding planning can be a huge task, but Peggy transformed it into a joyful and stress-free experience. She is truly one-of-a-kind!
My wife and I were throwing a small wedding and weren’t sure if we would need a wedding planner at first. When we decided to hire a day-of planner to handle the logistics of the wedding day, we found Peggy and her company Timeless Celebrations through our venue’s preferred vendors list. By the time we finished our wedding, we realized we could not have pulled off the evening without Peggy!
Peggy is attentive and has a great eye for detail. Her experience in this industry means nothing is overlooked and there is no problem we asked her about she could not solve. Peggy kept us on track with knowing what kind of documents to create (DJ lists, wedding day timelines, etc) and helped us acquire all the contracts and insurance policies from our other vendors.
Although Peggy was a day-of planner, she helped with so much ahead of time to make sure the wedding went smoothly. For example, when one of our vendors went radio silent on us (always a stressful situation) Peggy was able to connect with them and get them back in the loop.
The day of the wedding, Peggy arrived early to greet vendors, show them the venue, and keep everyone on track. This allowed my wife and I to focus on getting ready, having our photos taken and enjoying our day. The day was fun and stress-free thanks to Peggy to run the show. She allowed us to be guests and participants at our wedding, rather than hosts who needed to see to every detail and put out any fires.
If you’re debating about hiring a day-of planner or who to hire for this role, we highly recommend Peggy!
HIRE HER! Peggy went above and beyond to help make my day special and easy for me. One of my other vendors pulled me aside and told me how lucky I was, and how unusual it is to have a wedding coordinator who puts in so much time, effort, and resources as Peggy was doing. Furthermore, my husband's absolute FAVORITE thing about our entire wedding reception was Peggy's assistant who just waited on us hand and foot. Literally, he wants to name our first child Ronan after this man. We felt like royalty! She is sweet, smart, and stylish. She offered informed opinions without ever making me feel like she was being pushy. She has a wealth of knowledge, which was very fortunate for this bride who had no idea about certain traditions, taboos, or industry standards. I initially didn't plan on hiring a wedding coordinator at all, but I am so glad I did. You won't regret it either!

I am so happy with the services Timeless Celebrations provided for our wedding, what a fantastic help it was !
Our wedding planner, Peggy, helped us through all the steps of the organization, to keep track on the different providers, to set up and manage the Big Day, and to avoid us to be overwhelmed. I don’t know what we would have done without her and the team, but surely anything as perfect. Her support was just priceless, her positive energy and her caring presence through this process were incredible. And her professional knowledge on that type of event makes her a goldmine of ideas !
What I loved the most about her help was that she was always advising us on the choices (caterer, cake, décor, flowers) but never took the decision for us, she really respects the concept to make the wedding be OUR wedding.
The second thing I also loved is that our photographer unfortunately cancelled a couple weeks before the wedding, but despite the little budget we had, Peggy found incredibly quickly a replacement, and what we can now call “the perfect match” for us !
And the most important is that on our wedding day, we did not have to worry about anything, just to be the bride and groom, and enjoy the beautiful celebration with our families and friends. She was here for taking care of everything.
So, first, thank you so much Peggy and Timeless Celebrations for making our wedding such a beautiful time. And, second, I definitely recommend Timeless Celebrations for the organization of your events.

Oh my goodness! We had a multi-event wedding day with about a million moving parts, and Peggy made it all happen like a boss!! She was cool, calm, and collected even when faced with challenges like "Peggy, we need a mime! And a marching band! And oh -- stilt walkers!!" Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be, and we absolutely couldn't have even begun to pull it off without Peggy.
I can honestly say that my wedding would not have been all that it was without Peggy. Peggy is the wedding planner every bride needs. Getting married and planning a wedding can be stressful and challenging, and having someone on your side who knows the ins and outs of it all is essential. Peggy knows the right questions to ask and is on top of every last detail. She was helpful without being intrusive and always made sure we kept to a good timeline. She asked all the right questions of our vendors, and thought of things I never would have guessed would be important.
My wedding was perfect, down to every last detail. All I had to do was show up and everything was taken care of. Peggy was working behind the scenes to make sure everything ran seamlessly. She even had our wedding suite at a nearby hotel prepared for my husband and my arrival. We had some Olive trees brought to our venue for the ceremony, and I later found out that the night of our wedding Peggy drove the trees along with the flowers and some other decorative things to my Mom’s house and unloaded it all.
Saying that Peggy goes above and beyond is a complete understatement. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will plan the perfect wedding, be supportive along the way, and take all the stress out of planning your big day, I would recommend Peggy without hesitation.

WOW! I simply cannot rave enough about Peggy and Timeless Celebrations! My first coordinator whom I had originally hired totally disappeared two months before my wedding!! Peggy not only called me back ASAP but also was sensitive to my potential "bridal hysterics" feeling alone with a wedding looming.
I felt an immediate kismet with Peggy. She met with my husband and me right away. She began to discuss details that our original coordinator had never even brought up! I must say, without a doubt, that I had THE most beautiful wedding all because of Peggy's attention and care to the smallest details. As a bride who was only thinking about the millions of things that I had to do, Peggy broke them all down for me and took charge. She told my husband and me that our only job was to enjoy being engaged... that she would take care of the rest! WHAT A GIFT! She reminded us to go on dates, to enjoy this time and to try to relax.
Peggy is a genius with color, mood, and subtle details that guests might need to feel more comfortable.
She even suggested sending pretty flowers to our parents rooms at the hotel so that they would feel even more welcome when they arrived.
BUT, the creme de la creme was when she LITERALLY ran home and brought me a beautiful fur stole to wrap around my shoulders in the evening because it had gotten cold out!!!
I consider Peggy to be a friend now. I hope to keep her close to me for many, many years. I could simply not recommend her enough! 10 stars for PEGGY!!
I worked with Peggy on a stunning dessert wedding at a private golf club. The day was a dream come true for her clients. She cares deeply about her clients and executing their dream wedding vision. Peggy is also very professional but also personable, easy to approach and ask questions. She is very responsive to phone calls and emails. I highly recommend her!

We had decided to get married in a beautiful Japanese garden that had never hosted a wedding ceremony and reception before. We felt confident that we could organize the elements of a wedding ourselves and just needed a day of the event coordinator. We hired someone that was a friend of friend whom we didn't know well. Quickly it became apparent that this person wasn't going to work out and a few months before the wedding we let her go. We were stuck without a coordinator and began making frantic phone calls. Peggy was available and stepped in. She was a veritable whirlwind of energy, giving us guidance on all the little details we hadn't thought of, propping us up when we began to lag and making us feel confident that our wedding day would be flawless and blessed by the Gods above.
In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding day, Peggy skillfully coordinated the vendors, charmed my father in law, and planned details like lighting and the flow of events.
The day came and everything was perfect, the garden was magically lit, the flowers were in place, live music floated in the air. Peggy had thoughtfully provided a sampling of our hors d'oeuvres and a favorite cocktail in our suite to sample. Everything flowed beautifully. Peggy even provided a white mink wrap for my wife to wear once the sun set.
All in all it was day that we will always remember with fondness and love. It was perfectly perfect.
Peggy was a huge part of our wedding. Her enthusiasm, her delight in the work that she does and the skill and knowledge that she brings to her work sets her apart from other coordinators. I can't imagine our wedding day without Peggy there. She is brilliance and perfection.
Working with a wedding planner is what makes every event flow better. Peggy is at the top of her game. Her knowledge of the industry and vendor relationships make her events amazing. I recommend her highly.
Peggy Kelly designed and executed a large special event or an opening of a new college building. She was excellent - She was very imaginative, the site looked even more spectacular than anyone could imagine - her support team of caterers and rental services were very professional and delightful to work with. I've known Peggy for a while and I didn't think I needed a planner for my wedding. I honestly thought planning a wedding was calling vendors and setting up the logistics of what I wanted. Boy was I wrong. Peggy walked me through every step, helping with things I would have never thought about. She has so much knowledge and experience and she's eager and willing to share it all with her clients. Not only does she have the knowledge but she has connections. She's been working with vendors for 20 + years and when she calls, they respond.
The day of my wedding, I only had 1 job and it was to be the bride. She took care of EVERYTHING. My venue was beautifully decorated, my timeline was perfect and all my vendors were taken care of. When the DJ's equipment wasn't working, she didn't panic, she solved the problem. Everyone at my wedding was asking about the Timeless Celebrations team and I was more than happy to pass their information along.
Even if you don't hire Peggy for your whole planning process, her day of coordination was invaluable and I couldn't have enjoyed my day if it wasn't for her. Thank you again to Peggy and her team!
